Aside the grandpa announcement, one of the things I can't get over is the way Hailie looks at him as he reads the 'you are the best dad in the world' card.

Max knows and remembers what his sister is talking about. Growing up if Sierra noticed Max was upset, stressed or tired, or just needing a break from karting or dealing with their father, she would take Max with her to the recording studio, Max was almost nearly the first one to hear her music before it was released.

And hearing that nickname Bean, The one Sierra created because Max hated green beans that he would throw them across the room. This part makes Max laugh once more, something he hasn't done in 3 weeks. And once again his bigger sister was right, Max is taking Sierras death harder then anyone, then their younger siblings, their father, their mother and the world.

Max is happy for once these past couple weeks, he knows that she wanted him to find that song, to listen to it, to fight for it to be released. And Max knows Sierra is standing next to him smiling proud once more.

As a matter of fact, I have seen his IG post. That being said... I am somewhat doubtful 👀

I mean, obviously, I'm not mentally prepared for this masterpiece to be in the forefront, especially with a video 😅. It makes me BAWL every time I hear it. It is really beautiful.

That being said... The preview is not making me very excited. I think it's adorable that he is sharing some family pictures but what's with the digital images ? It looks very artificial and I'm not a big fan of what we're seeing so far, the way the pictures are incrusted. Also, the post says "visuals" and not "music video". So I don't think it will be a music video as many people expect. My money is on it being some type of visualizer/lyric video.

Honestly, it makes a lot of sense. The song is very personal, so actually shooting a music video, going even further than what has already been done for Somebody Save Me would take a lot. Given that he is incredibly private, sharing family pictures and such a beautiful song is already a lot. I've seen people on Twitter wonder if Hailie (I mean, current, adult Hailie) would make an appearance in the video but I think it is somewhat unlikely. She has said on her podcast that she can't really listen to the song, so having her on a music video set for it would be kind of cruel 😅. At most, perhaps we'll get some footage of their father-daughter dance at her wedding ?

Anyway, I'm to trying to be a negative Nancy here. But I don't want to get my hopes up either. One thing for sure though : I will be wearing waterproof mascara tomorrow !

I’m glad that he’s been a good father. From what he says, that is his number one priority and if the home videos and the wedding letter are anything to go by, he did great. Love that for him and his whole family 💚

Also, I love that he has relaxed a little about showing their private lives. The kids are grown up now and Hailie wants a career in the public eye herself, so I guess that is quelling some of his fears. It’s good that can share what he wants to share.
