Something that annoys me is that I am both so fucking slow and sometimes really quick at understanding things through media literacy.

Now, if it's something obvious or like baby's first media literacy test, I can pick that up instantly, I'm not a complete numpty (normally)

Now that in itself isn't bad, we can't all be on it like a car bonnit. No. The problem stems from that fact that my brain makes the connection randomly at some unknown point later.

Like you remember this..

When it could be 5 min or 10 years, that's me noticing or making a connection in any form of piece of media. It's really embarrassing.

Example

Let's say i watch a film, I watch it I then forget everything about it, 7h pass I am currently eating dinner or somthing, my brain: "hey did you pick up on how the film discussed the idea that ones own capability orginates in their ideas of themselves, in essence what makes you different makes you unique and once that is accepted, and you stop comparing yourself with others you can walk the path to greatness.' And I'll be like dam, I only noticed the funny panda

Yeah he would definitely smell like weed. Also kinda like... good god how do I describe this one... like the inside of an old car after it's been in the sun all day, that funky, weirdly pleasant smell? Idk when it comes to smells it's very hard for me to put it in words.
