I loved this film so much I’ve seen it in IMAX and 3D this week. Wicked is now in my top 10 favorite films of all time. I’m obsessed with Elphaba’s journey.

Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande did an amazing job portraying these iconic characters.

I got pictures of the Supermoon. Somebody remind me to upload them tomorrow cuz I have to transfer them from the digital camera to my laptop there's literally no other way to get them lol

Magic Tarot 10 - Fortune 🍀

I thought for a long time about what to depict here, but I was constantly distracted by other things.

In general, everything turned out somehow strange with this card. Technically, the art is lineless, and I didn’t plan to make it that way initially. I first sketched the idea while running on my phone, then I started drawing the basic pose and background, figuring out what it would look like. But at the same time, after the sketch, I added wings (exactly in the form in which they eventually lived until the final work), to look at the atmosphere, then fireflies, to enhance the atmosphere.

By that time, the background was so well resolved in color that it was considered ready and all that remained was to redraw the wheel and Linfey, but they were already well resolved in color, so instead of lining this sketch, then filling it with base colors and then making light and shadow, I started lining directly on this blank. I had to tinker with the hair, but even then I probably tinkered less than I could have if I had done the line. In general, I wanted to finish it in 2 days, but it just so happened that I ruined my pipeline, but it turned out to be a beautiful picture a little faster than usual. RU

Я долго думала, что тут изобразить но постоянно отвлекалась на другие дела.

С этой картой вообще все как-то странно получилось. Технически арт безлайновый, причем я не планировала сделать его таким изначально. Я сначала сделала скетч идеи на бегу в телефоне, потом стала рисовать базовую позу и фон, прикидывая как это будет выглядеть. Но при этом после скетча добавила крылья (прям в том виде в котором они в итоге и дожили до финала работы), атмосферу посмотреть, потом светлячков, усилить атмосферу. К тому времени фон был так удачно решен по цветам, что считай, был готов и оставалось перерисовать только колесо и Линфи, но и они уже были неплохо решены по цветам, поэтому вместо того чтобы лайнить по этому скетчу, потом заливать базовыми цветами и дальше делать свет-тень, я начала шпарить прям по этой болванке. С волосами пришлось повозиться, но и то я возилась наверняка меньше чем могла бы, если бы лайн делала. В общем хотела за 2 дня закончить, но так вот совпало, что я порушила себе пайплайн, но получилась красивая картинка немного быстрее обычного.
