A Meal for Every Occasion at Honey Salt

Honey Salt is one of Elizabeth Blau’s many gifts to Las Vegas. One of the reasons why we love this Summerlin spot is because it’s the type of restaurant that allows you to feel casual in an elegant setting. You can stop by with friends on a weekend afternoon and enjoy french toast and coffee or bring a date and dine on seared scallops and wine. 

Brunch? Satisfy your sweet tooth with monkey bread or buttermilk pancakes while sipping on mimosas.

If you find yourself with nothing doing on a Monday afternoon, might I suggest strolling the halls of your niece and nephew’s school while dressed as a #CircusRingleader? Elegant for its (seeming) simplicity, @HoneySalt’s #Brookie (inspired by @Baked_in_Brooklyn) is one of my favorite #Desserts, to be found in the #LasVegasValley (or #VancouverBC, for that matter). The three-layered goodie starts with a #FudgeBrownie that’s got a #ChocolateChipCookie baked into the top of it; over which a heaping scoop of #SaltedCaramelChunkIceCream slowly melts, forming little rivulets of scrumptiousness that seep into the cookie and brownie.
