I mean we know vampires can still have shitty vision but I swear if slayer blood makes him suddenly have great vision I'mma be low key upset

idk if it's the fact that I wear glasses or I just really love his glasses or something but something about him magically getting his vision improved just... idk it upsets me

sure I can theorize why it would improve his vision

he has a desire to be seen and he's always been on high alert so having insanely good vision as a vampire would make sense

plus he's a slayer keeping an eye out is just a thing slayers do

but like it won't change the fact that I would be piiiiiiiissed

in my opinion his glasses are ICONIC

guillermo isn't guillermo without his glasses (or without his curls that I can overanalyze to hell and back)

so the idea of him not needing them anymore bothers me

I'm also allergic to change to things I like that I'm not mentally prepared for 5 to 10 business days in advance

final prediction for whatever the fuck is going on with holmes at the end of season five: that lady he's seeing is a personification of his addiction (??? I have NO idea bro but I do know she is not real so this is the best I got) and that's why he's doing the puzzle boxes; Holmes and Watson's focus on the gang war is less about mystery and more about justice, so I'm sure he's bored out of his mind and he's doing the puzzle boxes to try and occupy himself but it's still not enough so he's really struggling with trying not to relapse. Doesn't explain everything, but I don't think it's a horrible theory. The other option is Moriarty but I can't really connect the dots with that one yet, that's kinda just based off vibes.

It's funny reading this now, as Sherlock is trending again, all soon after buying the DVD set of all of the seasons with bonus features *on sale* ;)

I'd also like to add that a fifth season of Sherlock is *not* confirmed, so you don't do what I did and scour the internet for information.

Gatiss recently made a Chirstmas special with Harington playing a younger Holmes back in a more realistic era, and even that Christmas special isn't planning to morph onto its own show.

CBS also recently announced a new show called, Watson, which seems like it will be a lot like CBS' other make: Elementary. You can decide for yourself if that's your cup of tea, although it's not quite mine.

But in the end, neither of these are Sherlock as we know— or want it. According to most of what I've read, Sherlock Season 5 will happen if Freeman and Cumberbatch agree to come back, seeing how the rest of the creators are passionate about bringing it back. :)

Since Sherlock Holmes is trending... I know yall love to shit on BBC Sherlock, saying how you only liked it back then bc you were cringe teens. I also know that the second they'd announce a 5th season, yall would keep crawling back immediatly.
