GEEF EXTREEMRECHTSE BANDS GEEN TOEGANG OP PODIUMS

Hey allemaal, heel willekeurig dit, en een trigger warning voor… bijna alles, als je op de onderstaande link klikt. Er speelt binnenkort een extreemrechtse band in de Effenaar met teksten die absoluut niet door de beugel kunnen. Ik heb als black metal liefhebber en queer POC het voortouw genomen en de Effenaar gevraagd waarom ze dit hosten, maar ook meedoen met Pride en andere queer activiteiten. Hierop kreeg ik geen antwoord, en zelfs na een gesprek met verschillende queer organisaties bleven ze volhouden dat dit wel moet kunnen (want "mijn kind is trans", "we hebben genderneutrale toiletten", "mensen kijken graag naar horrofilms", "rotte appels hebben ook een functie", en het gewoon negeren van "ze brachten een bepaalde groet uit WO II". Er is dus een petitie gestart. Voel je vrij deze te ondertekenen en te delen, maar mocht je de lepels hebben: jos@effenaar.nl en boos@bnnvara.nl horen graag van je waarom dit niet kan, en dat het noodzakelijk is om zowel de metalscene als de Effenaar een veilige haven te houden voor iedereen!
