Physics - Gravitation numericals
I find physics so hard in terms of numericals, I did really REALLY badly on my term 1 exam, mostly because I joined school late (abroad student haha (😭)
But here's my general plan for physics numericals and I'm using this blog as a way to document my experiences and study techniques to see which one works best and hopefully I get to help some of my fellow cose students too :)
My school uses SL aurora and gives us notes from that book. I highly recommend it for theory and questions because it's in depth and the derivations omds are beautiful.
So my focus is to first do: ( more like try LMAOOO)
•SL aurora examples and numericals
• NCERT examples and solutions
• Oswaal questions
• HC verma solutions
•NCERT exemplar
This sounds so tedious and long Icl but like I want to test it to see whether it helps me, to check where the questions are coming from in my periodic tests and I want to be confident enough for the next periodic test :)
I’ll update y’all with my periodic test scores to see if this works lol
Love,
Mith < 3

Is a Gap Year Right for You? Let's Talk About It!
I just published a new blog post all about the Gap Year, and I’m really excited to share it with you. If you've ever wondered what a Gap Year is or why you might want to take one, I’ve got all the details for you on Fresher Blog.
In the US, between 40,000 and 60,000 students take a Gap Year each academic year, with a huge jump to 130,000 during the 2020-2021 school year! Jennifer Sullivan from Fast Forward College Counseling points out that it’s not an all-or-nothing choice anymore. You can take a Gap Year, explore various options, and then decide when you’re ready to jump back into college or work.
In India, the National Education Policy is making it easier for students to take a Gap Year. With multiple entry and exit points and the use of Digilocker to save credits, students can take a break and continue their education later without losing progress. Higher Education Secretary Amit Khare mentioned that courses will be multidisciplinary, letting students study subjects outside their majors.
Over in the UK, the number of students taking a Gap Year has risen significantly. From 2012 to the 2021/22 academic year, there was a 52.1% increase. In 2022, 83% of Gap Year students chose to work or volunteer abroad instead of just playing.
Curious to know more? Check out my latest blog on Fresher Blog for a detailed guide on making the most of your Gap Year. I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences, so feel free to leave a comment or reach out.
