Soccer players are not just known for their skills on the field but also for their impeccable hairstyles.
Whether you're aiming for a sophisticated look or a bold statement, we've got the perfect soccer player hairstyle to inspire your next visit to the barber.
Mason Mount Haircut: Textured Quiff
When it comes to a mix of volume and class, Mason Mount's textured quiff is a standout. This hairstyle is characterized by short back and sides with a longer top and fringe, creating a modern and relaxed look.
How to Get the Textured Quiff
Ask your barber for a textured quiff with a low to mid-fade.
Ensure the back and sides are kept short.
Maintain longer, textured lengths on top.
Mount’s style is perfect if you prefer a polished look with minimal effort. Use a thickening paste to add volume and a natural finish.
Jack Grealish Haircut: Slick-Back Undercut
Jack Grealish's slick-back undercut has been a trendsetter since the 2020 UEFA Euros. This hairstyle combines a sleek, polished top with a skin fade on the sides, making it versatile for both on and off the pitch.
Achieving the Slick-Back Undercut
Request an undercut, keeping the top length long.
Opt for a skin fade on the sides.
Use a high-hold gel for a smooth finish.
This cut is perfect for those who want a modern take on the classic Peaky Blinders look.
Cristiano Ronaldo Haircut: Short Pompadour
Cristiano Ronaldo's short pompadour is a style icon in its own right. This haircut features a fuller fringe area, pushed up and back, with a high skin fade to emphasize strong bone structure.
Steps to the Short Pompadour
Ask for a short pompadour with a high skin fade.
Ensure the fringe area is fuller and styled upwards.
Use a styling product for a neat finish.
Ronaldo’s haircut is ideal for those who want to blend style with simplicity.
Eden Hazard Haircut: Short Fringe Crop
Eden Hazard’s short fringe crop is perfect for those who prefer a low-maintenance yet stylish haircut. This look involves a very short trim on top with a fringe pulled forward and cut straight across.
Getting the Short Fringe Crop
Request a short fringe crop with a high or mid-fade.
Keep the top very short with the fringe straight across.
Minimal styling required—just wake up and go.
This cut is excellent for busy individuals who want a clean and easy-to-maintain look.
Harry Kane Haircut: Swept Back & Long on Top
Harry Kane’s hairstyle is both refined and laid-back. This style involves keeping the length on top with shorter sides and back, perfect for a classy yet casual appearance.
How to Style the Swept Back Look
Ask for a soft scissor cut, keeping the top long and sides shorter.
Optionally add a low skin fade for extra edge.
Use a lightweight product to sweep back the hair.
This versatile cut suits any occasion, from professional to casual settings.
Virgil Van Dijk Haircut: Lowered Man Bun
Virgil Van Dijk's lowered man bun is a unique style that combines a slick-back look with a slight undercut fade. This style is ideal for those with longer hair who want a sophisticated yet trendy look.
Achieving the Lowered Man Bun
Keep the length across the entire head.
Add a very low undercut fade at the nape of the neck.
Use a firm-hold gel to slick back the hair into a bun.
This hairstyle is perfect for adding a touch of flair to your look.
Jesse Lingard Haircut: Undercut Fade
Jesse Lingard’s undercut fade is an excellent option for textured hair, highlighting curls and coils while maintaining a clean, fashionable finish.
Steps to the Undercut Fade
Ask for an undercut fade with a rounded finish on top.

Returning Players Back In FC 25
Some of our favourite players will be making their return to Ultimate Team this year and we can’t wait to get them into Evolutions… All of these players have now returned to clubs that are included in FC 25 so we see no reason for them not to be included. Before we get started we do need to mention one omission, Alex Morgan announced her retirement last night meaning we don’t think we’ll be seeing her in FC 25.
Icons
Two of the big names in the Icon Class of 25 are Gianluigi Buffon and Gareth Bale. Some of our favorite players are now Icons, we’re getting old now and it’s not fun. It won’t be long before we see Messi and Ronaldo back as Icons…
Heroes
Arguably the Hero lineup for FC 25 looks more exciting than the Icons, with Hazard, Hamsik, and Maicon coming back just to name a few. The full list of heroes returning to Ultimate Team includes; Jamie Carragher, Guti, Marek Hamsik, Eden Hazard, Tim Howard, Maicon, Blaise Matuidi, Mohammed Noor, and Ze Roberto.
Luis Suarez
After linking up with Lionel Messi at Inter Miami last season we did expect Suarez to be added half way through 24 but we were left disappointed. Hopefully, after 9 months of MLS action, we’ll be seeing Luis in Ultimate Team from day one this year.
David De Gea
The Spaniard left Manchester United in 2023, and since then David De Gea has found it hard to find a new club and in fact had to wait more than 12 months to find a suitor. He headed to Italy to join up with Fiorentina in an attempt to revive his career, looks to be a really solid Serie A option, especially for your starter teams!
James Rodriguez
The boy is back. After a 3 year stint away from Ultimate Team, with Al-Rayyan, Olympiakos, and Sao Paulo, James Rodriguez is back on our consoles. After an incredibly successful Copa America where he’d register MOTM in nearly enough every game and take home the Player of The Tournament award, he’s landed a move back to Spain with Rayo Vallecano.
Jesse Lingard
JLingz has been enjoying life in South Korea for the past season and with that we expect him to be included in FC 25. Unfortunately, we do think he’ll receive a slight downgrade to a Silver but just like all of these players, one Evo or SBC will make them incredible.
Arturo Vidal
Vidal x Boateng x Alaba was a FIFA 17 partnership for the ages and with the Chilean’s move to Colo-Colo in January of this year, it could be his time to return. This is one we think is nailed on for a couple of special cards, especially an early Flashback…
Douglas Costa
We said the same thing last year and he didn’t arrive, but even after a year and a half in MLS, Douglas Costa wasn’t added to FC 24. He has just made the switch to Australia, singing with Sydney FC so hopefully, this is the year we see his return. Just don’t ask what he’s up to off the pitch…
Juan Mata
A late entrant to this list is Juan Mata, with his move to Western Sydney Wanderers in the A-League being announced yesterday. This is the one player we’re a little unsure about returning. In each of the last two seasons, he has been eligible for inclusion in UT after lining up for Vissel Kobe and Galatasaray, but just like his move down under, these have been completed in September which might just be too late to be added to the database.

Benefits of Studying in Belgium
Why Belgium
Belgium is world-renowned for its chocolate, waffles and chips, being the birthplace of Hercule Poirot and Tintin, its 1100 types of beer and successful national football team, with players like Kevin de Bruyne and Eden Hazard amassing fans all across the world. Belgian musicians such as Django Reinhardt and Stromae of ”Alors, on danse” fame are hugely popular, but Jacques Brel continues to be the most iconic figure in the Belgian musical pantheon. Belgium is also well-known for its many festivals, liberal spirit and international focus. It has a strong economy and modern infrastructure, and an excellent healthcare and education system.
Study in Belgium
Belgium’s public university fees are extremely reasonable, with the majority of undergraduate courses costing less than 1000 euros a year for EU students. The cost of living in Belgium is lower than in neighbouring countries, and recent alumni state that their overall expenses amounted to approximately 10,000 euros a year. As is always the case, private universities and business schools charge higher fees, and what you spend depends on the type of lifestyle you choose.
Belgian universities have a strong international outlook and offer a broad range of programmes taught in English – particularly at Master’s level. Bachelor’s degrees take three years to complete, and Master’s degrees run from 1-2 years.
Studying in Belgium - choosing a university
Belgium also offers international students the option of attending a University of Applied Sciences, which differs in its aims and methods from the more traditional research universities, listed above. If you would like to study in Belgium, contact Unilife abroad career solutions so you can discuss whether you wish to study at a research university, and get an academic bachelor’s degree. You may discover that your interests and desire for practical, vocational studies could be better met by going to a University of Applied Sciences and following a professional bachelor’s programme. A professional bachelor’s degree combines general knowledge with practical competences, including compulsory internships, and is highly sought-after by employers.
Cost of living
As we just mentioned, the cost of living is another reason to study in Belgium. For starters, public universities in the country are relatively affordable, with yearly fees of around €900 for European students.
In terms of housing costs, students are in a good position too. Belgium has plentiful student housing options and at affordable prices. If you prefer to rent your own place, that’s also an option. Monthly rents in Belgian cities like Brussels, Bruges and Antwerp are relatively affordable. Reaching out to your host university for tips on finding housing is a great place to start.
Otherwise, expenses like food, entertainment and cultural attractions are reasonably priced. Oftentimes, student discounts can come in handy too.
