1. coffee mugs, teacups, wine glasses, water bottles, or soda cans?

aesthetically? coffee mugs. theyre just too cute to pass up. but as in which one i’d rather drink out of? soda cans definitely. i dont know what it is, but everything tastes better in a soda can

30. places that you find sacred? 

ooh, this is a tough question. but i think i’d say places where nature remains untouched by humans. there’s something enthralling about it.

61. favorite line you heard from a book/movie/tv show/etc.?

not to be generic, but…  “There will be three cats, kin of your kin, with the power of the stars in their paws. They will find a fourth, and the battle between light and dark will be won. A new leader will rise from the shadow of his death, and the Clans will survive beyond the memories of his memories. This is how it has always been, this is how it will always be.”it holds so much weight to me, especially the last line. it really makes me nostalgic over how impactful and wonderful these books are!

“A… three day Christmas charity gala?” Yuuri blinks up from the vellum envelope sitting in his lap. “Chris has got to be kidding, right?”

“It happens every year,” says Viktor. “And it’s not three days of gala; that’s only supposed to be on Christmas Eve. There’s also supposed to be other winter activities; it’s held at their family ski lodge, anyway.”

“And… Chris just invites you every year?”

“Well, he invites everyone, he reckons it’s the more the merrier. Also, it saves him from having to interact with the rest of his family, so there’s that.” Viktor laughs. “Do you want to go? I haven’t gone every year, but the ones I did attend are pretty fun.”

Yuuri snorts. “I bet,” he says, and Viktor’s cheeks tint bright pink. 

“You don’t have to be sleeping with Chris to find his family parties fun,” he points out. “I mean, for a bunch of stuffy bankers and lawyers, their hospitality is pretty great.”

Yuuri taps the envelope. “Are you sure he won’t mind if we came? I mean… it seems disingenuous to go just so we could… have a change of scenery or something.”

Viktor laughs. “I think he’s hoping we go just for that,” he says, before turning to his phone. “Should I tell him yes from both of us?”

Yuuri nods.

My life before the Guild was as a pastor in a little hamlet. It was very peaceful, and the people were very God-fearing. But, it is the duty of a pastor to spread the word of God to everyone. So I left the town in capable hands, and accepted Mr. Fitzgerald’s offer to become part of the Guild.

i agree with you on your dog and cat post! i have a dog and love him to bits, but cats are more sensory friendly to me if that makes sense? also please give your cats a kiss or pet from me!!

yeah cats are definitely better for me sensory wise jhgfjf like even a loud / hyper cat is not As Much as a loud / hyper dog. i think its bc i like cat noises better than dog barking, which is harsh to my ears
