I think I was constipated for three days. Three doggone days! Finally, last night, I got some movement but I’m certain it was because my body was about to get a bout of diarrhea (I think I took too many electrolytes or I was getting diarrhea from the efo riro I ate).
Anyway, the real point of my post is wanting to rave coconut oil. Great for reducing hemorrhoids. When I get them, there are pretty small but I’ve been using pure virgin coconut oil on them lately and, if I remember correctly, one client commented that I was “beautiful” down there. 😆 If I had a little red lump popping out the side of my butthole, I don’t think I would have received that compliment.

It was only when Peter pushed his chair away from the mix board and stretched that he realized that his crew had fallen asleep. Tommy sprawled on the rug and snoring up a storm, Tarsha and Adel tangled up on the couch, Mike stretched out in the other desk chair, with his arms crossed and chin tucked into his chest.
Damn, they need to stop slipping into these all-nighters.
But it couldn't be helped, could it? Not when there's a deadline on the horizon and albums to be made and collaborations to be had. As the only one still awake, it was up to Peter to make the preparations. He went into the kitchen and set up the coffeemakers, setting the timers to start brewing in an hour. "...Fuck," Peter sighed, letting the hair fall back over Mike's face. He tucked the rolled-up blanket under the man's head and picked up another blanket for himself, but stopped to look around at the rest of his crew, his mortal, and thus brief, family.
