LOVER BOY_headcanons.strangerthings
dating eddie munson headcanons
SUMMARY â relationship eddie headcanons
A/N â i just wanna say a quick thank you to everyone who liked my other eddie headcanons post, i wasn't expecting all the love, but i appreciate it immensely :))
MASTERLIST | BACK
when he likes someone, he thinks he's being really subtle, but he's not
him, a stuttering, nervous wreck; "uh hey, cool shirt"
you, deadpan; "it's your shirt, that you gave me to wear, because you thought i'd look cute in it"
always tries to impress you in silly ways
"wanna see how fast i can run?"
"bet i can jump and hit that sign without running"
"i caught you a squirrel because you said they were cute that one time"
is touch starved
as such, he will always be touching you in some capacity; hand on your knee while in class, hand on your thigh or fingers interlaced with yours while driving, he will sit on you if there's nowhere for him.
when you hug him, kiss him, or cuddle with him he will hold on and refuse to let you go until you're late, like really late, you'd have to leave ten minutes ago late.
is big on pet names when you're alone, but mostly calls you by your last name or a shortened version of your name when in public
he's big on baby, sweetheart, dollface.
angel and prince/princess are reserved for when he's fucked up royally, or you're sad or sleepy.
will touch everything you own
perfume/cologne sitting on your dresser? sprayed himself in the face with it the first time he picked it up, but really liked how it smelled so he puts a spitz on every time you leave him alone in your room. just spent the day at the pool and he needs to shower at yours? he will use your shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and even your deodorant "do you want me to stink? :(". every time he comes in he finds something new to play with. old stuffie under your bed? he's carrying it around/hugging it/holding it until he leaves. trinkets on the top of your bed frame? he'll make them talk to each other when he's bored.
has a hard time sleeping when you're not close
he and sleep have rarely ever been on the same page, so he finds things to do to occupy his time, so when he's in a relationship that usually means he's dragging you along with him; be it going for a swim at 2am at lovers lake, a quick trip to the gas for snacks, or just straight up falling ungracefully through your window and crawling into bed with you to try and grab a couple hours of sleep (while simultaneously scaring the shit out of you because you were already sleeping).
because of the above, he will constantly nap around you while you're hanging out
you're his safe space, he spends most of his time in your presence passed out; laying on his back on the floor with his legs tossed over the side of your bed with his feet tucked under your thigh while you study, arms crossed over his chest while you're head's in his lap as you read out loud to him â he swears he's awake but every so often he lets out a soft snore, sitting on the couch watching a romcom with his head on your shoulder as he struggles to keep his eyes open, literally any time you touch his head/hair he's out like a light.
100% is glued to your side and tells everyone you're his best friend as well as his gf/bf
he goes on errands with you and spends 99% of his free time with you, he drags you along to band practice â which you usually use as an opportunity to feed baked goods to his bandmates (who absolutely adore you for it), when he's working you usually sit around with him passing him tools as he needs them â "uh need 9/16 wrenchâ" and it's already in your hand like you read his mind.
when you're not around, brags about you to anyone who will listen to him, and carries a picture (that he switches out for newer ones he takes) of you in his wallet that he shows off constantly â "look how cute they are" "my girlfriend/boyfriend is hotter".
writes songs about you
sometimes he'll write them just for himself, or for your ears only recording them on a tape just for you to have a reminder of how much he loves you.
you better believe that wayne loves you for being a good influence on him
you make him eat all breakfast, lunch & dinner â before you he would forget to eat and usually pumped himself full of caffeine only, you get him a reuseable water bottle (which you bribe him to carry it around and actually drink from it) â to his credit he now drinks at least one full bottle, you make him wear sunscreen & a hat on sunny days, waterproof footwear and jacket on rainy/snowy days (he's shocked when he doesn't get sick as often).
at first wayne was wary of you, unsure of whether your intentions were genuine or if you were going to pull one over on eddie â which disappeared the first time he came home from work and saw you too cuddled up on the couch watching one of eddie's favourite movies (it was the way you were staring at him as he shared his favourite parts or something he read about it, or a fact about the filming/production â wayne tells this story at your wedding all teary eyed about his eddie being all grown up and so very obviously loved).
takes photos of you all the time
cutesy date night photos, spicy half-naked photos (or just straight up naked naked), you sleeping, you making an ugly face, you mid-sneeze, you smiling, he has it all caught on film and he loves each and every photo so much.
total softie for you and you alone
you've gotten him to do things he's straight up refused to do for his friends, and even wayne
does literally anything you ask, and even sometimes you don't have to ask, he just does it because he knows it'll make you happy and that's all he strives for, you being happy.

Dress Up
Written for the @steddiemicrofic October challenge, âdressâ | word target: 350 | rating: T | CW: none
Of all the stupid things heâs ever agreed to, Eddieâs sure this is the stupidest.
Outside his bedroom, Steve yells,
âYou ready yet?â
âYeah, kinda. Iâm just-â
Eddieâs voice cracks and tails off, hinting that heâs not in a happy place.
âCâmon man, weâre gonna be late for Dustinâs Halloween costume party. Iâm sure you look fine.â
No answer.Â
Frustrated, and increasingly uncomfortable in his pinstripe suit and slick-backed hair, the point of which nobody has yet explained, Steve grabs the handle.
âOkay, Iâm coming inâŠâ
âNo! Steve, wait!â
Steve steps through. And stops dead.
Eddie fears the worst, his face screwing up into a mortified grimace, trying to cover himself with folded arms and flopping hair.Â
Babbling, he tries explaining,
âI look stupid, I know. Nancy said something about reinforcing patriarchal stereotypes of sexualised Halloween costuming, Robin flatly refused, Max said she was going as Wednesday and Argyle confirmed he was Cousin Itt, so to stop them all arguing I said Iâd do it. Iâll get changed, just- just gimme a minute, okay?â
He reaches for tissues, hoping to wipe off some of the obviously terrible makeup before Steve can fully see. But heâs stopped by a powerful hand grabbing his wrist.
âNo, donât!â
Steve pleads,
âLet me⊠Can I see you? Please?â
His timbre is soft, but Eddie isnât convinced that heâs not utterly horrified. Reluctantly, he turns.
And is met by Steveâs gorgeous hazel eyes, blown pupils drinking him in.Â
The way the black velvet hugs his body. The low neckline that highlights his chest hair and allows the slightest peek at his tattoos. The black nail polish showcasing his long fingers. The dark eye makeup and deep lipstick accentuating his features. The hint of fishnets visible through a thigh-length slit, descending down into freshly-polished, laced-up, platform New Rocks. The subtle bulge at the apex of his thighsâŠ
Steve swallows, his roving gaze eventually travelling back up to Eddieâs.
Before Eddie can speak another word, Steve has one more thing to say. He holds Eddieâs hand, takes half a step forward and slowly, deeply, purrs,Â
âCara MiaâŠâ
I really hope you enjoyed this! If you did, be sure to let me know - writers feed on your comments and reblogs đ€đ€đ€

~
âWow.â Dustin whispered as he pushed open the heavy door to the AV Room of Hawkins High. The door itself was sparsely decorated with fake spider webs and some plastic creepy crawlies that had been stuck crudely around the edging.
He hadnât been expecting much based on the exterior appearance of the room that housed all the Drama Clubâs props as well as the small table that the Hellfire Club used to play DnD.
There were two entrances to the room but the other was hidden in the back just behind the large curtain on the wall and was barely used. Dustin couldnât help but wonder absently if Eddie had put more effort into decorating the other door since he had not prepared for the effort put into the interior based on the outside.
He supposed that was why youâre not supposed to judge a book by its cover.
Inside the room was dark and lit up only by the usual candles and lamps Eddie set out for ambiance during their campaigns. But this time there was black tulle draped from the ceiling in random patterns. The fake spiderwebs weaved between them. Realistic looking bats and spiders hung throughout and there were jack-o-lanterns of alternating sizes in nearly every place that was big enough to house one.
The candles were abundant. Many more than usual and placed around on the floor as well as on shelves and in holders. Some of the Drama Clubâs props that were usually hidden behind the large curtain had been repurposed to give the room a spooky edge and some had even been downright altered to fit the theme.
There was a giant cardboard windmill that some of them recognized from the 1983 School play. Eddie had pulled it out and seemed to have downright destroyed it with splatters of what appeared to be blood and other mangled remains that hung from the blades.
âAre those sausages?â Lucas whispered to the other guys, pointing towards the âentrailsâ hanging from one of the fins.
Eddie had really gone all out for this one shot campaign they were playing on Halloween night.
His throne was adorned in warm toned fairy lights that, while not very spooky, did give it a chilling edge that they were sure would make him look even more menacing when illuminated from behind.
There was a rusted 1880s style stroller sitting behind the throne near the windmill. A headless doll hanging from the handles and another with a head- or, maybe just the head of the other.. Tucked tight into a blanket that was covered in Halloween themed items.
âWhen did he even have time to do all this?â Lucas asked as the Club sans Eddie followed behind Dustin into the seemingly empty room.
âWhen he was supposed to be graduating.â Gareth answered from the corner of his mouth, making Jeff snicker.
The clearing of someoneâs throat caught their attention. Blood running cold as Eddie stepped out from behind one of the props with a tired look on his painted pale face.
âThunny.â He said, simply. Plastic glow in the dark vampire fangs impeding his speech.Â
âAltho, rude.â He added, frowning at his words and taking the teeth out of his mouth. âThat is not gonnaâ work.â He mumbled to himself. Fishing around for the pocket in the red and black cape he was wearing and shoving them inside it.
âIt looks amazing in here!â Mike enthused as Eddie held back a smile. The fake blood dripping from the corner of his mouth moving into his marionette lines as he kept his glee at bay.
Vampire Lordâs did not smile when they received a compliment.
He didnât think.
He would need to check.
âYeah.â Jeff agreed with a laugh. âIâve gotta be honest I wasnât even sure youâd show up tonight with how forgetful youâve been.â
A murmur of agreement rolled through the boys in front of him as Eddie scoffed at the statement. He may have almost fallen asleep driving to school this morning but there was no way in hell he could forget a campaign.Â
âCome on in and sit down.â He said as unnervingly as he could muster after the stab at his memory.Â
He reminded the boys of the narrator at the beginning of a Haunted House carnival ride that dared them to try not to be scared.
The difference was that they probably actually should and would be scared of Eddie.
Sitting on the throne in front of the table often flicked a switch in his brain that turned him into an unhinged maniac.
They knew they were in for some sort of Halloween themed mischief tonight. They just hoped there were no tricks to ruin their treat.
The boys did as they were told. Taking their places around the table and setting up their belongings as Eddie sauntered towards his seat and flopped down on it. Waiting with fingers intertwined atop the table for them to be ready for him to begin.
The candles flickered in the quiet room, highlighting the dark circles under Eddieâs bleary eyes. Â
Anyone that didnât know him would think he had painted them there as part of the costume and not just an everyday occurrence of late.
Once everyone was settled and the club was staring up at him with eager faces, Eddie stood. Tired body creaking as he leaned behind his chair to press play on the tape player he had hidden there. Soft, spooky music filled the room. Not very loud as Eddie still wanted them to be able to hear him talk.
âWaitâŠâ Lucas said after a long moment of silence so they could listen to the ambient sound. âIn the background⊠Is that⊠Carnival music?â He asked, looking up at Eddie with a puzzled expression.
The older man raised his brows in acknowledgement. Smiling proudly this time as he bowed to them all. Again putting on his best, most unnerving voice as he said:
âWelcome, to the Haunted House.â
~~
Eddieâs campaign was based around the guys being stuck inside the Haunted House Carnival ride. A ride that came alive with actual ghosts, ghouls and skeletons that needed to be fought off as they worked out how to escape it.
It was essentially a mini escape room without physical props to keep track of. It was unlike any campaign they had ever played before and it was clear Eddie had put a lot of thought and work into how it would turn out.
He had planned it to be short. Only spanning the one session that lasted about three hours absolute max. That was if they made a dumb move or got stuck somewhere. Otherwise they could probably be out of there in one.
He had alluded early on to the presence of someone that could help them through the puzzles. They figured they just had to say the right words or stumble into the right room to find them.
In true Hellfire Club fashion, it hadnât taken long for things to go from zero to one hundred. Mike had made a call that nearly killed Gareth and Jeff, who was usually pretty quiet and mild mannered, had turned on him.
Eddie watched in delight as the club bickered amongst themselves about how they should have gone about the obstacle Eddie had placed in front of them.
He of course knew exactly how they should go about it but he was keeping that little tidbit of information to himself unless someone rolled a 20.
âOkay! Okay!â Dustin shouted suddenly, holding out both his hands in a âstopâ like motion as he tried to quell the argument between Mike, Jeff and Gareth.Â
Lucas sat quietly on the sidelines ignoring the chaos as he wrote something down on his character sheet.
âIt doesnât matter! Okay?â Dustin shouted when all attention was on him. âLook itâs like a foot tall, What if we just step overââ
A shrill sound rang out from somewhere behind Eddie, cutting Dustin off mid-sentence.
The sudden sharp cry startled the group. They jumped in unison. Looking between one another and then to Eddie as they waited for the reveal.Â
What trickery had he rigged up to breathe even more life into the campaign?Â
âOh! Eddie said excitedly, leaning back to stop the tape player from making the eerie sounds. âLooks like our guest has arrived.â He explained cryptically, pushing away from the table. The feet of his throne scraping against the floor was barely heard above the repetitive sound growing louder and more frequent.
Eddie moved around behind his chair quickly standing in front of the rusted stroller and dipping his hands inside.
The guys watched in confusion. Waiting for Eddie to pull out another tape player or a walkie talkie and turn it off to stop the shrieking sound. But instead he ducked forwards pulling the pile of fuzzy halloween themed blankets to his chest and shushing it softly.
âWere we too loud?â He murmured to the blankets. Looking down at the pile in his arms with eyes that sparkled in the candlelight.
The whining cry from the baby in the blankets was calmed by the comfort of a firm chest. She cooed quietly as Eddie swayed on the spot and tapped her back with his palm. The soft thump of the repetitive motion reassuring her that she was safe as large brown eyes that matched his own fluttered closed again in his arms.
Eddie looked up at the group in front of him. Ready to apologize for the interruption and make his announcement about the game but he was taken aback by the shock on everyoneâs faces.Â
Furrowed brows, wide eyes and mouths hanging open around the table as they all stared at him with questions on their lips. Stunned into silence, no one moved until Jeff finally cracked.
âWhatâŠâ He asked bluntly, pausing for emphasis. âIs that?â
He was pointing towards the blankets in Eddieâs arms. Being ever so gently rocked up and down by strong hands that were made for shredding on an electric guitar or rolling dice, not holding a doll.
âWho? Is that?â Dustin corrected when Eddie narrowed his eyes at the question.
âThisâŠâ Eddie said, also pausing for emphasis. âIs your way out of this ride!â He said as excitedly as he could. Somewhat affronted by the rude phrasing of the question. âItâs your lucky night. Youâve been visited by The Angel of Good Fortune.â
The silence in the room was loud as Eddie looked over them all with eagerness, waiting for someone to ask another question so he could introduce his surprise NPC in the way he had planned.
His face fell as no one made a move. The silence stretched almost to the point of being uncomfortable until Eddie spoke again.
âItâs Daisy.â He said bluntly. âSheâs the angel.â He explained as if that answered anyoneâs questions and didnât raise at least six more. âDo you guys want to hear what she has to bestow on you or not?â He chuckled, shaking his head as he circled back around the throne and plonked himself down.
If it wasnât for the humming of the stage lights above his head or the gentle crackle of the candles by his side, he swore he would be able to hear the crickets outside chirping.
âOkayâŠâ He said simply. A sudden rush of foolishness knocking down his resolve when no one spoke. âWell I guess no one wants any fortune then.â He said bitterly.
This was not going at all how he had planned it.Â
He shrugged weakly as he scooted forward to the edge of the seat and looked over his notes before speaking again.
They just continued on he supposed. He had been planning to give them all special abilities that helped them throughout the rest of the house. But if they were going to be dicks about him bringing the baby then they could get by without them.
He didnât really want to be there anymore right that second anywayâŠ
âRight soâŠâ He sighed. âDustin, you were about to try and step over the obstacle. You canât do that by the wayââ
âNo.â Gareth said simply, holding his hand up in front of him as Dustin had done to him earlier. Eddieâs head snapping up at the declaration.Â
âNo, weâre not doing this.â He laughed, pointing an accusatory finger at Eddie now. âCome on Man. Put the doll down.â
Eddie frowned at him as the rest of the group murmured in agreement. Nodding their heads and putting forth the same sentiments of Eddieâs Halloween prank being over now. Heâd had them at first but going back to the game like nothing had happened with a random âbabyâ in his arms and expecting them not to ask questions was too far.
âNot doing what?â Eddie snapped, frustrated at the insinuation that he was the problem when it was them and their weird reactions to his surprise.
The baby in his grasp stirred at the words. Loud and sharp not far from her little ears. She could feel his frustration and wanted to join in on the complaining.
Her eyes were open again now, bottom lip trembling as Eddie realized his mistake and quickly tried to shush her. But heâd already fucked up. New babies rarely went back to sleep a second time. Especially when they could feel that their parents were frazzled.
âAh shiââ He behan. âShoot.â He corrected,, looking down at her with a sad pout as she began to cry again. âYouâre hungry arenât you?â He asked rhetorically.Â
Yeah, this was not going to plan in the slightest. It would be his luck that after the failure of his reveal, he couldnât get her to calm down for him due to her being able to sense his agitated state.
She shouldnât be hungry again so soon. If he just took a breath, he should be able to stop her getting too worked up.
He shuffled her into the tight grip of one arm as he fished in his cape pocket with his other hand. Producing a pink pacifier and holding it up in front of her. âMay I interest you in a pacifier?â He asked politely, pressing it against her wailing lips and waiting with baited breath to see if she took it.
She did, briefly. Spitting the dummy quite literally as she took it from him for a quick second before hucking it out and sending it shooting across the table. The heads of all the players following its journey as it bounced once on the game board before rolling the rest of the way to land in front of Grant who stared at it as if it was diseased.Â
âNat 20.â Eddie laughed hollowly as the rest of the table slowly turned back to him at the same time and stared with matching horrified expressions.
âHow did you do that?â Grant asked softly, barely heard over the baby's cries as Eddie pushed himself up again and began to pace back and forth in front of the throne in an effort to calm the little one.
âDo what?â He asked again over the cries, this time just exasperated at his lack of understanding their line of questioning.
âThrow the pacifier like that without moving your hands?â Gareth asked as if it was obvious.Â
Eddie balked at the statement.
âAre you daft?â He asked after a moment of stunned silence that Daisy gladly filled. âShe spat it out, you saw her.â
âSheâs not real!â Gareth argued, slamming his hands down on the table and pushing himself to stand, the rest of the members following suit.
âYes she is.â Eddie defended weakly, stopping in place and rearranging the blankets in his arms so the guys could see the baby's face. âSee.âÂ
The six men in front of him took a step closer.
The baby in the blankets blinked at them all from her place in Dadâs arms. Her cries dying down as curiosity became her main focus. The growling in her little tummy became a background sensation for a long few seconds as she looked over at them all with wide eyes that matched Eddieâs.
She probably wasnât actually looking at them. Babyâs couldnât see very far in front of them when they were so young. But that was what made contrasting colors interesting. Eddie guessed she was gaping at the fuzzy bright orange spots she could see throughout in the darkness of the room. The candles he had lit to add to the ambiance, calming her as the lights flickered with all the movement in the room.
âWhat the fuck?â Mike asked candidly. Saying what they were all thinking as they watched the actual infant child Eddie was holding, look around the room and move her little arms around in a way that Eddie couldnât fake even if he wanted to.
Eddie squinted at them all, eyes dark as the realization began to dawn on him that they all had no idea who Daisy was or what she was doing there with him.
âDo you guys likeâŠâ Eddie trailed off as he shook his head at them. Lips pressed together hard as he shrugged, baby moving up and down with the motion as he spoke again. âListen, when I speak?â He asked slowly, tilting his head in a way that was probably meant to look condescending but really just made him look like a sad puppy.
The silence was enough of an answer for him. Not even Daisy daring to make a sound as her janky little movements had her staring back up at Eddie. The sound of Dadâs voice taking her away from her pretty lights and reminding her that she was hungry and he was not delivering.
Her little lips shook again as Eddie frowned at his friends. Her expression unknowingly mimicked his as she began to cry again and Eddie scowled at the six people in front of him.Â
The best friends he had in the entire world.
That apparently didnât know his daughterâs name or that she even existed despite him rambling about nothing else for the last two weeks straight.
It made him want to join Daisy in her howling.
âWhat the fuck?â Eddie asked suddenly, as brazen as Mike had a few seconds earlier. Looking between them all with a mixture of hurt and disgust on his face as they all stood quietly and mentally prepared themselves for the scolding of a lifetime.Â
But instead Eddieâs voice was small. Barely heard over the wailing of the baby in his arms.
âI thought you were my friends.â He said simply, embarrassment welling in his chest at the way it had come out. The vulnerability he had shown with that one sentence that perfectly encapsulated how he felt about it all without having to actually say any of what he was feeling.
âOkay!â A voice rang out from somewhere in the corner of the room. Startling them all, including Daisy who went suspiciously quiet at the sound. Everyone turned at once, surprised to seeâŠ
You.
Having just jumped out of your hiding place behind the windmill.Â
âI canât do it anymore!â You shouted. Holding out your arms and making grabby hands towards Eddie. âGive her to me!â You instructed as Eddie stared at you as if youâd grown two heads, trying to figure out where youâd even come from or what you were doing there.
âWhatâŠâ He asked weakly as you strode towards him and wrapped deft fingers around your little one.Â
He let you take her. His arms falling limp by his side when they were empty.
âWhere did youââ He began, cutting himself off. âHow did youââ He started again. âWHY did you?â He decided on, tone changing from shocked to frustrated. âWere you spying on me?â He asked incredulously. Sounding a little more wounded than he intended as you turned away from all the prying eyes in the room and pulled down the neck of your shirt.
Intending to give Daisy what she needed to restore the beginnings of peace in the room.
âNo!â You clarified, flicking your head towards him as you tried to get Daisy to latch and catching the hurt as if flashed through his eyes. âWell, not intentionally.â You added softly.
âYou were!â Eddie gasped. âYou donât trust me?â He asked. Ignoring the rest of the people in the room as his one track mind got stuck on your appearance and he momentarily forgot he was in the middle of an argument with some of the worst friends in the world.
âNo, thatâs not it.â You argued back, not looking at him as you spoke while you were trying to encourage the baby to work with you.
âYou donât think I can take care of our daughter on my own?â He asked, not waiting for your answer before he continued. âYou too?â He asked, nodding at you and then his friends as he remembered they were there.
He crossed his arms over his chest. âWhat the hell is wrong with everyone tonight?â He shouted as your guilty eyes turned back to him.
âI just wanted to see you surprise them...â You explained softly. âBut⊠It wasnât going to planâŠâ You winced, baring your teeth in a cringe as you used Daisyâs blanket to cover your modesty.
Yeah, you were right. None of this was going to planâŠ
All of the guys had met you before. Most of them remembered you from your senior year. Even the Freshman had met you once or twice since joining Hellfire. Had hung out with you and Eddie together over the small holiday break between the first semesters of the year.
And look, okay⊠Maybe you werenât around as often as you used to be and maybe Eddie didnât talk about you as often as he wanted to. But you both knew it wasnât for lack of wanting to brag about the fact that he was yours.Â
It was his circumstances he didnât want to think about. The fact that he had a girlfriend in College only served to remind him and everyone else of the fact that he had failed to graduate twice now and was on a fast track to his third failure.Â
It reminded them all that he was College age and should be running around on campus with you instead of in the schoolyard with them.Â
Except you werenât at College now. You were at home or⊠Supposed to be. Tired, cranky and hormonal. Six weeks postpartum and ready to lose your mind when Eddie had said he was planning on going out on Halloween night.
Which meant you would spend your favorite holiday sitting at home alone with the baby.
Eddie had felt bad when youâd pointed that out and offered to take her with him. The guys hadnât met her yet anyway and he figured the creepy old stroller in the AV Room was probably safe enough to let her sleep in until she woke up hungry and he could introduce her to everyone while he fed her dinner.
However he obviously hadnât anticipated his friendâs not knowing what the hell he was talking about.
He had told them you were pregnant and how excited he was for Daisyâs arrival. Heâd had a month off school when she was born. Only returning 2 weeks earlier and when asked about his time off he had babbled nonstop for an entire lunch break about how perfect his little one was, how happy she made him and how tired you both were.Â
Because damn were you both tired.Â
You werenât sure where Eddie had pulled this campaign from or the energy he had used to decorate the place. You were worried most mornings that he would crash on the way to school. The way he was barely able to keep his eyes open, falling asleep at the kitchen counter and nearly drowning in his cereal.
You were pretty sure he hadnât learnt a thing at school since heâd been back. He was so exhausted, he could barely hold a conversation.Â
Not that you could talk. You were just as bad and right now, you werenât even supposed to be there. You were supposed to be home, sleeping.
As far as Eddie was aware, you were. You had left the AV room over an hour earlier. Saying goodbye to him and your Bub.
You did intend to go home and sleep through all the trick-or-treating door knockers.
But it was the first time you had been away from Daisy since she had been born and you hadnât anticipated the overwhelming feeling of guilt that had washed over you as youâd closed the door with her on the other side of it.
You would have gone back in immediately if Eddie wasnât so insistent that 1. He let you rest and 2. He was going to introduce Daisy to the guys.
He had a plan on how to do it dramatically. You had chuckled at that. Because of course he did.Â
He wasnât just going to have them walk in and be sitting there on his throne, holding a baby.Â
He had written her into the campaign. When they made it to the specific spot in the story where it would be perfect to introduce her or when she woke up. Whatever happened first was fine. He was going to present her to them as a surprise NPC that afforded them all special bonuses.Â
It was a very cute idea but it hinged pretty heavily on the âspookyâ atmosphere with the doll hanging from the stroller being a red herring and the guys not noticing your actual baby sleeping in the bed of it.
If you were honest, you thought the guys would still see it coming from a mile away but you hadnât said anything. Wanting to let the sleep deprived new Dad have his small amount of fun. Even if the guys clocked her immediately and didnât end up being surprised. It would still be a nice little moment for him.
Youâd felt yucky about leaving Daisy behind as you walked to the parking lot. You trusted Eddie with her whole-heartedly but âMom guiltâ as the midwives had called it, was strong.
You had fed her to sleep just before you left and knew she would be fine for at least two hours even if she didnât sleep the whole time. Eddie had promised that the campaign would only take around that long and if she woke up before then and desperately needed you, he would walkie and you could drive back over since you guys only lived a couple of minutes from the school.
He had a bottle of formula in the diaper bag just in case he needed it for her. But you werenât sure if she would even take it for him. It wasnât an issue for her to have it. Youâd just never been away from her long enough before for someone else to need to feed her.Â
Not even Eddie.
You had made it almost all the way to the car before youâd stopped in place and stared at the cracked bitumen under your feet for a long moment. Not sure you could actually go ahead with leaving her.
Youâd sighed, deciding to head back inside. Intending to sit in on Hellfire if Eddie didnât outright postpone the start time to drive you home and put you to bed.
You were about to turn around when you heard someone call your name. The Hellfire guys had arrived sometime during your contemplation and were running towards you excitedly.Â
You hadnât seen them in a really long time. Probably since you were in your first trimester of pregnancy.
You had found out you were expecting in the middle of your first year at College and you were determined to finish at least one year before the baby arrived. So trips home to see your love were rare. When you did make it back to Hawkins you were so exhausted from working overtime to get your coursework done that you just wanted to spend time at home with Eddie. Enjoying the last of your quality time together before you became a family of three.
It was nice to see the guys briefly in the parking lot of Hawkins High like old times. It cheered you up somewhat and you spent a long few minutes catching up with them.
However, it had become apparent pretty quickly into the interaction that they had no intention of congratulating you on the birth of your first child. A very strange interaction if you were honest but you kept up the friendly face as if nothing was amiss.
It wasnât until Gareth had rolled his eyes and said:
âYou know heâs telling everyone you just had a baby.â
The rest of the guys had chortled at the notion, making you frown as he continued somewhat candidly.
âSo obviously thatâs not true.â He said derisively, gesturing towards your body and making you bristle. You supposed the implication was that you were the same size you had been the last time they had seen you and there was no way your body could have grown and nourished a child over the last nine months and then gone back to looking the same as it did before within such a short span of time.
These assholesâŠ
Youâd thought to yourself, not replying as the men in front of you all nodded in agreement with Garethâs statement.Â
Did they expect you to suddenly shape shift into a different person just because you were a Mom now?
I guess they will be surprised.
Youâd concluded, smirking to yourself as you bid them a terse goodnight and watched them walk inside the building with the belief that Eddie was lying about his personal life.
Well, you certainly couldnât go home then. It seemed like Eddie was going to be able to put on quite the show and you wanted to see how it panned out.Â
Afterall you figured youâd probably only just make it home before you were being called on the Walkie to come back.
You had snuck into the AV Room via the second entrance and hid behind the curtain at first. Moving closer and dipping down behind the windmill as you tried not to laugh at the sound of Eddie talking with fake fangs in his mouth.
You had slumped down on the ground and waited way longer than you had thought you would have to. Not proud of the fact that you had nodded off once or twice. Jolting awake after a particularly loud exclamation from someone at the table and hoping you hadnât been snoring.
You guessed this was probably the typical newborn experience. Baby never sleeps more than an hour at a time except for when you, yourself could be sleeping but had chosen not to because you had been convinced she would need you again within minutes.
Just when you were starting to think youâd have to ruin Eddieâs surprise by standing up and checking that the baby was still breathing, she had begun to cry and you had done your best to shuffle out of view so Eddie didnât see you when he moved towards the stroller to pick her up.
He was too distracted by her to notice you anyway. Thank goodness because you had not thought about the implication of hearing the baby cry and your body responding to it, ready to do its job. You had been distracted by your aching breasts and the milk leaking into your bra that Daisy could definitely smell from her place on Dadâs chest about three feet away.
There was no way he was getting her to settle now. Mistakes had been made and you knew then that it was only a matter of time until you had to reveal yourself to help Eddie out. It was just the matter of when exactly to do it so that you didnât ruin the moment Eddie had been planning all week for.
Luckily for you, you supposed, the guys had ruined it for you. Being rude and not believing the baby was even real.
You felt bad for not correcting them in the parking lot. But you hadnât done so on the premise that Eddie would get to have his fun reveal moment.
âHappy HalloweenâŠâ You grimaced at the guys, turning to them and taking in the shocked expressions around the table. Each boy appeared to be in a different stage of grief as their eyes roamed from you to Eddie, to the baby in your arms, back to Eddie, back to you.
âButâŠâ One of them began, trailing off as Eddie looked between you and the guys as well. Trying to figure out what he had missed.Â
âWaitâŠâ Someone else started, also trailing off as they tried to make sense of the situation.
âWhat the fuck is happening?â Eddie murmured under his breath, just as confused as everyone else.Â
So you werenât spying⊠But you didnât go home? What did you mean Happy Halloween? Were you pranking them? Was that directed at him or the guys?
A thousand questions ran through his mind at once. He opened his mouth to ask some of them and was immediately cut off by Gareth.
âYou donât look pregnant!â He shouted, again gesturing at your body and making your eyes darken dangerously as Jeff elbowed him in the ribs.
âIâm not.â You replied curtly. âI was.â You clarified, one hand tapping against the babyâs bottom to make your point. âBut Iâm not anymore.â
âBut you didnâtâŠâ He gasped out, winded from being elbowed. âYou didnât say thatââ He tried, voice strained.
Eddie turned to you with a questioning gaze. Brows raised as he waited for an explanation.
âDidnât say?â He asked you, specifically. âWhen did you even see them?â
You sighed softly, deciding to explain to the whole room and answer Eddieâs question all at once. Â
âEddie wanted to surprise you.â You huffed to the group, as if that much was obvious. âI figured if I corrected you when I ran into you earlier that you would know straight away that Eddie had the baby because she wasnât with me and the surprise would be ruined.â You said with a shrug, finally turning to Eddie. âI ran into them in the parking lot and it was obvious they didnât realize you were telling the truth about Daisy so I let them run with it for the sake of the dramatics.â You said apologetically. âI just wanted to see how that played out before I went home.â You added, peeking down at Daisy under the blanket covering her and making sure she was alright. âBut, it didnât go as I expected.â You admitted.
âOh.â Eddie replied quietly, following your eyes to the blanket and frowning to himself as the room fell silent once again.
He appreciated the sentiment but it hadnât exactly helped him. Although he supposed, you were right and it probably wouldnât have helped him keep his surprise if youâd corrected them either.
Maybe it just wasnât meant to be.
He had been so excited about his little Halloween oneshot. But none of it had worked out anywhere near how he thought it would.
He was feeling defeated.
âIâm sure it was all a misunderstanding.â You continued loudly, interrupting his thoughts as your eyes bored into each of the men in front of you in turn. Desperately trying to get them to say something that corroborated your âtheoryâ. âBecause they are your friends and they do listen to you.â You added through gritted teeth when no one spoke up.
âYeah!â Grant defended quickly, catching your drift and jumping into action.Â
âWe are.â Gareth agreed.
âAnd we do!â Jeff piled on.
The freshman nodded along as well. Big smiles on their faces as Eddie scowled at them all, looking a little too sad for someone that was dressed as a vampire.
âItâs just that likeâŠâ Jeff began, looking to Gareth and Grant for back up.
âYou fuck with us a lot.â Gareth finished, a murmur of agreement making its way around the table as Eddie scoffed at them derisively.Â
âI do not!â He argued meekly. Shrinking under the collective tired stare of the group and also your knowing gaze from by his side.
âWhat about when you said your Dad hatched an elaborate plan to steal drugs from his former partners and sell them to Rick for a quick buck?â Jeff asked, arms crossed over his chest.
âThat happened!â Eddie justified, throwing his shoulders up as the guys all exchanged sneers.Â
That did happen.Â
You hadnât been dating at the time but you knew about it from your place on the sidelines. You opened your mouth to defend him but didnât get it out before another example was being thrown around.
âWell, what about when you told us that some assistant to a big music producer.â Gareth paused, waving his hands around to emphasize how silly it sounded. âCame to The Hideout and scouted Corroded Coffin before I joined and tried to take you to L.A to become a rockstar?â He laughed, turning to the guys for support and frowning at Jeffâs grimace.
âThat did actually happen, I was there for that.â He interjected, one finger pointing towards the ceiling.
âSee!â Eddie gestured towards him with his whole hand.
âOkay well guys come onâŠâ Gareth continued. âHe also said that Chrissy Cunningham tried to buy drugs from him the night she died.â
âShe did!â Eddie exclaimed, voice higher than usual.
âAnd donât forget that heâs apparently friends with Steve Harrington now.â Grant laughed heartily, the older guys erupting into laughter as the Freshman exchanged anxious looks with one another.Â
âThatâs also true!â Eddie argued incredulously before Dustin piped up:
âYeah, that one is actually true too.â He said, hissing through his teeth.
âItâs all true!â Eddie shouted, desperation in his tone.Â
âLook, the point is Eddie you lie like, all the time.â Gareth justified weakly, gesturing around the room as if any of them had actually managed to come up with a solid lie Eddie had told that hadnât been corroborated by other person in the room. âSoâŠâ He said, dragging out the word.
âBut Iâm not lying!â Eddie argued, bordering on whiny. âAll of those things happened to me! Including this!â He added, thrusting his hand towards you and the baby.
Silence fell on the room once more. The slap of Eddieâs hand falling back against his thigh seemed to echo in the small space as he shook his head at them all. Turning to you with pleading eyes as if to ask you to convince them he was telling the truth.
You felt bad for him, smiling apologetically as you slowly slipped down to sit in his throne. Your tired legs giving out as you waited for someone else to say something. You werenât sure why they still seemed to look unconvinced or what you could even say to persuade them.Â
You were literally holding the baby in front of them. All the evidence they should need to understand.
A sniff caught your attention and you looked back up to Eddie quickly, horrified at the thought that he had potentially begun to cry. But to your surprise he was now looking back at the guys, a puzzled expression on his face as the sound happened again.
Your own head turned to look them over, watching in confusion as everyone stayed so defiantly staunch that the quiver of Dustinâs lips and the small change in his breathing was as obvious as if he had just burst out into laughter immediately.
Mikeâs elbow connected with his side gently. A motion that was meant to be discreet but again in the stillness of the room seemed as blatant as if he had just tackled the other boy to the ground.
âI canât keep it inâŠâ Dustin ground out, his eyes wide as the other guys all began to huff and sigh. The barely contained laughter of the kid that was decidedly, Eddieâs best friend, was infectious. Lucas sniffed as well and snowballed Grant into a snort that triggered Jeff.
Slowly one by one the group began to laugh. Soft murmurs of mirth at first that quickly turned into the hearty sound of chortling as they all nodded at one another knowingly, as if making a silent decision before Dustin turned to the head of the table.
âTrick or treat!â He shouted, throwing his hands up and leading the rest of the club into doing the same.
âTrick or Treat!â They mimicked. Shouting in synchrony and throwing their hands up in unison as if welcoming the guest of honor into a surprise party.
Eddie balked at the exclamation, not expecting it and certainly not understanding it at all.
Was he the guest of honor?
âWhat?â He asked tiredly, shaking his head and slumping his shoulders. He had no idea what was going on. Exhausted with the shifting emotions in the room as the guys all seemed to delight in the notion that he still didnât understand.
âThe ultimate trick!â Gareth clarified, pointing at the DM with a brave finger as Jeff and Gareth clapped each other on the back.Â
âYou fell for it.â Mike laughed, seeming genuinely surprised.
âDamn, I guess having a baby really does mess with your brain.â Dustin theorized as you and Eddie shared a look of bewilderment.
âWaitâŠâ It was Eddieâs turn to trail off. âWhat?â He asked again, mirroring the way the guys had asked it earlier. âWhatâs going on? Iâm so confused.â He complained, rubbing at his forehead with one hand as he tried to make sense of the situation.
âOh damn.â Jeff laughed, wincing. âI feel kind of bad.â He mumbled as Eddie scowled at him.
âDudeâŠâ Grant said loudly, commanding Eddieâs attention. âWe were pranking you Man.â He laughed, gesturing towards you and the baby. âFor Halloween?â He said slowly, dragging out the words as if Eddie was too simple to understand them.Â
âOf course we know who Daisy is.â Jeff laughed awkwardly. âHow could we not?â
âYeah you havenât exactly shut up about her since youâve been back.â Mike added, groaning as Dustin got him back for the elbow earlier.
âYeah I didnât think youâd fall for it.â Jeff admitted uneasily. âHonestly I thought Mama Bear over there was gonnaâ murder Gareth for the comment he made outside.â He said scandalously as Gareth had the decorum to shoot you an apologetic look.
âYou look amazing by the way.â He said quickly as both sets of eyes turned on him and Eddie had to stop himself from asking what the comment was unless he wanted this to become an actual haunted room.
Although he wasnât too worried about Garethâs ghost disrupting his sessions anymore than alive Gareth already did.
âWait soâŠâ Eddie said again, closing his eyes and making the group groan collectively as he desperately tried to make sense of the situation.Â
âOkay, this has kind of spiraled from fun into mean.â Mike interjected, looking around at the other guys and all of them nodding in agreement. âWe knew you guys were tired but we didnât realize you were that tired.â He said with a grimace.
âYeahâŠâ Dustin agreed as both you and Eddie stared at them all blankly, trying to wrap sleep deprived brains around the situation. âIt was meant to be a really simple prank. Like opposite day or some shit.â He laughed uncomfortably. âWe didnât think youâd take us seriously, I mean weâve seen a picture of her for Christâs sake.âÂ
Eddie had momentarily forgotten about the polaroid heâd taken of Daisy not long after she was born. Currently residing in his wallet after having been passed around the lunch table six times over until he finally decided sheâd been given enough compliments and took it back.
âOh.â Eddie hummed, ruminating on his first week at school and remembering, vaguely, the interaction.
He didnât remember too much of the last six weeks in general if he was honest.
âThat was mean guys.â You murmured with a frown. Trying not to be too hard on them since you were honestly just glad that they hadnât truly believed Eddie was lying about his personal life.
You looked to Eddie. Waiting for him to say something but instead you were faced with the blank stare of a man that you were pretty sure still didnât truly understand what was going on.
Dustin took it upon himself to take a step forward.
âWe knew you were going to do something insane tonight. It wouldnât be Halloween without you trying to pull the wool over our eyes somehow and we kind of thought you had been setting us up for a big prank for the last month so... We all agreed to just roll with whatever it was, no matter how insane we looked and prank you back.â He explained, waving open palms over his face in big exaggerated movements to show the scale of their operation.. âBut now itâs sad.â He said with a nod, lips pressed together and brows raised in concern as Eddie narrowed his eyes at the other man.Â
The kid ignored it, placing a grounding hand on Eddieâs bicep.Â
âCongratulations man.â He said definitively, watching as Eddieâs brows shot up in surprise. âYouâre a lucky man.â He said, nodding at you and the baby.
Eddie took in a sharp breath, turning himself away, unexpectedly overcome with emotion at the statement.
It was really all he wanted from them in the first place.
An acknowledgment of his new life and how lucky he was to be living it.
âYep. Thanks.â He said quickly, refusing to look at them. âYou know youâre supposed to let me choose if I want a trick or a treat right?â He asked, his sentence clipped with the terse edge of someone that was trying not to cry. âYou canât just yell trick or treat after tricking someone.â
âYou tricked us first!â Gareth argued at the statement. Jeffâs hand landed heavy on his shoulder as Eddie whirled back around to face them suddenly. Emotions forgotten or maybe just consolidated into anger as he took offence at the blatant lie.
âIt wasnât a trick!â He gasped, scandalized. âIt was a surprise!â He panted. âWith treats!â He added, throwing his arm out towards the unfinished game in front of them. âThe Angel of Good Fortune had gifts for you all!â He exclaimed, gesturing wildly at all of them at once as he stared incredulously at the ungrateful group before him. âNo wonder the poor thing was inconsolable, you ingrates wouldnât accept her presents.â He said pointedly, crossing his arms over his chest as you stifled a laugh at the statement.
Yes, that was why. It had nothing to do with Mommy hiding a few feet away and leaking dinner into her bra.
You didnât say anything, letting Eddie have the win as you looked down at your little angel and realized she was finished eating already.
You shook your head at her.Â
The audacity to make all that fuss and only feed for a few minutes.Â
She obviously wasnât hungry and should have taken the pacifier but all the yelling from the club had startled her into wanting Mom when she knew she was nearby.
Or maybe Eddie was right. You conceded privately. She was just upset that the guys didnât accept her gifts.
You smiled at the thought of Daisy growing up to DM just like her Daddy.
No doubt she would be just as dramatic.
You shifted her in your arms as the boys argued. Covering yourself up again and removing the blanket so she could breathe easy now that she was content to lay still in your arms.
She blinked up at you with milk-drunk eyes, lids falling closed slowly as she began to drift off again. Her little lips sucked at the air and made you smile.
âAnd another fucking thing!â Eddie began, startled by you tugging on his cloak and jerking your head towards the baby in your arms.
âLanguage!â You chastised gently. As if the poor thing hadnât been listening in on some of the most intense arguing youâd ever witnessed for the first hour of the session.Â
âOh, sorry.â Eddie said quickly, turning back to the guys. âAnd another⊠Thing!â He repeated, omitting the swear, this time stage whispering as he pointed at them. âYour ass- Uh, butts, are still stuck behind that obstacle!â He whisper-shouted. âGood luck getting through them without the Good Fortune she would have afforded you.â He snipped, waving his hand towards the baby.
Silence descended on them all once again as all eyes in the room turned to look at Daisy.
âWhy canât we just step overââ Dustin began to ask, being cut off by Gareth.
âCanât she just give us our fortune now?â He asked with a shrug, looking between the baby in your arms and your boyfriend who looked as though he was ten seconds away from a conniption.
âNo!â He snapped, exasperated. âYou lost that privilege when you decided to pretend she wasnât real.â
âOh come on Eddie, please!â Mike pleaded, turning to you instead when his pleas fell on deaf ears. âYou were as much at fault as we were!â He defended weakly. âCanât you convince him?â
Eddieâs attention snapped to you quickly, a warning in his dark eyes as he wordlessly told you that no, you could not.
âWellâŠâ You began, Eddieâs eye twitching at the word. âI think maybe you should let Daisy decide if she wants to give you her good fortune.â You said casually, making the teen scoff.Â
âBut sheâs a baby?â He said in a weird way that was halfway between a question and a definitive statement.
Eddie gasped suddenly, turning back to the guys with glee in his eyes as he smiled at them with the unhinged grin they had come to both love and fear.
âYes.â He said breathlessly. âYes, let Daisy decide!â He said a little too excitedly. âYouâll probably have to beg.â He added, unable to keep the mirth from his tone as he leaned down to you and gestured for you to move closer to the edge of the chair.
You did so, scooching forward and holding the baby a little further from your body as you angled her towards the guys,
âShe wonât stay settled like this.â You warned Eddie. âBetter make it fast.â
âThatâs the plan.â He murmured so only you could hear.
You sniffed out a laugh.Â
Of course it was.Â
Anything to make the club suffer a little harder after theyâd pulled one over on the DM.
You figured youâd probably be taking Daisy home now anyway. May as well let Eddie have his fun watching the guys beg as penance for their sins and then deny them their fortune that would help them get out of the haunted house ride before midnight.
They were going to have a hell of a time with all the disadvantages Eddie gave them after Daisy cracked it from her uncomfortable position and he could claim that not only did she refuse to give them her fortune but that she had handed them some misfortune as recompense.
âAlright, whoâs begging?â Dustin asked jovially. Hands on his hips as he turned to the group, ready for a manly discussion only to find that all eyes were on him. âOh come on!â He shouted, throwing up his arms in exasperation. âFine!â He sighed, a little too quickly, taking a breath and turning to you with conviction.
He knew he wasnât winning that argument and he wanted to get this over with as fast as possible.
âPlease!â He exclaimed suddenly, dropping to his knees in front of the throne and pressing his hands together in prayer. He bowed towards Daisy. Trying his best to ignore the unhinged smile forming on her Fatherâs face and the disappointed look on yours. âPlease oh Goddess of Good Fortuneââ
âAngel.â Eddie interrupted, pinching the bridge of his nose with his fingers.
âOh Angel of Good Fortune.â Dustin corrected, âPlease choose to still mpart us with your wisdomââ
âGifts!â Eddie said sharply.
âGifts!â The kid corrected again, looking up at Eddie with narrowed eyes before turning back to the baby. âPlease impart us with your generous gifts and help us through this obstacle we are stuck behind and are not allowed to just step over.â He said derisively, making the group behind him chuckle.
âWhat do you think Baby?â Eddie asked Daisy directly, bending down and resting his hands on his knees as he stared at his newest love with doe eyes. âShould we still give them your gifts?â He asked, voice gentle and softer than theyâd ever heard before as he cooed at her.
Daisy blinked up at him. Paying no mind to you or any of the other people in the room, least of all Dustin as she shifted uncomfortably. Little lip beginning to tremble.
âWell.â Eddie laughed, pushing his palms off his thighs and standing straight again. âI think that-â Eddie began, looking at Dustin smugly.
âOh my God!â You gasped suddenly, cutting Eddie off and making his head snap back down towards his daughter. He watched, mouth agape as she moved her little head up and down. Seemingly nodding in response to his question.
âWhat the fuckâŠâ He whispered hastily, recoiling.
âLanguage!â You chastised again, tone wavering as you also stared in shock at your newborn that had apparently understood her Dadâs complex question.
Now that was spooky.
âHow did you do that?â Eddie asked Dustin quickly, reminiscent of the way they had asked him when Daisy had spat the pacifier across the table.
Dustin shrugged, looking just as bewildered from his place on the floor. His hands that had previously been outstretched as if in prayer were now withdrawn to his chest as he leaned away from the baby.
Wary of her.
He turned back to the group slowly. All of them standing there in shock as they watched the interaction between their teammate and what appeared to be a completely conscious baby.
âWell, itâs settled then.â Gareth said quickly, everyone turning to him slowly as he shrugged and gestured towards the table with one hand. âThe Godd- Uh, Angel, has spoken.â He smiled, looking around at the other guys and jerking his head towards the game. âShall we?â He asked, pulling out his chair and sitting down in front of his character sheet.
No one else moved for a long moment. Not even you as you stared down at your little one and tried to figure out if she could understand you or not.
âUh⊠Sure.â Eddie replied when no one else made a move. He turned to you with worried eyes. âDid you want toâŠâ He trailed off as you snapped back to yourself, realizing Daisy was probably still uncomfortable as she wriggled around in your arms. You repositioned her, nodded at Eddieâs question with an equally concerned expression.
Yes, you definitely wanted to go home and yes you would take the baby so the guys could finally finish their ill fated journey through the haunted mansion.Â
Even though you were honestly a little scared of her right now and wished Eddie would come with you.
Maybe youâd go and visit Wayne insteadâŠ
âIâm sure Eddie can speak for The Angel.â You chuckled awkwardly. âShe needs to go home and get some proper rest in a quiet room.â You explained, leaning towards the diaper bag Eddie had stashed under the table and stopping half way as he dove for it instead to save your back.Â
âI will speak for The AngelâŠâ Eddie began, frowning as he helped you get up from his throne. âEven though I am starting to wonder if she can speak for herselfâŠâ He added quietly, sounding skeptical. âBut first Iâm gonna walk these guys to the car.â Eddie said apologetically, placing a hand on your back and turning towards the main entry of the room as you bid goodnight to the club.
âOh!â You said, stopping by the door. âThe pacifier?â You asked Eddie. Watching as he pointed a finger in the air and turned back towards the guys.
âItâs right he-â He paused, sidling up between Dustin and Mike and staring at the blank spot on the game mat where it had landed earlier.
âHere!â Gareth interjected, finishing Eddieâs sentence as he held up the pink paci and made a motion like he was going to throw it.Â
Eddie held out his hands in response.
âThanks man.â He said, as he caught it between his palms. Returning to you and leaving the club in stunned silence as you both left the room and headed towards the parking lot.
âReally?â Dustin asked, sounding exhausted but impressed none-the-less. âUsing the pacifier to make the baby nod?â He asked as Gareth grinned from ear to ear and each of the other members of the club began to catch on to what transpired earlier. âYou realize theyâre scared of their baby now?â He asked. âThatâs diabolical.â
âNot as diabolical as you pretending we all planned a prank and totally knew what the fuck was going on earlier.â The other teen shot back immediately, looking around after he spoke in fear that Eddie had somehow returned without them noticing.
âIâm just surprised you all caught on to be honest.â Dustin said earnestly as they all argued back about the statement.
âSeriously thoughâŠâ Grant began when the shouting died down. âDid any of you think that baby was real for a second?â He asked quietly, eyes flicking towards the door as an affirmative murmur moved around the table.
âGod no.â
âNot a chance.â
âNope.â
âAbsolutely not.âÂ
âGood.â Grant nodded. âI stared to think I was the only one that thought Eddie was full of shit.â He admitted, falling silent as the sound of Eddieâs footsteps coming back up the hallway forced them into a huddle to discuss how they were going to move through the obstacle they were stuck behind if Eddie decided they really didnât deserve Daisyâs gifts. Â
âSorry about that guys.â Eddie sighed as he slumped down in his throne once more. He leaned back in his chair, ready to press play on the tape player and resume the ambient sounds. His fingers sliding over the buttons and furrowing his brows as he picked it up instead so he could look at it. âAh shit.â He laughed, holding it in his lap.
âWhat?â Dustin asked, looking between the DM and the device.
âI thought I stopped it, but I guess I hit record instead.â He sighed. âOh well, I guess itâs a good thing.â He shrugged. âDaisy will get a kick out of your prank one day.â

Angel | Steddie Oneshot
Eddie Munson never believed that heâd go to Heaven. Sure heâd been raised in a catholic household, his uncle was religious, heâd been raised to give thanks for the food they ate, to pray before bed that should he not wake, his soul the lord take an all that jazz.
Wouldnât believe it to look at him, to hear the songs he sang, the music he played. Wouldnât believe how heâd been raised if one were to go by covers instead of contents.
But despite his upbringing in the very catholic Munson Trailer of Forest Hills Trailer Park, he never believed heâd go to heaven. Something about queers and submitting to sin and blah blah blah itâd been a long-ass time since his last confession, but Uncle Wayne stopped reminding him a few years back, so he had an excuse to keep âforgettingâ to do it.
Turns out, one did not need to go to confession to make it to heaven!
Angels would just. Turn up, apparently.
Maybe heâd done something good that he wasnât aware of, he did go to that Make A Wish thing a few weeks back, DMâd a whole one shot for the kids, heâd spent hours there, a whole dang day just⊠hanging out with sick kids.
Maybe that was it. Maybe that was what brought this heavenly creature to his side.
To cut a long story short, he was on stage one minute, belting out the lyrics from the final verse of the last song in their set âInto the Underdarkâ, Jeff was slipping into the ending guitar solo, Eddie was gearing up for an end of gig crowd surf and the next.
The next he was looking into a bright, blinding light that kept moving between his eyes.
Heâd always been told not to go to the light. If you see it? Donât go to it, going to it would make whatever trip you were going on a one way ticket, there was no going back when you reached that light. Just hang back, wait for the resuscitation, itâd happen, someone would breathe life back into you, or whack you with enough voltage to get that heart kickin again, just donât go into that light.
That light was way too close to his eyes, and he couldnât swat it away. His arms felt tied down. Rude.
And then the light was gone, had he reached it? Was that it? One way ticket stub punched, sorry Earth, Munson out. âMr Munson? Can you hear me?â Oh what heavenly chorus, the light had momentarily blinded him but shit⊠when his sight came back, at least enough to make out the vague shape of a very square jaw, of angular features, of warm hazel eyes, and a luscious head of hair surrounded by a halo of brilliant white light.
Angel. He had an audience with an Angel. It could only be an Angel. Neat.
Heâd enjoy the âI Told You Soâ he got from his uncle whenever the old goat made it up there he hoped it wouldnât be soon though, heâd prefer a longer wait than a short one, thanks.
âMnn⊠I hear you big boy, are you sure Iâm in the right place though? Iâve been told Heaven wouldnât want meâ it sounded smooth in his head, but he was pretty sure he slurred half the words.
How could he have a slurred voice in Heaven? That didnât seem fair.
Oh heâd forgive the slurred speech bit if the angel kept making that wonderful music with his vocal chords, that little giggle of a laugh, so bubbly and sweet, yep. Somehow heâd weaselled his way into Heaven. Suck it soccer moms. âWell, at least you can summon the strength to be charming.â
He was charming? An angel thought he was charming? Hell yeah, heâd rock this heaven shit, he already had an in with the big, winged boys!
âI can summon the strength for other stuff too, worship ainât ever really been my thing but, baby I think I can learn for a literal Angelâ heâd subject himself to an afterlife on his knees gladly if it meant heâd have his hands curled around this creatureâs thighs, his mouth onâ
âOh wowâŠâ Eddie couldnât really see it properly thanks to the lovely blinding spots in his eyes that was no doubt his eyes adjusting to heavenly light, but he was sure his angel was blushing, he sounded a little breathless. Good. âYouâre uh⊠wowâ
Eddie hadnât had much charm before becoming world famous but, heâd gained a little experience. Women and men alike throwing themselves at him, knowing he wasnât all that fussed, babes were babes. All genders welcome to hop on and take a ride. He knew it was mostly the fame, he was still the same nerd heâd been back in high school, but⊠if fame got him laid then fame got him laid.
At the very least it gave him the experience to flirt with one of Gods pretty little birds. Maybe even score if the reaction he got was any indication.
So much for lust being a punishable sin, huzzah.
Steve was having a day. Okay no, Steve was having a whole week. The only upside to his overtime riddled ass, was that Robin had been on the majority of his shifts with him, so they could at least talk in the ambulance while they roamed the streets waiting for chaos to drop.
Monday, itâd been a seven car pileup on the highway, a few lost limbs, no fatalities but one hell of a close call on two accounts.
Tuesday, itâd been a tumble at a care home resulting in a popped hip and some heavy flirting from a few old ladies. Poor Robin suffering it from a few old men trying to shoot a shot they didnât have.
Wednesday itâd been crisis after crisis resulting in him not finishing his shift until six hours after he was meant to finish his shift.
Thursday he had one blessed night off, thankfully his on-call status hadnât dragged him in, and he got a decent six hour nap in.
Friday, another car wreck, he didnât want to think about that one.
And now Saturday.
Dispatch sent them to the sold out arena, some idiot had leapt off the stage likely for a crowd surf, his foot tangled in an amp chord, it reduced his air time dramatically and he brained himself on one of the guard rails.
Excellent. At least he wasnât dead.
Which given how easily one could wind up six feet under from such a whack to the head, he was lucky.
They parked by the side exit, shuffled in by security, and right through into the arena. The patient hadnât been moved as per dispatchers instructions to the person whoâd called. No moving the idiot until the professionals arrived and determined it safe.
Cameras, flashing lights, big beefy security guards standing in front of them blocking the majority of what was happening from view, there was⊠quite a bit of blood there. It didnât look pretty in that lighting. âThe crowdâs too much, letâs get him to the ambulance.â Robinâs patience didnât exist when it came to large crowds.
Too many people. Plus sheâd been on shift five hours longer than he had.
âAlright, you two, câmereâ Steve singled out two of the big security guys âweâre gonna need you to help us get him onto the gurney, weâll look him over in the back of the ambulance.â There were no broken bones, nothing stopping them from moving him just enough to get him to the ambulance unscathed.
And then, somewhere between writing out paperwork, checking vitals, and Robin googling who this guy was, said guy⊠woke up.
Steve, being closer, was quick to check responsiveness, pupils reacted well to light although a concussion did look likely, theyâd cleaned up the blood and found the cause to be a cut just above his left eyebrow thatâd probably make a kickass scar and oh.
Without the blood. Oh. Oh he was pretty. Pretty plump lips, long lashes, deep brown eyes, faint freckles across his nose. All that hair. He was pretty.
âMr Munson? Can you hear me?â Heâd asked, while shining that little torch into those pretty brown eyes, left to right to check the responsiveness. And then he spoke and Steveâ well. Robin was eyeballing him judgementally pretty damn hard given how fast his face flamed red.
Her head in her hands, her fingers plugged into her ears as Munson rattled off promises of worship and good lordâ Steve didnât know what to say, what to do, what does one do when a hot yet slightly delirious rockstar offers to worship your âangelic bodyâ?
What does one do with that?
One awkwardly stutters through thanks while bright red and toasty until they can part with the guy at the ER wishing heâd met him under better circumstances cause itâd been a long ass time since anyone even touched him let alone worshipped him but accepting that heâd probably never see the guy again, so it didnât really matter.
Until a few days later when the official Corroded Coffin account slid into his DMâs on Instagram, apologised profusely, and requested very sweetly to make it up to him with dinner the next time he was free.
Signed Eddie. With a little angel emoji. How on earth could he say no to that?

Notes: Happy birthday, @house-of-the-moving-image! I hope you have the most wonderful of days. I'm so happy to have found you as a friend and partner in crime. Hope you enjoy your extra long chunk of Upside Diner, even though it turned out quite gritty for a birthday fic. đ
đđŒ
Eddie grumbles under his breath as he locks the office door and steps out into the dark street.Â
Donât get him wrong, he loves his job. Hellfire Records is his baby. Making music, working with all sorts of different artists and bands, helping them make a name for themselves - itâs everything he ever wanted and never thought he could have growing up in the smalltown hell of Hawkins, Indiana.Â
What he doesnât love is the meetings and the paperwork and the phone calls, especially on days like this, when it all drags on until well into the night.Â
The echoes of his boots bounce off the empty streets as he makes his way towards the little diner at the corner. Checking his wristwatch, he swears again. Fuck, itâs even later than he thought. What if Steveâs shift is already over? The thought makes his stomach clench with an unpleasant feeling that distinctly feels like disappointment. The realization makes him pause and furrow his brow.Â
Maybe itâs a little bit pathetic, how quickly his visits to the diner have become the highlight of his day. Maybe itâs a little bit weird that he hasnât had dinner anywhere else in literal weeks. Maybe itâs a little bit creepy, this obsession with a boy he knew fleetingly in highschool. An obsession that makes him come by every single day after work, without fail, just to chew on soggy fries and greasy burgers and watch said boy waiting tables, gliding around like an angel in chunky roller skates and stupidly short shorts.Â
Maybe he has a problem.Â
And maybe he doesnât care.Â
Because for all his initial reluctance and bite, Steve has actually started coming around. Has been accepting Eddieâs money and attempts at conversation with barely a complaint. Has even stopped asking why Eddie keeps ordering way too much food for one person alone, taking the leftovers behind his counter to munch on. Hell, last week when Eddie came in, he even looked up from the order he was taking and flashed him a wave and smile. Eddie rode that high all night and well into the next day.Â
Itâs the memory of that smile that makes him pick up his steps. Maybe, if heâs lucky, heâll catch Steve at the tail end of his shift and convince him to stay around for a little longer.Â
The diner is empty, except for a lone person in uniform wiping down tables behind the neon-lit window pane. It isnât Steve. Eddie spares one glance at the bored-looking girl and turns away with an annoyed groan. Thatâs it, he thinks, pulling his headphones from his pocket and slamming them on with a little more force than strictly necessary. Tonight officially sucks. Time to go home and fix himself some SpaghettiOs, turn on a late night show and fall asleep in front of the-Â
For the rest of his life, heâll thank fate for making him fumble with his discman. Because if heâd hit the play button a second earlier, he would never have heard the voices. But this way, he does, and this way, he halts his steps, peering into the narrow side alley with a wrinkled brow. The light of the streetlamps only reaches so far, and everything he can see are the dumpsters and old cardboard boxes at its entrance. Beyond them, everything is dark.Â
âDude, get your hands off me, I said no.âÂ
Steve.
Eddie is halfway around the dumpsters before he even knows it, heart beating in his ribcage like a jackhammer. The alley reeks of piss and rotting garbage. At its far end, almost hidden behind another dumpster, are two figures. Eddie canât make out their faces, but he also doesnât need to. The colorful uniform is unmistakable, even in the murky half-light, even though itâs paired with a pair of sneakers rather than roller skates. And besides, heâd know that ridiculously floofy hairdo anywhere.Â
He doesnât know the other man. Only knows that the guy's hands are grabbing Steveâs arms and shoulders hard enough to leave marks as he attempts to wrestle him to his knees.Â
âCâmon, donât be like that,â the man hisses just as Eddie rounds the dumpster. âIâll make it quick.âÂ
âAre you deaf or stupid?â Steve sneers, trying to struggle out of his hold. âI said get your fucking hands off me.âÂ
The man slaps him across the face. Steve makes a pained noise and loses his balance, going down on his knees on the dirty ground.Â
The man laughs, curt and mean.
âThere you go,â he coos. One of his hands grabs a fist full of chestnut hair while the other reaches for the half-undone fly of his pants. âNow be a good little slut and-âÂ
The force of the impact sends the discman tumbling from Eddieâs pocket. It shatters on the ground somewhere, parts flying in all directions, but he doesnât have eyes for it. Instead, he grabs the asshole by the lapels of his cheap suit and hauls him against the nearest wall. The back of the assholeâs head hits the bricks, and Eddie thinks he hears something crack. Good.Â
âEddie?âÂ
While the man sags against the wall, groaning and cradling his head, Eddie whirls on Steve. Steve, who's just swaying to his feet, eyes wide and shocked. His cheek is flushed and starting to bruise.Â
âShit,â Eddie swears. âAre you-âÂ
Pain explodes inside his skull, sudden and all consuming. He stumbles, trying to keep his footing and cracks his head on the hard metal edge of the dumpster in the process. He manages to blink the stars from his vision just in time to see the man's fist flying at him. The blow makes his ears ring and copper flood his mouth, and when he regains his senses, he's on the ground with two hands closing around his throat.Â
âThought you'd play the hero, huh?â The man's grin is a manic grimace. A glob of spit hits Eddieâs cheek. âWell, how'd that work out for you, you stupid little-âÂ
âHey, shitface!âÂ
The man snarls and turns. Eddie doesnât see what happens, just knows that something goes crunch and suddenly the hands pressing down on his windpipe are gone. The man's voice turns into a high-pitched wail of pain.Â
Eddie rolls around, coughing and gasping for air, and props himself up on his elbows. The man has shrunk against the next wall, clutching at his face. Crimson blood is bubbling out from between his fingers, hitting the alley floor in a steady pattern of drips.Â
âFuck off,â Steve says and lowers the hand holding the roller skate. His voice is deadly calm, his face steely. âRemember to put away your dick first.âÂ
The guy stares at him. Steve raises the roller skate again, just a little. The asshole whimpers and scrambles upright, mumbling something to himself. Eddie thinks he catches something about fucking lunatic fags, but he can't be sure, what with the way his voice comes out all wet and garbled. And then he's gone, nearly tripping over his own feet in his haste to get away.
Steve drops the roller skate.Â
âFuck,â be whispers, crouching down next to Eddie and brushing hesitant fingers over his split lip. Ten minutes ago, Eddie wouldâve given anything to feel those hands on his face, but now he winces and recoils at the sting of pain.Â
Steve retracts his hand, flopping down on the ground with a heavy sigh. The shorts ride up with the movement, exposing strong, muscled thighs. His knees are scraped from hitting the asphalt, little droplets of blood beading on the torn skin.Â
âWhatâd you go and do that for?â Steve asks, scrubbing a hand down his face. All of the steel is gone from his voice. He sounds tired instead, infinitely tired. âI had it under control.âÂ
Eddie canât help it, he barks a laugh. âOh, did you, big boy? When was that, exactly? When he backhanded you? Or when he had you by the hair and was about to shove his cock down your-â
âYeah, well, Iâm not the one who got punched and choked half to death!â Steve snaps.Â
Eddie opens his mouth to argue, then shuts it again. The boy has a point, sort of. He doesnât need a mirror to tell which one of them is looking the worse for wear right now, not with the white-hot pain still throbbing through his face with every heartbeat.Â
âHe didnât choke me half to death,â he mutters lamely. Steve huffs a humorless laugh.Â
âThanks, anyway,â he then says. It comes out so quietly that Eddie nearly misses it, and when he looks up, Steve has averted his eyes. Eddie has an acute flashback to their first meeting at the diner, when Steve reluctantly accepted his tip money. âCouldâve gone a lot worse if you hadnât shown up.âÂ
Eddie feels his mouth tug into a grin, even though his lip stings like an entire beehive.Â
âAnytime, Stevie. Now câmon, letâs get outtaaaaah, shit.âÂ
Trying to stand is a bad idea. The moment heâs upright, another firework of pain goes off behind his temples and the ground tilts out from under him. The only thing that saves him from going right down again is Steve jumping to his feet and looping one of Eddieâs arms around his shoulders.Â
âShit, he got you good,â he mutters. Eddie can only hum in agreement, too preoccupied with keeping the meager contents of his stomach down. âWe should probably get you somewhere with a first aid kit at least.âÂ
ââs okay,â Eddie slurs, inadvertently leaning closer into Steveâs warmth. He smells of shampoo and frying fat and blood. âIâll be fine, I live nearby.âÂ
Steveâs eyes flit over his face, then off to the side, then back to his face again. He licks his lips and even in his dazed state, Eddie can clearly see how he wars with himself. Finally, he gulps and straightens his spine.Â
âOkay,â he says, adjusting Eddieâs weight on his shoulders. âLetâs go then.âÂ
Itâs weird, Eddie thinks as they start to hobble their way down the dark street. He mustâve fantasized a thousand times about taking Steve Harrington home, but never once did he think itâd play out like this. Then again, things in his life rarely go as he imagines, so he supposes heâs just gonna roll with it.

"Make sure you lock up, Jeff." Eddie sighed heavily, rolling his neck with the hopes of loosening a few of the knots formed.
It hadn't been an exciting night, long with lots of planning, going relatively smoothly, which Eddie was thankful for. After the raid in Colorado a few nights before, he'd had to hurry the guns shipping over from Cuba, smuggling them in and stashing them before he could get them to Chicago. One of the best things about Hawkins? No one knew where the fuck it was. They'd keep them here, lay low for a little bit before moving them to Rick.
Eddie was still exhausted, boots heavy against the marble staircase, rings sliding against the cool metal of the rail. All he wanted to do was get in bed with you, climb under his silk sheets, maybe he could convince you to ride him to sleep. He smirked to himself, he knew you would, you were sweet to him like that.
Ringed hands turning the grand knob to his master bedroom, Eddie's face fell. Eddie's pride and joy was his boys, his dobermans. Trained to kill, vicious, attack dogs that could tear someones throat out with the a simple whistle from their master. Lucifer, Zeus, Vecna, and Diablo- named after the scariest, meanest, figures he knew with the intent of them living up to their name. Mean dogs, dangerous dogs, intimidating dogs; that turned to playful puppies whenever you were around.
From the moment you'd met 'the boys', you'd fallen in love with them. Scratching their heads, cooing over them, buying them toys (that they shredded to pieces in minutes) and getting them treats every time you went out. Eddie was sure you'd agreed to move in just to be closer to them, not him. You took to affectionately calling them you 'sweet little baby angels' which irritated Eddie to no end. They were attack dogs, one literally named after the devil, and you treated them like your own little play babydoll. Too bad for Eddie they loved it so much.
They'd jump all over you when you came in, excited yaps and wagging tails, which was a chilling contrast to their usual ferocious, warning barks and growling. You'd pad around the house and they'd follow you closely, trailing you like lost baby ducklings to their mama. Eddie, Jeff, Gareth, and Nick were all bamboozled by the dogs. They'd been nothing but obedient, trained to the highest extreme, and yet, they'd follow you around positively silly, tails wagging and tongue out panting.
Eddie didn't mind that they loved you, he couldn't blame them honestly, but he worried they were going soft, wouldn't be able to attack and react as quickly as he needed if he needed them. That fear was quickly alleviated when one of the delivery men, brought in to help bring in the cash from the last drop, wandered down the hall, sneaking and looking for Eddie's office. He'd found you instead, sitting in Eddie's office, waiting for his return. Zeus and Lucifer didn't hesitate, hearing your startled gasp and yell for Eddie. Eddie hadn't even made it halfway up the stairs before he found the traitor, bleeding out on his hardwood floors, Zeus and Lucifer barking wildly at him from in front of you, his neck snapped and bleeding from where they'd shook him.
Still, he didn't want to share you with the dogs. Call him juvenile and jealous, but he got a little huffy when you'd spend all your time cooing over them instead of him.
"Baby," Eddie groaned, the dogs snapping up with alert eyes, lurching towards the edge of the bed to attack, before they saw Eddie. Eddie lifted his hand, motioning for them to lay down. "Baby," Eddie called again, walking towards you.
"What?" You sighed, sleepily and groggy. "Hi, baby," You smiled lazy, blinking through your haze up at Eddie.
Eddie couldn't hide his own grin, hands cupping your cheeks, warm and soft with sleep. "Hi," Eddie grinned. "I thought we agreed the dogs wouldn't get on the bed?" He tilted his head to the side.
You blinked, stretching gently. "Did we?" You hummed cheekily. "I dunno if I remember that." You sat up, hands rubbing down his inked forearms.
Eddie gave you an unimpressed glare. "C'mon, you know they can't sleep in here. They have their cages."
You pouted, petting Vecna's back gently. "But those are so mean." You huffed. "They like to snuggle. They can't snuggle in the cages."
Eddie snorted. "They don't like to cuddle." He rolled his eyes. "You like to cuddle, and they let you."
"Can you blame me?" You giggled, hugging Diablo back into your chest, peppering kisses onto the top of his head. "They're the sweetest little angel babies!" You squealed, making their tails wag, jumping towards you, desperate for affection and attention of their own.
"Back." Eddie snapped at them, making them sit at attention, eyes on him. You frowned at him. "They're not angel babies," Eddie mocked you lightly. "And they need to go in their cages. I'm here, you can snuggle me now." He smiled playfully down at you.
You still pouted, eyes rolling over to the boys. "Can they sleep on the ground?" You asked, eyes shining up at him. His heart lurched in his chest. "I'll go get their beds. Just so they're close to us."
Eddie sighed heavily. "No, the last time they were near us and we tried to have sex, they about broke the door down to get to you. They were going crazy thinking I was hurting you. I'm not doing that shit again."
You raised a brow. "Oh? We're having sex tonight?" You asked.
Eddie blinked at you. "Well, yeah," He said, grinning. "I mean, if-if you wanted to. I just thought because, ya know, we do every other night..."
You giggled, rolling your eyes. "I dunno. Now that I know you want something from me, I might just have to use it to my advantage." You quipped, hands strategically going to pet Lucifer's head.
Eddie rolled his tongue down the side of his cheek, brow raised in amusement. "Really?" He laughed. "Really? We're playing like that?" He tilted his head to the side.
You nodded smugly. "Negotiating, honey."
Eddie's cheeks burned at the endearment, pressing his lips together to hide his smile. "Fine." He relented, shoulders dropping. "But they growl once," He pointed menacingly at them, making their ears perk. "They're out."
You squealed, reaching up to hug him tightly, lips slotting over his. The dogs moved with you, surrounding and watching carefully as Eddie's hands trailed down your back, squeezing the fat of your ass through the thin cotton of your pajama pants. Besides a huff from Diablo, there was no protest from the dogs.
Eddie drug the four dog beds (the one's he'd payed way too much for, but you insisted they needed to be warm and comfy, getting blankets with their names monogrammed on them too) back into the dark bedroom. Spreading them down in front of the bed with a huff.
"Down." Eddie pointed, commanding and with an edge. They jumped, each getting in their own bed.
You took the blankets from him, pressing a sweet kiss to his cheek. "Get your clothes off, Boss." You winked playfully. Eddie's cock twitched at the name, teasing or not.
He stripped slowly, watching as you took the blankets, tucking in the dogs gently, pressing kisses and giving good night scratches, taking your time with each one.
"Good night my little babies." You cooed over the edge of the bed, before turning.
Eddie sat propped against the headboard, tattooed arms resting on the tops of his head, muscles flexing. You salivated at the sight, his naked body in the low light of the room, the mood lighting from the light fixture creating enough of a glow for you to barely make out his cock, flush against his abs.
You crawled down the length of the bed over to Eddie, climbing over top of him, straddling either side of his hips. He kissed you, slow and deep, like he hadn't seen you in weeks. You ground your hips against his, feeling his cock hard underneath you.
You rode him slowly at first, every whimper and mewl followed with cutting eyes over at the dogs, making sure they were still content. Eddie pressed his nose into your neck, kissing, sucking, breathing in your scent, hands planted firmly on your ass while your hips rocked, swiveling and burying himself deeper and deeper inside you. His hands found your clit, rubbing it gently as you cried out, nails digging and raking down his shoulders and chest.
Zeus huffed low and Eddie snapped at him, silencing them further. "Fuck, baby, you feel so good," Eddie rasped, licking down your collarbones, soft kisses trailing down the bone towards your chest.
"Feels s'good, Ed." You mewled, head lolling back, hips bouncing. "K-Keep doing that please."
Eddie's thumb circled you, hips rising to meet yours, snapping up into yours as you chased out your highs. Slow thrusts and breathy moans until you were collapsed against his chest, his release spilling down your legs and into the sheets.Â
Eddie's eyes were pulling shut, his arms around you, holding you tight against him, breath hitting your shoulder. He was nearing sleep, so exhausted that he almost thought he dreamt hearing your soft whisper, convincing himself it was his mind.
"C'mere, be quiet." You whispered gently, Eddie instinctively moving further into you, nose pressed to your neck.
His eyes fluttered with sleep, snapping open the second he felt the bed move, mattress jumping not once, not twice, but four times.
"No," Eddie barked, eyes flashing open and chest rumbling against your back. "Absolutely not. Tell them to get down." He grumbled.
You petted his cheek gently, reaching back to scratch his own scalp. "I dunno what you're talking about, honey." You cooed gently. "The puppies are down."
Eddie peered over, seeing the four dogs lying on their paws, all by you, looking up at him with pleading eyes. He looked down at you, your gaze just as sweet and begging, matching theirs. Eddie huffed, too tired to fight you. "Fine, just-just keep them on your side."
You giggled lightly, feeling him plop back down, pulling you tighter to him. "Love you, Eddie." You whispered, pressing a kiss to his cheek.
He smirked, lips brushing your shoulder. "Love you, sweet thing." Eddie muttered.
"Love you boys too. Night night." You whispered to the dogs, turning in Eddie's arms so your face was in his chest, his arms wrapped around you, holding you close. "All my boys with me." You muttered sleepily, nuzzling into his pecs.
Eddie felt his lips tug up in a smile. He would've rolled his eyes if he wasn't so tired, opting to pull you closer instead. He'd always give you what you wanted, even if it was having the dogs in the bed. He supposed you were just spoiling them the same way you spoiled him, so sweet and kind and gentle. How could he blame them for being so sweet for you; he was so sweet for you.
Eddie decided he didn't need to worry about them going soft for you. He might be soft and gentle for you too, and that only made his protectiveness over you grow. He'd do unspeakable, haunting things- worse than he'd ever done- to keep you safe. He knew his boys felt the same too.

âEddie,â you whisper, âneed you.â

Itâs ten o'clock and thunderous in Indianapolis. Pounding rain drowns all other noise, but the rumble of your fists on Eddieâs front door cuts through it all like lightning.
The door swings open, and Eddie frowns. Youâre drenched, panting, and carrying a go-bag half your weight. Before he can ask questions, you let yourself in, bypassing him completely.
âHope this isnât a bad time,â you say, but you leave little room for opposition. Youâre taking your coat off, shaking like a bathed dog. âShould I take my shoes off?â
Youâre talking like Eddie invited you over, like heâs seen you at all in the past twelve months. He canât believe his own traitorous mouth as it plays along.
âUh, yeah. Please.â
Technically, he walks all over his apartment in shoesâhis work boots, evenâbut the sight of your ratty sneakers is enough to compel him. You sling them to the side and trail into Eddieâs living space. Eddie nervously follows.
âWhatâre you doinâ here?â
No answer. You pick up the knick-knacks and memorabilia on his coffee table, scrutinizing them.
âUm, hellooo?â Eddie snaps his fingers near your head until you turn your attention to him, blank-faced. Something about your silence is more unsettling than anything you could say. Eddie needs it to end.
âWhy arenât you in Chicago?â Eddie asks like youâre crazy. You stick your nose up haughtily, all defense.
âWhat, I canât visit?â
âIs that what this is?â Eddie glances around, at your shoes, your bag on the floor. âCause it doesnât feel like it, babe.â
Shifting uncomfortably, you donât reply. There are photos around Eddieâs place, above the couch and on the end tables by his sofa. You study them, glazing over pictures of Eddie and an athletic brunetteâSteve Harrington, from schoolâthen a band of kids, and then a pretty blonde girl youâd never seen.
âYou have a girlfriend now?â Disdain paints the question, clear as day. Itâs almost more of an insult than an inquiry. Eddie frowns.
âNo.â
Tearing your eyes away from the photoâEddie and the blonde, cheesing over a mound of moving boxesâyou look at Eddie. He looks so different, yet so familiar. His hair is gathered and tied in a low bun, revealing his face for once. His features look fresh, fed and warm and happy. You canât decide if youâre proud or inconsolably jealous. Still, he wears a tinge of worry that you often create.
Eddie was always looking after you. Through your tumultuous upbringing, he and Wayne took care of you, loved you the way you deserved. It wasnât apparent until recently that your biggest saboteur was yourself.
âLiam got mean,â you say, and you know what Eddie will say back. His lack of surprise always hurt more than the actual abuse. His I told you soâs.
âHe left?â Eddieâs eyebrows pinch. You shake your head.
âI did.â Itâs sickly satisfying to watch his face blank, his mouth drop. âI was gonna go home, butâŠâ
Eddie nods. He knows as well as you do that your parents would never take you back, and that their roof meant very little in terms of safety.
âUncle Wayne wouldâve taken ya,â He offers, but itâs a null point. Youâre not in Wayneâs living room, youâre in Eddieâs.
âI donât want Uncle Wayne,â you say anyway. You stare at the floor, your shoulders by your ears. âI want you.â
Something in Eddieâs chest burns, passion or fury or both. Years ago, he was elated to hear you say so, but nowâŠ
âWeâre not doing this again.â Eddieâs voice is stern.
Looking up, your eyes flash with confusion.
âWhat?â You step closer, reaching out. âEddieââ
Dodging your advance, Eddie throws his hands up.
âNo! You donât get to do this to me.â He licks his lips. âI got over you, and it fucking blew, but Iâm finally happy here. If you bet on the wrong horse, Iâm sorry, but you canât come back and ruin me all over again.â
It doesnât matter how measured he is, Eddie canât stop the words from becoming scathing. You look absolutely torn and out of your depth, but an icy resolution creeps over you.
âYeah, okay.â You step away and grab your bag harshly. âGot it.â
Eddie trails after you, back into the inlet.
âWhere are you going?â Eddie feels idiotic, heâd told you to leave, hadnât he? Wasnât that what he was saying, that youâre not welcome? You look like youâre thinking the same thing, scowling as you tie your shoes.
âI dunno, a womenâs shelter, maybe?â You shrug. âOr a hostel. Thereâs a few here.â
It all leaves a bad taste in Eddieâs mouth.
âWayne wouldââ
âI told you, I donât wanna see him,â you interrupt, rising from your crouched position. Eddie wants to shake you, to grab your face and make you listen.
âHe can help you.â
âI donât want his help!â Your shout pings off of Eddieâs walls. You curl in on yourself, half angry, half defeated. âI canât stand the way heâd look at me, okay? I can barely stand the way youâre looking at me.â
âYeah, well, tough shit! Big city wasnât what you were expecting, huh, angel?â He shakes his head. Your face burns with the embarrassment of overambition and naĂŻvetĂ©. âYou should've listened to me.â
There it is. The smug fucking bastard. Your blood roils in your chest, pounding at your skin. You grab Eddie by the collar and shake him.
âYouâre fucking mean,â you spit. You let him go, just to push at his chest with your palms. âYouâre the fucking problem!â
Stumbling back, Eddie clenches his jaw and sneers.
â Why? âCause I care? âCause I want you to be safe?â
Eddie canât even be bothered to think about his neighbors, so riled up he can hear his pulse. He steps closer and you push him back again.
âYou blamed me! You still blame me! You treat me like Iâm stupid for going with him, but I was fucking scared, Eddie. I had nowhere else to go.â Your shoves are getting weaker, less imposing, and your eyes are glassy with tears. âItâs not my fucking fault that he was nice when we met, when people were around. Itâs not.â
The fight flees Eddieâs eyes, too, because youâre right. Heâd spent years trying to protect you, and he was just hurting you instead. He backs off, deflating.
Neither of you knows what to say, breathing hard and feeling awful. The rain is gone, making the silence all that much louder.
âYou can take my bed tonight,â Eddie murmurs, afraid to pierce the silence.
You purse your lips, looking away. âNo, you were right. I should go.â
âNo, fuck that.â You flinch, and Eddie pales a little. âForget what I said,â he amends, âI was being jealous and insufferable. Itâs dark and itâs raining, and you should stay.â
Eddie looks painfully sincere, and desperate. It feels wrong, but you have nowhere else to go. You nod hesitantly, agreeing.
Your pack looks completely out of place in his room. Tattered and duct-taped and filled to the brim. It makes the space around it look impossibly cleaner. You donât even open it, either, because Eddie lends you his own clothes. It sits forgotten at the foot of his bed.
Eddie sets you up nicely, tucking you into his sheets and slinking towards the door.
When youâre about to say goodnight, laying your still-damp hair on Eddieâs pillows, you feel suddenly as out of place and lost as the bag on the floor.
âEddie.â His head turns your way, hand paused over the lightswitch. Youâre gripping his comforter in your hands, radiating anxiety.
âWould you stay?â Eddieâs lips press together, and youâre sure heâll say no. Still, you canât help but add a pathetic, âplease?â
Eddie knows he shouldnât. He shouldnât. But youâre in his clothes, in his bed, and youâre asking for him. He canât say no to you.
Freeing his hair from its confines, he crawls in next to you. Youâre uncertain, but Eddie slips into autopilot, grabbing for you like you were never gone.
Brown curls fall all over the place, soft on your shoulder and much longer than you remember them being.
âAre you ever gonna cut this,â you wonder, fiddling with a silky strand. Eddie wraps an arm around your waist and your bodies press together.
âI did cut it,â he says. âIt grew out again.â
âOh. Right.â It hadnât felt like you were apart that long, but you suppose it had been over a year. Itâs hard to collect all of that time in your mind, to accept it.
âI wish this wasnât so fucked up,â you lament, eyes closed. âThat I wasnât.â
âYouâre not,â Eddie rumbles. You feel it in your toes. âYouâre just having a hard time. It doesnât mean youâre ruined.â
Big hands pet your hair, soothing and exciting at the same time.
ââN you didnât ruin me, either. I shouldnâtâve said that.â Eddieâs eyes trace over your features, some far away thoughts showing themselves. âWeâre just growinâ up, I think, and maybe shit-outta-luck, too.â
You nod, playing with the collar of his t-shirt at the base of his neck.
âItâs so hard,â you fret. âEveryone says I should find myself, but I just wanna fall in love.â
A tear slips from your eye, and Eddie stays quiet, attentive.
âWhy am I so shallow?â
Eddie doesnât know, or maybe canât explain what he does know. Your crying panics him all the same. In a last-ditch effort to soothe you, he presses his mouth to yours.
Itâs not a solution and itâs self-serving, and heâs falling back into this old routine, he knows. Eddie knows. But he loves you, and youâre here, and he doesnât know if heâll ever stop falling for you no matter what you do. So he presses you into his bed and licks into your mouth like youâre made of honey.
Soft moans curl out of you like smoke, and Eddie takes them all in his mouth. When he separates from you to lathe over your neckâlost in your heady voice and his arousalâyou push his shirt up, feeling his bare skin.
âEddie,â you whisper, âneed you.â
Eddie groans into your throat. That you need him even once almost makes the whole year he lost with you worth it.
âBe patient, baby,â he cooes, but heâs halfway there himself. âGonna give it to ya.â
He pushes under your shirt, and then heâs taking it off. Goosebumps spread over your hot chest as the open air hits it, and then chills spill over you when Eddie licks over your breasts.
Heâs between your legs now, rolling his hips against your center. Both of you moan, washed in a haze of desperation and desire that feels bottomless. Youâre arching and preening, perfectly capable of falling apart just as you are, but you want more. Youâre always greedy, chasing the most satisfaction you can get.
âPlease, Eddie.â Hooking a leg around him, you press his restless pelvis into you and grind onto his covered cock. Eddie makes an animalistic sound into your chest, completely undone.
âOkayâyeah, okay,â he breathes.
His shirt is gone like lightning, and then heâs fumbling for the sleep pants he lent you. Fingers hooked under them and your underwear, he rids you of both in one frenetic tug.
âTurn over, angel.â
Flushing, you do as he says, anticipation seeping from your cunt. Eddie spreads you apart, pressing slovenly kisses over your shoulder blades. Two fingers tease your weeping hole, spreading the hot slick between your legs.
âFuck,â he curses, his weight pressing you into the mattress. The two fingers glide in easily, palm-down, and Eddie needles into your soft-spot cruelly.
Your cunt sucks his fingers in hungrily, squelching its own demands for something bigger, but pulsating from his relentless fingering. You feel close to tears, naked and needy and untouched where you really need it. Your clit is swollen between your closed legs.
When your cunt grips down on Eddieâs fingersâthree nowâand your thighs are wet with arousal, Eddie pulls away and shucks his bottoms off. Rucking your ass up further, he straddles your legs and rubs the hot head of his cock over your entrance.
âLook at you, angel.â Eddie fucks himself between your slippery thighs, catching your clit. You cry out, trying to chase the sensation, but Eddie holds you still. He thrusts in a few more times, lubing himself up with your arousal, and then spreads you open again.
Bearing down on you, his chest flush to your back, Eddie pushes his cock into your entrance. From above, heâs in the perfect position to thrust down into your sweet spot. It has you tripping over your words until all you can cry out is his name, over and over.
Youâre dizzy and full and tightening on his length, and Eddie finally ends your torture, sneaking a hand under you to toy with your clit. You donât last long before youâre squirming and wailing and fucking yourself on his cock, and Eddieâs swearing under his breath and coming, too.
Hot and out of breath, you bask in his weight and warmth before he pulls out of you. Eddieâs pillow is wet with condensation and drool.
âOk?â He rubs your back as he asks. You nod your head, and he sighs. âMâkay. Be right back.â
He comes back with a wet towel and a glass of water, and cleans your sticky thighs before you limp off to the bathroom. Your thank youâs lodge in your throat, so you forego them to avoid crying. The come-down is hard enough, but youâve been so deprived of gestures like this that all of it goes to waste in comforting you.
You think Eddie knows, and that heâs just as clueless about what to do as you, so you both cling to each other through the night and hope it fixes itself. You have somewhere warm to stay, and someone to hold you, and thatâs all thatâs ever mattered.

Itâs crazy how you were just trying to buy some groceries, then this happened.
We gotta release baby Penny from the shackles of Eddie Munson âđ but I fear it might be too late AHHH-
It was too late the moment one of his swimmers succeeded.
You really canât turn your back to Eddie without expecting him to put Penny on display in anyway. He canât help it! Look, youâve mentioned loving his eyes beforeâquite a few times and heâs taken advantage of it whenever he could, batting his eyelashes at you to get you to stop being mad at him, the puppy dog stare to get you to cave into his whim (and also get him into your good graces). The point is, he was very aware of how pretty you thought his eyes were, though he never really got the big deal. Fond of them, sure, because his Uncle Wayne always told him heâd had his motherâs eyes, and he could see the uncanny resemblance in photos he had of herâstill wasnât a big deal.
Until youâd had Penny. From the first moment he held her, cradled against his chest and curled in on herself as though she were still in your womb, pulling herself from her own exhaustion to open her eyes and stare up at him, Eddie understood. Eddie finally got it, knew what you saw.
Heâd been expecting them to be bigâcould tell even with her eyelids shut, thanks to how they almost seemed to bulge and take up a good amount of her face, but he hadnât been expecting the innocence in them, her chocolate gaze luring him in, easily uprooting everything he considered of importance to himâmusic, art, teenage dreamsâand taking their place. And she did it all with a few blinks. Eddie was finally a victim to his own eyes, staring back at him from such a precious, new face.
He fucking loved it. Loved her.
Sheâs so damn cute, he literally cannot stop staring at her. Heâs a obsessed. And heâs proud. You made her, but he helped! He fertilized that egg, sheâs a perfect mixture of the both of you, and with the newness of it allâheâs just gotta share! Camera in a grocery store??? HELL YEAH.
Heâs holding her right up to it, LOOK AT HER!!!!! LOOK AT WHAT HE HELPED MAKE!!! LOOK AT THOSE ANGEL EYES AND LOVE HER, RIGHT! NOW!
Meanwhile, thereâs not a single thought in your sweet little babies head, she is but a mere puppet for Eddieâs antics. His little babydoll bestie.
Sheâs lucky she was born before The Lion King came out. You know damn well what scene he would constantly re-create with your baby, and force his friends to get in on.
Youâre no better, if youâre holding her, you will always find your way to a mirror so penny can see how cute-beautiful-gorgeous she is and say something like, âThat you,â or âOh my goodness, who is that beautiful little angel??? Is that you??? Are you mamaâs pretty girl? Yeah, youâre mamaâs angel, huh? Aw, so pretty! The prettiest girl around.â And you do it all the time because Penny gives you that gummy grin, loves it when you tell her how pretty she is or just when you use that baby talk tone.

part 2 of this
pairing: rockstar!Eddie Munson x fem!popstar reader
content warning(s): use of âfuckâ, âshitâ and âdickâ. sorry but bad writing
Word count: 1536
summary: after your interview, everybody was expecting you and Eddie to be the next big Hollywood couple, but he did not make a move⊠so you did and invited him to your concert.
notes: the images DO NOT describe readerâs appearance! Only used for aesthetic/clothes
Yes Eddie was a coward.
Every gossip magazine and tv show was talking about your interview. It was all that people could think about. The most rockstar of all rockstars and the cutes of all the cutest pop singers having a crush on each other was so fucking cute.
Your pretty ribbons. His heavy metal chains. Your impeccable gloves. His big rings. You had flawless skin while his own was marked with ink everywhere. Your high heels were so tiny compared to his big black combat boots. You looked like a pure fairy and he looked like a sexy zombie.
Yeah. It was really fucking cute.
But even after everyone approved this possible romance, Eddie could not find himself going to talk to you. You were so perfect, your nickname was "America's Angel". If this was a fairytale, you would be the princess and Eddie surely would't be the hero... at least he thought so.
But since you confessed your feelings on national tv, the guitarrist was suffering from a big problem: he couldn't fuck or date anyone else.
Eddie was used to bring girls backstage after his shows, sometimes even boys. He enjoyed a good fuck or just someone who could blow his dick. But now? Everytime he took someone backstage he just could not do it. He kept thinking about you. Shit, he never even really talked to you. Just some head nods and smiles at award shows, but no conversations ever.Â
But at the moment he was holding a note that was sent to him he couldn't belive his eyes.
Well, the thing is, Corroded Coffin was a headliner band of this really big festival, taking on the biggest rock stage of it and... you were one of the headliners of the biggest pop stage of the same festival too. And you both were playing on the same day! which made you send flowers to the band's dressing room, to him.
The boys were really having fun with this. Eddie's face was red and he just could not take his eyes of the note that was attached to the bouquet. White daisies. Just like the name of the first track on the lattest Corroded album.
"Hi honey. I would like very much if you could watch my show tonigth... i'm gonna be looking for your pretty curls in the crowd. I'll be so sad if you can't make it... and you don't wanna make me sad, right?
â your wife"
And a red mark of lipstick at the end that literally screamed you. The pretty handwritting. The hearts on the "i"s.
Oh My God. Tonigth was the nigth a Munson is going to die.
...
The day was already fading away, the stars starting to shine and you were breathing in and out trying to calm yourself. The crowd was waiting for you. Everybody screaming. And Jesus, you swore you'd never seen an crowd this big. Your manager said that were about 40 thousand people there to see your concert. You could literally feel the vomit coming down your throat, something that happens when you are anxious. But you couldn't do this rigth now. You needed to go on the stage in 1:30 minutes, there was no time for anxiety.
But what if he doesn't come?
Oh my God he is not coming, you are sure of that.
Why would he come? He probably didn't meant that he had a crush on you. Well he could have a crush on you, but that don't mean that he actully likes you...
Stop!
Breathe in. Breathe out.
You took one last look at your dress. Such a pretty baby blue mini dress. Checked out your white velvet gloves, matching your long white heel boots. Touched your blue ribbon. Okay. Everything was okay.
The next thing you knew was that you were already walking on the stage with a big and enchanting smile, hearing the most high screams ever.
...
you put his name on the list. His name was in your goddamn list.
The VIP area of the pop stage was filled with the guesses that were on your list. But it wasn't really full, just some people that were probably your friends and some daugthers of famous old singers who worshiped you. The view of the stage was really unique, everything could be seen.
All eyes were on Eddie the moment he crossed the line of the VIP area. He could not care less. Eddie just crossed the room to the front to get a better view of the stage. He smiled at the sight of the gigant crowd waiting for you. The vip area was above the ground next to the stage and the Corroded Coffin front man was so freaking pleased to be there, cause at the moment you were up the stage, he could see your pretty figure: smiling in that beautiful outfit, mic in your hand, ready to rock.
And shit you give a hell of a show. That siren voice was like heaven in Munson's ears and that pretty dances were starting to drive him crazy. You were driving him crazy. He was sure you were born to do this. The people screaming your lyrics and reactin everytime you did something cute or even when you laughed of happines. Cause, c'mon, you're so cute. Sexy and cute. How could you be both? Was what Eddie thought during the whole set.
Ok, the rockstar was falling in love with the popstar.
But when Eddie looked at his watch he realized that he was running late to his own show.
Shit he needed to actully run. But he didn't want to do it. He wanted to stay... to talk to you.
"Hey" he shouted to one of your friends: Daisy Green, the country star that was your best friend. She looked at him with a tired face "can you tell her..."
"I tell her that you came and that you are asking her to see the end of your show and go to your dressing room" she took the words out of his mouth.
"Thanks!" He smiled at her and ran off in the opposite direction.
...
When you went to your backstage, you were hoping to see that wild curls somewhere. But Eddie wasn't there. the euphoria that took over your body at the end of the show was washing away.
Of course that he would't be there. He was busy, he probably was preparing for his set, he would not even wantâ
Your thoughts are interrupted by Daisy.
âHe is waiting for you" she said rolling her eyes seeing your growing smile.
You see her next to her Mallory Grace, the biggest disco sensation , and one of your besties along with Daisy, givin' thumbs up.
...
Ok, you never ran as much as you did to get on the rock stage before Corroded show ended. Jumped all the staff and equipment. Legs were burning. That meant you cared? Not at all. Your goal was accomplished faster than expected when you heard the sound of one of the band's biggest hit from not so far away. And when you hit the backstage, their manager was waiting for you, he guided you to the side of the stage, where you could see Eddie closer than ever.
The way he played that guitar was doin' things to you. Legs squeezing, heart beating fast and wet thoughts. His voice loud and deep, sweaty body and tongue stretched out. God he was hot.
...
When Eddie saw that pretty little thing still dressed in her show clothes at the left side, he couldn't hide the grinn on his face. So he gave a hell of a concert that would turn out to be the most iconic rock concert in the history of the festival... all cause of you.
So when it ended and Corroded team cheer them up for the amazing work. Eddie came towards you. Well he was trying to do so since he left the stage, but everybody was holding him back, but he shut them up, coming in your direction with the biggest smile ever.
Oh god. He was so pretty like that. Shirtless, wild hair, low waist leather pants and boots. Your heart was goin' to explode. But instead of exploding, you just grinned back at him, waiting for Munson to get close.
Eddie was hypnotized by your angel looks. So delicate and beautiful. It was his mind or he was sweating more than when he was playing?
Jesus, what he was going to say? Was he smelling good? Fuck, of course not. He needed a towel to dry himself a bit? But the guitarrist wanted to talk to you... but you are so gorgeous and untouchable, looking like a fairy. Shit.
Before you both realized, he was right in front of you.
"you came" he said mesmerized by the view.
"why would't i? Needed to be good for my husband" and Eddie was dead. How can you say something like that and expect him to be alright?
"Fuck, princess, you're killing me" and you couldn't help but giggle. The most pretty in his opinion.
Princess. You like that. Could get used to it.

His Angel
Pairing: Bi! Eddie Munson x Bi! Christian (Baptist) raised! plus sized! girly! f! Reader
Word count: 10k
Warnings: (this is not pre-read, so it may have errors) MINORS DO NOT INTERACT! smut, fingering, oral (f receiving), piv, protected sex (they wrap it), fluff (lots of it mixed in), reader identifies as an atheist after childhood trauma dealing with religious beliefs, pet names (Angel [main], Sweetheart, Baby, Baby girl), use of (y/n) but only with family members.
Summary: You were always a good girl, a good Christian girl who wanted to be loved by your family. But growing up in that house was hard. With two older brothers way older than you, and parents already in their late 50âs, your relationship with your family is⊠difficult. You were taught that what you are is wrong, but then you fell in love with a certain guitarist who makes you remember that you are worthy of love.
A/n: Came up with this idea a couple days ago (literally right after my last post about having writerâs block), and just went to town on it. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it!
If you wanna be tagged when I post ask or comment telling me so!
All photos found on Pinterest
You remember your childhood vividly, it wasnât âbadâ for the most of it. Church was a constant play in the workings of your family home. Your mother a youth worker within the church (your church didnât actually allow her to hold âpastorâ as her term), your father an old choir boy, now working a normal 9-5 job in an office building. Your family attended church every Wednesday and Sunday, every Easter, thanksgiving, and Christmas. There was no alcohol allowed in your house, not even during the holidays.
You have two older brothers, both of them were closer in age, only five years apart, while you were ten years apart from the youngest of the two, so you grew up practically on your own. You were raised primarily by your older parents, bother already reaching their 40âs when you were born.
Your oldest brother, Logan, once said in a fit of anger that you were an accident. You didnât understand at the time, but now that youâre older, you get it.
Youâll never forget that one fated day you sat in your room, you had just turned thirteen a few weeks before. Sarah, your friend from church, someone youâve known since you were infants, sat across from you. You were making friendship bracelets.
There was something about Sarah, she was just so⊠so pretty. Her long blond hair always perfectly curled, her gorgeous green eyes you could swear you could stare into for hours.
Elijah, your other friend, a boy from school, had told you that you shouldnât act on any of your feelings for Sarah. His daddy had told him it was wrong to feel that way, to feel⊠attracted⊠to the same gender. But you couldnât help it.
You had spent many nights sleeping over at Sarahâs and her at yours. As children you would hold hands on the playground. Your parents thought it was cute how close you two were. But as you sat in front of her that day, that beautiful day. The sun setting outside, the shades of purples and blues mixing with the warm orange, of the last golden rays highlighting her hair perfectly. You couldnât help it.
You kissed her.
It happened so fast, you leaned over, capturing her lips with yours before pulling away. Your heart raced in your chest, beating faster, and faster, and faster. Her beautiful green eyes widened, her expression of shock was even pretty. Did she feel this way too? Did you act to fast? Before you could say anything to her, she quickly stood and ran out of the room. You heard her yell out for your mom as her foot steps made it down the stairs.
Oh no. Oh no no no no!
Your hand slapped against your chest, your heart not slowing as you began to panic. You read it all wrong, all wrong!
Itâs all gone wrong. Elijah was right. I should have kept quiet. Held back.
Maybe I can play it off?
Your mother came barging into your room as you picked back up the bracelet quickly. âHi, Momma!â You gave her a smile. It was so fake, but you just beg the lord she wonât notice. âDewdrop,â your motherâs voice that day was stern, âdid you-â she cuts herself off, taking a deep breath, as if trying to calm her emotions, âDid you⊠kiss⊠SarahâŠ?â
Your brain had scattered, terrified how she was gonna react. You took too long.
She had snatched you off the rug before you could even say anything else, dragging you by your ear and down the stairs. Her hand raised before you before you could react.
Smack!
It been years since that day, as you now sit at your desk in your room, the pink floral wallpaper from your childhood always and forever familiar.
Tap! Tap!
You look over at your window, your eyes widening as you spot the long curly mop of hair even through the darkness outside. Quickly making your way to your window, opening the pane carefully, your heart racing as you are greeted by the softest, most comforting brown eyes you ever did see. âEddie!â You whisper yell at him, your voice filled with concern and worry, âwhat are you doing here? You know my parents canât see you!â
Eddie is all smiles, his eyes glancing down to your lips, âSo? I thought you liked the chance of getting caught?â You roll your eyes, happy you are allowed to lock your door now that youâre older. âSoâŠâ he grips his hand tighter on the windowsill, âgonna let your boyfriend in? Or?â You immediately step back, muttering a sorry as you help him throw himself into your room without knocking anything over.
After straightening out his leather jacket and denim vest, he steps closer to you, reaching out and gripping at your nightgown, balling the fabric into his fists. âHowâs my beautiful girlfriend?â You canât help but smile at him, âIâm ok,â your hands slowly move up his chest, your eyes watching your fingers cling at his leather jacket, âhow about you, Romeo?â He smiles, leaning in and giving your rosy cheek a peck, âIâve been good, bored though.â âOh?â âMhmm,â His lips pressed soft kisses against your skin, getting closer and closer to your lips, before stopping. âYou fucking teaseâŠâ you pout, gripping a little tighter at his jacket, making him chuckle. âOh Iâm sorry, did my good girl just swear? In her family home?â âShut up.â
He pulls away and drops down onto your bed, spreading out across your powder blue duvet. âCome here,â he gestures for you to come lay with him, but you do something he doesnât entirely expect.
You lift your nightgown, giving him the smallest glimpse of your white panties, the little blue bow on the front catching his eyesâ attention, before climbing over his legs. Your legs sit on either side of his hips, your center lowering just on top of his crotch, making him let out a soft groan. âHappy?â You ask, grinding your hips down and he grips at them quickly, steadying you. âFucking swear, if you keep doing that-â âWhat? Youâll do what, Munson?â Your voice is sugar sweet, faking innocence so well.
âFuck, gonna make me cream my pants, Angel.â He sits up, adjusting his position so his hands are down on the bed behind him, propping him up. âOh? Am I too much for you- Ah!â You gasp, cutting your sentence short as youâre flipped over, quickly looking at the door before back up at the guy on top of you. Eddie smirks down at you, his eyes glancing down at your lips. âNever,â he kisses you quickly, âever,â another kiss, âthink youâre too much for me.â He kisses your nose this time, before nuzzling it with his own.
He softly kisses you again, his lips pressing gently to yours, but slowly he picks up, kissing a little more desperately. His lips are slightly chapped, scratching a bit against your perfectly smooth lips. Your heart picks up, breath becoming more unsteady with every smooch. His hands guide down to your hips, pulling your nightgown up and to your waist, making your panties entirely visible. He pulls away, tilting his head down to the view he so desperately loves. âCould stare at you all day, Angel.â He gives you one final kiss before beginning to kiss down your neck. His fingers curl around the hem of your underwear, pulling them down slowly as his kisses travel down your clothed chest and bare stomach.
âAll mine,â he hums into your skin, âall for me.â He pulls your underwear past your knees, gripping one of your thighs and pulling your shin and foot through the leg hole. âGonna kill me one day,â he kisses along your lifted thigh. You feel yourself getting wet from his touch, his kisses sending shivers down your spine. He pulls your panties off your other leg, looking back up at your eyes before pocketing the white pair. âMine now.â You canât help but giggle at him, not able to count just how many crusty pairs youâve gotten back weeks later.
His fingers move to your stomach, his palms kneading into your chubby belly like a ball of dough, before moving lower. A soft gasp leaves your lips, sounding like the most beautiful melody Eddie has ever heard as his fingers slip inside you.
Eddie swears he could watch you take his fingers all day. The way your eyebrows scrunch up, your eyes go blown, your thighs try to press together.
He leans down, brushing his nose against your clit. He watches his fingers thrust in and out of you from such close proximity, before licking your folds. Your hand quickly flies up to cover your mouth as you moan, trying to keep quiet with your parents just down the hall.
âE-EdsâŠ!â You gasp, his free hand pressing your legs farther apart, his hips now rutting into your mattress as he buries his face in your cunt, lapping up your arousal. You let out a soft whimper as your toes curl, your hips now lifting off the bed to push into his face. Eddie removes his fingers from you, now gripping under your thighs and around to your hips, pulling your body into his face more. Your thighs squeeze around his head as you feel yourself release, gripping the duvet under you. Your eyes blur over with a few tears from the feeling, still not entirely used to being pushed to this amount of euphoria.
Your legs softly get set on the bed, a wet spot under you as Eddie climbs back up, placing a soft kiss on your stomach before smiling down at you. âAngel,â he reaches up and cups your face, tilting it to look at him, âYou still with me?â It came out with a soft laugh, teasing. âYeah,â you breathe out, breathe still heavy as you come down from the high, âYeah, Iâm here.â He smiles and pulls your nightgown back down, his obvious erection still poking at your thigh.
You sit up, glancing back at your door before turning back to your secret boyfriend. âSweetheart,â his voice draw you back in, his fingers wrapping around your chin and pulling you against his chest as he leans back against your pillows, âdonât worry so much, you keep glancing at the door like they hear us.â He kisses your cheek, nuzzling into you. You blush as the only thing you can smell is you. âEddie,â you quietly groan out his name, practically a whisper. He hums, fumbling with the belt to undo it. You blush as he shimmies his pants and boxers down his hips. You tilt your head to the wall, your blush spreading to your ears.
âAngel,â Eddie places his hands on your back, âlook at me.â You pull back and look at him, your heart beating fast.
âYou can tell me if you want to stop, Sweetheart. You know that.â He kisses your nose, his fingers slowly moving to ball your nightgown up, letting his warm fingers press to your now bare back. âDo you want to stop?â His voice is calm, no judgment present anywhere. âNo⊠I-I wannaâŠâ your eyes glance at your mirror, giving you sight of your door. Eddieâs eyes soften.
âAngel, you were being all confident earlier, now youâre shrinking and keep looking to make sure your door is shut.â He kisses your nose, making you melt a little into him. He hesitates for a moment, âis it⊠because of back thenâŠ?â You freeze, immediately your head snaps to look at him, his deep brown eyes staring at you with such love.
âDo you wanna sneak outâŠ?â You ask, trying to dodge the reality of your trauma. Eddieâs eyes narrow, âOh no, youâre talking about it now. You have no choice.â âWhat? No!â You whisper yell. âAngel,â Eddie pushes you off of him a little, making your eyes widen, the fear of rejection again banging on your heart. He pulls up his pants again, before pulling you back onto him, immediately shushing those thoughts, âTalk to me.â
âI just-â you hesitate, you let out a deep breath, âIâm scaredâŠâ Eddieâs eyes soften, his hands sliding down to your hips, grounding you. âWhat of?â âHere.â The word comes out tense, your discomfort obvious, but not from him or his actions, just the place. Your room. Your house.
âBaby,â Eddie rubs his thumb over your hip, âWe can pick this up tomorrow, we donât have to-â âNo!â You immediately wince and cover your mouth at your raised voice. âI-I meanâŠâ
A thud comes from across the house. You both freeze.
Shit.
You both scurry to get up, you pulling down your nightgown as he quickly goes to hide in your closet behind your door. You quickly shut your window, unlock your door, and sit at your desk, immediately jumping back up from the cold feeling on your âyou shockingly forgotâ exposed lower body. You donât have time to grab another pair of panties so you just tuck your night gown under you and sit.
A knock comes on your door immediately after you sit. âYes?â You call out. The door opens and your mother pops her head in, âDid you make a loud noise?â You just nod.
âYeah sorry, I, uh, messed up my paper. Did I wake you?â She hums in response, âtechnically, but itâs alright. Itâs almost midnight, Darlingââ the nickname makes you cringe. Itâs the same one she called you that day. ââ make sure you get some sleep.â She smiles at you, before shutting your door and you hear steps heading back down the hall. You finally let out the breath you didnât even realize you were holding.
Eddie sticks his head out, making sure the coast is clear before stepping out. âThat was terrifying.â âYeah no shit, Eds.â You tell him as he steps closer to you, he places his hand on your head and leans down a bit to kiss your hair. âIâll see you tomorrow, ok?â You look up at him, âbut-!â âNo buts, Angel. Youâre too stressed here, Iâm gonna sneak you out of class tomorrow and take you somewhere more private. Then we can finish what we started.â He lets you lay your head onto his stomach for a moment.
âFineâŠâ you hate that heâs right. Your room hasnât been a âsafe spaceâ since you were thirteen. He gives your head one more kiss before climbing back out your window.
You and Eddie run out of the school, hand in hand, adrenaline pumping through you as you both book it to his van. It was only 12:35pm, luckily for both of you, your lunch had just started, so it was easy to walk out of âclassâ, class being the cafeteria with an annoyed teacher by the doors who doesnât care that you leave.
You both slip into his van, giggling as you pull out one of the cassettes from his glove compartment and pop it in, Metallica immediately filling the van. âSo, I was thinking, food first, maybe milkshakes at Bennyâs, then maybe park somewhere?â Eddie pulls the car out of the spot in the lot. âSounds good to me.â
You pull up to Bennyâs, immediately seeing the girl youâve had a solid crush on for two years was working. âEds, itâs her!â You practically slap your hand over his chest. âHolly shit- uh, do I look ok? Cute?â âAlways.â Eddieâs smile was genuine, but you glare at him slightly, âI donât want âalwaysâ I need an opinion!â Eddie chuckles as he watches you step out of his car, straightening your dress. âSweetheart, I feel like sheâs not gonna care-â âShh, donât ruin it.â
You both step into the diner, Eddie holding the door open for you. âTake a seat anywhere!â Her voice calls out. You both take a booth by the window, Eddie giving you the side that best angles you to always be able to see her. âYouâre always so supportive and I love you for it.â He smiles at your admission. âCanât do anything without my permission, Angel.â âI know.â
âHi, Iâm Chris, Iâll be your server,â the girl you practically drool over pulls out a pen and her serving note pad, âWhat can I get you both?â She asks, glancing at you first before Eddie. Eddie watches you, your eyes practically glittering and he tries not to laugh. âA double cheeseburger for me, please. No onions. Sparkle over there will have a short stake of chocolate chip pancakes, two scrambled eggs with cheese and a bowl of grits, butter and cheese in that too.â The girl, Chris, smiles at him, impressed he knows the girl across from himâyouâso well. âAnd to drink?â She just looks to Eddie this time, âTwo chocolate milkshakes, and two waters. Sheâll also have a cup of coffee, vanilla creamer.â
You snap out of your gaze after she begins to walk away, âWait, what? What happened?â âYou spaced.â âWhat!?â You look over at him, âItâs ok, Angel, I ordered for you.â You give him a soft smile. âOh yeah? What did you order me?â âYouâll see.â
When the food arrives to the table you practically have your mouth watering on the table at the array of food, especially thankful for the cup of coffee. âI love you, you take such good care of me.â You pretend to wipe a tear from your eye. âHmm.â
As you both eat, Eddie randomly slaps his hand down on the table, then excessively taps it, not loud enough to grab the attention of others, just you. âOh my-â you look up at him and see heâs looking towards the door. You turn and see a young man walking in, his long hair and attire very similar to the boy sitting across from you. âEddie, sweetie, youâre gay is showing.â You hold your straw as you take a sip of your shake, staring at your boyfriend. âSays the girl who drools over the waitress.â Eddie shoots back. You place your hand over your heart, âyou wound me, Eds.â
âIs he cute? Heâs cute. Shit.â Eddieâs cheeks suddenly turn red, making you laugh. âNow whoâs drooling-â âIâm not droolingâŠ!â Eddie blushes.
When you both finish your food, you get back in his van and he drives to a secluded spot, parking behind an abandoned shopping center that no one even drives by anymore. You sit there for a moment thinking about how to initiate, before your boyfriend quickly pulls himself through the seats and into the trunk of his van.
Eddie adjusts the blankets and pillows he shoved back there earlier that morning, watching as you squeeze yourself through the seats following him. He pulls you straight onto his lap, lifting your dress up so your thighs are exposed to his hands. âI love you,â his voice is soft, pulling you in and making you swoon. âI love you more,â you wrap your arms around his neck, leaving soft kisses on his lips before moving down his jaw and neck.
Eddieâs fingers grip tighter on your thighs, nails digging into the soft skin. You exhale a soft sigh. âYouâre so fucking perfect,â Eddie speaks first, grinding your hips down on his crotch, âWant you so bad, been thinking about it all day.â You giggle softly, nuzzling your nose into his cheek as you enjoy the feeling of his growing tent in his pants.
âYeah?â You ask, nibbling at his earlobe before pulling away. He groans, annoyed you stopped but glides his hands up under your dress. âI love that you wear dresses, I donât care if itâs technically for your mom, it gives me the perfect access to you,â his hands massage the fat on your sides, digging his thumbs in your skin, âshould take it off though, donât wanna get it dirty.â
You grip the hem of your dress and pull it over your head, your bra now visible to him. He lifts his hands up your skin and cup his fingers around the garment. You look into his eyes as you watch him continue to stare at your body, his pupils blown, making his comforting brown eyes look black. You grab his vest and jacket and help him slide it off his arms, throwing them both to the side. He yanks off the Hellfire shirt before smashing his lips onto yours, kissing you with such passion.
He pulls back, shimmying down his pants while you quickly pull off your underwear. Before the fabric is even entirely off your legs, youâre pulled back onto his lap, your back facing him this time, you look down and immediately blush. His cock is perfectly placed between your thighs, the red tip sticking out and tapping against your stomach with every twitch. âE-Eddie,â you reach back and cup his head from behind you as he grips tightly at your hips, grinding you against his length, his shaft rubbing against your clit.
âWanna grab us a condom from behind my seat?â He asks. You nod, pulling away from him and reaching down. Eddie swears he would do it raw if he could confirm you wouldnât get pregnant, but your parents would never allow you on birth control. You grab one of the foils and climb back up against him, opening your legs so his cock is accessible and rolling the condom down. âRelax, Angel, Iâve got you,â he kisses your cheek before lifting your hips, his cock practically jumping to press against you.
You gasp as youâre slowly pulled down, your cunt sheathing his cock without much resistance. Before long, your ass presses back on his crotch, his length fully in you. âYou ok?â He asks, hearing your breath picking up. You nod, but thatâs not good enough for him. He reaches up and tilts your head back to him, making you look at him, âuse your words, Baby.â âIâm ok.â
Before too long your feet are planted against the bed of his van, your hips moving up and down, up and down, as you bounce yourself on him. His hands grip tightly at your waist, his soft groans giving you praise as you try not to just cum on him. âBaby,â his voice pulls you back in, making you whimper. He lifts you off of him, before turning you back around, making you straddle his lap again before going back down. His hands move down your thighs, until one slopes just below your belly, his thumb finding your clit. You crumble at the sudden addition, your head falling to his shoulder.
Eddie loves watching his little Angel crumble because of him. Watching your body shake as your thighs clench, your hands balling into fists on his chest as you try your damn best not to explode, not wanting him to stop. âCome on, Angel,â he whispers into your ear, leaving small kitten licks over your lobe, âcum for me, Baby, need to feel you cum.â
His lips press to the corner of your mouth, âCome on, Baby girl, wanna feel you, need to feel you cum.â His fingers rub harder into your clit, making you moan. Before long youâre gasping as you cry, your boyfriend thrusting up into you as your body shakes. Eddie kisses your cheeks, nose and forehead as your thighs squeeze at his hips, your body releasing around him. âThere we go, such a good girl, doing so good for me, Angel,â Eddie kisses your lips as you feel his thighs getting sticky from your arousal.
He shuffles, slowly and carefully laying you back in the bed of the van, onto a blanket with a couple pillows behind your head. He doesnât leave you, careful to not disconnect your bodies. He climbs over you, pushing your legs out and around his waist. He kisses your hairline, slowly beginning to thrust into you. Your whimpers and moans fill the air around you, his hips moving slow at first before picking up pace.
You brush his hair away from his face before pulling him closer and kissing him, your lips moving in perfect sync. His fingers dig into your hips, holding you steady as he goes a little harder.
It doesnât take long till you cum again, this time he fucks you through it even harder, not stopping or slowing. His groans sound so hypnotic, like a praise leaving his lips without actual words. He thrusts one final time, holding his hips hard against yours as you feel his cock twitch inside you, his face scrunching as he finishes into the condom.
Eddie drops down, his lips pressing to yours repeatedly, before pulling out. Your legs shakily drop to the floorboard, cunt clenching around nothing as you try to come down from your high. He pulls off the condom, ties it off before dropping it between the seats. He pulls up his jeans and boxers before slipping your underwear back up your legs. âYou did such a good job, Angel,â Eddie kisses your eyelids, before leaving a soft kiss on your lips, âIâm so proud of you.â
You canât stop yourself from blushing as he pulls you onto his chest, laying down with you in the blankets. He snuggles into your hair, kissing your head as you smile from his kisses. âYou enjoy this too much,â you enquire, giggling a little when he kisses your nose. âI do, but itâs not my fault my girl is so beautiful when sheâs coming down from an orgasm.â You roll your eyes, but not in an annoyed way, you enjoy his teasing.
You donât know what got into you as you climb down the lattice outside your window. You were never a disobedient child growing up, but for some reason you still climb down one foot after the other, time reaching 8pm as you hit the ground.
You turn to see your beautiful curly haired boyfriend grinning ear to ear at you. âI canât believe youâre actually doing this. Iâm a bad influence on you.â You glare at him but donât deny it, cause he is. âI didnât know what to wear, so I hope you brought something for me to change into.â
Eddie smirks as he grabs your hand, pulling you down the street and to his parked van. He opens the back, showing the few t-shirts he brought from his closet. âPick one. Any one.â He smiles at you. You grab one of them climbing into the back before he shuts the doors behind you.
You quickly pull off your frilly floral shirt, chunking it to the side of the van, before slipping the Metallica shirt over your head. Itâs a little snug, but you donât hate it. You quickly pull your hair up in a ponytail with the red scrunchy on your wrist.
Climbing to the front, Eddie already half way there to the bar, you sit yourself in the passenger seat, quickly pulling a lipstick you stuck in your pocket and pulling down the visor to see your reflection. You apply the red lipstick, a much deeper color than you usually wear.
Eddie glances over, watching you apply the makeup. He had to be careful with staring, picturing those now perfectly red lips smothering his cock with kisses, leaving lipstick all over his shaft-
âEddie?â You call out to him, and he looks at you again for a quick second. âYeah?â âI just remembered Iâve never met the guys.â
Itâs true, youâve been dating for maybe 6 months, but itâs entirely secret to people you both know personally. Eddie had asked you to come to the show tonight because he wants you to meet them. The guys: Gareth, Jeff, and Kevin. He wants you to attend Hellfire meetings, meet Dustin, the kid he practically took under his wing, have you attend his shows, meet his uncle. He doesnât want you to be a secret anymore to his side of life.
âThen youâll get to meet them.â
Eddie and you pull up to The Hideout Tuesday night. Youâre nervous pick up as he parks the van. âHey,â Eddie reaches over and grabs your hand, âI appreciate you wanna see me play, Angel. But if youâre uncomfortable, I can take you home.â You shake your head.
Youâve been looking forward to watching him play live for months, and nows your chance. Besides, heâs already snuck you out of your house, you might as well enjoy it.
Eddie opens the car door for you, helping you out of your seat before holding your hand as you walk inside through the back entrance.
You hear laughing and talking coming from around the corner, and before long youâre dragged into a room with three boys you recognize from classes. âHey, guys.â Eddie greets them. They all turn to you both, the messy haired blond tilting his head first. âWhoâs that?â He asks. Eddie looks at you, and you look at him, your eyes more nervous than his but his soft eyes comfort you.
âAngel,â he simply says. The guys stay silent for a moment, before gasping and running up closer. âHolly shit!â You know this one, Jeff from Chemistry, practically screams as he reaches for your hand, âYouâre like a whole myth at our lunch table!â You blush as it dawns in you.
He talks about you. Eddie talks about you to his friends, he might not have told them who you were until this very moment, but god damnit, he talks about you.
âEddie canât shut up about his âSweet Angelâ practically fawning over you every lunch period.â The blond follows. âRefuses to clean his shirt of lipgloss or lipstick before school just so weâll ask about it. Fucking bastard.â The bigger guy slaps Eddie over the head.
âHey, itâs not my fault, I mean look at her. Can you blame me?â Eddie is practically glowing, his smile bigger than youâve even seen it, and thatâs saying something. âWait,â Jeff looks at you for a minute, squinting his eyes. âChemistry right? You sit towards the front?â You nod, âyeah, Jeff right?â You smile at him. âYeah, shit, almost didnât recognize you. Not in your usual floral dresses tonight.â âYeah, kinda not supposed to be out past 7,â you explain easily. âYour family goes to Franklin Baptist right?â You nod.
âDamn got yourself a religious girl, Eddie?â The blond snickers to himself. You glance up at Eddie before looking back at him. Jeff speaks before you can, âThe asshole is Gareth, thatâs Kevin.â He points to them respectively. âNice to meet you, and no. Iâm uh, actually atheist. Just⊠raised Christian.â You hold your hands together in front of you.
âHey,â a guy pops his head in from a door heading out to the bar, âon in five.â He dips out before anyone replies. âWell,â Eddie turns to you and takes your hand holding it up to his lips, âhow about you go out there and sit by the bar? Get some water or something, watch us play.â His lips press a soft kiss to your knuckles making you blush, âok.â
You sit on one of the stools by the bar, a glass of water in hand as the announcer introduces the next band. âAnd up next to the stage is Corroded Coffin!â A couple people yell out, raising their glasses up in the air, but not too many.
Then they all step out, the cute guy you know so well with his guitar on his front, stepping up to the front mic with such grace. âHow are we all doing tonight?â His voice booms through the room and a few people again holler out, âWe are Corroded Coffin, and to start the night off good, Id like to dedicate this first song to the lovely girl in the Metallica shirt by the bar. Lookinâ good, Angel!â He gestures to Jeff who immediately starts his rhythm on the guitar, Gareth following soon after on drums.
Oh my.
âMmm, yeah!â Eddie jumps in before letting them play a bit longer. Kevin joining in with his guitar.
No heâs not.
Then they all begin it. âHa!â Eddie continues, and the guys follow with âDo do do dodo dodo do do, do do do dodo dodo!â They repeat it a couple times before Eddie jumps back in. âTonight⊠I wanna give it all to you!â
Oh no he IS.
You feel your cheeks heat up, instantly closing your eyes as you try not to giggle. âIn the daaarkness⊠thereâs so much I want to do-o-o,â both Jeff and Gareth lean into their mics âAnd tonight,â all three of them sing before Eddie continues on his own, âI wanna lay it at your feet,â he points directly at you, stopping his own playing to continue with the next lyric, ââcause, Girl, I was made for you, and girl, you were made for me!â Eddie canât help his grin, watching you trying to not die from embarrassment in the corner, âHit it!â He yells before all the guys jump in to continue the song.
âI was made for lovinâ you, Baby! You were made for loving me! And I canât get enough of you, Baby! Can you get enough of me?â
You cover your face but peek out through your fingers as you watch them finish the rest of the song. You have to sit through the rest of the set, trying not to giggle to yourself after the choice of an opener.
When Eddie finally meets back up with you, nearly two hours later, you glare at him through your third glass of water, âI hate you.â Eddie chuckles before throwing his arm over your shoulders, kissing your forehead, âno you donât. You love me.â
You take a deep breath, trying to make the redness in your face go away, still not over the first song of the show. âHow long,â you look up at him, sitting your glass down on the counter, âhave you had that planned?â âUh,â Eddie looks over at the backstage door before turning back to you, âcouple months.â His cheeks tint, obviously embarrassed by the admission. âEds, I told you I wanted to come to the show three days ago,â you smile at him, âand I know damn well thatâs not in your original set, Iâve seen the original set list, Eddie.â You canât help the goofy grin that pulls at the corners of your mouth.
âMight have convinced the guys the day you told me to knock out the original opener to fit the one we practiced for youâŠâ he admits. You laugh, a solid hearty laugh, not a giggle, not a chuckle, a full on laugh. A snort finds its way in, catching you off guard. Eddie joins in immediately after it happens, covering his mouth as he tries not to do the same.
You both laugh for a good minute, just cackling to yourselves as you try to calm down. When you finally catch your breath, you speak up first, âThose poor boys, you just tortured them for the last couple of days.â He nods, his hand on your arm as he holds his stomach, âyeah, they hated me the last few days.â
You didnât stick around too long, not wanting to test your luck with your parents and your empty bedroom. You both walk out of the bar, his arm over your shoulder, both of you giggling as you press your hand into his chest.
â(Y/n)?â A deep voice makes you freeze. Your heart stopping as you refuse to look up. â(Y/n)?â Eddie looks over at the speaker, a man who looks so similar to you, but heâs older, at least 10 years. âCan I help you?â Eddie asks, his hand gripping tighter on your shoulder. You look up and there he is.
Itâs happening again.
âYeah, you can let go of my little sister, creep.â Logan, your oldest brother, glares at Eddie, his eyes sharp and narrow. Eddie slowly lifts his hand from your shoulder, obviously just not wanting to anger the guy whoâs nearly twice his size. You sigh, âLogan, heâs fine.â You place your arms over your chest, gripping your arms tightly. Logan looks at you then back at Eddie, âwhy are you with this guy? Who is he?â Logan steps closer, still on edge.
You take a deep breath. Here we go.
âHis name is Eddie,â you tell him, looking up at him, âheâs not a creep, heâs my boyfriend, Logan.â Logan hesitates for a moment, âboyfriend? Since when did you get a boyfriend? Mom and dad know?â He scoffs when you stay silent, âtake that as a no,â he looks at Eddie, glancing over his form, his clothes, hair. Heâs judging him.
âSo what do you do? Besides take my underaged sister to a bar.â You roll your eyes at his question. âHis band plays here every week. We didnât drink, I had a couple glasses of water, Logan.â You glare at him, getting pissed off. Logan hums in response, looking Eddie up and down, âglad you are actually dating a guy,â he speaks, âmomâs gonna be pissed heâs not from church though.â
You think for a moment, then raise a brow, âWhy are you here?â Logan hesitates but you speak again before he can reply, âItâs a bar, Logan, if you thought I was drinking but Iâm underaged, what am I supposed to think about you? A guy of thirty-three, past the legal drinking age? What is mom gonna think about that?â
You donât know what got into you. Maybe it was the way your boyfriend was will to embarrass you in front of a decent crowd, maybe how he talked about you to his friends even though your relationship was supposed to be secret. Maybe itâs how he didnât falter in front of his friends, kept staying near you and showing you love and affection. Maybe it was just⊠Eddie.
You glance over at the brunette standing next to you, noticing how his eyes never leave your brother, nervous. Sweet Eddie. âGo tell mom.â You suddenly say, Logan looks at you a little shocked. âShe was gonna have to find out eventually, at least now I can tell her that her perfect oldest son drinks. She might actually worry about you more than me.â
âHmm,â Logan hums before continuing to make his way towards the door, stopping right next to you, âyou go down, I go down too? Iâll hold you to that.â He makes his way into the bar.
You both drive back to your street with no further problems. Eddie parks his van a street down, turning off the headlights to not get any attention drawn to you both.
âSoâŠâ Eddie mumbles out, tapping his fingers on the steering wheel, âThat was interesting.â You scoff lightly, leaning your head back on the headrest. âI swear, if he rats me out, heâs done for.â Your voice sounds more joking than anything, but you arenât. âMom hates alcohol that much?â He chuckles a bit, leaning back against his own seat and looking over at you, a small smile on his lips. âOh completely. My parents are Baptist, Eds, alcohol is a sin to them, they refuse to even have it in the house.â âDidnât Jesus like⊠turn water into wine?â You shrug, âwho knows why, Iâve questioned that my entire life.â
âLogan is the oldest, right?â You nod, âyep, fifteen years older than me,â you look over and smile at him. âYou mentioned once you didnât know your brothers that well growing up,â Eddie reaches over and grabs your hand. You take a deep sigh, âyeah, since I was born when Logan was fifteen, Noah, my other brother,â you give his hand a squeeze, âthe middle kid, was ten. I was an accident, not planned.â
He runs his thumb over the back of your hand, listening to you. âYou know how Christians are, against abortion and all. I was closest to Noah growing up, but even that felt more like a babysitter, not a brother. Logan acts like my brother now that Iâm older, but when we were kids, he was justâŠâ you stop, raising his hand up to your lips, placing a soft kiss on his fingers. Eddie moves his hand, letting it cup around your face.
âAngel,â Eddie calls out to you, making you look at him, âItâs gonna be ok.â He gives you a soft smile, which you return. âI love you.â The words slip out of your lips naturally, little butterflies in your stomach.
You donât know why. Youâve said those words to each other hundreds of time already, but for some reason it feels⊠different. Itâs not just a quick phrase, a sentimental thing you say to make you and him feel good. You mean it. With all of your heart. You love him.
Eddieâs smile grows a bit bigger, âI love you.â His beautiful chocolate brown eyes gaze at you with such love you feel it. You know he means it with everything he has. You could stare at those eyes all day, hopefully one day you can.
In the morning, you sit with your family at breakfast. Your mother plates everyone food, which you help her set the table. âOh, darling, set up a fourth setting,â your mother instructs you, âLogan is going to be here any minute.â âWhat?â You turn quickly to her, a tinge of discomfort in your stomach. âLogan. Heâs going to be joining-â The door bell rings.
Oh shit.
âIâve got it!â Your father gets up and goes to answer the door, âLogan, good to see you, son!â Your oldest brother steps inside the house, hugging your father. âHey, Pops,â Logan departs from the front door, entering the dinning space, where you stand and your mother brings out some plates and sits them down on the table. âLogan!â Your mother smiles, quickly pulling her oldest child into a hug.
âHey, Momma, thanks for having me such short notice,â he smiles, parting from her before turning to you, âHey, (y/n).â He holds out his arms, and you hesitate before hugging him. You donât want to tip off your mom.
After everyone has a plate at their seat and the table is decorated in platters of pancakes, eggs, grits, and so much more, Momma really went all out, you all take your seats. âSo, Logan dear,â your mom smiles at her pride and joy of a child, âwe heard about Susan from Cindy at church. Why didnât you tell us?â You look between your mother and brother, a little confused.
You know Susan, thatâs Loganâs wife. You met her a couple times, a little grossed out because she is 23, closer to your age than to Loganâs. You know Cindy to be a gossip at church, her spreading the ârumorââ as your mother referred to itâof you kissing Sarah all those years ago.
âWhat happened with Susan?â You ask, making your mother to turn to you. âShe was found sneaking around with Gabriel a couple months ago, apparently the affair has been going on for a year. Your brother here,â she points to Logan, ârequested an annulment for the marriage with the state and church because of the adultery.â You can tell from her raising voice sheâs furious about the whole affair.
âIt was approved last week.â Logan informs you all, âShe signed the papers only a couple days ago, no arguments made. Iâm letting her keep the house, so Iâm gonna get an apartment close by, so thought Iâd come visit for a couple days while looking.â Your mother practically gasps with glee at the news, âSo youâre gonna be closer to home? How wonderful!â
Thatâs the last thing you need, another set of eyes out in public watching out for you.
âIsnât⊠divorce a sinâŠ?â You ask, not trying to incriminate your brother, not at all, just genuinely confused as to why your mother would allow it, or even be happy about it. âTechnically,â your father speaks, your mother finishing for him, âBut only without proper cause. That whores affair is proper enough.â You nearly chock on your juice as your motherâs phrasing.
âMomma!â You yell at her, staring at her utterly shocked, âYou canât just-â âWhy not? She cheated on my baby with someone inside the church!â Your father just nods along. You look over at Logan, heâs nearly just as shocked as you are.
âYou shouldnât call her that, Momma,â Logan takes a sip from his coffee, recovering from the display, âShe was still my wife.â Your mother looks a little hurt from his intervention, sagging back into her chair as if sheâs a toddler being told they have to eat their veggies.
âYour mother is allowed to be upset, Logan,â your father speaks out, looking up at your brother, âjust like (y/n) can speak her mind, and you can speak yours.â
Such bullshit. Your opinions never mattered growing up, do they suddenly now because youâre older?
âI need to head out to school,â you explain, standing up and taking your plate. You clean off the dish in the sink, before walking by the table again, hugging your mother and kissing your fatherâs cheek. âIâll see you later today.â
The next few days are uneventful, just back and forth with school, your mother bickering you about your future, and your perfect brother hogging the bathroom. Until Saturday.
You sit in your room, changing out of your day clothes and grabbing the nightgown from the basket of clean clothes. The warm air from the weather comes in through your open window, perfectly creating that warmer atmosphere.
âIâd say keep it off.â You jump back from the sudden words spoken out, your eyes immediately darting to the window where your metal head dork of a boyfriend sits halfway in. âYou scared me, EddieâŠ!â You whisper, âyou shouldnât be here, everyone is probably still awake.â He just shrugs at your warning.
âSo whoâs the car outside? Itâs not your dadâs and your mom doesnât have one herself,â he asks, moving in closer to you, pulling your nightgown from your hands and pulling you to him, your bare chest pressing to his t-shirt. âItâs Loganâs, you dingbat. And if he sees you here he might not be so keen on keeping you a secret.â
âEh, Iâll be out before anyone notices. Though I should really teach you a thing of two about actual creeps,â he kisses your cheek, his hands pressing to your back, âmaybe then youâll learn to shut your window when youâre changing.â You roll your eyes, âyouâre a jerk, Munson.â He chuckles, pushing you back onto your bed, immediately pushing at your knees to frame your legs around his waist, laying into you. âA jerk? Me?â He kisses you softly before traveling little kisses down your neck, âA tease maybe, but never a jerk, Angel.â
Your breathing gets heavy as he moves down your chest, cupping one breast in his hand before taking the other into his mouth. âEds,â you blush, gripping at his shoulders as his cold fingers graze over your nipple. âHmm?â âMyâŠâ you canât help but feel your panties start getting wet, âmy brother is home, and my family is still awake- mm!â You bite your lower lip, muffling the soft moan that leaves you when his teeth bite down on your hard bud.
âYou can be quiet,â Eddie smirks, pulling away from your torso, âDonât you wanna be a good girl? Be quiet for me?â You hate how he knows that shit works.
He pushes your throw pillows off your bed, pulling back the covers. âDonât be too loud or weâll be found, ok?â He goes lower under the sheets, right where you want him, pulling your underwear down your legs. You cover your mouth as you feel his tongue glide across your core, his fingers brushing your folds out of the way. Two digits break your entrance, making you whimper as you grab his long curls with your free hand. âE-EdsâŠ!â You try to be quiet, your body reacting quickly to his actions.
âGo on, let it out, Angel.â His approval sends you over the edge way too soon, your thighs squeezing his head as you finish, gasping for air. Eddie leaves little kitten licks before pulling away from you. âIâm proud of you,â he leans up and kisses your neck, the smell of you very prominent on his lips. âOh?â You lean into his kisses, just letting him do as he pleases, âwhy is that?â
âYou may have mentioned how people are home or theyâre awake, but you havenât looked at that door once, Angel.â He smiles down at you. And heâs right, you havenât.
Sure youâve mentioned worry, but there is no real fear this time. Your body is completely reacting only to Eddie, sweet Eddie. Your Eddie.
âI havenât have I?â You smile back at him, not even looking now, even though itâs been pointed out to you, âMaybe youâre a bad influence.â Eddie smiles, placing a quick kiss to your lips before stripping himself down bare, fisting himself a little once finished. âDonât know what you think youâre doing with that without-â
Eddie digs into his jacket pocket before throwing it down and pulls out a condom, holding it up to your face. âI come prepared, my lady, no need to worry.â You hum in response, watching him rip open and roll on the condom. Once itâs on, he quickly holds at your thighs, taking no time to slowly push himself deep into you.
âNot gonna lie, Angel,â he sighs as his cock bottoms out, âIâve been looking forward to ducking you into your white sheets for months.â You blush as he starts to move, a soft moan leaving you as his hips roll into yours. âCould fuck this pussy all day, like a fucking drug,â he kisses your cheek. You bite your lip trying to not moan, but each thrust presses that perfect spot as he knows your body just all too well.
âEddieâŠâ you whimper out his name, your ankles crossing behind his back. His thrusts stay slow, sensual, easing you into it as the knot already forms in your stomach. Heâs gonna be the death of you one day.
He lays his head on your shoulder, tilting it downward so he can watch the place your bodies intersect, watching his cock thrust in and out of you achingly slow. âEddie, please,â you mutter out a beg, wanting him to pick up speed, to just put you out of your misery, but he doesnât. âNot yet, baby girl,â he kisses you once, twice, three time before staring down at you, âgonna fuck you nice a slow, watch you get sensitive before letting you finally cum.â
He does this for a good thirty minutes, making you get testy as you cling to him, wanting him to just fuck you harder. âEddie, please.â He picks up the pace, thrusting his hips into you a little harder. You gasp, the feeling sending you so close to your climax you have to fully concentrate to not finish. âEds..!â You grip at his shoulders.
âGo on, Baby, cum for me.â You do, harder than youâve ever before. Your eyes water, thighs clenching around his hips as you let out the most erotic sounds. After that it only takes him a few more thrusts before heâs whimpering out an orgasm of his own, hiding his face in your hair.
You stay like that for a moment, just both catching your breath. After a few minutes he pulls away, tying the condom and dropping it in the trash can under your desk. He slips back on his boxers before climbing back onto the bed, it shifts under his weight. You turn over to him as he lays next to you, pulling the covers over you both.
âI really enjoyed that.â You speak first, pulling the pillow under your head closer. Eddie smiles at you, his body fully turned in your direction, laying on his side. His hand lifts and pushes a few loose strands of your hair behind your ear, âYeah?â To which you nod. âI did do,â he follows up.
You feel your cheeks heat up as you hide your face into the pillow, feeling butterflies flutter around in your stomach. âLike, I really liked that,â you hope the tone expresses what you mean. You didnât just like it, you loved it.
Eddie canât stop the corners of his mouth from lifting, watching you hide your face, your ears turning red from your flush. He leans over and places a soft kiss against your hair. âI really liked that, too,â he emphasizes the same word and you groan as you curl into your blankets more, making him chuckle.
âAngel,â his hand presses against your bare back, his warm fingers running up and down your bare skin. Itâs not sexual, just soft, comforting, like home. âI love you, so fucking much,â his voice falters a bit, immediately gravitating your attention. You snap your head up, seeing his eyes looking so soft, so loving. It makes you wanna cry.
But you donât, taking in a shaky breath as you shift closer to him, pressing your head against his chest. âI love you, Eddie Munson. So much.â You nuzzle your face into his skin, your hands making their way around his torso, pushing him to lay on his back with you on top of him. âYou make me so happy,â you mumble, leaving a couple kisses against his bare chest.
Then your door opens. The creaking of the hinges the first thing you hear before itâs followed with âDarling, do you have-â your motherâs head pops into the doorframe, your whole world crashing as she makes direct eye contact with you.
The door bursts open, the knob banging into the wall loudly, making you jump. âMomma!â You yell out, pulling the blankets up your shoulders. She does say anything, which is somehow scarier. She just stomps farther in, gripping her fists around your powder blue comforter before yanking it back. Thankfully, Eddie sees this about to happen before you do, and grips tighter at the sheets underneath to keep you just covered.
âWhat in the hell is this!?â Your motherâs voice booms out, your eyes shutting tight as you flinch at her loud voice. âMomma-â âNo. Donât âMommaâ me! I knew we were being too easy with you! Honey!â She walks back out, stomping her feet angrily, calling out to your father, as she makes her way down the stairs.
You both scurry out of the bed, your heart racing, âno no no no!â You quickly snatch your underwear off the floor slipping them on and following with your nightgown, Eddie doing the same with his jeans and tee. âThis is so bad, this is really badâŠ!â You follow after her as quickly as possible, Eddie following after you.
You reach the bottom of the stairs, booking it into the dining room where your mother is already telling your father, âMomma, please, just listen-!â You feel your eyes watering, genuinely terrified as to what will happen next. âYouâre⊠tramp of a daughter had a boy-â Eddie enters the room and your mother gestures to him aggressively, as if his presence fuels her anger more, âthis boy in her room! I found them entangled together!â Your mother looks absolutely mortified.
âPlease just let me explain!â You quickly cut in, looking at your father with those little doe eyes you know he canât deny. Your father sighs, glancing at your mother then back at you then his gaze shifts to behind you, at Eddie. âExplain.â Your mother scoffs at him, âThereâs nothing to explain! Heâs ruined her! I canât have another scandal with this family! Logan is already dealing with his divorce!â Your motherâs voice shakes with rage, you can feel her blood boiling from where you stand, âWhat will the church think?â
Your father sighs. âSweetheart,â his eyes set on you, the same ones that used to calm you as a child, âWho is this boy?â You hesitate but straighten up your posture, glad to be given the chance. âDaddy,â you reach other to Eddie and grab his arm, pulling him forward, âThis is Eddie, heâs my boyfriend.â Your mother lets out a cold laugh at this, but says nothing.
Your father takes a deep breath but before he can speak, a voice draw the attention of everyone in the room. âOh, hey, Eddie? Good to see you again, man.â
Logan steps into the room, walking straight up to Eddie, taking his hand in his own and shaking it. âI didnât know you were meeting everyone tonight.â He looks over at you, obviously a little confused.
âI-â Eddie goes to speak, but your mom interrupts him. âI found him in your sisterâs room, Logan. In her bed!â Logan tries not to show any drastic emotions to this news, but you catch his eye twitch. âAh, yeah I can see where youâd consider that a problem,â he rubs the back of his neck.
âYou know this boy, son?â Your father asks, pointing to Eddie, but his eyes fixed on your brother. âYeah,â Logan speaks, looking at you one more time before shifting his gaze to your nervous boyfriend, âmet him a while ago, heâs a good kid.â He pats Eddieâs shoulder. âFound out he was dating (y/n) not too long ago. They make a cute couple donât they?â He smiles at you.
Your father looks Eddie over, âYou believe in God, boy?â âYes, sir.â Eddie speaks up decently fast, not taking any chances, but you know damn well his belief is questionable. Then the older man looks back at you, his eyes physically softening.
Your fatherâs always had a sweet spot for you, getting defensive when your mother would beat you for stupid things. Youâre his âgodâs blessing,â probably the only person in this house to feel that way. And thatâs what made you favor him over your mother.
âDoes he treat you right? Doesnât hit you or anything?â You smile at him, âNo, sir, heâs kind and sweet. Treats me well.â You keep it simple and straight to the point. He looks back over at Eddie before continuing, âDo you love âem?â âHa!â Your mother laughs, âlove him? Honey, she doesnât know-â âYes.â You cut her off, your arms squeezing tighter on Eddieâs, âlove him with all my heart, Daddy.â
Your father sighs. âIf Logan thinks heâs good enough I donât see why we should have a problem with him.â Your mother squeaks, flabbergasted by your fatherâs words, âbecause he was in her bed? This is a Christian household! I will not let a teen pregnancy tarnish this family!â âYou use condoms?â The question was directed at Eddie this time, making you both flush red. âY-Yes, sir.â âThen thatâs that.â Your father stands, coming over and patting Eddie on the shoulder, ânice to meet you, Eddie,â before walking out of the room, your mother chasing after him.
You, Eddie, and Logan all stand there for a moment, a little shook after the very direct question. Logan speaks first, turning to you both. âYou two are fucking stupid.â He speaks through his teeth, but heâs not angry, heâs trying not to laugh, âmy God, really? At home? Come on.â He lets out a soft chuckle. âI better get something from that talk, cause Jesus save me, that was awful.â âIâll get you a free drink at the Hideout,â Eddie follows quietly, which you just look at him. âDeal. After that shit show, Iâll fucking need it, but thatâs just your payment,â Logan turns to you, âyou owe me, kid. Jesus, now you know why I drink.â

You decided to spend the night at Eddieâs, the two of you cuddling together as the morning sun shone through his blinds.
You groaned as the brightness interrupted you from your slumber, Eddie still fast asleep, drooling onto his pillow, making you laugh every time it happened.
You stroke his hair, moving the tangled mess away from his face, noticing the time on the alarm clock on his bedside table.
âBaby,â you whisper, âItâs time to get up.â
You feel his arm tighten around your waist, pulling you closer to him as he mumbles, âFive more minutes.â
âThe last time you said that, we ended up being half an hour late to class,â you remind him.
âSo, be thirty minutes late. Iâd rather spend time with my girl,â he says, his eyes remaining closed.
âIâd rather spend time with you too baby, but Iâd also like to graduate.â
He opens one eye and smirks at you, quickly leaping up and hovering over you, pinning you down and placing kisses all over your face.
âEddie!â you giggle, âWe need to get up!â
âI am,â he replies, âJust giving you a morning kiss, thatâs all.â
He captures your top lip in his, the pair of you sharing a loving kiss as you cup both of his cheeks. As you part, you whisper, âGood morning.â
âGâmorning, angel,â he replies, giving you one final kiss as he gets up, stretching and walking over to his dresser.
You do the same, leaving his bedroom and turning to your left, entering the bathroom to brush your teeth.
Eddie is shuffling through his drawers, frantically looking for his Hellfire t-shirt, a staple for his campaign tonight.
âUh, babe?â he yells to you, you shouting back, âYeah?â
âDo you know where my Hellfire t-shirt is?â
âShit,â you mumble to yourself, spitting out the toothpaste in your mouth and washing off your toothbrush. You decided last night to give the Munsons a hand with their laundry, setting up a load to be cleaned overnight.
Opening up the lid, you sift through the clothes, coming across the white t-shirt with black rimming, the infamous logo plastered in the centre. The t-shirt had to be dried naturally, putting it in the dryer risking the print peeling off.
The t-shirt was not wearable. It was soaked through.
âUm⊠I do, but we may have a problem,â you reply, cringing to yourself as Eddie appears in the doorway, you holding up the soaked t-shirt.
He huffs, you knowing how important it was that he had his t-shirt for campaign night, âBaby, you literally had one job!â
âI know, and Iâm sorry!â you apologise, yelling back at him, the start of an argument brewing, âI just thought I was being helpful by doing yours and Wayneâs laundry. I didnât even think to check what was in the overgrowing pile.â
âYeah,â he scoffs, âWell, maybe you shouldâve.â
A saddened look expresses itself on your face, Eddie seemingly ignoring it as he powers back to his dresser, looking for another shirt to wear. âThe boys are gonna be so annoyed at me. I can already hear Dustinâs voice in my head, like âDude, where the hell is your shirt?â and then I have to explain how my girlfriend lumped it in with the pile of dirty clothes that she randomly decided to wash at 12am on a Thursday night.â
You try to reason with him, âBaby, I said Iâm sorry. Next time, Iâll make sure to check through the clothes with you, make sure thereâs nothing there that you desperately need.â
âWell, itâs too late now, isnât it sweetheart?â he sarcastically replies back, throwing a Black Sabbath t-shirt over his head in replacement and pushing past you out of his room.
If thereâs one thing about Eddie, itâs that the tiniest little thing that went wrong during his day would throw him off for the remainder of it. So, him not having the correct shirt for his campaign meant he was giving you mumbles and grumbles for answers, or just ignoring you completely.
You were currently in second period History, Eddie sat to your right on his own individual desk as he frustratedly stabbed his pencil repeatedly through his notebook. You tried your best to concentrate on Mrs. Clickâs voice rambling on about the Second World War, but you just couldnât focus in, the mistake you made eating you up alive.
You had an idea on how to make up for your mistake, but with Eddieâs silent treatment, you realise that your plan may not come to fruition.
You see Jason Carver spit out his gum from behind you, rolling it up into a ball and throwing it at Eddie, the sticky food tangling itself into Eddieâs curly hair. Jason and his friends begin to laugh, Eddie not even noticing the action as you sigh in your seat. Why did they have to target him so much? Why couldnât they simply mind their own business?
As you hear the bell ring, Eddie slams his notebook shut, being one of the first ones to exit the room, you quickly packing your things away to run after your boyfriend.
âEddie, wait!â you yell, making him turn around and a sigh escape his mouth. âIâm not here to annoy you baby, itâs justâŠâ you pause, âTurn around for me.â
He follows your request, his back now facing you as you lean up on your tiptoes, grabbing the piece of gum which had attached itself to his brown curls, and pulling it out in chunks with your fingers.
Eddie couldnât help but sigh at the feeling of your hands in his hair, even if he had no idea what you were doing. No matter what kind of argument you two had ever gotten in, your touch always brought him back to reality. How could he stay mad at such a sweet girl like you?
You grab his shoulder, guiding him to turn back around as you show him the ball of food in your fingers, âGum.â
âJason?â he asks, to which you nod, âFuckinâ prick.â
You sigh in agreement, pursing your lips as a strong silence fills the air between you two. You twiddle with your thumbs as Eddie watches his feet scuff along the floor. However, itâs like you both felt the tension as you began to speak at the same time.
âY/N, Iââ
âEddie, I justââ
You both chuckle as you direct to him, âYou go first, honey.â
Even after a fight, you would still call him pet names. Itâs a reminder to him that you didnât see him in a different light, something that grounds him, especially since losing you is one of his biggest fears.
âI was gonna say Iâm sorry,â he begins, âI totally overreacted. Itâs just a shirt and not having it for one session isnât going to ruin the whole thing. I just let my emotions get the better of me⊠and Iâm sorry for that.â
You smile as you cups his cheeks, âItâs not just a shirt to you baby, itâs a reminder of the club you built, of your favourite hobby, of how talented you are to create and lead these campaigns. You donât need to belittle yourself just to make me forgive you easier. I would never hold something as small as this against you, I hope you know that.â
He nods as he places a tender kiss on your forehead, you continuing by telling him your plan, âAs I said, I will check with you beforehand next time. But⊠I do think I have a way I can make up for this.â
âOh yeah? Whatâs that?â
You look into his eyes, âLater on, Iâll take the bus home. When I get home, Iâll drive over to yours and retrieve a very meaningful t-shirt to you that I may or may not have left out to dry so I could give it to you before the campaign starts. How does that sound?â
He shakes his head, âMy love, I already said itâs okay. You donât need to do that just for meââ
You cut him off, âBut, I want to do that for you. Seeing you happy is my favourite thing in the world and if that means going out of my way to pick up your Hellfire t-shirt, then by all means I will do that for you. Also,â you add, âI wasnât really asking, Iâm doing it regardless.â
He chuckles, âYouâre stubborn, you know that?â You raise your eyebrows and smirk at him, âAnd I love that about you.â You giggle as your lips connect, the pair of you not caring who is around in the school hallways, they could cope.
âThank you,â he lowly speaks, âWhat would I ever do without you?â
âWear a week-old, smelly Hellfire t-shirt to school?â you laugh.
He nods, âYeah, probably. I used to do that before I met you,â he admits. âI say lunch is calling us, what do you think, sweetheart?â
You squint your eyes at him and smile, wrapping an arm around his waist, his going over your shoulder, âI say some watery mashed potatoes and dry chicken is the pick me up I need.â
You both laugh as you walk down the halls of Hawkins High and to the cafeteria, Eddie walking over to his seat at Hellfireâs lunch table as you stand in the queue for the disgusting cafeteria food, Eddie blowing a kiss to you from his seat which you pretend to catch and press to your cheek.
And by 4pm that afternoon, Eddie was throwing on his Hellfire t-shirt in the boys bathroom, the pair of you sharing a few too many kisses before Eddie went and attended his campaign, perfectly in the mood to be the ideal Dungeon Master.
thank you so much for reading and i hope you enjoyed this!! <3

Soft Touch Baby
Part 1 | Eddieâs POV | Song | ao3
This is the song as mentioned in Pt 12 and Pt 13⊠literally only @madigoround asked for it but! They asked for it! And they shall receive it. â€ïž song is âFar Awayâ by Nickelback.
âEds?â
Eddie hums, looking up from his notebook. âWhatâs up, sweetheart?â
Steve blushes at the nickname, like he does every time. Eddie smiles, like he does every time. âDâyou remember the first night I came over?â
Eddie blinks, frowning some. âWhen you almost called?â Steve nods. âYeah. What about it?â
âRemember you worked on a song?â
âI⊠think so?â He screws up his face in concentration. âIâve got, like, six songs going all the time, but yeah, I think I remember.â
Steve bites his lip. Nods. Takes a breath, decides to be brave. âCan I hear it?â
âOh.â Eddieâs staring at him, wide-eyed, then must see in Steveâs face that heâs about to take it back, because he smiles. âYeah, of course, just, uh.â He chuckles, blushes, pulls his hair in front of his face for a moment. âItâs, uh. Not the kind of thing I usually write. At all, actually. Itâs, uhâŠâ he huffs out a laugh. âGod. Okay. Uh.â He shakes his head.
Steve frowns. âEds, you donât have to show me if you donât want to.â
âI do! I swear! Itâs justâŠâ he groans, tips backwards onto the bed, covers his face with his hands. âItâs maybe⊠possibly⊠about you. And⊠not. At the same time. Us? And the whole, uh, situation? Thing? And also maybe itâs me projecting about the future?â
âEddie.â Full name. Serious. But not legal name; heâs not in trouble. âYou donât have to show me if you donât want to. But if you do want to, Iâd love to hear it.â He shrugs. âIt was just me being nosy anyways.â
âI⊠fuck. Yeah. Okay. I do, I swear, lemme find⊠guitar, pick, notebook, where the fuck-â
âYour desk is a mess,â Steve says by way of answer, nodding over to it with a smile. âUnder the calendar.â
âYouâre an angel,â he tells Steve seriously. Steve blushes. Again.
He grabs the guitar, ensures itâs tuned, and begins with a C-chord.
Itâs slower than anything heâs done, a simple up-and-down strum, and heâs not sliding his fingers along the frets, making the guitar sing. Itâs accompanying him instead, heâs not fighting it, and itâs⊠nice. Itâs really nice.
It feels like a song Steve would hear on the radio and instantly want to listen to a hundred more times.
Then Eddie starts singing, and, well⊠itâs a good thing theyâre already dating.
This time, this place / Misused, mistakes / Too long, too late / Who was I to make you wait?
Steve is instantly transported back to the Upside Down, when they were fighting for their lives. They didnât have time to make mistakes; didnât know how to do anything different. Too late.
Just one chance, just one breath / Just in case there's just one left / 'Cause you know, you know, you know
Steveâs breath hitches. Heâs vaguely aware of tears on his face, his mind replaying the moment he dropped down beside Eddie, started administering CPR, muttering âyou donât get to do this, câmon, Munson, take a breath, just one breath, câmon.â
That I love you / I have loved you all along / And I miss you / Been far away, for far too long
Oh. Steveâs world screeches to a stop, and all that matters is the lines Eddie just sang. I love you.
I keep dreaming you'll be with me / And you'll never go / Stop breathing if I don't see you anymore
And, fuck, thatâs it, isnât it? Thatâs the codependent shit theyâve got going on right now, their dreams involve each other, then waking up and feeling like suffocating because no oneâs there-
On my knees, I'll ask / Last chance for one last dance / 'Cause with you; I'd withstand / All of hell to hold your hand
âChrist,â Steve mutters, hunting around for a tissue.
Eddie stops. âBaby?â
âDonât fucking baby me,â Steve gripes, overwhelmed. âFuck. I love you. So much. Finish the song. Please.â
Eddieâs breath hitches. He finishes the song.
I'd give it all; I'd give for us / Give anything, but I won't give up / 'Cause you know, you know, you know
âFuck,â Steve mutters again, giggling through his tears. I wonât give up.
That I love you / I have loved you all along / And I miss you / Been far away, for far too long
Steve sings along this time, best he can, staring directly at Eddie as he does so. Eddieâs eyes are shiny.
I keep dreaming you'll be with me / And you'll never go / Stop breathing if I don't see you anymore
Maybe theyâre too codependent. Who gives a fuck. They made it.
So far away, so far away / Been far away, for far too long / So far away, so far away / Been far away, for far too long
Not anymore, Steve thinks fiercely. Not ever again.
But you know, you know, you know / I wanted, I'd wanted you to stay /'Cause I needed / I need to hear you say
Always, Steve thinks, knowing the next lines. Always. Iâll always say it.
That I love you / I have loved you all along / And I forgive you / For being away, for far too long
He sings again, and Eddieâs breath hitches again, and he has to pause and giggle, wiping his nose.
So keep breathing / 'Cause I'm not leaving you anymore / Believe it / Hold on to me and never let me go
âJesus fuck,â Steve says passionately. âI love you so goddamn much.â
Eddie smiles shakily. âCan I baby you now?â
Steve laughs, wipes at his face. âAlways, yes, Jesus.â
âBaby,â Eddie whispers, and suddenly theyâre both clinging to each other.
Steve whispers, âI hate you.â
Eddie whispers back, âI love you too.â

Whatâs your favorite thing about Eddie?
So, so many things.
I love that he's the person I needed the most when I was in school; I was most definitely a lost sheepie and in many ways, I do feel like I'm still looking for Eddie. I was bullied for fifteen years - literally from the day I started pre-school right up until I graduated sixth form college about a decade ago - and I love that he's the person I needed back then. There's some catharsis in loving him now as I look back on my teenage self. I love the way he welcomes and accepts people, the way he meets them where they are and doesn't judge them, unless they give him a reason not to. And if that's the case, then he'll judge them before they can judge him. He's kind right up until he isn't and he gives as good as he gets in all ways. I love him for knowing when to speak up and when to put down the hatches and settle in for the ride. I love him for becoming the very person he needed when he was younger; there's a quiet strength in that. And we all know that Uncle Wayne taught him how to do that!đ„ș
I love his clothes, his taste in music - it's very similar to mine. Ozzy was my first love, I remember throwing absolute tantrums if mum turned off one of his songs before it finished. I have video footage of me at three years old dancing to Mr Crowley, wearing an "Ozzy" tophat and wriggling my little body as much as I could, grinning. As an adult, if Ozzy doesn't make me smile, it's a serious red flag towards the state of my mental health. I fall asleep every night listening to a Black Sabbath album (usually Master of Reality) and I will not sleep if I don't have Ozzy playing. I love that Eddie would vibe so hard with that and he and I would get to bond over Ozzy. If Eddie ever dated me, he'd have to agree to 'share' me - if he wants one more kiss, then I get one more Ozzy song before we get out of the van. Take it or leave it, Munson.đ
I love Eddie's bravery. He'll shout, swear, call it stupid, all three all at once, but he will do it anyway because it's right. He'll do it, but he's gonna let the world know he doesn't want to and I love that so much. His perseverance, his loyalty to his friends and his uncle, his ability to endure a fucking man-hunt but still being kind, still cracking jokes... his genuine want to graduate, his love of D&D, his passion and devotion, creativity, imagination, determination, compassion and emotional intelligence, his perceptiveness, his gentility, his humour, his ability to read someone with a look and know what they need from him and the way he'll give it to them if he can. His tirades and his ability to listen to an eight minute song and master playing it in just eighteen days around all the other things I just mentioned. I love his voice and the way he speaks with his hands.
I love Eddie's internal and external beauty but most of all, most of all, I love Eddie Munson because he's Eddie. My sweet angel baby.
Eddie being who he is, is everything to me. I strive every day to be someone he'd love and be proud of. He (and his dad) have genuinely stopped me from quitting university at least five times each, and that's just last semester. I am leaning and clinging and loving.đ

Thinking about how the synopsis of 'flight of icarus' (Eddie Munson's backstory book) looks a lot like the lyrics from "lake placid (i don't wanna go)" by lana del rey
it's an unreleased btw
no i'm not kidding it's really similar (exept for the first part, that boy really wants a spotlight,,, and he's LOUD)
basically, what i understand from the lyrics is that both of them, lana and the guy she talks about are out of their towns (maybe they came from the same small town or maybe they knew eachother already in this big city and came from different places), they are in a big city like Hollywood or Los Angeles (she talks about them A LOT in her albuns and also in this one) and both of them don't want to come back, maybe because they're in love for eachother and don't want to bring this to an end or just because they are living a happy life here and going back to their towns means going back to a bad place, and they are good here, but need to go anyways so they don't have a choice. The guy apparently is a biker, likes listening to rock music and wears leather jackets, but has a good heart and big dreams underneath. Also lana says thay she was "reaching for the sun", maybe she was reaching her dreams in this big city, or just finally living a happy life next to him because she never had a happy life before (guys it's an ultraviolence unreleased, she was very pessimist it that era)
and i didn't marked the "he don't wanna go home" parts because lana repeats this a lot and yes it's obvious that Eddie don't wanna go back to Hawkins or his father ever again
let's go to the lyrics then
youtube
The lyrics:
[Verse 1]
He donât like no spotlight
He the kinda man, stand real quiet
He donât wanna go, go home
He donât wanna go, go home
Heâs a sweet baby, but he looks mean
In his soft leather, and his blue jeans
He donât wanna go, go
He donât wanna go, go, go
[Pre-Chorus 1]
You are just an American boy
You got your youth and you got your dreams
You ride your Harley like thereâs nothing to lose
You got the wind, but youâre not free
[Chorus]
And you don't wanna go, go home
I donât wanna go, go home
We donât wanna go, go home
Baby tonight
Baby tonight
[Verse 2]
He donât like no small things
He be riding round on some tall dreams
He donât wanna go, go home
HĐ” donât wanna go, go home
Hollywood sun, small town things
Probably heâs changed, thatâs why hĐ” drinks
He donât wanna go, go home
He donât wanna go, go home
[Pre-Chorus 2]
He was just an American kid
Liked rock and roll and wanted to have fun
He felt the same way all of us did
Like probably he was the only one
[Chorus]
And you don't wanna go, go home
I wonât wanna go, go home
We wonât wanna go, go home
Baby tonight
Baby tonight
[Bridge]
I was just an American girl
I was reaching for the sun
I never really had big dreams when I saw you
Were my only one
[Chorus]
And I don't wanna go, go home
I donât wanna go, go home
Baby tonight
âââââââââââ
lmao stranger writers what are y'all into
Edit: GUYS THERE'S ONE MORE SONG THAT FITS INTO THIS
THE SONG IS A DEMO VERSION OF "LET ME LOVE YOU LIKE A WOMAN" AND IT'S CALLED "PINK CHAMPAGNE"
IT'S THE SAME STORY BUT TALKING MORE IN A ROMANTIC WAY
GUYS SHE MADE TWO SONGS ABOUT THIS SAME SITUATION ANS YES THEY WERE A COUPLE
we have two versions, the saddest one that she talks about her feelings and basically being overall depressed and in love with him
and other one that literally starts with:
"I come from a small town, how about you?
I only mention it 'cause I'm ready to leave LA
And I want you to come
Eighty miles North or South will do
I don't care where as long as you're with me
And I'm with you and you let me
(Chorus)
Let me love you like a woman
Let me hold you like a baby..... etc"
AND THE INSTRUMENTAL IT'S WITH THAT ROCK VIBES AGHHHTT I LOVE ULTRAVIOLENCE SO MUCH
maybe i'm crazy sorry guys don't mind me i'm anxious
(paige we don't want you and eddie in a romantic relationship okay, stay away from him)
#lmao i really don't want them to be a couple but this song just fits so damn well#paige i hate you#eddie munson#stranger things#joseph quinn#eddie munson headcanons#the flight of icarus book#the flight of icarus#Youtube

âFigures,â he mumbles. And it does, Steve Harrington being a literal demon. Handsome, rich, charming, beloved by everyone? Yeah. And they think Eddie is the monster.
Steve chuckles. âWhat's wrong, Munson? Hoping for something a little more cartoonish? Horns and a tail?â
âYou could be hiding horns in all that goofy hair,â he quips, because why not? The world has proven to be extremely unfair but no one will ever take being an asshole from Eddie Munson.
A happy grin splits Steve's handsome face, making him Hollywood Walk-of-Fame hot, instead of his usual boy-next-door hot. So fucking unfair. They do say Lucifer was the most beautiful angel.
âYou're not scared of me,â Steve observes.
He thinks about it. Thereâs a part of Eddie that's surprised the stupid ritual worked, another part annoyed that the demon known as Steve Harrington was the one to answer his call, still another part kind of excited to be verbally sparring with a supernatural creature, but scared? Nah.
âI once saw you chug six cartons of lunch milk on a dare.â He looks Steve up and down. âCome to think of it, what was a demon doing in high school anyway?â
He leans casually up against the kitchen counter. âWe all have to start somewhere.â
That's interesting. âSo you're bornâŠlike a human?â
His eyes flash red again, a cat-like eyeshine. âNot human. No.â He claps, the crack of it actually startles Eddie. âEnough about me. Let's talk about you. What could the infamous Eddie Munson want with a pet demon? It's a little on the nose, don't you think? You, summoning demons.â
He shrugs. âI was bored.â
Steve slinks forward, cat-like again. âNo. You shed blood for me, Eddie.â He takes Eddie's hand in his, cradles it, brings it up to their eyeline. As though Eddie forgot he'd sliced his palm open. It still throbs where the skin split. He doesn't care about that, he only cares that Steve's skin is warm, soft, dry. Normal.
âThis is serious magic, you know? I don't just show up like this for anybody.â He curls Eddie's fingers, balling his fist up gently. âSo? What'll it be?â
The answer is logged in his throat, impossible to loosen. He would've answered to any other demon. But not Steve Harrington. He'll die before he admits this weakness.
âC'mon man, my mom taped Dynasty for me, I was really enjoying it before you called. Let me do your little song and dance so I can get back home and finish my story.â
That's an image. âYour mom a demon too?â
Steve quirks an eyebrow. âShe's on the board of our HOA. What do you think?â
âThat's a yes. Did she have to dock your tail as a baby? Like a Rottweiler puppy?â
âEddie,â Steve leans in, close enough that Eddie can see the way the red shines right through the honey brown in his eyes, âwhat do you want?â
âNothing. You can go.â
He studies Eddie, unwilling to take him at his word apparently. âNo. Tell me. Is it concert tickets? A motorcycle? Your diploma maybe?â
Eddie closes his eyes so Steve doesn't see the stupid tears building up. What an unbelievable asshole. He knew that, even before the whole demon thing, but really, that was a low blow.
Steve realizes it too. âSorry,â he mumbles. âBeing mean is sort of in my nature. Not a good excuse but it's true.â
The apology sounds sincere, which is weird enough to get Eddie to peek at him. He finds Steve has backed up, hands in his pockets, looking sufficiently contrite.
âIt'sâŠfine. Seriously though, you're free to leave. I don't think you can help me.â
He's studying Eddie again, like he'll find some clue on Eddie's Motörhead shirt or his ratty flannel pants.
âYou want me to kill someone?â
That startles a laugh out of him. âWould you? If I asked?â
âDepends on who it is,â he says, completely serious.
âPrincipal Higgins,â Eddie tests him.
Unfortunately, Steve sees right through that. âThat would be fun but that's not why you called me.â
âSo what? I said you're free to go, why are you so obsessed with this?â
âWell, Mr Doesn't Read the Fine Print, I'm not free to go. You see, this,â he's in Eddieâs space again in an instant, tugging on Eddie's injured hand, âthis means you've bound me to you until the parameters of the deal have been met. So either you tell me what you want or you wake up at seven am tomorrow to follow me to open Scoops Ahoy.â
Eddie blinks. âYou work at Scoops Ahoy?â
âYes.â He stares back. âWhat? I had to get a summer job.â
âBut you're a demon.â
âSo? You think if I could magic up whatever I wanted for myself I would be living here? Serving ice cream to nine year olds while wearing a polyester sailor suit?â
Holy shit, I bet he has to wear the shorts and everything, Eddie thinks.
âWe're getting off track.â He jiggles Eddie's arm. âJust tell me, dude. If you think it's bad, you should've heard the shit I did for Tommy H. Sadistic little shit still doesn't understand everything I did for him.â
âFine. Get me a motorcycle.â
That earns him another grin. âNope. Try again. You had intent when you called me. That matters. It has to be fulfilled or we're stuck together. And I can tell you now, you do not want to be stuck with me. I'm not always this pleasant.â
Eddie can't, won't, say it. It's the most vulnerable thing he's ever asked the universe for, and he's not admitting it to the former captain of the basketball team.
âI'm sure it'll wear off after a while.â
âWear off- You- Oh my god, humans shouldn't be allowed to do magic.â He rubs at his temples.
Peripherally, Eddie is aware that Steve has really nice arms, but that's not relevant.
âI'll have to torture the information out of you, you realize that, right?â
Intriguing. âWhat sort of torture?â
Steve stares. âYou know, it's you saying shit like that why people think you're a freak.â
Eddie shrugs.
âOkay. Fine. It'll start with nightmares. Then I'll curse all your food to taste like ash. Next comes the flies, hundreds of them. Then the dead birds, then-â
Ugh. What a clichĂš. He marches over to the couch and flings himself down. âWhatever, dude. Do your worst.â He grabs the remote and turns the TV on. It's getting late, most of the channels are off the air, but that doesn't stop him from surfing. He can feel Steve staring. Eddie hopes his mouth is hanging open in offense. He doesn't want to look, it'll ruin the effect.
âFine. Fine!â He stomps over and throws himself down in Wayne's chair.
And that's the story of how Eddie got a pet demon. The binding doesn't end up being all that difficult to work around, they just have to see each other once a day. Eddie likes to visit Scoops and bother him and Robin. They end up forming a tight little unit. Steve doesn't seem all that bothered to be tied to Eddie and, strangest of all, after months of all their close contact, something more grows.
It's not until one morning, waking up in Eddie's arms to find the binding gone, that Steve realizes what Eddie had wanted that night.
He never does admit it. Says he's still waiting on his motorcycle.
Demon Eddie this, Demon Eddie thatâŠtake a minute to picture Demon STEVE
Theres so much fun to be had with that. Maybe thatâs how he got to the top, favours and exchanges
People come to him with requests and they donât know how, but he always gets it done.
And then they owe him.
It becomes a thing for him to jokingly go âyou owe me!â With a big smile, but they literally do. And he always cashes in, but usually just for small things he wants in the moment. Like a spare cigarette or a drink at a party.
And hey! Maybe Eddie DOES try to summon demonsâŠ
And one night, after heâs playing dress up as a satanist, he finally manages to summon one successfully.
Not that he knows that, all he knows is that Steve Harrington is knocking on his door all of a sudden.
Stupid puffy hair and goofy grin staring at him while he leans in.
âYou called?â
And Eddie looks towards the phone slowly and back to Steve. Because no, no he didnât.
Heâs too tired and high to even pretend to be polite, just shutting the door in his face before leaning against it with a deep sigh.
But when he opens his eyes, Steve is stood there. In his trailer. As if Eddie didnât just block his only way in and- okay, yeah. His eyes are fucking red.
He probably shouldnât have used that book.
