From the lowest dungeon to the highest peak it climbed. Ascending in unbroken spiral in many thousand steps, until it issued at last in Durin's Tower carved in the living rock of Zirak-zigil, the pinnacle of the Silvertine.

Incorrectly called "Durin's Stair" by some, "the Lost Stair" by others, yes, you may know of it, but have you ever heard of "Durin's Elevator"?

In my (very limited*) experience with Big Finish they seem incredibly allergic to making speaking non-diegetic like, if a voice is heard that is a character speaking out loud and if multiple characters are in a scene one character saying things means the other must be stood silently waiting for them to finish like. Come one we can get a bit more interesting than this

It’s that he probably could’ve saved Orin, if he had taken her away from the cult. He was able to overcome the Urge, the divinity which flowed through him and called him to slaughter as natural as breathing. So there’s no reason she couldn’t have. But he didn’t, he never even considered it back when he could’ve done something (anything) to save her. And then it was too late.

Was I sweet once? Was she sweet once? My baby sister, who was a biter when she was younger and a stabbed when she got older. My baby sister who was given knives before soft toys, who was doomed to death, who never got to be a person.
