Took a lot of inspiration from @junebugdunes incredible comic of Ramsey and Zora, please look at her artwork it’s absolutely lovely <3
Textless versions + other stuff below
There were supposed to be 2 more pages but uhh. I’m tired. Prolly gonna draw those later, as a part 2 or somethin.
This was SUPPOSED to be some concept art but. It escalated.
Wanted to make the characters look as Zora perceives them or remembers them and stuff. The Banzais are big and shadowy cause that’s how she saw them as a kid.
Anyways yeah The Woods reminds me of Zora and I wanted to try to incorporate that almost chaotic feeling that I get from it. It’s like audial eyestrain to me I love it.

Middle grade. In Lyra's world, every person has a daemon: an animal companion who follows them throughout life. When children begins being stolen off the street, among them Lyra's friend, she must embark on a great journey to save him, taking her to the furthest north - and beyond. A note: the angels do not appear until the second book, however this trilogy is very much worth a read from the start.

Sci-fi angels

Archangel by Sharon Shinn

Terminal World by Alastair Reynolds
On a dying earth, society is separated by zones in which the laws of reality shift, allowing for different levels of technology and life. At the top of Spearpoint, the only surviving city, lies the Celestial zone, in which only angels can survive. Quillon, former angel who's had his wings removed and body changed so he can survive and infiltrate the lower zones, has been in hiding for years when he receives a warning that his former people are hunting him. Forced on the run, Quillon must leave Spearpoint for the dangerous wastes beyond, where he will discover ancient secrets of his world.
Space angels
Dust by Elizabeth Bear
In a dying spaceship, orbiting an equally dying sun, noblewoman Perceval waits for her own gruesome death. Having been captured by an opposing house, her wings severed and life forfeit, Perceval’s execution is imminent - until a young servant charged with her care proves to be Perceval’s long lost sister. To stop a war between houses likely to doom them all, the two flee together across a crumbling, dangerous spaceship. At its core waits Jacob Dust, god and angel, all that remains of what the ship once was. And he wants Perceval. Sapphic and asexual characters, however be prepared for kinda fucked up relationships.
The Outside by Ada Hoffman*
AKA the book the put me in an existential crisis. Souls are real, and they are used to feed AI gods in this lovecraftian inspired sci-fi where reality is warped and artificial gods stand against real, unfathomable ones. Autistic scientist Yasira is accused of heresy and, to save her eternal soul, is recruited by cybernetic ‘angels’ to help hunt down her own former mentor, who is threatening to tear reality itself apart. Sapphic main character.
The Genesis of Misery by Neon Yang
Space opera inspired by Joan of Arc. Misery Nomaki possesses rare stone-working abilities usually found among only saints and the voidmad. Not believing herself the be former and desperately not wanting to become the latter, Misery is trying to keep a low profile. Her attempt fails when the voice of an angel - or a very convincing delusion - leads her to become the centerpiece of a dangerous battle between two warring factions hoping to use her. Very unique and cool conceptually, but a little all over the place in how it handles its plot.
Bonus AKA I haven’t read these yet but they seem really cool
Dusk in Kalevia by Emily Compton
Toivo Valonen is a secret agent in more ways than one. An angel masquerading as human, he's acted as a source of hope for humanity in wartime throughout history. In 1960, he embarks on an undercover mission to Kalevia, allied with a rebellion against the government. In his way is fellow angel and rival agent Demyan Chernyshev, who’s working for the KGB.
The House of Shattered Wings by Aliette de Bodard
Having just barely survived the Great Houses War, much of Paris lies in ruins. Morningstar, founder of the House Silverspires, has gone missing, and something is stalking the people within the House's walls. Three people, a Fallen, an alchemist, and a man wielding spells from the far east, may be prove to be Silverspire's salvation.
The Worst Perfect Moment by Shivaun Plozza
Young adult. Sixteen-year-old Tegan is dead and i heaven. There, she's supposed to be reliving her happiest memory. Except the moment Tegan has been placed in isn't very happy at all. Guided by an angel, Tegan is brought through her past to understand what most matters to her. If she fails to see the happiness in her assigned memory, the consequences would be dire for both her and the angel.
Honorary mentions AKA these didn't really work for me but maybe you guys will like them: The Library of the Unwritten by A.J. Hackwith, City of Bones by Cassandra Clare, Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick, Sandman Slim by Richard Kadrey

Introduced my friend who hasn’t watched EE to great at crime and she said that it cooked. I am telling you this because so that this somehow reaches Jello
You VASTLY overestimate my connection to Jello. Since I feel like this is something a lot of people seem to overestimate, I want to make our relationship clear.
I made a tribute/parody of Jello (So This Is Basically Epithet: Erased) which he saw and received very well. Since then we've talked a few times, and for a while he even hired me to do subtitles for his YT videos as a kindness because I needed money. During the LA signing, I got the chance to meet him and get his signature.
Jello is a very kind man! We are NOT friends. We don't talk in DMs or hang out. I am not part of the Jellthings server or Jello friend-group at large. I think it annoys him when people constantly bother him to watch my videos. That's why I ask people to please not do it!
#I'm actually friends with some of the original anime campaign players now#but like. completely unrelated to Jello hahaha#Jello's nice! he's shouted me out in streams and stuff#but we aren't friends and I don't want people to think we are#ok ramble over :)#not headcanon

Say hello to the new Serena Soundcheq! Owner of the (70s themed) Gold Record Karaoke Bar in Sweet Jazz City!
Little sneaky peeky at my EE OC redesign! Did some neutral poses to nail down the art style and proportions.
Serena started as my entry for the Great at Crime design contest, I loved her design so much, I thought I'd bring her back! (Plus seeing others OCs, I wanted to join the fun :P)
Original Concept and design notes under the cut.
I really wanted her original design to scream SINGER, so I incorporated a lot of music notes into her design. Both her eyebrows and pigtails are quarter notes! The pigtails are so fun to draw, and give her a unique silhouette.
I really love Molly's button irises so I thought I'd give Serene vinyl record irises, they're tough to get right but when they're done they look so cute! Originally here eyes were blue, but I've changed them to orange and yellow to fit the rest of her colour scheme.
Her new Casual outfit is a fairly basic conversion of her blaster uniform, I wanted something relatively simple but cute.
For her work outfit I looked at a lot of 70s African American fashion, I loved the colours and the patterns. You can see how the record theme came back with a passion. I love her earrings and the circles on her pants. Her bracelet is a call to her casual belt.
It so weird trying to explain the design process in words, hope this reads well. :'D
Anyway, I'm working on proper art of her for next week!

The World, in so many words
Written by Sir Obxisa of the Queen's Guard, 1187 PT
1.1 - a brief note on geography
If you, dear reader, were to ask the younger generation what the difference between K'eidtyn and Krak'athirn are, they would look upon you with blank incomprehension. Such is the state of the youth today. This is part and parcel why I have decided to start this book off by explaining where the various kingdoms are in relation to one another, along with a briefer note on the histories (for more detailed accounts, see Ettorc's Asterian Crowns)
Let me start with the Asterian Empire, or Everia as it is known amongst foreigners. This is a perfect place to start, as immediately we can begin to see the type of history and promise that lies in a name; Everia (eh-vaa-re-ia), refers to "land that stands forever." When named, it was meant to usher in the Kingdom's great, glorious future, which it has since fulfilled. While it is currently spilt into three parts—the First Kingdom, the Second Kingdom, and the Third Kingdom, named in order of importance—it wasn't always. As her esteemed late majesty Queen Ania Asteria explains in The Life and Times of King Silas, the kingdom was initially a complete empire and only brought to its knees by the greed of demon-King Silas and the courage of his three daughters (Ania, the most important of them).
Geologically, the largest empire in this part of the world is the Lndi'ceath Empire, aptly named the land of icy deaths. Incorporated into its war-full belly are the kingdoms of K'eidtyn, Nrdaved, Siersal and H'rsiane. Krak'athirn, despite its popular tales, and claims of kingdomship, is only a port town. It is housed in the coastal west of K'eidtyn and is named "home of the Kraken" after the great tales of giant Undersea beasts that have ravaged its popular mythology. In the southeast of Lndi'ceath, K'eidtyn, of course, means, "the Undersea's beating heart." It is named this for being the place so many witches were found and hung during the hunts of demon-King Silas. Similarly, Siersal ("siren's call"), along the northwestern border of K'eidtyn, is named for being the host of many stories featuring fearful hunted witches jumping into the ocean and turning into those bloodthirsty, fearsome creatures we call Sedaisi. Nrdaved (a kingdom that stretches from the borders of Siersal and H'rsiane) was a land utterly ruined and ran ragged by loathsome Fae creatures that inhabited it before it was settled. Thus, it was named "land ravaged." The meaning behind H'rsiane, the large coastal Kingdom in the northwest part of Lndi'ceath, has sadly been lost to time.
Off to the southwest of Lndi'ceath, there is also the R'vendost democracy. That, for any future historian, is a relatively new term meaning a form of a council where the leaders are elected by peasants and merchants and work with each other to rule over the entire small island. The newness of the democracy also belays its people in being lawful, meaning the whole island is filled with crime and run by money. However, that is probably well deserved for an island named "ruined and lost."
The last little section of land, directly south of the Asterian Empire, is the three islands that huddle close together to form the Lusrofre Empire, named, fittingly, "cluster of islands." The closest (and biggest), island is named Omoheva or "land of the gods." According to popular perception, gods like Magic itself have come down from the heavens to shape this part of the world personally, hence the name. However, an alternative (much more believable) explanation is that the name is in reference to the wealth of Omoheva*, stating that the land must have been touched by the gods because of the richness found there. The second island is Divra, named "touched by Fate," for its imaginative storytelling and whole host of respected artisans and creatives. Lastly, the smallest but most important island is Eyatpi (ee-ya-ah-pit-ah), meaning "wealthy capital" for the abundance of resources that was given from its lands during the time it was under Asterian rule.
A final note—as I must mention it—is on The Golden Forest, or Ochyod as it is known amongst the Fae. The meaning of this name is "touched by god" for it is believed that Magic itself had shaped the gold-lush forests and hills that make up the lands of Ochyod. While many people believe it is a small island squeezed between the landmasses of the Lndi'ceath and Lusrofre Empire, no sailor alive has yet to find it. It is believed that the land of the Fae have been separated from this reality due to the Severing. For more information on that, see my book When the World Splintered.
*Amendment to this section
I have found that many people are outraged by my speaking on the truth. I have been told to revise this section, but I am unwilling to change my claim that is based in research for the word of some peasants that have no education to speak of, only the rumours they have whispered to one another.
#sir obxisa#worldbuilding#original work#once i publish the other mentioned works i'll put in links to them#but rn they'll just be blanks#also fun fact!#krak'athirn used to be the name for k'eidtyn for a very long time#until a title change meant the kingdom got moved to k'eidtyn and therefore changed their name too#which is why there's a confusion between the names#but obxisa who is NOT from lndi'ceath does not realise this

Top 5 Portrayals of Irene Adler
The past three lists I discussed some of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson’s most notable allies: Mrs. Hudson, Inspector Lestrade, and Sherlock’s brother, Mycroft. However, no detective and his sidekick would be able to function without cases to solve…without villains to conquer. While Professor Moriarty is the most famous and recurring Holmes antagonist, Holmes solved many, MANY other cases, and faced many other rogues, aside from the Napoleon of Crime. I think it’s time to give some of the more noteworthy criminals Holmes went after their fair due. Just to warn you, these lists will be simple, quick Top 5s rather than Top 10s, and once again, the descriptions will be brief. This is typically for one of three reasons: a.) there just aren’t that many versions of the character out there to begin with, b.) all the versions after a certain point sort of gel together in terms of my personal preference, or c.) a bit of both. With that said, let’s start with arguably Holmes’ second greatest adversary: Irene Adler, the Mistress of Disguise. In the original story “A Scandal in Bohemia,” Adler is actually one of the few criminals to escape and thoroughly outwit Sherlock Holmes. Notably, she is the only woman to outsmart the Master Detective, which is one of the reasons Holmes refers to her as “The Woman”: a sign that she is, in his eyes, the finest of her gender. It’s heavily implied in the original stories that Holmes is in love with Irene, or, at the very least, she is the first lady he has come truly close to loving. He loves Irene not so much in a sensual or physical way, but more for her incredible wit, daring, and mystique. While Adler is an antagonist in the story, on that note, she’s not by any means the worst of Holmes’ opponents. In short, Adler is the original Femme Fatale: the alluring, morally ambiguous, dangerous female who both entrances and hinders her hero. The Catwoman to Sherlock Holmes’ Batman, if you will. Various adaptations and reimaginings since have toyed with this idea, and especially latched onto the romantic overtones, ever since. There are lots of versions of Irene Adler; she’s one of those characters who falls into Point B, as I mentioned earlier: after a certain point, a lot of them just sort of gel together for me. However, picking my Top 5 was fairly easy; it’s just harder to do any number beyond that. With that said, let’s waste no more time: The Woman is waiting. Here are My Top 5 Portrayals of Irene Adler!
5. Anne Baxter, from Masks of Death.
In this made-for-TV movie, Peter Cushing and John Mills play an aging Holmes and Watson on their final case before retirement. Anne Baxter appears as an equally “advanced” Irene Adler, in a relatively small but important role in the story. It’s primarily the uniqueness of this Adler that gets her in my top five: Baxter was a great choice in casting, her interactions with Cushing as Holmes are fantastic, and the idea of these old adversaries re-encountering one another in their twilight years is an interesting one indeed.
4. Gayle Hunnicutt, from the Granada Series.
It’s largely due to Hunnicutt’s “scene partner” as Holmes - the unmatchable Jeremy Brett - that nails her placement on the countdown. Granada’s adaptation of “A Scandal in Bohemia” was actually the very first episode of the Brett series, and it serves as an excellent first impression for the show as a whole, with Hunnicutt playing a very book-accurate take on the character. (Albeit with a different pronunciation of the name from the usual, with an accent at the end of “Irene,” so that it is pronounced “Ee-Rain-uh” instead of “Eye-Reen”...unusual.) While Hunnicutt’s calculating, cunning Adler is phenomenal, I personally feel other versions that go “beyond the books” make her even more interesting.
3. Rachel McAdams, from the Guy Ritchie Films.
Conan Doyle fans seem polarized about McAdams’ take on Irene Adler. For me, I personally think she’s an excellent, albeit somewhat different, interpretation of the character. This version heavily ups the romantic side of her relationship with Holmes, and really plays up the moral ambiguity, as she helps Sherlock out almost as often as she gets him in trouble. Using the earlier analogy, she’s at her most “Catwoman-esque” here. It’s eventually revealed - SPOILER ALERT - that Irene is working for Moriarty, although it’s not altogether clear why. She is seemingly killed off early in the second movie, when Moriarty feels she has become a liability. Sad.
2. The Version from Moriarty the Patriot.
This is a rather weird one, to be honest. It’s hard to talk about this version of the character without giving away some MAJOR spoilers for the series as a whole, but I will do my best. Irene first appears in an adaptation of “A Scandal in Bohemia,” entitled “A Scandal in the British Empire” (which borrows some minor influence from “The Bruce Partington Plans”). Weirdly enough, she’s actually EXTREMELY book-accurate here, and the way Holmes’ relationship with her is showcased is equally so: the two aren’t depicted as being romantically involved so much as being, I suppose, “flirtatious best friends.” This is fitting, since the strong romantic overtones in THIS series go between Holmes and Moriarty…but that’s another story. Speaking of, after this initial story arc, Irene’s character goes into some…UNEXPECTED territory, but it does nothing to make her character any less interesting.
1. Lara Pulver, from Sherlock.
Once again, much like the Guy Ritchie version, Pulver’s incarnation heavily emphasizes the romantic tension between Adler and Holmes. Also like the Ritchie version, this take on Adler ends up embroiled with Moriarty, although things end rather differently in this interpretation. This Adler, I felt, hit a good balance between a proper villainess - and a very fine one, at that, able to prove a solid match for Holmes - and the more sympathetic love interest at the same time.

Hi! *waves* Can I ask for "I thought you weren't coming." for Kaylie and Scanlan, please?
6. "I thought you weren't coming."
He's an idiot. He's been an idiot his whole life, and he's going to die an idiot—tonight, probably, in this dank basement beneath the bazaar. He can hear music and foot traffic and conversation from above, so no one's going to hear him scream, which is fine, because his captors, unlike him, are not idiots, and thus they have rather effectively gagged him to prevent the type of mouthy shenanigans for which he's developed quite the reputation. He's also bound, hands tied painfully behind his back, so magic is well and truly out of the question. But worst of all, Scanlan really has to pee.
He got cocky. Er. He got cockier, and somehow, these not-idiots connected Scanlan Shorthalt, Tal'dorei transplant and drunken bard on a bender, to the Meat Man, notorious crime lord and general scalawag. Based on the taunting he endured after being kidnapped just around the corner from Meatman Imports & Sexports—embarrassingly, honestly—these people believe him to be some kind of associate of the Meat Man, not the Meat Man himself—so, slight idiots. Still, this crew in particular has felt the effects of the Meat Man's arrival on the black market scene—no one smuggles as efficiently or as cheaply as the Meat Man, and Ank'harel's shadiest characters have gotten the word around. Scanlan will likely be tortured for information he's definitely not going to give, and when that fact becomes apparent, they'll kill him, plain and simple.
But that's fine. He'll keep his mouth shut, because anything he says will bring them closer to understanding how the Meat Man's operations work, and the more they know, the closer they get to Kaylie. And Scanlan's an idiot, but he's not dumb enough to lead a crew of violent criminals who hate him closer to his daughter.
Kaylie. Fuck, he's gonna miss her. He promised her, promised, that he wasn't going to get himself killed. Again. She'll never forgive him for this. And she shouldn't, because he's an idiot, and selfish, and maybe not so great at being a criminal. Certainly he's not so great at being a dad. He wishes he'd have the chance to apologize, to tell Kaylie how proud he is, before being dismembered or drawn and quartered or whatever the hell they're going to do with him. But hey, at least she's not here with him. One thing he did right.
There's an unholy boom from up above, an explosion that shakes the foundation of the building and sends dust and debris raining down on Scanlan's head. He hears screams and storming feet, and what he thinks to be the dangerous crackle of fire.
Not how he thought they'd kill him, but he has to admire the flair for the dramatic.
There's a loud pop from somewhere behind him and he flinches. The flinch explodes into a muffled scream as hands tug at the ropes binding his wrists. He wriggles, trying to worm away from his attacker.
"Hold still, ya jackass!"
Scanlan freezes. "Ah-ee?"
Kaylie's face appears upside-down above him. "Of course it's me. Who else'd be savin' yer miserable arse?"
She gives up fighting with the knot, takes the dagger from her hip, and in one clean swing, slices through the rope. He instantly yanks the gag from his mouth. "You're here!"
She rolls her eyes. "Och, that gag were nice."
"I didn't think you were coming!"
Her eyebrow quirks up. "So...you were just gonna let 'em kill ya, then?"
"Well—I mean—no, I had a plan, of course—"
"You really are a right idiot." She grabs his arm, yanks him roughly to his feet, and holds on tight. "Let's get out of here. The fire won't keep 'em forever."
"That was you—?"
He's cut off by the tug of her magic as they dimension door out onto the street. She picked a spot around the corner, and Scanlan sticks his head out to look down the block at the burning building. The inferno is impressive. "Nice job, Kaylie!"
She smacks him on the back of his head. "Nice job gettin' caught, idiot."
He deserves that. "I'm sorry, and I'm sorry that you had to save me."
"Later, we've got to run 'fore they—"
"No, now." He hugs her, pulling her tight into his chest. "I love you so much."
"Right, weel. I guess I'm glad you're no dead, yeah?"
"Me too." He lets her go. "Now come on. I've got revenge to plan. Also I have to pee."
She grins, and the they take off into the streets of Ank'harel together, two thieves in the night.

Great plan Soga, you have any other requests? A backrub? Some snacks? Want koichi to also do your taxes while he`s at it?
Alright, I`m just being an ass now, we`ve not even got to see what the plan is actually going to be, those are just the main components of said plan.
Yeah dude, a crime, I thought you of all people would be used to it by now, or was three years enough for you to suddenly forget everything you did? I sure didn`t... I never will...
real classy furuhashi...
Yeah yeah Soga ee know, you just a real fucking good samaritan aren`t ya
Also, what you mean by tests? Koichi knows how to shot a gun, he already killed before, unfortunately it was off-screen during the timeskip, what a shame we skipped it, but then again, it wasn`t even important anyway

[Outdated] The Countries:
Romadi: (Row-ma-nd-nee)
Romadi is Italian and Rome inspired, filled with lovely smells and music, Romadi architecture reflects the colorful and lightheartedness of it’s people. Romadians (Row-ma-nee-ains) are a romantic people, who love to indulge themselves in their passions and pride themselves on their great ambitions and accomplishments. While Romadi still has its small clusters of [Placeholder Name], it is largely inhabited by those who prefer to surround themselves in philosophy and science-based worldly views. Logic and reasoning reign supreme within this land, and it’s people tend to be a reflection of that. As debates and detailed discussions could almost be considered a popular pastime. Romadi is ruled by Archons which serve as it’s essential ruler, the Archon appoints their most trusted counsel to help advise and govern the country. Archons are chosen after the passing of the previous one, requiring all current council members to undergo a vote as to who will be the next ruler. Seeing as Romadi is home to many city states, where they elect their rulers and it is those rulers who may petition to be made part of the high council.
The past couple of Archons have enjoyed an influx wealth and the praise of their people due to the very high quality of life all Romadians experienced as a product of cheap Catellion labour. Eager to maintain this status quo, the previous Archons had arranged a long going deal with the Acosta family to provide quality Romadi goods to noble Castelliones at very low rates in exchange for middle and lower class Castellion labour.
Under the rulership of the current Archon, Archon Christopher, Romadi has had to have many reforms done to its work structure. Luogo Di Servizio, a very rundown slum where the lower class Romadians and Castellion youths were forced to reside and work brutal hours for practically nothing was destroyed and rebuilt into Luogo Di Pace. A place that acts as a cultural melting pot between the two countries. Any business done between merchants or the exchanging of goods form either land is done here. It has also become a haven for those who wish to marry or raise a mixed family. Archon Christopher also had relinquished Luogo Di Pace from Romadi rule and it now acts as a neutral territory between the countries. He often frequents the many blooming business of Luogo and actively tries helps them grow. While being loved by the common and lower classes his work structure reforms that required fair wages in exchange for labour had impacted the income of the wealthy. Leaving him rather open for wide spread criticism from most from the upper class. His way with words and charming personality has helped ease that tension however.
Castellio: (Cast-tell-ee-o)
Castellio is based on Spanish and Latin origins. With a culture of strong and loyal people, they despise liars and oathbreakers above all. With adultery being considered to be a crime met with utter scorn by polite Castellion society. To most Castellions, family is placed above all else, then it is their faith, loyalty, honor, duty, friendships, and personal desires; exactly in that order. Their faith of [PLACEHOLDER NAME] has a predominant hold on their people and is held very highly. Castellions pride themselves on self dependency and almost always expect it from others, with the only place where one can expect charity is within the many churches that dot the land. They have very strong military minds and presence as it is the military strength that keeps out would be invaders from both countries. The kings of Castellio are known as Rey’s and the way they are selected are in the form of a familial monarchy.
A ruling Rey will pass down the title to a member of his family and this does not necessarily mean only to their children. It is common for a Rey to pass down the title to siblings, cousins, aunts or uncles. All with the purpose of passing down the responsibility to the most capable of carrying on protecting Castellio and furthering the family name. As in Castellion law, it is very possible for a ruling family to be replaced by the people, if they are voted out by the elected council also selected by the people. This usually keeps the ruling Rey’s in check while giving the people a sense of power in how they are ruled. Up until the current Rey, Castellio had mandated all lower and middle class youths to be sent off to Romadi’s Luogo Di Servizio for gruesome cheap labor for the upper class Romanians. This and many other misdeeds, done to the Castellion people had been gotten away with by the Acosta family for generations due to them influencing any council member by force or bribe. Now that Rey Abraham has been ruling for nearly a decade, Castellio has been massively reformed and the citizens of the lower and middle class have never been happier. The upper class however don’t all share such high opinions of him but most know when to keep their mouth shut.

The strong arm of the law works a little differently in the Lone Star State, where asking for mild salsa is grounds for arrest (and for a good whuppin'). Here are ten crimes that you can actually be executed for in the great State of Texas:
Forgetting The Alamo: Straight to the electric chair.
Saying "you all" instead of "y'all": Texans don't take kindly to such commie nonsense.
Stopping for gas anywhere other than Buc-ee's: The legal definition in Texas of criminal insanity.
Owning a vehicle with no truck bed and no dog in truck bed: Also, if the dog is one of those small, yappy dogs.
Driving carefully in the rain: Right to death row.
Failing to bow your head when a George Strait song comes on the radio: Show some respect!
Saying, "No thanks, I don't feel like tacos tonight": Firing squad, immediately.
Forgetting the lyrics to "Deep In The Heart Of Texas": No trial necessary.
Refusing to acknowledge the superiority of Whataburger over all other fine-dining establishments: No Michelin chef can compete with a Double Meat Whataburger with cheese!
Messing with Texas: You can't say you weren't warned.
There you have it - the law of the land in the greatest state/nation on earth. God bless Texas!

I’m with the other anon. I think if EE was dumb fun for everyone then the show should NOT address aids, rape, preteen pregnancy, cancer.
I think as a viewer we can have a responsibility too and EE really is very irresponsible with how it drops storylines or how there is no satisfying conclusion.
One of the reasons I’m watching EE less and less. I actually find it too upsetting by now, offensive and seriously disturbing how important topics are thrown in there one week and then dropped and forgotten a couple of weeks later. Very bad storytelling. The only sl EE doesn’t drop is the endless mind numbing crime crap.
If you are ok to move on then that’s great though.
Rant over. Won’t send another anon.
i think that's the beauty of tv! there's something for everyone and everyone can view it and interact with it differently!!
