 Eclipsa’s dad’s name is Alphonse, and he is the sailor guy she calls to to open the secret passages when talking with Star. Solaria and him were not married, and she preferred it that way.

Marco Diaz Ancestor theory kinda

I know i know i should be drawing but i saw a video saying Captains Alphons (the captain we see in pictures on both marcos room and eclipsa’s room )/confirmed Eclipsa’s dad and solaria (eclipsa mom/ a previous mewmin queen ) bang on a ship and had eclipsa then the captain left cause the queen said she didn’t have time for a king 

but it kinda feels like Captain came to earth and started a family that leads to the birth one of marco's parents  making Marco a half royal thought blood connection to eclipse. even if not directly that could implicated that as the only true bloodline left other then Meteoria Marco would be considered the next true hair of the butterfly bloodline.

 the captains other children would be considered eclipsa's half siblings making their children eclipsa's nieces and nephews regardless of marriage between captain and queen. with that in mind Eclipsa's Half Siblings would have had more right to the throne then a stranger and since the council couldn't exile/dethrone what they don't know the butterfly rights to the throne would have gone to the half siblings if the system is similar to real life royals who don't have an Heir. 

which means Marco would be considered (in name)the True Butterfly heir and with no one to oppose him  he'd be the (bastardized) true king of mewnin so having star fall in love/ marry him would make her a true  (again only in name )Butterfly queen thought marriage. the actual butterfly bloodline would be taken out of the royal family but the Butterfly Name would continue to rule with star family not being a fraud  peasant family but an actual Butterfly. 

not much is told about the captains relationship with the queen or eclipsa but considering exlipsa kept a picture of him and used it to escape or wonder into unknown places it’s kinda feels like he did see her once in a while or at least enough for her to feel comfortable to have his picture be the secret door.

another thing is Solaris might have took the Captain as a Concubine instead of a king so she wouldn’t be tied down and he’d not need to take the butterfly name which means one child could be considered the legitimate heir and any other children would not and have to retain the captains name. with a Heir produced and a second unneed child that would have to remain  a secret or have the captain marry the queen because of legal reasons/to keep the butterfly image among the mewins (once the captain was gone i suspect the royal family (mostly the council) lied to the public saying  Eclipsa’s father was a king who died over seas)

if eclipsa had a half or full sibling that was the ancestor of Marco then Marco is thou technicality or blood a Butterfly. and in one way or the other it would fix the Butterfly lineage

Okay so from what I understand...

Lyric had Skywynne with an unnamed person

Skywynne married Sir Gem-Robin and had Jushtin and Solaria

Jushtin married a Duchess from the Spiderbite Kingdom

Solaria had Eclipsa with Alphonse the Worthy

Eclipsa married Shastacan Spiderbite but had Meteora with Globgor

Festivia married Prince Musty Mountains and had Dirrhennia and Crescenta

Dirrhennia may have married Chad not 100% sure

And Crescenta had Rhina with some unknown guy or magically with Emily again not 100% sure

Rhina married Lord John Roachley and had Celena

No clue who Celena had Estrella with

Estrella married Azul Saint and had Comet and Etheria

Comet married Lazlo Marmalade and had Moon (and maybe Felicity and Heartrude) then Comet divorced Lazlo

He is the young brother of Eclipsa who was just 9 years old (Eclipsa 19) when their mother was assasinated. He was Over protected by his older sister. When she secretly met with Globgor, Aries followed where he began doing experiments with his body using GLobgor, First he transfuesed some blood, then he modified his Dna which made him grow a tail. At the moment Shastican had Ordered to Crystalize Eclipsa and he swaped Meteora with Festivia, That made Aries Preaty mad which made him lose control took the wand for a breath moment before he was crystalized. Aries The Innocent.

 3.     Vanesa Galaxy Butterfly 17 (Lightning bolts) {doesn’t have permmanent Cheeck marks)

She is Eclipsa’s Second Daugther, She was borned with no cheek marks. Vanesa is a fearless girl who doesn’t let Evil Stand un her way. She fell inlove with Richard and Started a Relationship with him. She and Him are hidding it. They don’t know how Eclipsa and Globgor and Star and Marco would react. She is a great fighter and helped Luna re build some robots and Gemini for Meteora. Vanesa The Kind Hearted.

You know I have to admit I'm kind of disappointed in the Meteora plot a bit after the fact. I mean I'm happy she got the happy ending she and her mother deserve but her time as a Villian was too short. I mean first she was a threat then she was joke then she was stated to be the most dangerous monster ever then gets defeated after 3 appearances later. I thought at one point she & Toffee would team up but no she's a baby and he's dead and probably won't come back :(

Meteora became a plot device. Not a character.

Aaaaaand, I’ll admit I want her to be an adult again. Why? I don’t like the easy cop out. Miss Heinous ruined lives. Yeah, her life sucked, and she was robbed of her technical birth right. 

But she mucked up. Kinda wanna see an adult Meteora try to redeem/make amends, and even if she doesn’t become queen, does restart the school on a stronger, healthier foundation.
