the whole 'nobody would miss me if i were gone' line of reasoning is so completely and mindblowingly false, it's almost laughable if you take a couple steps back. there's a lady at work who has been there for maybe two or three weeks and has only talked to me a handful of times, ask where the necklace i usually wear went. another person asked where i was cause i wasn't scheduled for about a week. i regularly think of friends who have deactivated their accounts or who i've lost contact with and what id tell them. i still think about people i haven't talked to for years even though i didn't know them well. people still think about you even if you're a passing specter on the street. and that's not even holding a candle to how much the people who are personally involved in your life care. people do notice and care. all the time. it might be hard to see it or remember it but people do care. ily.

When you're queer but especially when you're trans you cannot care about The Law. Be smart about what you say & where obviously, but when it's illegal to live, you have to do it anyway. Get a foot into your local community in-person and you'll find there's more being done than what they post about online. Now the tricky thing is keeping your mouth shut about it but trust me ok

its honestly bananas to me that so many on this website seem to assume that someone's tumblr output is an accurate reflection of their real life priorities and activism and all of their beliefs in order of how hard they believe them. like. idk about you guys but i'm reblogging things that i want to reblog not keeping a minute by minute record of my deepest held beliefs. for one thing my deepest held beliefs are mostly not about star wars

So apparently that one server that Odie and Nerm hosted (which later Odie got kicked out of) just- Went kaput tonight?

I was out of the server way before that so any details about it are just stuff I heard from the grapevine; Nerm kicked me out of the blue when I replied in one of Odie's posts here.

Admittedly it wasn't that big a loss for me, considering I wasn't active there and I was planning to properly leave. A bunch of server decisions just gave me a bad vibe, and if what I heard is any indication it's a good thing I had the foresight to keep my distance.

If you were in the server and for whatever reason see this post wondering what happened to the it: Nobody banned you lmao it just got hard deleted, apparently.
