Elijah is an affective man despite what people usually think. With his princess he always feel like kissing or hugging her closer to his body. Honestly, he literally just need her around because it makes him mad when she isn't.

In the very beginning, Elijah was the one crazy in love with you, always being around and keeping an eye on you. He just wanted you and in the end he got what he wanted...you.

Oh god...he loveeeeesss cuddling with you. It really isn't a problem were you are or what you do when he want to cuddle with you, it's right there and now. Usually you never complain about it because you do love it really bad to.

D - Domestic

Elijah is a big help in your domestic life. He is the only that cook, always and that's because he is extremely good at it. He help doing the laundry and the dishes when needed, a real gentleman, your gentleman.

In the start, Elijah was giving way much more effort to get your attention and show you how much you meant to him. However, when things got serious between the both of you it became a good share. You both have effort to make your relationship work perfectly.

Because of how badly he experienced love in the past at first it isn't the easiest thing for Elijah to tell you how he feels all the time and what his emotions are. Yet, once he gets to open up it all get better and easier.

I mean common~ We are talking about Elijah Mikaelsons here. Of course he give you gifts...all the time at a point that you need to tell him to stop and relax because it's just to much. Dresses, expensive jewelry even a new car because you once complain you didn't had one. It all was nothing for him, Elijah just love to spoil his princess.

Just like the cuddles, he absolutely live the hugs even if he is more of a kisser. The times he loves to hug you the most is when you both are around other and he feel the need to get you closer and show you affection.

Elijah is a gentleman and it follows him in bed when you both get intimate. He will make sure you feel comfortable and that everything is ok for you at all time. He will be gentle and sweet not wishing to hurt you or anything. He will take care of your desire before his and make sure you are absolutely satisfied before comes his turn.

This is not even a question, he wants you to carry his children. Elijah wants a girl and a boy and he already chose their name : Elizabeth and James. she can't stop thinking about you all pretty and pregnant around the house.

Elijah can get really needy when he wants. He'll just literally ask for your attention all the time. Then, he would just hug your body to his to make sure you don't move and keep you there until he is satisfied, sometimes it can last hours. Not that you complain of course.

Your original boyfriend is an early waker, yet since he met you and started sleeping with you it all change. It's impossible to get out of bed before ten because he will make sure you can't more out of his grip. Elijah just seems to be more affectionate when he wakes.

He is decently obsessed of you, he thinks about you all the time and consider that you are his little princess. He can't be separated from you even one day and when you aren't with his he will call you multiple time and send you text to know if your fine and ok.

Elijah is a really patient man, be learned this quality during all his years as a vampire and he would wait for you forever it it's needed.

He remembers everything about you and things you've told him, Elijah is an extremely intelligent man and he have a amazing memories for things that are important about you.

Elijah is like a security dog for you, literally. He would never let anyone hurt you and he make sure that people around knows what they will face If they put you in arms way. He killed and tortured already for you. The only idea of his princess being in pain is enough to make him want to burn a town down.

He absolutely hate when you say things involving your physical appearance and body in a negative way, for him you are persecution on earth and he won't allow you to even think about this word.

Hummm....it's Elijah the man that always wears suits and look like a freaking model that we are talking about. Of course he take care of himself and like to look absolutely perfect and handsome at all time. It's literally his mark of commerce.

Before meeting you he was empty and was a shell of himself. However, now that he found you it's just like he revived and he feel whole again.

Theirs in nothing in the world he wouldn't do for you, anything. Theirs is nothing that is to much or out of reach.

Y - Yuck

Honestly their is nothing Elijah doesn't like about you, he tried to find something but he never succeeded. You just seems to be perfect.

Z - ZZZ

Sleeping with you is the best thing in earth for him, he got used to be asside if you all the time and feeling your body against his as you sleep just makes him feel happy and relaxed. Sometimes, when he doesn't feel sleepy but you do, Elijah just caress you hair and looks at you sleep.

two fics in one day? When I'm not even doing any challenges for this month? Insane! But I had another thought, inspired by @witchcraftandgeeknes, and I just had to write it, yknow. Had a lot of fun writing it, too. There's potential for me to turn this into an AU, but for the moment, it's just staying as a oneshot

If there was one thing Kol had learned not to underestimate, it was his older brother’s spy network. Honestly, it seemed as though Elijah knew everything, and it wasn’t that uncommon for Kol to see some peasant or another slipping up to whisper into Elijah’s ear, low enough that even the other vampires couldn’t hear what was being said.

It was why, when he’d started creating his golden dagger to take down their half-brother, Kol didn’t even try to hide it from Elijah. From the rest of the family? Oh yes. Rebekah would absolutely snitch on him, and whilst Kol didn’t really consider Marcel family, the others did, and the boy would also tell Klaus if given half the chance.

Kol could not let them find out about this.

The best case scenario, as he saw it, if his half-brother found out about this, was that he’d be daggered. Wait, no. Klaus did still rely on Elijah for a lot, and despite Kol’s attempts to hide it, he was sure that Klaus knew that Elijah was the only one he’d really listen to. So the best case scenario was Klaus handing him over to Elijah for punishment, not knowing that he already knew.

Elijah could be downright nasty with his punishments, although they’d never gotten as bad as their father’s. Mikael had been truly horrible to them all, even though Kol knew Klaus claimed it was only him that was targeted.

The worst case scenario? Klaus tortured Kol, made him watch as his co-conspirators, his friends, were turned into vampires, and then picked off one by one, before Klaus daggered Kol and left him like that for the next 8 centuries, like Finn was.

Desperately, Kol hoped that that scenario didn’t come to pass. But sometimes, a dice needed to be loaded, so he went hunting. Not for food, this time. For one of Elijah’s little shadows, who liked to go and tweet into his ear about things.

Elijah would be mad if Kol killed one of his spies, anyways. And upsetting Elijah would be the quickest way for Klaus to find out about Kol’s little dagger.

The spy reported in to Elijah later that night, Kol thought. He wasn’t entirely sure. It wasn’t that often that anyone caught Elijah listening to his little shadows, but the way his eyes followed Kol afterwards gave him a decent idea.

He went to see his brother when summoned, near midnight. Klaus was out, Kol didn’t know why, as was Rebekah, although Kol thought that she was sneaking out to meet up with Marcel for their little courtship. Honestly, the only person who didn’t know was Klaus. Kol wasn’t sure if Elijah did, but he assumed that if he did, so did his older brother.

“It’s just like the silver daggers he uses on us, Elijah,” Kol explained his plan fully.

How he hated the daggerings, how he knew that Elijah wasn’t exactly happy with them (his brother twitched a little at that, but ultimately didn’t say anything to it. Kol counted it as a win anyways). It really was supposed to work just like the silver daggers did on them. Just to dagger Klaus for a few years, to give him a taste of his own medicine.

Kol was somewhat hopeful that it would give Klaus pause when he went to dagger them again, although only somewhat. There was a reason that Elijah and Rebekah were the ones to stick closest by Klaus throughout the centuries, though even they had to leave him from time to time. Klaus played favourites, and Kol knew that if he stepped one toe out of line, Klaus would dagger him once again.

He could tell that Elijah was thinking along the same thoughts as him. Klaus was incredibly liberal with those daggers, especially with the knowledge that they couldn’t hurt him back with them because of his (sealed) werewolf heritage. One time he’d daggered Kol, just for talking back to Elijah in an argument.

Kol just wanted to make sure that Klaus felt the same fear of the dagger that he did, that’s all. He was sure that his big brother wouldn’t deny him that (he hoped. This entire plan, telling Elijah everything first, was based on the hope that Elijah wouldn’t decide to just go and reveal everything to Klaus first, and get Kol daggered before he could do anything).

Elijah nodded slowly along to Kol’s words, and he felt a bit of the tension inside his body relax. Elijah was agreeing with him. He probably wasn’t going to turn him in, if he was agreeing with Kol’s plan.

“I will grant you some of my witches to help,” Elijah offered, after Kol had finished talking. “But if Niklaus finds out, I have no part in this whatsoever.”

Kol hesitated, before agreeing to Elijah’s conditions. Extra witches to help would be welcome, especially since Elijah tended to only work with the best of the best. And if they weren’t the best at magic, that just meant they were the best at... other things.

Like running. And hiding.

It was far later, when Kol was working on the golden dagger with his witches, and Elijah’s witches proved to only be on par with Kol’s own, that he realised the true gift Elijah had offered. His brother was sly, sneaking this in without Kol immediately noticing, but he found himself grateful.

No matter what happened, the knowledge of how to create the golden dagger wouldn’t end with them. Elijah had ensured that regardless of whether or not Klaus found out, he couldn’t know of Elijah’s involvement, and Elijah’s witches would be able to continue creating this dagger in secret, when Klaus thought all the conspirators for it were rounded up and dealt with.

Kol never verbally confirmed it with Elijah, though. He wouldn’t confirm or deny it, Kol had done this dance with his brother before, and decided to spare himself the annoyance. But Klaus never caught Elijah’s witches, and as he stared up into his brother’s carefully blank face, Kol tried to project his gratitude for it into Elijah’s mind, even as Klaus sunk the silver dagger into his own body.

Nearly a century later, flames burning around them, Elijah stared down into his little brother’s terrified face, and decided not to kill him for good, after all. He released his grip on Klaus’ heart, instead reaching into his jacket pocket, and shoved the golden dagger he’d left there into Klaus’ heart.

Now, with the words fresh from Klaus’ mouth, Elijah had all the time in the world to look for his missing siblings, without his half-brother doing anything to prevent him from it.

He really did have to thank Kol for the golden dagger, as well. It had changed everything.

Elijah was a much brighter person when he was human. As a doctor he was absolutely in his element, able to put his kindness and calmness to good use. Playful, confident and capable under pressure, he was well-liked by most of his peers, and a few of the nurses on his ward certainly had crushes on him.

A bit naive and overconfident, Eli believed in the goodness of most people. He often thought his decent reputation could protect him from any harm. He made friends easily. He trusted easily. He even fell in love quite easily — and broke a couple of hearts as a result. His relationships often ended up short-lived due to his work commitments. Something he regretted.

After the incident with Claudia and his turning, he became much more withdrawn. He felt disconnected from his life, unable to reach out to anyone for help. His ability to trust was shattered — even towards himself and his own judgement. How could he have let something like that happen to him? He had a profound sense of isolation and helplessness. The only one who knew what had happened to him was the one who inflicted it in the first place. Who else would believe it? And even if they did, he couldn't control himself. How could they see him as anything other than the same monster she was?

Over time, Eli lost his natural spark. He was afraid to accept his new existence, and he was afraid to die and lose everything. He persisted with a half-life kind of reality, barely surviving on the required amount of blood and living in isolation at the lighthouse. He was weaker than he should be, and the first year or so was quite hellish to experience, another kind of madness that he only survived through Claudia's help. He felt indebted to her. Yet as a result, he learned the hard way how to control his appetite, even around people.

After many years, the lack of proper feeding took its toll on him. He started to show signs of aging. Ironically, it worked in his favour, helping him blend in with the small fishing village he called home. In the end, Elijah began to settle into his new reality, straddling the line between human and vampire, but not really feeling like he belonged in either world. He became accustomed to his loneliness. He stopped wanting to reach out to anyone, and again, he buried himself in his work.

sane universe Mads def gets hit hard by gifted kid fatigue. they never really felt like they were a part of their family because they're so much younger than most of their siblings, so they slowly distance themself from their family to suffer alone after they graduate and try to go to college.

their early 20s are Really Rough. they're in a constant depressive fog that consumes everything around them; it eventually chases off their gf because Camila can't take being around someone who is such a constant drain. the depression meds aren't working, they pretty much only see their family on holidays, and despite talking to their parents at least once a month, it's more them lying to them about being fine than having someone to turn to.

Isaac has a boyfriend, a stable job, and a good home, Elijah has a girlfriend and a decently paying job, Jack has his kid with his long-term girlfriend and has severely mellowed out, but they're just kind of... There. as an outlier. the only sibling of theirs that feels like a sibling is Isaac because they grew up together. everybody was always too caught up in stuff that happened either before they were born or when they were very young. they immediately had all of that trauma in common, and Mads was constantly playing catch up to struggle for a relationship with their family. and when their depression, self-loathing, and general distaste for socializing got worse, they shut everyone out.

so, i finished the devil judge. spoiler-laden thoughts about the show under the cut

never have i seen a show that made me WILDLY oscillate between enjoyment and frustration like this before. i swear my opinion changed every single minute of every single episode and that was the case with the last episode too, but before i get ahead of myself, i do want to note that the casting choices for this show were excellent and i enjoyed all the actors' performances. i think they all did a great job and i'd love to see more of whatever they're in.

as for the show itself and the writing – idk! it frustrated me! there were definitely moments where i enjoyed the twists, especially the reveal that yo han had been protecting elijah all along but there were some glaring plot holes and plot twists that felt goofy and unearned. i enjoyed the live court concept and i think the show did have a nuanced portrayal of what would happen if something like that came into effect, but sometimes it stretches credulity an insane amount and you'd have to suspend your disbelief a whole lot to accept some of the events. even if it's a fictional dystopia or whatever, i feel like it still has to have some believability, but the amount yo han and the other main characters get away with is crazy. the only thing that redeems it from being completely outrageous is that the villains are rich and powerful, and i can't find it in myself to be too mad that they get cornered and punished in brutal ways with little to no opposition. clearly the show understands the public frustration with the wealth gap — the last episode having the 99% vote guilty and the 1% vote innocent is an on-the-nose representation of that sentiment, and i really liked it, but sometimes i wish the show took itself seriously! it felt rushed in a lot of places, and the lowkey ableist resolution to elijah's character arc was annoying. re-arrange some of the existing scenes and it would feel like a more tightly-knit show but as it exists now, in its current state, the pacing was all over the place.

the silver lining of this show is that even in its wildest moments, the cast is very likeable. i liked every single character (except the villains), even if i felt like some of them were underwritten/their motivations were not believable for how much the show has told us about them. that being said, they're all charming. i don't usually like numerical ratings but i'd give the show an 8 for yo han's face alone (i'm docking two points off because they made sun-ah and minister cha kill themselves though. gorgeous evil women deserve to live forever etc etc). i liked that the show was bold enough to actually let yo han get away with blowing up a bunch of rich people, i definitely thought ga-on would successfully talk him out of it😅 but i also liked the vague implication towards the end that the world isn't necessarily "fixed" because of what yo han did, and that even if yo han started a movement, its quick hype-and-die-down probably wouldn't have a long-lasting effect, but that's not what he had hoped for anyway, as his general goal as a character was to take down the srf and he did exactly that. it was realistic, even amidst the unrealistic chaos of it all, and i thought it was a decent concession for the show to make in exchange for yo han getting his revenge 😂 when the show first began, i thought we'd have more court cases but i can see how that would get monotonous after an episode or two so maybe this is the wisest route to take for a thriller. the court room scenes were very well shot though, even though i feel like the show uses the conceit of a live court WAY too much as a writing shorthand to resolve some of its plots. but. at the end of the day, i did enjoy my watch-through and i had a good time, so i consider it time well-spent

"Elijah...he's gone...Klaus's gone!" I shutter stumbling into his waiting arms still sobbing where I stained his suit shirt with tears. He wrapped his arms around my frame feeling my body collapse into his embrace.

The bedroom bursts open for me to see a moarning Becca. Her eyes bloodshot from crying with a bottle of wine in her hands. I get on the edge of my bed, dragging the covers wrapped around me along. "Rebekah-" I trailed off my nose still stopped up from hours of sobbing, eyes bloodshot red and marks from where I was digging my nails into my skin.

She embraces me in a hug and I death grip her yellow jacket as we both cry in tears. I didn't have a connection with Finn so his death only physical hurt me. Instead Klaus has hurt me mentally inside too. Rebekah breaks the hug warning me suddenly. "Maddie duck!"

We barely let go of one another and she pushes hair behind my ear. I spin around to see a dart shoot into my arm and Becca gets one in her stomach dropping to the floor before me. Everyone around me blues as I fall on my knees mumbling out as everything went dark. "Becca...."

My eyes open slowly and once I'm awake I tug my wrists up on to feel a shock of pain shoot through my body. Rebecca thrashes next to me but my sister's voice stopped her. "Vervain ropes. Looks like Alaric outed us all out to the council." She paused seeing needles sticking into my skin. "They thought you were a vampire like me, Mads."

Suddenly a truck crashes into the front of us, knocking the three of us around when the truck gets tipped over. Tyler broke open the door, snapping my chains with ease. My twin asks in disbelief that her boyfriend was actually alive. "You're alive?" He broke her free as I go for Becca but he pulls at my forearm once Care is out of the truck.

"Wait Mads, what about me?" Becca asked struggling with her restraints. Tyler gets me out of the truck where I grabbed his arm holding him still.

"We have to free her too, Tyler." He grabbed mine and Caroline's hand vamping us into the woods seeing a police car coming towards us.

Caroline started getting it on with Tyler and I turn away looking at the woods, not sure of what to do. But I picked up on something Tyler said to her. "Easy, love. Wrong time, wrong place and wrong equipment." Tyler would never call her that - he's not British. The only 2 people who are is klaus and kol. Oh my god....it can't be.

I take a few steps up towards the pair when she pulled away realizing what he'd said. "Did you just call me 'Love?"

Tyler or maybe Klaus replied looking at her. "I don't know, love. Did I?" He leans his back against the tree still wearing no shirt. "Listen... I didn't have to risk exposure to come save you."

"Oh, you do one semi-decent thing and now you're my hero?" She puts her top back on scoffing at him. "Put Tyler back!"

I gasped in a breath nearly stumbling and fall against a tree for support. My vision started to blur so I pressed my back against the tree trunk in shock that he's somehow alive right now. My sister runs her fingers through her hair until Tyler/Klaus vamped over to me arms on either side of my head blocking me in. "Maddie.." He smirks in Tyler's body and I clearly show I don't like it with look of discomfort. He cups my face in his hands as I labored out in full disbelief.

"Klaus - Nik...you're alive...I...this isn't possible." Shaking my head side to side my chest heaving up and down. "I felt the stake go through your heart...you...you should be dead!" He gently wiped my tears away with his thumbs seeing a shocked smile on my face that he's here right now. He leaned down to kiss me but I push my hands against Tyler's chest. "Sorry too werid, get back in your own body first please..."

He nods finishing my note "Gladly, my love." Caroline watched us trying not to throw up at the sight then spinning around on her feet throwing her arms up in the air.

"Wait what is happening here. What did you mean when you said you felt him die!" Klaus and I just stared at her while she freaks out stomping around in her boots. "Are you two together, gag. Mads, how could you not tell me!"

Moving out from underneath his arm I take my sister's hand in hers only telling her half the truth. If I told her I might be falling for him she might try and kill him which would result in her getting hurt by him instead. "Care, lisen when Esther tried to kill the Originals I found out that I am linked to all the brothers. I can feel their desires and when they die I feel their pain too. That's why he's close to me and I to him...are you mad?"

"I should be...but you didn't have a choice in the matter. So all I can hope is that they treat you well." She glanced over my shoulder towards Klaus who just smiled our direction now wearing a shirt again. "If you ever hurt her or any of your brothers do the same I will shove a stake in you. Understand that Klaus!" She flashed her fangs at him when he nodded.

Night had come I lay on my bed about to fall asleep until something hits my window making me shoot up. Caroline was asleep in her room down the hall. Sliding off my bed I opened the window seeing Klaus standing on the ground in his actual body finally. Covering my mouth with my hands I giggled as quietly as I could knowing he would hear me still. "Klaus Mikaelson, what are you doing. It's the middle of the night. You can't be here."

He shakes his head vamping off the ground now sitting on my windowseal grinning a proud smile. "I couldn't wait another second to see you. Elijah told me that you hadn't been leaving your room for a few days. I'm sorry I couldn't tell you that it was all taken care of. That I would come back Maddie." He rests his hand against my face that I leaned into.

Not wasting a secound I grab the collar of his black jacket pulling him inside my bedroom crashing my lips onto his. He gasped taken back at first then cups my face in his hands deepening it slowly. Wrapping my arms around his neck I moved my fingers through his hair driving him crazy where he breaks the kiss. "Jump love." Following his words I wrapped my legs around his waist putting my lips back onto his tugging at the collar of his shirt until we fell back onto my bed never breaking the kiss.

"Maddie, as much as this is tempting we can't. I promised that I'd wait until your fully ready." He finally broke the kiss hovering above me for a second. His hair is a curly mess with a small smirk on his face where he flopped beside me on the bed.

Throwing my head back on the pillows I rolled over laying my head in the crook of his neck sighing in relief. "Please don't die again, Nik. I couldn't handle it." I whispered feeling my eyes getting heavier so he wrapped his arms around my waist pulling me closer to him.

"I don't plan on it. Goodnight Mads." He whispered kissing my forehead closing his eyes too.

It had become pretty much the norm for Nick to cook for people he slept with, even if it was never meant to go anywhere. Usually, he does it because he was probably going to cook anyway and making one extra serving is just the decent thing to do.
