Bassie is more timid and nervous to really be around any of the Twisteds despite Boxten's reassurance that they're safe to be around so she's a tad bit distant with everyone else, kept to herself and only really talks more if Boxten was the one talking to her. Advised to not let her be alone in a room with Cocoa

Cocoa has an injured eye due to a heated argument with Bassie and still holds grudge against her for it. Flyte took her place as Bassie's co-leader in their group after what happened. Faster now due to constantly on the run

Flyte is tired, can bro just lay down for an hour or two please- has the helmet Flutter gave him before the team had split up, rejects ever taking it off. Pretty sleep-deprived, not by a lot but still. Had witnessed the incident

Eggson just wants to know that everyone is in good shape, sweet old man just wants to make sure the youngsters are healthy- may had bonked some of the Twisteds with his cane a few times long after the team split. There to keep Flyte in check and often lectures him about the importance of sleep

There's a section in the easter map where Bassie's poster is all blacked out except for the last portion, as well as writing on the walls saying 'get her'. I've seen theories where ppl are saying that bassie did this because of her jealousy for cocoa, but I personally found it weird that bassie would black out her own face on her poster. So my personal theory is that it's the other way around.

Cocoa is jealous of Bassie for being a main despite her not being fit for the role at all according to some notes we also find scattered around.

Edit) ye the dialogue for bassie and cocoa basically confirms it's bassie that doesn't like cocoa, so consider this mini comic non canon ig.

Been a while since I posted about my au huh? Anyways here are the designs for the Easter toons! Because of Twisted Bassies legs being replaced with roots I had the idea that she would be given prosthetics, that are hidden behind her stockings, making her not have the same abnormal height the other mains got I also had the idea that half of her face is numb, making it so she cant really move any of the face muscles on that side

I will be back with more Dandys World art soon! Ive got a lot of artistic ideas that I want to put down

Bassie

Gave her some butterfly clips and bows to give her that ‘cutie’ vibe (she’s is). Gave her a big ol’ plant tail as well.

Hcs:

Goes by any pronouns, mainly she/her.

Is Eggson’s oldest “kid” and has the closest relationship with him.

Has faded flower pupils

She does not hate Cocoa! She just feels uncomfortable around her and tends to act a bit more on edge, but still cares for her like a sister.

Has anxiety, paranoia, and gets overstimulated easily (which causes some panic attacks when Garden view was still open)

Due to the time period, she couldn’t really get the proper help and therapy that she needed.

her mental disabilities was slightly disregarded and teased in the show, causing her to not take it seriously :(.

overall, this girl probably needs a hug.

Is besties with Rudie (the ‘We hate staying in the closet and feeling useless’ duo)

Loves cooking with Cosmo and Sprout, and the kitchen is less likely to burn now!

Is Eggson’s youngest child, isn’t as close as Cocoa and Bassie but still does have a good relationship with him!

Really missed his sister, was so relieved when he and the other Easter toons (including the Christmas toons) were able to stick around due to nobody running the museum

is friends with Gisten (The ‘Hate being alone + can’t show up in the show that often for our own safety’ duo) and helped him transition.

in the show, they never stated that he transitioned also due to the time period and it was never stated that he was trans.

Was HORRIFIED to tell Eggson because he was from a older generation, but Eggson still loved him when he told him.

and those are all the headcannons I have for now. If you notice, you probably see that they have a yellow bow and flower on them somewhere, well, those are there identification marks! Any celebrational toon will have these marks to be recognized as a holiday toons in my au, The Light that Bonds Us (for example, the Christmas toons all have mistletoe on them)! Usually this mark is from the main of the group, but they also have a yellow bow to symbolize their connection to Eggson.
