{Sonic the Hedgehog/Juniper of Ebon} [J.O.E EXTENDED SCENE 1]: "Bath Night" (UPDATED VERSION) (For © KatarinaTheCat) [R-15+]

Hailey Ranna: "...and here is the private bathing area that I've also mentioned."

Juniper Ebonywood: "How beautiful, Hailey 😊."

Hailey Ranna: "It's the best way to just sit back and relax 😙."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Do you actually come to this place very often, or...?"

Hailey Ranna: "Yes, sometimes."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Looks like this place hasn't been used much. This place sure brings back memories, doesn't it?"

Hailey Ranna: "Yes 😊 Indeed."

Juniper Ebonywood: Whew "Well, I don't know about you, but I sure could go for a nice soak. My muscles might have been aching up a sweat 😐."

Hailey Ranna: "Same here."

Juniper Ebonywood: "So, it's just the two of us tonight? Just as long as no one's watching us?"

Hailey Ranna: "That's right 🙂."

Juniper Ebonywood: Blushes "Oh, well... I'm not sure that's quite possible..."

Hailey Ranna: "Don't worry, Juniper 😉 It'll be alright."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Well, it's just... I've never undressed in front of another girl before 😳."

Hailey Ranna: "Really?"

Juniper Ebonywood: "Yeah, it's actually my first time."

Hailey Ranna: "So, you've never been to spas or bathhouses before?"

Juniper Ebonywood: "Well, not in places like this. It's quite possible, actually."

Hailey Ranna: "I see. Places like this sure are quite expensive at times."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Kinda like what we're in right now?"

Hailey Ranna: "Obviously."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Well, since we're actually both girls here... I might as well give it a shot."

Hailey Ranna: "That's the spirit, Juniper 😉."

(After a few moments of undressing)

Both: Sighs of relief

Hailey Ranna: "That's more like it 😌."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Mmph... Now, that is refreshing 😚."

Hailey Ranna: "Indeed ☺️."

Juniper Ebonywood: Curiously stares at Hailey's chest

Hailey Ranna: "What's up?"

Juniper Ebonywood: "Ah, err... Nothing, just... couldn't help but notice that your chest caught my attention... Blushes "Sorry 🫤."

Hailey Ranna: "It's okay, Juniper 😊. Say, you've inherited your mother's bust and curves."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Oh, uh... Thanks. I get that a lot sometimes. So, yeah... I actually kinda take after my mother's side of the family. It's basically a girl thing."

Hailey Ranna: "I understand."

Juniper Ebonywood: "So, what about you? Which side of your family do you take after?"

Hailey Ranna: "Mostly, my late mother."

Juniper Ebonywood: "I've heard you both actually shared the same similarities. What's that like?"

Hailey Ranna: "Well, it's kind of a genetic thing; one carries the genes after another and vice versa. So, basically, that sums up a lot of my family tree's history. I could always say the same about yours, though 😙."

Juniper Ebonywood: "You think so?"

Hailey Ranna: "Well, yes. I mean, you have your father's hair and all, but you also got your mother's curves. So technically, that makes pretty much everything you've strived to be, doesn't it?"

Juniper Ebonywood: "I guess that's true..." Thinks to herself while looking at her own chest.

Hailey Ranna: "From what I've heard, you sure have been growing into a fine young woman as time goes on. I can see why you pretty much take after her."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Yeah. Not to mention that chest keeps getting bigger by the minute. Not that it's becoming an issue, mind you. But it's mostly got to do with puberty and all that."

Hailey Ranna: "Well, that does seem kinda obvious. Speaking of which, would you mind passing the bucket?"

Juniper Ebonywood: "Sure thing."

(June passes the bucket to Hailey)

Juniper Ebonywood: "You know, there's something weird I forgot to mention before I went back to Ebon. It’s about this little girl, maybe around 2 years old. I think her name is Melissa. You might not know her, but there was this one time when she somehow managed to snuggle into my chest."

(Hailey exits the tub and begins rinsing herself)

Hailey Ranna: "Really? How did you think that might've turned out?"

Juniper Ebonywood: "To be honest, it's probably best that you don’t know."

(Hailey rinses herself again)

Hailey Ranna: "Well, I'm sure she must've had her reasons for that. I mean, she is just 2 years old after all, basically a toddler still figuring out the world."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Yeah, she's still young. Still has a lot to learn."

Hailey Ranna: "Seems likely. Believe me when I say this, I used to be just like that once. Full of energy, with no real understanding of the outside world. All I ever did was stay at the palace, being looked after by the maids."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Yeah, I’m sure that happens to a lot of kids at that age."

Hailey Ranna: "I'm guessing you went through something similar?"

Juniper Ebonywood: "Sure looks that way."

(Hailey reenters the bath)

Juniper Ebonywood: "So, what's your secret?"

Hailey Ranna: "What? You mean my hair? Oh, it’s nothing special. I just brush it three times, usually. And sometimes, I braid it. Simple as that. But, surely this kid never caused you much trouble, right?"

Juniper Ebonywood: "It's not that. She's usually pretty naive and innocent— a good kid, really. Just... not in the way you'd expect."

Hailey Ranna: "How would you describe her, then?"

Juniper Ebonywood: "Well, she's actually quite small. She was curious at first, and then she just crawled in at the last second. I’m not really sure why, though. Maybe it’s just a habit?"

Hailey Ranna: "That would explain why she found it fun to grab onto things, even though it was just out of curiosity. Most kids her age shouldn’t really act so recklessly these days, though... Still, she is just a child."

Juniper Ebonywood: "I know... I just find it a bit bizarre, that’s all."

Hailey Ranna: "Hey, would you mind scrubbing my back? I can’t quite reach from here."

Juniper Ebonywood: Picks up sponge "Oh, of course. I'd be happy to."

(June begins scrubbing Hailey’s back)

Hailey Ranna: "Mmmm... That feels perfect 😚"

Juniper Ebonywood: "I have to say, I think this bath is exactly what we needed after such a long day. Don’t you agree?"

Hailey Ranna: "Absolutely 😊"

Juniper Ebonywood: Blushes slightly "So, how are you and Andrew adjusting to your new life so far?"

Hailey Ranna: "Well, we’ve already started making recommendations for the ceremony coming up in a few weeks. The best part is that most people in Ebon have already received their invitations. I’m pretty sure Andrew would love for you to be there with him, especially if you're ready. He could really use some closure right now."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Did they say when the ceremony is exactly?"

Hailey Ranna: "No, but they did mention the date. So, it shouldn’t be too far off."

Hailey rinses herself with the bucket

Juniper Ebonywood: Passes bucket around "Sounds like you and Andrew have really thought this through." Rinses Hailey's lower back

Hailey Ranna: "Well, you know Andrew. When it comes to celebrations like these, it’s all about the details. It can get overwhelming sometimes, but I know it’s really important to him."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Remember when Viola told me how you handled Hiretsuna, even in wolf form? How you managed to leave a mark on him?" Rinses Hailey's back again

Hailey Ranna: "Boy, do I ever! I can’t say it was that easy, though."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Well, considering it wasn’t a song-and-dance routine, I’d say that’s an understatement."

Hailey Ranna: "Heh, yeah, I guess that’s true. So, how’s the water? Too warm? Too hot? Or just right?"

Juniper Ebonywood: "It’s AMAZING. To be honest, I was a little nervous when you asked me to join you here at a private bath, especially with... gulps ...getting undressed in front of another girl 😳"

Hailey Ranna: "You get used to it after a while. And besides, I don’t mind the extra company 🙂"

Juniper Ebonywood: 😊

Hailey Ranna: "Would you mind if I washed your hair for a bit? I’ll make it quick, I promise."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Alright, sure."

Hailey gently washes Juniper's hair for a while

Juniper Ebonywood: Starts to giggle as Hailey lathers her hair, squirming slightly "Hee-hee! That tickles!" 🤭

Hailey Ranna: "Hold still, Juniper. I can’t wash it properly if you keep moving."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Sorry, Hailey. But that’s just... a little ticklish."

Hailey Ranna: "Alright, alright. We’re almost done. Now, let's scrub the rest of your body. Stay still, this won’t take long."

Juniper Ebonywood: Trying to stay calm "Okay."

Juniper starts giggling again as Hailey begins scrubbing her body, making Juniper even more ticklish

Juniper Ebonywood: Squirming "A-ah! No, wait— Not that way!" Giggles "Please stop!" Starts laughing "That’s my special spot!" Giggles even more

Hailey Ranna: 😙 Stops scrubbing for a moment, then passes the bucket around for the third time "Alright, alright... Here. Now, let’s rinse those suds off you."

Juniper Ebonywood: 😊🫣

Juniper shuts her eyes as Hailey rinses the suds off, starting with her head, then washing the rest of her body as the water splashes over her, causing her to spit out some water

Juniper Ebonywood: "Thanks, Hailey."

Hailey Ranna: "...There we go. All done. Feels better, doesn’t it?"

Juniper Ebonywood: "Yeah, totally 😊"

Hailey Ranna: "Alright, now it’s your turn to give this girl a good scrubbing 😘"

Juniper Ebonywood: "Okay. Let’s see what I can do."

Juniper begins washing Hailey gently, passing the bucket again, then rinsing the suds off just like Hailey did for her. Juniper sneaks up behind Hailey and splashes some water on her, soaking her. Hailey gets drenched as Juniper snickers

Juniper Ebonywood: 🤭

Hailey Ranna: "Well, it seems like both of us are SOAKED now 😑"

Juniper Ebonywood: "Yeah." Giggles

Hailey Ranna: "...And also, well, naked. But at least we’re both girls here 🙂"

Juniper Ebonywood: "Good point 🙂‍↕️"

Hailey leans back slightly, sighing contently

Hailey Ranna: "Hah... Now, doesn't this feel like paradise?"

Juniper Ebonywood: "Yeah ☺️"

Hailey Ranna: "I feel like I could just stay here for hours."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Me too 😌"

Juniper sits down, letting the water gently trickle down her body as she relaxes for a while

Juniper Ebonywood: 😚

Hailey's gaze shifts and she notices something on Juniper's left thigh. It's a birthmark of some sort.

Juniper starts whistling to herself, unaware that Hailey is looking at her thigh. Juniper blushes a bit but tries to ignore it, gently tapping her feet in the water as Hailey observes curiously.

Hailey Ranna: "You’ve got a birthmark on your left thigh… How long have you had that?"

Juniper Ebonywood: "Oh, this?" She points to the birthmark on her left thigh "This has been with me since birth. I think Mrs. Grey mentioned it to me when I was at the orphanage a while back."

Hailey Ranna: "That’s odd."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Yeah, I thought it was just a normal birthmark. At first, I didn’t think much of it. Mrs. Grey said it might mean something special or represent someone important, but I wasn’t sure."

Hailey Ranna: "I have to say, it seems pretty extraordinary."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Yeah, I figured it was probably something I inherited, maybe genetically. That could explain how I ended up with it."

Hailey Ranna: "Have you ever figured out where it even came from?"

Juniper Ebonywood: "Not really. All I know is that it’s there for a reason. I think it might run in the family."

Hailey Ranna: "That makes sense."

Hailey exits the bath and sits beside Juniper. Both girls sit in silence for a moment, then start to giggle together.

Juniper Ebonywood: "You know, I have to admit, this feels way better than I imagined it would 😌"

Hailey Ranna: "See? I told you 😊"

Both Juniper and Hailey sit quietly for a while, letting the peaceful moment linger before they reenter the bath. Juniper glances at Hailey’s chest as she settles back to relax.

Hailey Ranna: "You know, you could stop staring. My chest isn’t THAT big."

Juniper Ebonywood: Blushing "Sorry, it’s a force of habit 🫣"

Hailey Ranna: "So, have you thought about staying here? Ebon still needs a priestess to look after things, after all."

Juniper hesitates but then speaks up.

Juniper Ebonywood: "Yeah, it’s just... I wasn’t sure at first when you mentioned I could take the position of high priestess. But I guess it’s good to know I can handle it, even though it’s quite the responsibility."

Hailey Ranna: "Well, I’m sure it’ll all come together eventually. Same goes for Andrew, in my book."

Juniper’s expression softens, and she takes a deep breath.

Juniper Ebonywood: "Mmph..."

Hailey Ranna: "...You still think about your old home, don’t you? Mrs. Grey, your old friends, everything?"

Juniper sniffs softly, her emotions rising.

Juniper Ebonywood: "I know... I’m sorry. It’s just... I felt so comfortable there. Being here feels so different, especially after learning about my true heritage. But... after being away for so long, I just can’t decide where I really belong. Is it here, or is it back there? Tears up a bit"

Hailey Ranna: "It must’ve been tough, even for someone like you."

Juniper wipes away a tear from her eye and looks at Hailey with a small, grateful smile.

Juniper Ebonywood: "Thanks for saying that. It feels like you understand, like you already know what I’m going through."

Hailey Ranna: "I know that feeling... My father used to say something similar to me."

Juniper Ebonywood: "When was this?"

Hailey Ranna: "Oh, a couple of years ago. I would always ask him questions, trying to figure out if I was on the right path, whether I was ready to step into his shoes as his heir. I’ll admit, I was anxious back then. But, over time, I learned to overcome those obstacles, even though it wasn’t easy."

Juniper Ebonywood: "I think I can relate to that."

Hailey Ranna: "It just goes to show that anything’s possible, right?"

Juniper Ebonywood: 🙂‍↕️

Hailey Ranna: "It’s a good thing you’ve got us around, or you might have been lost without us..."

Juniper Ebonywood: "...But also vulnerable. Without the right support, like you guys... I think I get it now."

Hailey Ranna: "Let’s not forget you’ve got Andrew on your side. You’ve got him to thank for bringing you back here, even when things started off rocky."

Juniper Ebonywood: "It does feel nice to be home. I could get used to living here. But... it’s going to take time to adjust. I’m open to suggestions. Still... I will miss my old place."

Hailey Ranna: "I get it. But who knows? With you here, you might get to see more of Ebon and not just Echidna Town or the orphanage."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Maybe... But I’m not sure. Lancelot and Hiretsuna might show up again after being locked away in crystal. Who knows how long that magic will hold them in there..."

Hailey Ranna: "He's just one echidna. Don’t let him get your hopes down."

Juniper Ebonywood: "It’s easy for you to say. You weren’t sent to Mrs. Grey’s orphanage like I was. Besides, you’re still Moyer Ranna’s heir."

Hailey Ranna: "Not necessarily... Some of the other felines didn’t exactly like me when I was younger."

Juniper Ebonywood: "In what way?"

Hailey Ranna: "When I was around your age, they thought I was too ‘self-entitled’ and ‘materialistic’ to fit in with the others. But you know what? I was kind to every one of them. They may have written me off, but that didn’t stop me from giving them the benefit of the doubt."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Mmm... I think I’ll sleep on that."

Hailey Ranna: "...Still not convinced?"

Without warning, Hailey splashes some water playfully onto Juniper, soaking her completely.

Juniper Ebonywood: Sputters "What was THAT for??"

Hailey Ranna: Innocently "Just to snap you out of it, silly 😁"

Juniper Ebonywood: "Yeah, but not like that!" Coughs Sputters

Hailey chuckles softly. A moment later, Juniper quickly grabs the bucket and splashes water back onto Hailey, soaking her as well. Hailey sputters and smirks at Juniper.

Juniper Ebonywood: "There. Now we’re even 😉"

Hailey Ranna: 🤭

The two girls laugh as they start splashing each other, making things even more fun. They continue for hours, until finally, they both get tired and settle down. They sit back and relax, still drenched from the playful splashing.

Juniper Ebonywood: "Well, that was fun 😊"

Hailey Ranna: "Tell me about it."

Juniper Ebonywood: "You know, I could get used to living here in Ebon. I think I might start to like it here."

Hailey Ranna: Chuckles "You still have a lot to learn about Ebonitians, my friend 😉"

Juniper Ebonywood: 😁

Hailey Ranna: "Hey, Juniper...?"

Juniper Ebonywood: "Yes, Hailey?"

Hailey Ranna: "Thank you 😇"

Juniper Ebonywood: "For what?"

Hailey Ranna: "...For coming to my rescue when I needed it the most. And for sticking to your morals when you faced Lancelot. You did the right thing by not choosing vengeance, and you should be proud of that."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Wow... I never actually thought of it like that. Maybe I do have some priestess potential after all 😉"

Hailey Ranna: "You’ve got that right. Honestly, where would you be without us?"

Juniper Ebonywood: "I don’t know... But I’m glad you were there, especially for Andrew. And I hope you always will be."

Hailey Ranna: "Don’t worry, I will be."

Juniper Ebonywood: "Promise?"

Hailey Ranna: "...Always 🙂‍↕️"

Juniper Ebonywood: 🥲

Both girls calm down and take a moment to think about what they’ll do next. The atmosphere is peaceful, as they continue to relax together.

Juniper Ebonywood: "...Wanna go get something to eat?"

Hailey Ranna: "...Okay, sure 😗"
