"Of course I can help you!" she replied beaming. She'd missed him. A lot. "What do you need me to carry?"

"Yours," she whispered back running her fingers through his hair. She loved being this close to him. He said it. He finally said it. And meant it. She hoped. "I love you too."

"Please don't leave me," Marcie whispered continuing to apply pressure to the wound. "SOMEBODY CALL 911! FIRE! SOMETHING! HE'S DYING DAMMIT!"

"Smile for me?" Apollo croaked reverently wiping a tear from her cheek.

She nodded giving him one last smile.

"Much better" he chuckled taking his final breath. 

"No. No. NonononononononoNO!" she whimpered resting her head against his chest. "I love you."

He cuddled closer, spooning her soft frame from behind. Gently, he brushed away her hair to kiss the back of her neck. "Goodnight." He whispered to her ear. ~electricityartist

"Good night," she murmured back smiling softly.

"Marcie!" He was next to her within seconds, his heart freezing with fear as he cupped her face gently, taking a tissue to wipe the droplets of blood from her lips. "Marcie, what's wrong?" He asked, worry painted all over his face and he needed to reach for his act not to panic. ~electricityartist

She didn't know anything was wrong until he dashed over worrying over her. 

"I-I don't know," she replied coughing again, more blood coming up with it.

(established relationship)The music from his painting studio suddenly grew louder, vibrating to the whole flat as Apollo came dancingly into the kitchen. Paintbrush in his teeth instead of a rose and he wrapped his arms around Marcies waist, snatching her and raising up into a twirl with a happy laughter, not minding her protesting shrieks or the paint dripping from his brush.. He put it away to kiss her lovingly, then grinned at her brightly. "Sorry, missed your lips." ~electricityartist

Marcie rolled her eyes a small smile tugging at the corners of her lips. "I missed yours too."
