🪷 girl fuck these people I'm really sorry you're getting so many messages bitching about no smut in ch10. Like who even cares? Does a story or chapter have no value if the characters aren't going at it like rabbits and fucking and sucking on each other?

At this point if you're so disappointed about no hanky panky just go read one of those pornhwas where the characters start screwing at the drop of a hat.

I would've loved that chapter with smut or without smut idgaf it doesn't even matter to me (and the same is for most of your readers too, I'm sure of it). We've all stuck around with your work for so long, and we have faith in your direction as well as your decisions regarding the pace of the plot. It's never that serious, especially not to the stage that bozos feel the need to weep in a writer's asks and swamp them with negative messages. Go jack off or play dj with your hello kitty and go to sleep like the rest of us.

Again, no matter what you do with your work it's entirely your choice. Ofc we as readers can have our own takes and how or why we interact with the work can vary, but it shouldn't reach this stage. I've seen this same story of bullying and pestering authors on tumblr too many times with other authors whose work I enjoy, and many have left their blogs because the harassment made them lose interest in writing and sharing their pieces. It's fucking heartbreaking. Pornhub dot com is right there for y'all to be doing entirely too much in the asks of these writers who are already overwhelmed and write and share all this FOR FREE. If you have so many qualms about it pick up that bic and get to writing bitch!

HELLOOO!! AND THANK YOU SO MUCH UUUAAH 😭💕

♡ I feel like it started with interest from Seb, finding Amari pretty odd. Their initial meeting was somewhat normal, but after she got her powers Amari became more jumpy and fidgety. She didn't stay in social settings for too long either. Sebastian had a feeling that she was hiding something (and he was correct LMAO) but he was too caught up in his own problems to think about it too much.

♡ They both started to bond through their shared interest in the mines. One day Amari happened to be leaving as Seb was entering, and they were both like, "I didn't know you came in here 🤨". She was in there for resources but Seb was in there to blow off some steam. They probably ended up talking about the monsters for a while.

♡ That day was the first time she made him laugh. She probably said something silly about a slime that she saw and he burst into laughter. But he got kinda embarrassed and left shortly after. 🥹 It's actually a recurring thing for her to make him laugh. It's never intentional either. Even when she's being serious, sometimes she just does or says something really absurd. But they started talking more after that!

♡ I think Amari started to be like "oh! 😳" when Sebastian remembered a detail she spoke about. She has a habit of going off on tangents or rambling about a bunch of flower facts. She wasn't expecting him to be listening, let alone remember long enough to bring it up again.

♡ And of course she takes an interest in Seb's hobbies too. Asking questions about his programming work, and watching him tune up his motorcycle. She doesn't understand it at all but she tries 🥹

♡ She's really into anime, so it was pretty easy for Amari to get interested in Solarion Chronicles and Seb's comics! He'd let her borrow his books, and then she'd excitedly enter his room the next day to talk about them.

♡ Amari is kind and understanding, so she's always willing to listen whenever Seb needs to rant. She validates his feelings, and knows when to give him some space when he needs it. She just wants to be there for her friends, y'know? Sometimes she'd give him a frozen tear or obsidian to try and cheer him up.

♡ Sebastian knows that Amari goes into the mines often, so after a while he started buying sports drinks and snacks for her to take with her. But he always made the excuse that he "happened to have extra."

Yeah right

♡ At that point they were both crushing on each other, but they weren't sure if it was mutual. Sebastian thinks that she's pretty but he never wanted to flat out stare at her. So sometimes he'd just glance, but because he's so anxious he just ends up looking like:

♡ But luckily Amari's friend Reina (from the homie @stinkiesdraws (⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠)) was able to help reassure Amari that he does like her, while Sam and Abby probably had to talk to Seb and be like, "please smile bro... 🗿"

♡ Eventually Amari did end up giving him the bouquet! Although since she's a florist, she most likely made it herself! 💐

GAAAAHHH Alright so you first may be thinking “Why is it a traditional drawing? All of Pots drawings have been digital??” Hah! I have an answer for you, my friend! So if you see my blog, you’ll see I said something about not being able to draw in one of my posts. I mean…yeah. The device that I usually draw on is currently unavailable to me at the moment 😭😭😭 so I haven’t been able to work on any of the art I have on my device 🥺🥺 After a good while of being bored and sad I couldn’t draw on my device…I soon realized…I can literally just draw on paper!!!! I actually didn’t want to draw Orlam because I wanted the first drawing that I share of Orlam to be a bit more special…but hey I hope this is special enough pfffft!! I have drawn Orlam before, I’ve just never really shared the drawing. The thing is, said drawing isn’t fully completed yet. After a hard day at school, all Kansatoki wants to do is flop on her bed and sleep.

She sluggishly walks over to the elevator and once it opens she presses the button for floor her bedroom is on then once she reaches the floor she goes to her bedroom and bellyflops onto her bed.

She groans into her pillow then she looks up when she hears a knock on the door.

She doesn’t bother to get up as she responds and rolls onto her back with a soft grunt.

“Come in.”

The door opens to reveal Amaya, one of Kansa’s closest friends. “You okay, Kansa?” She asks in her usual tired voice.

Kansatoki sighs. “I’m fine. Just had a hard day is all.” She says as Amaya comes over and sits on the end of her friend’s bed.

Amaya hums in response. “Do you want to talk about it?” She asks after a few seconds.

Kansa sits up with a grunt and sighs before beginning to rant about the various things that happened throughout the day.

Amaya listens with her usual calm, tired expression, occasionally responding to her friend.

Once she finishes ranting, Kansa sighs. “Thank you, Amaya. I needed that.” She says and gives her a quick hug.

Amaya smiles slightly as she returns the hug.

“Of course, Kansa. I’m glad I could help.”

okay there's some instances (yes im saying this 💀) where even i think goh went a bit too far like even though i think it's sick he caught suicune i do get why people were so mad about it? but cmon that was a bit too much hate 😭

Ash hadn't caught any legendaries his entire journey so yeah Goh catching suicune at the early-ish start of his journey was....just a bit like oh ok wow even for me lmao but yk that topic will probably never calm down lets be honest

Then there's him just catching every pokemon without battling, that I also get why ppl are mad because I was rewatching the unova anime a few days ago and a lot of the episodes had an emphasis onbattling before catching, and you can say that goes for the rest of the pokemon anime after that too...up until journeys 😂

Goh is a bit of a rulebreaker in that instance, i get that, but if people hate him taking so much screentime for Ash

(heads up the episode where goh goes on vacation and meets tokio again is the 1st episode in the anime history without any scene of Ash in it at ALL which is pretty crazy)

then I'm sure we wouldn't want to see Goh battle e v e r y single pokemon he catches, like his goal is literally to catchem all as well BUT BUT THEN AGAIN, that arguement is pretty weak i guess, and i understand why people would be mad, but I really dont like when they genuinely just hate him excessively 😭😭

Lemme answer your questions in a little OC rant while also not giving away too many spoilers:

Dr. Travis Blanche

Brilliant Canadian goober who is both a doctor and a researcher at the SCP Foundation. But before he joined the Foundation, he was one of the head researchers at another shady corporation. (Kinda like the Global Occult Coalition in a way) Travis had spent majority of his teen years and early adult life investigating and studying all things supernatural and anomalous, as he is very intrigued by both. When he left his hometown to investigate anomalous readings near a small town in Nevada, he discovered there was actually a hidden facility where scientists and other doctors were studying anomalous creatures just like he was doing.

Instantly convinced, he joined the team and was ecstatic to offer his expertise from previous anomaly encounters to the other scientists. He was finally getting to do a job that he was good at and liked! But what he didn’t know was that the founder of that corporation was secretly using Travis’ medical and anomalous expertise to his own nefarious purposes: genetically altering and experimenting on anomalous children. These children all seemed to be on the brink of death, and only Travis could save them by engineering cures not found in traditional human medicine but through the contained anomalies in the facility. Or so he was told…

Travis thought he was doing the right thing, giving these kids a second chance at life. But once he discovered the corporation’s true intentions with these kids once they got older, he knew he had to be the one to free them and take down this evil corporation for good.

As for why is he so adorable? Well…because he is! Under all those PHDs and the fancy lab coat, Travis is just a tall silly goober who loves to have cereal for dinner, read comics, and jam out to 80s and pop music. <3 Even though he isn’t a parent biologically, he might as well be with the way he’s bonded with the anomalous kiddos in a way nobody else at the shady corp has done. The kids absolutely love Travis! They see him as their father, which melts his heart. Travis is also a sweet doctor when it comes to giving the kids checkups. He’s definitely that type of doctor that can make a baby laugh when giving them a shot. 🥺🥺

And yes! He is asexual! ♤ Growing up, he always knew he was different because he never wanted any intimacy in a relationship. Hence why his first and only relationship in high school ended so quickly when his former girlfriend wanted to engage in more spicy things, which didn’t sit well with him. For the longest time, he thought something was wrong with him with not wanting spicy intimacy in a relationship. But when he discovered the asexual spectrum and all about being ace, it was both a relief and an “a-ha” moment. There was nothing wrong with him; his feelings about intimacy were completely normal and valid, and better yet, there were other people just like him who felt the same way! From then on, Travis was happy to call himself an ace, and wears ace colored band bracelets to show his pride. He figured one day, he could be in a happy relationship where there doesn’t need to be spicy stuff, but for now, he’s happy being a single parent to a group of anomalous kiddos. ♡ฅ(ᐤˊ꒳ฅˋᐤ)

I was nervous before starting before this show because I have started untamed 3 times and gave up because I am like why is this not moving ahead and couldn't remember people's names and had to identify their house colors - sorry for the rant - I hate leaving shows in between - going back to the meet you at the blossom, if you didn't tell about the production, no of episodes and stuff like that, I'd just have dismissed at as "oh another wonderful looking Chinese drama I can't finish if I even start" so thank youuu again

I don't even know where to start like? I absolutely devoured the new Elysian chapter and hunny, Dr!Jin is in for a lot of explanation🤦‍♂ like dude, everyone knows that you like her (except you) !? I meannn , I wouldn't be surprised cause the OC seems to be a ray of sunshine with a dark past ofc) and I wouldn't be surprised if the whole ass hospital had a crush on her lol. Coming back to the plot, can I just say how much I love it? Like the way you write the stories so intricately with a deep understanding of the character? And the characters? Oh, the characters! They each have a lot of depth and distinct personalities like, I'm so sorry but I'm out of words 😭😭😭 Moving to the newest chapter, as it was said before, Dr Kim has fucked up big time, like you ruined the progress with your own mouth 😮‍💨 Aakkkhhahh !! I can't wait for the next update !!

I always come to tumblr when I need to get something off my chest about a show or book or whatever lol but UGH man I feel so sad for Dae. He loves Kitty so much 🥺.

Now, I understand that if they just ended the season with them all happy, there’d be no reason for a season 2, so I remain hopeful of a reunion in the future. He made mistakes but he’s a teenage boy and he never meant to hurt anyone and he was manipulated by Yuri and her family because they are wealthy and exploited his circumstances. He was just trying to be a good guy.

As for Kitty… I don’t think she’s in love with Yuri. For sure she likes girls and Yuri made her realise that. She finds her attractive but I think she’s confusing that for being in love with her. That’s not to say she couldn’t be in love with another girl at some stage. Someone better suited to her. She’s bi and I love that for her. She should explore her sexuality. But you can’t tell me she’s in love with Yuri. I just don’t buy it. You can find lots of people attractive and I think Yuri is just the first person other than Dae that she’s thought about in that way, and since she’s been with Dae so long, she’s not sure how to handle being attracted to someone else. But being attracted to someone doesn’t automatically mean you’re in love with them. I think this is a classic case of teenage confusion. She has a crush on Yuri, she’s beginning to understand she is bisexual, and this in itself is super confusing so I feel like she may be seeing this crush as more than it really is.

Min Ho… love him. He’s great. But he’s also one of Dae’s best friends. Dae has been in love with this girl for 4 years. Like, he’s a teenage boy and he had basically no hope of being with kitty physically that entire time, and STILL he never strayed and he was loyal to her. He was upset when he found out she had a crush on Yuri, yes. That’s normal. The person you love just told you they have feelings for somebody else? Dude is 17 (I think?) and he handled it way better than I would’ve. But then he accepted it and just wanted her to be happy. I honestly think that if Min Ho and Kitty got together it would break him. And Kitty’s ‘we were only pen pals’ joke was mean imho. Like I know she was only kidding cause that’s what Min Ho always said but like girl. Why you gotta do my boy like that. It’s like she was just disregarding their entire relationship. Dick move.

I am Team Dae 100%. They’ve been together since they were so young and with the distance, neither of them have experienced a real relationship. I think it was probably time for a break so they can both properly discover who they are. Once they’ve done that, I hope they’ll come back together in the end 💕

Side note that Minyeong Choi is the CUTEST HUMAN BEING ON THE PLANET AND I WILL FIGHT ANYONE FOR HIM

Just saw that ask about 3tan Yoongi and how he is not feel like real life Yoongi to that anon..

I am not sure of course about others, but I can defo tell you from the bottom of my heart that one of the major reason why I tremendously love 3tan is how real I can feel all the characters. Of course we do not know for real how Yoongi would react in situations but in my perspective, 3tan Yoongi is really someone who most of the time do the thing I would expect from real life Yoongi. 💕 Also it is a fanfic of course everything is the assumption and creativity of the writer, and you are one of a kind Ryen! ☝🏼

It is natural that the characters would not feel like the real deal for everyone but it is also not the purpose of most cases when writing fanfics. So I do not think it is great to call out someone because of that.. (no hate to that anon but was a bit insensitive from them)

Still, reading 3tan, out of all the fanfics I’ve ever came across feels the more realistic when it portrays Yoongi. Also he is someome (3tan Yoongi) people can sympathize and resonate with alongside Reader and many other fantastic characters you created! 💕

ngl that question had me wondering if i felt bad for feeling a certain way about it flsdlsld but it’s because of what you said. like the purpose of 3tan isn’t to put irl yoongi on the page, it’s a universe you can lose yourself in and find comfort in and resonate with these people just navigating life. if people also happen to feel like he’s like yoongi then that adds a whole awesome layer to it, and if not, it’s a fanfic and every character is meant to be their own person :’))

also idk when they entered the fandom but if they’re a super new army i can see why they wouldn’t think he’s characterized well🤣 he’s so matured and happy and content right now so yeah, seeing only that and then reading 3tan, it would be jarring lmao

in any case, i don’t think it’s kind to approach writers like that and say it’s not hate, since it still undercuts a lot of work. writers take so much time to craft their characters and, idk about anyone else, but 3tan is very, very intentional with the way it’s written. and they didn’t mention anything about 3tan yoongi’s emotional intelligence, patience, understanding, protectiveness, encouraging mindset, hobbies, struggle, flaws, mental storm, or journey. just that he’s hot😭

i’ll just delete those moving forward and try not to be sad haha. and if anyone out there is thinking about sending asks, if you have to write “it’s not hate/but no hate” then it’s probably best to not say anything and move on.

Tag game: eight shows to get to know me

I was tagged by @scienceoftheidiot and @goneadrift (thank you!! 🥺💕), and now the deal is that I get to rant about a couple of shows I like, so let's get straight to it!

1. House M.D.

- Knowing how many seasons are there in this show, I think it says something that I purposefully rewatched the full thing several times, and I probably will do it again at some point. Many characters from this series have a special place in my heart, and oh boy do I love myself a good medical drama sometimes. + the different medical cases are just very interesting for me to observe, even though I am by no means a medical specialist, let's say I know a thing or two from this field x)) (and some of you are probably aware of that, ahah)

2. Lethal Weapon

- This one is another one of these shows that I occasionally come back to for a rewatch, the chemistry between two main characters is amazing, and the main plotline is pretty good imo, + it's a classic detective-involving series, where, granted, not every case is super intriguing or complicated, but I think the characters and their development and relationships with each other - all this usually goes first when determining a series that I'll most probably like, and it delivers that part for sure! (Yes I used this specific gif because now I can't stop picturing this, but with Royais + Hughes, lolol, sorry I have a brainrot)

3. Lucifer

- Ohohoho this one was one of the first quite long-term obsessions for me - I was watching it with my good friend as it was coming out (pretty sure starting from like, season 2 we began to watch it as it was airing, or at least I was and then I dragged this friend along for the ride, ahah), and I remember having so much fun with it - making theories, trying to predict the direction for the next season, simping over the main cast, being (more often unironically than not) frustrated with love triangles, all the good stuff. I also really like the soundtrack used in the series, and, of course, I have to mention the fact that its main leads are a blonde badass detective who is actually a sweetheart and her goofy dark-haired bastard-certified material partner who can actually be very scary and powerful to anyone but her :333

Go figure if I have a type or not, right (omg I just realized she also has a cute pet name and it's "detective")

4. Fleabag

- This one was such a pleasant surprise for me, the further I was watching the more invested into it I was getting, and in the end it turned out to be such an emotional rollercoaster, while also being able to handle a balance between more serious scenes and great humor really well. The romance plotline turned out to be very interesting too - overall, it's a great pretty short series that I can definitely recommend for people to check out at some point (I was indeed very happy when I found out @goneadrift was watching it too, hehe)

5. Sherlock (the BBC one)

- Honestly, this one is associated with many good memories for me - we used to watch it for a couple of years in a row with my parents during New Year, and it was like, one of the highlights of our celebration. Life just seemed so much easier these days, and I always remember them with warmth and joy. But! Apart from the sappy stuff - I genuinely think it's a nice modern AU Sherlock adaptation, hehe, as always, I pay a lot of attention to the chemistry between the characters, especially the main cast, and I think pretty much everyone nailed it - I find the characters from this series to be very enjoyable to watch. The other point that I want to mention here is the directing - I remember myself being very impressed by some of the shots and directing/editing choices they made there, and, of course, the main soundtrack is now pretty much engraved into my memory, hehe

(So yeah, aside from the last season, which I don't think is that bad, but definitely not as good as the earlier ones imo, it's a great show!)

6. Elementary

- Surprise surprise, another Sherlock adaptation involving detective storyline(s), who would've thought, right? Honestly, I don't remember a lot about it, since I haven't rewatched it in a looong time, ahah, but, believe it or not, I still love it and have a couple of good memories associated with it. Used to watch it during weekends back in the day when I still watched TV, lolol, but yeah, I think it's a pretty unique Sherlock adaptation, and you can definitely have fun watching it!

7. Forever

- That one is unexpected, definitely not my usual series of choice, but surprisingly I finished it pretty quickly and was glad I decided to give it a shot x)

(For the record - it's a series about a guy who works in the morgue while trying to find how to get rid of his immortality curse 👀👌).

8. Fullmetal Alchemist

- Gonna follow the lead of @scienceoftheidiot and add this one on the list too, because my god this series has me in a chokehold. Specifically Royai stuff of course, but I think in general this is the kind of anime (both FMA and FMAB btw) people who are generally not that much into anime can enjoy (I am saying as I am, apparently, one of these people, ahah). It's just a great story with a great cast and lovely imagery and soundtrack, I mean, what else can you possibly need? (Meanwhile here I am, going absolutely insane every time I think about my two beloved war criminals kissing)

🌹: Plot

Honestly, I think this all comes down to having a few lil nuggets of ideas or scenes decades in advance that I get so excited about I literally construct the plotline around them. So I get to weave in all these flash forwards/flash backs knowing that moment is coming, and when we finally get there there’s such a moment of payoff for me.

🏵️: Sim Style

Sim style?! Nonny I am shooketh! Mostly because compared to other folks on Tumblr I don’t really feel like I have a simstyle? Other than makeup (which I cannot do IRL or in the sims) I’m probably the least comfortable making sims more than I am doing anything else in the game (like out of all CAS, build, and gameplay elements). I don’t use a lot of skin details or CC presets so I often worry they can look a little “blah” in comparison. But I am happy you love them 🥺

🪷: Editing Style/Aesthetics

Yessss! I love this one! So fun fact about me I will basically go watch a film just for the cinematography. Like a well shot, stunning aesthetic does more for me than much else and can honestly carry a weak plot. I think alot of my own love for simblr comes from seeing that same eye for detail and aesthetics carry into a hobby I’ve always loved (simming since ‘02 baby) so I’m honored you count me in that number 💕

💐: World-Building

So honestly this one is never seen in total because we just get sprinkles of it throughout the posts, but the actual, physical act of building out a sims world might be one of the things that takes me the longest. I’m so incredibly picky about whether or not a build “fits” on the lot and the surroundings that I end up spending hours editing anything I download. It’s one of the most daunting things for the next gen, even though I’ve been working on it since the 1910s.

And is the 🫶🏼 just for love because a 🫶🏼 right back at you my dearest one.

Lmao, ooook, ramble time! You've officially got me started! Hahaha, alright, here's the deal (let's see if I can avoid spoilers).

I'm juggling trying to write Hyunjin as sympathetic and genuinely in love with Y/N, that he cares and he's not coming from a malicious place BUT he's still a little bit of a fuckboy, still a little narrow viewed, still kinda stringing her alone even if that's not his intention (hence why Jisung kinda hates him).

Like, we see his reasoning for WHY he still sleeps with other girls, but it's not smart - even he realizes it's not smart when Y/N basically breaks up with him and now he's left to pine for her and being a little hoe isn't helping anymore. 😬

Also, while this is explicitly a hhj fic, I'm still trying my best to establish a really good relationship between Bin and y/n. I'm always worried that writing out the mundane stuff like the date in "A Little Spoiling" is a little boring, but I want opportunities to show that Changbin is just such a fuckin good boyfriend! Because, just, I want good things for Y/N toooo, I mean, come ooooon, she's been in love with this fuckboy guy for years and she knows he's damaged and feels like she could never compare, because he's literally slept with women way prettier and more successful than her. Why would he pick her? BUT CHANGBIN DOESN'T MAKE HER FEEL THAT WAY AND DUDE IM LEGIT SO TORN BETWEEN THEM STAYING IN LIKE OR ACTUALLY FALLING IN LOVE. (Plus I'm also in love with Changbin too, the home wrecker, so soft, attentive BF!Changbin is me being self indulgent 🤤).

Ok tiny spoiler here but I have the trajectory of Bin and Y/Ns relationship already mapped out and idk which would hurt more for our main trio (either never getting to the "I love you" stage or being deep in it) when shit is going to hit the fan.

Ah, but, back on topic. Not only is y/n's relationship with Bin meant to be her getting something good, but also a way for her to realize that she's been letting Hyunjin get away with far too much. Maybe cause she let him? Regardless, through a healthy relationship, I want her to take a stand when... other spoilery things happen
