First off... Yesterday’s #shoulderworkout #volumeworkout #repsonreps if you have never done rear delt destroyers, look that up. Prepare for pain 😳💪🏻. Second did you 3oz. Of octopus is 25g protein and 0 fat???😳 🐙 My wife and I had date night. She wanted sushi so I planned my post workout meal to be at dinner time. I had left overs to take with me to her company work party which I actually did each as there was tenderloin and veggies there! Also shrimp and chicken. Worked out perfectly! I didn’t drink booze then came home and did some cardio💪🏻👍🏻 Today is recovery day, #cardio #stretching and relaxation.
