Have you ever gone somewhere and realised you’ve not worn the most appropriate attire for an event? Well, I got to go to the races today, for my first time ever!! I had such a good time, seeing all the ladies in their beautiful dresses, and pretty shoes, and flamboyant hats! And even the men were all dressed up in nice suits too..☺️🎩👗👒 It was a lovely occasion, and I had a great time, taking it all in. I Remember...

I remember the bright light of the morning that just gets you every day.

I remember the concert fright right before you are about to perform your hard work and stress to a crowd of 900.

I remember circular pathways that return back to where you started on my morning jogs and math homework.

I remember the way that certain people talk to you when they are trying to inform you that they are getting annoyed.

I remember the breathtaking views that one can see far from home.

I remember those fateful moments when everything seems to be out of order.

I remember the moments where I see water but all I step on is asphalt.

I remember drinking out of an empty cup thinking that there is something in it.

I remember getting stuck over and over on something that is easy so much so that a two year old can do it.

I remember making mistakes that I regret and continue to reflect and criticize myself about. I tell myself: “It could have gone better. I should have done this.”

I remember throwing the ball, thinking I would make the target, but only to my despair, the ball was lost.

I remember being next to the one thing I hated the most and doing nothing about it.

Hello everyone, As you all know, I have an anxiety and panic disorder. It's actually more common than people think, which is why I would like to write a book about it. So more people understand, but also can relate. BUT I need your help!! As anxiety is more common and only becoming More common, the stigma is starting to change. Mental illness is still frowned upon, but not as much as it has been. And I would like to invite you to help change the stigma even more. Please message or reply with a personal story of an anxiety or Panic attack that you were embarrassed of but now can look back and shrug it off. To get things started I will tell my deepest darkest secret experience. I once when to a really crowded event with my boyfriend. Not only Was it crowded, it was on tv and I was in a far away city which always made me nervous. So I decided to just stay in the car and hide out. I did fine in the car until....my stomach started to rumble. OH NO! I had to poop. I was in a parking garage with no bathroom in sight and I didn't want to go to the event which would be crowded and probably have a line for the bathroom anyway. So what did I do? I pooped behind my car!!!! No joke, cameras and everything. Not my finest moment hahah but makes a great story! Please share yours!!! Thanks!

MY CRUSH KNOWS!

THIS IS THE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE. I had this crush on a guy that i knew outside school. He’s older than me. I mean, older, he’s oldeeeer than me, 11 years older :) he’s like so old but i really like him because he’s kinda cute and funny. I like to imagine stupid things about him when I'm bored. foolishly i posted a picture of him on my side instagram (it’s like a more personal gram with only few friends and it’s privatised). it was a picture of him with a long caption and it’s a song lyric from superficial love. he texted me last night saying thanks for coming to his show at the bar, but he hadn’t answer my last text. secs after i posted that my phone vibrated and it was a message from HIM! at first it thought it was just a norm text until i read the first words “Hey fa do you have another instagram...?” I STUNNED THERE. All i can say was WHOA..WHOA..WHOA... whooooaaaaaaaa i didn’t even finished reading it was so afraid to read the rest of the message. then i opened my instagram like faster than meteor’s free falling i deleted the post because i was so panicking at that time. i just stared at my phone facing down in front of me. i was so shocked my friend kept asking me “heyy what’s wrong?... “ “Hey are you fine?” i grabbed my forehead, i slapped my face i shook my head back and forth. i was so shocked i haven’t even read the whole message but I'm already freaked as shit. i asked my friend to read that for me,so she read that for me. he said that there is this one person tagging my post to him on his DM. I was like “whooooooo?” i really can’t think straight but I'm glad he didn’t see what i posted because it was so embarrassing i’d die! what made it worse was that i had to do a presentation in front of class. When i was doing it, one of my friend told me that it was my friend at class. A guy in my class. I WAS SO MAD THAT I BURSTED IN FRONT OF CLASS. i just cried because my feelings are so mixed. i mean that’s not funny. i tried to lie at him saying that i made my side gram to post videos so i don't waste my phone memory and i have no idea who this guy is why did he sent you dms. BUT i know exactly, I'm 100 percent sure he knew i lied. I even thought to block him because i couln’t stand it. i was so embarrassed. LOL

So far today has been pretty productive and also pretty fucking embarrassing. I thought I’d get all cute, do my makeup and everything. I even picked out a cute outfit- its October now and what better outfit than the classic black dress with an oversized flannel look? It’s my favorite look after all. I paired it with some hoops, (which I have been super into lately) and my docs. Any day that I can wear my docs is a good outfit day in my opinion. I’ve never been much of a heels girl, but I love boots especially in the fall. After glancing at myself in my roommate's full-length mirror, I headed out thinking though I look pretty fucking fat these days, I actually looked sort of appealing. I made a point to walk to class with my head up and my shoulders high because I’m really trying to establish a sense of confidence in myself even though I haven’t been feeling it lately. Walking with confidence really does help with that and I’ve even noticed other girls doing it and no matter what outfits they're wearing, I have to admit I notice them when they walk past me and I always feel like they are powerful women. For me, however, I’ve been trying to put effort into what I wear because I also want to feel powerful, and putting effort into my looks really has helped. However, today I felt completely the opposite. 

It’s a windy afternoon, which isn't uncommon for Flagstaff. In the first class of my Mondays and Wednesdays, I have Race and Gender in Media. I also have one of my friends, Noah in that class who I sort of have a crush on.  Not only is he really cute but he's also really sensitive and sweet and I’ve gotten to be good friends with him because we also work together. I try to act nonchalant about my crush because these days I am less focused on boys and more on how I can get the job of my dreams in Seattle after I graduate. So with that being said, I left the class before him not even waiting to walk with him or anything. So, keep that in mind- hes behind me. In fact, he’s probably directly behind me because he was packing up about ready to leave at the same time I was. Anyways, as I was walking to the building where my second class takes place (where I am now as I write this), this girl runs up to me and says “hey love, your dress is reeeeally high up in the back” 

shit dude. I didn't even look back because I just had a feeling Noah saw this take place and had probably been staring at my way-to-high dress from behind this whole time and then witnessed me pull down my dress as this girl came up to me. So I am pretty embarrassed and the only thing I could think to do is write about it because one day I would just love to look back and laugh...right now I hella want to sob. 

Also, this is kind of inspiring me to write more about my days. So maybe I’ll just use this platform to do that.
