this was me testing reshades that dont make gold look YELLow ahhh !! it became a pet peeve of mine that all the scenes in the palace made my sims look like they have JAUNDICE😐 not anymore mwahahaha

26. have other sim stories inspired you? 

waaaah is it corny if i say literally everyone on this platform 😭 no because even the non royal simblrs i follow make me so 🤩🤩🤩 plus i am too shy to call them out specifically but in my mind they know, they just Know🧍🏽‍♀️

13. does your sim believe in any cliches?

i would say love at first sight but um not anymore 😭😭 she’ll always be a hopeless romantic but this whole bet thing has made her a lot less naive and innocent💔

39. does your sim get along with their family?

yes and no 😐 she and henry are veryveryvery close and she is also very close with her dad !!! but she and georgina butt heads a LOT. they really disagree over everything, it’ll be awhile before they ever Get Along. she also Despises phillipa, she can be soooOo mean to pippa sometimes and all poor pippa does is idolize catherine :( wahhh

43. what is a wish your sim has?

to be loved and to be in love 🧍🏽‍♀️not the one direction lyrics ill shut up but she goes through this Process of wanting to be loved then wanting to be desired then wanting to be wanted then wanting to be loved again 👁 sorry if thats confusing it’ll make sense Eventually

45. how do others generally perceive your sim?

everyone is Always underestimating her 😔 probably the only person to accurately perceive catherine from the start is henry !!!! everyone else just assumes she knows/feels/thinks/is-capable-of less than she actually is

How do you do all these poster? any tips?

hi anon !!! im sososo sorry this took me forever to answer 💔 also sorry this got a lil long i’d put it under a cut but i’m on mobile :/

i edited every poster differently but for 1, 2 and 5 i loosely followed this tutorial by @/ratboysims ,,, unfortunately the original post is deleted ?i think? but the link is a reblog of it ☹️ feel free to send another ask if you can’t get access to the tutorial i could try to explain it :D

• i love to visualize lyrics so that was my biggest inspiration for all the poses and backdrops and stuff so maybe find a song with lyrics you love and Imagine it 💆🏽‍♀️ this is literally how i’ve come up with All Of Chapter Three ,,, just a bunch of song lyrics made into lil plot lines

• i consider myself Adequate in photoshop 🥴 but these posters definitely required me to look up some tutorials and try New things to get the result i wanted so i guess i would say Trust The Process and get out of your editing comfort zone !!

• i got all the fonts i used from dafont.com ,, they have it organized into categories so it was very easy to find what i was looking for :)

to be honest i scroll through pinterest A Lot and just save any cc that i like so i use a bunch of cc from different creators but here’s some of main favorites 🤞🏽❤️

trillkye - my fav mm creator !! i use this cc the most for bts posts or when i want my sims to dress like 🧍🏽‍♀️commoners🧍🏽‍♀️ nOT COMMONERS PLEASE i mean like this is just their normal people wardrobe 

rusty + melonsloth + sifix - all very pretty cc i mainly use for royalty related stuff (engagements, weddings, portraits blah blah)

soboro + rimings - for any time i want my sims to look Expensive and Put Together !!! their cc is so Hot thats the only way i can describe it 

gorillax3 + marvinsims - these two creators are basically responsible for all my male cc 🤒 i wont lie i am very picky about male cc and so my male sims end up wearing every swatch of the same 5 items over and over 🧎🏽‍♀️

hihi!🧎🏽‍♀️i use photoshop to edit all my screenshots !!! i downloaded it illegally but i’m pretty sure gimp is completely free to download :D i also use a reshade preset and that does a lot of the editing work for me 🗣

ahhh i think seeing everything come together ? imagining and planning and thinking and then Seeing it all finished and pretty !! especially with my next chapter because ive had some of these scenes sitting in my head for Months and now theyre Real in front of me ??? i feel like im not making sense

there are many🧍🏽‍♀️that one tweet in this post is right , she is in fact spoiled. literally william’s fault he does not say no to her. ever. and she’s quite the sore loser, to the point that any games or toys with a winner were Banned by their nanny because catherine would just throw a fit every time. she’s can be kinda a little teeng tiny bit selfish ? just a little teeny tiny bit only cares about what She wants and other people will just have to get over it. she’s also vERY jealous. bitterly jealous. awfully jealous. it’s bad. probably should work on it. she won’t.

9. what environment did your sims grow up in?

himari grew up in a very Free Spirited environment 😌 her mom (lia) grew up in a strict household because she was (as a child) 4th in line to the throne so then lia became determined to let her kids live however they want with very little rules to follow and expectations to live up to !! she’s also the oldest in her family so she was sort of the guinea pig for everything like her parents were still figuring out how they wanted to raise their kids when she was already walking and talking. eventually when she was like 7ish they decided to move to and stay in eloda but before that they were all over the place

16. is your sim type a or type b?

100% type b. she’s pretty indifferent to most things and very laid back, i wouldn’t say she’s completely carefree but she’s definitely easygoing

18. is your sim neurotypical or neurodivergent?

i love this question 🥺 i dont think i ever have or directly will mention in my story but himari has ADHD (combination type) !!! i mostly hint at her symptoms i.e. trouble with focusing on academics/studying, impulsivity ~the Kiss 😳~, and um some other Things in the future🤐 hehe sorry this is a mouthful i could talk psychology for hours i have a minor in child and adolescent psychopathology 🥸 and i lovelovelove working psychology into my characters :D a lot of himari’s choices will be directed by her adhd 👁👁 but it’s definitely not a flaw !!!!!!! i want to be clear about that !!!!!!

28. does your sim like books? if so what’s their favorite one?

honestly no😭 but henry really really does so she likes to listen to him read aloud 🥺 HowEver her favorite book is probably the great gatsby because it was the only one she Actually read for a school assignment and DEFinitely NOT because she relates to daisy 😤thats crazy why would you think that !!!! himari ??? green light ???? stop thats madness

uh this is Embarrassing but i use this website a lot of the time🧍🏽‍♀️also , it takes me awhile to find a name that feels Just Right and i almost never end up choosing the first name i thought of !
