last movie/tv show: Scavengers Reign!! Holy shit. If you're looking for quality adult-catered animation and have a love for speculative alien planet flora and fauna, I can't recommend this show enough. It's brilliant and I really hope it gets picked up for a second season. BIG warning for gore and body horror though, so watch at your own discretion.

sweet/spicy/savory?: I like savory most but I also have a major sweet tooth. I also like spice here and there. My favourite is the kind of spice you get with Indian food 😋

last thing i googled: I was googling the availability of some CDs I want to put on my Christmas wishlist.

current obsession: I guess the usual that you see on this blog every day? Always obsessed with monsters.

When I started to play Journey (Thatgamecompany) in 2014, I immediately searched for content on Deviantart. I discovered amazing artists who wrote long ass stories that I found so incredible I had fun translating them

TRANSLATING. I know I have somewhere on hard disk pages and pages of translated Journey headcanons/fanfics that I cherished and read a dozen times

I spent so much time translating beautiful stories while learning English, loving each headcanon while building my own Journey stories because of these wonderful people and their wonderful minds.

And then one day one of my fav artists deleted their Deviantart account

Another deleted their Tumblr account

The others moved on because life

And the ones who stayed never shared anything again, their accounts like ghosts.

I'm sad these times are over but I'll always remember fondly what these people, without knowing, made my lonely teenage years better and gave me the love of telling stories. Thank you forever

Introducing Syrilium, or Syri for short. His formal title is the Weaver

Syrilium is a mysterious entity of dreams, who has only recently awoken from an eternal slumber, and is now traveling the worlds. He has joined the caravan to find fulfillment, and new places to explore, new people to meet, to create more artful dreams.

He can weave tapestries of dreams, and can, with permission, weave your most precious dreams to keep for a small fee. He is shy at first, well spoken and poetically romantic. He is gentle and creative, and adores sweets and most foods. And most of all, he likes to dream. He’ll never miss going to bed on time, if he can help it. (and once hes asleep hes out for good)

Syri is about 7′5″

He travels on foot, (or hoof) and can use magic to travel large distances, but if you offer him a ride on your wagon he will often oblige.

He has a Dream elf form as well, and he uses it to better fit in places built for smaller people, though hes more comfortable in this form here.

He dislikes bitter tastes, bad smells, and cruelness.

His age is uncertain, though he has been around for a very long time.

Hello, darling. How are you? I'd like to get a reading, please. I had this really weird dream where I was at my job and I heard from the second floor clients coming in, they were speaking English (most of our clients are Latinos) and one of them sounded as an acquaintance of mine (I'm a bit mad at him irl because we were supposed to be language exchange partner but he ditched me), so when I went downstairs I saw this tall blond bushy eyebrows squared jaw guy and 1/2

2/2 I got confused because he wasn't who I was expecting. He was a new client and was kind to me, but I wonder what's the message behind this dream? What's sticking out to me from this is how clearly I saw his face. It had never happened to me, strangers remains strangers in my dreams because their faces are blurry or their identity doesn't matter. -PM♋

Hey, so a few things! Normally I ask for a "written offering" but I know that's not a common thing to do so I'm not worried about it rn~. Also I should mention, I'm no expert on dream readings, so I ran to my gf @endlessshower who is very excellent at that and got her help in the matter.

Here's her input:

Meeting an unknown person is often a good omen, especailly if they are friendly. However dreaming of your place of work indicates stress, or your being overworked. You may be wanting to rest, a kind face, even from an unlikely place or stranger in this case, is a welcome relief and you want to be seen. The blond hair indicates wanting to share your ideas to others who may listen, and wanting help to bring them to life.

If I may introduce you all to Asalis, a Wind/Air subtype of Brigand - a beautiful species created by @endlessshower! Thank you so much for letting me create my own character!

They're pretty quiet and reserved but they're pretty curious and have an irresistible urge to touch things! They like giving pats, booping people randomly. Hugs, hugs are good but they're shy about it, and they like running their hands across plants and rivers and stuff when they're not floating around
