Internet Angels
Hey guys! Morin here! Today I've decided to do a post on some of my Denpa-esque thoughts ive mentioned, this post is going to be dedicated to Internet Angels, so let's get startedâ
"What's an Internet Angel?"
Internet Angels are being who are what I'd describe as regulars on the Internet. They (most of the times) try disguising themselves as normal people, but not all the times they succeded, and as I mentioned, sometimes they dont even try at all.
Anyone can become an Internet Angel, but it takes effort, resistance and resiliance to ascend to that plane, and yes, you ascend.
Note: You can ascend to it at any age, but i don't recommend doing that at young ages. Because the brain is still in development stage, too much exposure of radio waves and Internet content can either cause brainrot or premature ascension, which is no good!! If you want a kid to ascend, please wait until they're around ages 13 and up, so if brainrot/premature ascension happends, at the very least its not so fatal.
"How does it work?"
It's simple! It all works in a video game like way. Everybody has an NetXP bar, that bar serves to track how much media you consume, and when you consume media, that fills the bar with Xperience Points (XP) and that's what used to track it.
The more media you consume, the more XP you gain, and at one point, if you consume enough media, you will ascend (level up) and become a 2G type Angel. Oh yeah, I didn't even mention the Giga Types..
"Giga Types?"
There are many types of Internet Angels, some more stronger than others. As scientists, programmers and what not find out and "create" newer mobile networks, more Giga Types are of Internet Angels are discovered, and as of now, we have 4 types.
2G - The weakests, when you ascend for the first time, you become this. 2G angels can blend in well among non-angels and they're like normal humans, just with a little above the average screentime. Oh, and due to that, they tend to be more hostile towards the other types.
3G - The most common ones, at this stage, the Angel will be a little more net minded, but still able to mask it, the most prominent feature about them is their interests, which are all sorts of unique and non-mainstream media, which they can ramble on about for hours.
4G - In this stage, the Angel has a mindset that a normie/2G type may call "chronically online", this Angel dosen't leave the house often and only rarely ever does, they are really net minded, with their brain already re-wired to think in the Internet way. But because of the fact they still leave the house and talk to other humans with that Netizen mindset, they come off as weird and offputting.
5G - The highest we know of. These Angels do not leave the house, and they can be smarter than a 4G type. They are your typical hikkikomoris/shut-ins and they have big knowledge of the Internet, it's history, the textese and laws. Some of them have seen things that only Angels of this type shall understand, and I've also never seen a 5G Angel younger than 18. Legend has it these angels only come out to do pilgrimage routes to the nearest internet poles... They stand there, just absorving the radio waves in, maybe to ascend to what could one day be dubbed as 6G Angels... But we're not there yet, so let's not get ahead of ourselves.
"Where do they live? What do they eat? What are some of their habits?"
1. Anywhere in the world, in any state and city, but they tend to live in big developed cities. I've never seen an Internet Angel living in rural area, countrysides or farms.
2. Unhealthy food, high energy level drinks (coffee, energy drinks, etc) and anything instant (mostly instant ramen, for whatever reason). That dosen't really mean some of them wont try diets or don't eat healthy food.
3. Long screen time, usage of textese and other internet languages, long time on social medias knowledge of Internet history, reference to medias they enjoy and more I'm probably forgetting.
"What powers does an Internet Angel posses?"
With the help of some supplements, they can enter in contact and channel with higher beings, deities and gods and etc, the higher the level, the higher the deity they can have contact with, I've heard of people even channeling God!
Guide lower types, newbies and humans through the Internet.
Guarding and protecting potentially dangerous media to beings with lower resistance.
Create Digital Cultures.
Withstand stronger radio waves
Influence the modern day world and politics as it is, although i think this needs more research on...

"Are celebrities Internet Angels?" Depends on who we're talking, but they're mostly 2G Angels, the celebrities with highest Giga Type I've seen are Jungkook and Jimin from BTS, I'd say they're probably 3G/4G Angels who mask it reaaaaally well.

Chairman's Corner - 2023 Tower Times Volume 3
As we emerge from our NATE Member Congressional Fly-In Event in D.C. and other prominent industry conferences this past spring, it is clear that there is a change in the air. The primary conversations evolve around work slowdown, bankruptcies of major vendors, matrix pricing cuts, and additional flow down of duties and responsibilities to the contractors who perform the work. We have inflation at 15%, compared to the Carter Administration in the mid to late 1970's which peaked at 14.6%, and we have interest rates rising at a pace only surpassed during the Carter years.
This is a time when we can look at the landscape as a glass half full or half empty; with every downturn in the economy or event in our history, we can look to people that take these opportunities to either hang their heads or innovate and improve themselves.
As contractors, engineers, suppliers, and manufacturers in the telecom industry we know one thing, people will always need to communicate, and we are the people that enable the connectivity to make that a reality.
As NATE member companies, we have all been riding a hectic pace for over 10 years of increasing build plans as we rolled from 3G to LTE to 4G and now into 5G. We have seen a tremendous boom in the macro tower business and a constant uptick in small cell and fiber deployments. There has been a lot to do.
The upside is that these installations need to be maintained and continually expanded. The work that was done 10 years ago by the carrierâs field technicians is now done by NATE member companies. The radio heads are now mounted on light fixtures, telephone poles, and towers. This is a time when companies that invest or have invested in technical training will lead the next generation, building and maintaining our communication infrastructure.
Over the last several years, there has been an increasing rate of access to cheap capital, and many larger companies acquired into the telecom space assuming the bubble would never burst. Some companies agreed to subpar pricing for the opportunity to tie up large volumes of work and now with increased inflation and interest rates, that pricing no longer looks quite as good as it did 18 months ago. As the owner of a contractor business for over 30 years, my advice is to know your costs and understand what it takes to operate your business profitably.
During the recent round of NATE C-Suite meeting visits with some of the industryâs major customers (carriers and vertical real estate/tower owners), we had some great dialogue discussing the pricing and, although it will take some time to get major change, we are delivering a compelling and worthy message. NATE UNITE 2024 in Memphis will also have several educational sessions on business management topics that will provide immense value and I look forward to seeing you there.

(2023-04-11 image Šsolwise.co.uk) When the allocation of the 3G network was carried out the 4 mobile operators all received parcels of 2100 bandwidth both paired and unpaired spectrum.
The operators are in the process of freeing up the 2100MHz spectrum from 3G and will use it for 4G / 5G provided OfCOM approve.
But the smaller (as can be seen from the diagram) unpaired spectrum has never been used. There was potential that it could have been used to enhance the download in the paired spectrum or used to "broadcast" data. However this was never realised. Now OfCOM are "calling in" the 2100MHz unpaired spectrum and will re-allocate it either as an extension to the paired 2100MHz or for other uses - consultations are now under place.

NCC promises to ensure consumerâs voice is heard, complaints addressed
The Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC, has revealed that it increased its capacity to handle type approval of devices as a result of the introduction of 5G-enabled devices. The Commission also said it has intensified efforts to educate telecom consumers on the benefits of 5G, particularly as regards the higher speed of data. Ayanbanji Ojo, Head of the Consumer Affairs Bureau in the Commission said this during his opening address at the 91st edition of the Telecom Consumer Parliament, TCP, held on Thursday in Abuja. The theme of the 91st edition of the Telecom Consumer Parliament is âData Depletion: Discussions on Various Perspectivesâ. He noted that the Consumer Affairs Bureau is mandated by the Nigerian Communications Act 2003 to protect, inform and educate telecom consumers. According to him, it is in line with this mandate that the Commission designed the TCP as a forum for the active exchange of ideas on how to mitigate salient issues affecting the consumers of telecom services in the country. âAt the beginning of the Parliament, it was a quarterly engagement that includes so many invited consumers, however, it has been redesigned to twice a year and limited to the Telecoms Regulator and Service Providers, the Consumer Advocacy Groups, and other relevant stakeholders,â he explained. âThis redesigned TCP has deepened the engagements for the benefit of telecom consumers. âYou may be pleased to know that following the 90th edition of the TCP which took place in Lagos last year with the theme â5G Technology: Opportunities and Challengesâ, the Commission has increased its capacity to handle type approval of devices as a result of the introduction of 5G enabled devices and also intensified efforts to educate telecom consumers on the benefits of 5G, particularly as regards the higher speed of data. He said the Consumer Affairs Bureau of the Commission has maintained a direct interface with telecom consumers through its various communication channels. âEither as a result of data usage or consumption, consumers are steadily informing the Commission of their experience with the depletion of their data; a prevalent complaint in the wake of their recent migration to 4G/LTE technology,â he added. âAs a nation, we have struggled with the effect of the COVID-19 lockdown, which necessitated an upsurge in the use of data-enabled devices for communication whether for school, work, or social interaction. âOur Mobile Network Operators have also had to upgrade their infrastructure to accommodate the extra pressure brought by streaming platforms necessary for consumers to work, for academic purposes, carry out business, and socialize. âAmid these changes, and as consumers are adapting to the migration from 3G to 4G and now 5G technology, they are registering complaints regarding the unusual depletion of their data, which gives rise to the theme of our discussion today. âIt is our responsibility to ensure that the consumerâs voice is heard and that their complaints are addressed by the relevant stakeholders.â Read the full article

Matcha streusel bread
This bread is so pretty I almost did not want to eat it - but then it also tastes so goood <3
Bread note:
- I only use bread flour (higher protein content than plain flour) - not sure why I never succeed with plain flour ? I didnât knead enough - anyway, I find it so difficult to knead into a nice strong dough ball with plain flour so I donât bother trying anymore - I use a bread machine (too lazy/weak to knead haha) but you can also use stand mixer with dough attachment, or your handsss - Use cooking matcha - it is lower quality than actual matcha but the colour is so much more vibrant - Measure your wet ingredients by total amount (eggs vary in size)
Bread measurements: - 2g salt = 1/2 tsp - 3g yeast = 1tsp - 7.5g milk powder = 1 tbsp
Bread - 415 bread flour - 5g instant yeast - 15g milk powder - 65g sugar - 4g salt - 1 egg (50g) + 55g milk + 165g water = total 270g (adjust according to your egg size) - 45g unsalted butter, cubed
Matcha streusel - 105g unsalted butter (room temperature) - 40g caster sugar - 30g egg - 50g cake flour (40g plain flour + 10g corn starch) - 70g milk powder - 5g matcha powder
Instructions: - Measure bread flour, make 3 holes in the flour and add yeast, sugar and salt into each, mix - Add milk powder, mix - Measure wet ingredients, mix into flour mixture, knead for about  10Ⲡ- Rest 20 minutes in the fridge - Further knead until membrane test comes out thin but jagged edge - Add butter gradually add knead until smooth edge
- 1st proof: Form a nice tense ball, place in a oil-lined bowl to proof until double in size - about 1 hour in the UK but maybe quicker if somewhere warmer - 2nd proof: Punch to release air, divide into 8 portions, roll into balls and cover for 25-30 minutes
Make matcha streusel: - Add sugar into room temperature butter, mix until smooth; add egg in 2 batches, mix well each time until no runny liquid - Add sifted flour & milk powder, mix - Add sifted matcha powder, mix
- Roll each ball into a rectangle 15x20cm, spread filling evenly, roll tightly - Cover and let rest for 5-10 minutes - Gently roll each roll to about 30cm length, cut in the middle then cross braid into a wreath - 3rd proof: cover, place into warm oven (either with just light on, or place a bowl of hot water together with the dough - 45 minutes, or until 1.5 size
- Preheat oven to 190C - Brush with egg wash (left over egg from streusel + 1tbsp milk), sprinkle with almond flakes - Bake for 12-14 minutes until the top is just golden

(2023-04-11 image Šwandsworth council) Payment for parking is the latest technology to hit the headlines with many claiming it is unfair.
Step-1 - both parking meters and machines are moving away from cash, many of us do not have cash with us and it is costly collecting the cash. One local parking machine in a popular place is often full as it only takes coins and the amount they charge require each driver to put in a large number of coins.
Step-2 - use credit cards. But this requires a "backhaul" to validate the card. Many machines use 3G for this and this is being withdrawn. The cost to update to 4G / 5G is expensive.
Step 3 - Get rid of all meters and use a payment App. This does require mobile coverage for all 4 operators to be fair to the customer, not usually a problem in an urban area but maybe in rural areas. [An aside it does show the need for total 4G coverage over the UK and maybe more mast sharing.] There are a number of payment apps all working slightly differently and all require time to setup. this has led to press complaints. But realistically once the app is set up it is easy to use. Indeed 'Ringo' that I used in the car park for work was really easy to pay every day - I say used as for some unexplainable reason this was dropped and the carpark went back to a payment machine which is much slower!
The lessons from this (and other similar technologies that will come along) are that we need 100% 4G coverage. If people are really to be involved in UK society they need a smart phone and the ability to use it. Others who either refuse to or cannot afford or unable to use a smartphone will become more marginalised in modern UK society.
Addition : UKG in the person of Michael Gove have said that they want Parking meters to take cash. he claims that that for disadvantaged people this is what they use. Not sure, they are driving a car so maybe they can also get a phone. There are smartphones that cost less than filling up a car. Maybe a comment on the price of fuel rather than the price of a phone! However this is going to be an issue I guess. Let us see what happens.
