I hate when other people online with sensory issue act like their diet being stupid isn't their fault. You buy your own food. Try cooking a mushroom in a different way, you idiot.

If there was no health impact, my diet would be ridiculous because my issues with textures aren't mild at all, but I enjoy having teeth and being able to grow hair too much so I'm going to eat that vegetable cooked in a very specific way

i don't shop at waitrose cos you know im not a millionaire but i got a code to get 50% off an online order and my god how the other half live?! they found all of the exact items I requested really quickly, gave me one very reasonable substitution and all the produce is in date and well packaged wtf??? whenever I do an order from tesco they can't find anything, claim there was no available yogurt in the entire store and give me already rotting fruit and veg and meat that goes off in two days. shocked to discover posh people get better customer service and quality of produce??

had to drop $812 at Midas today for all new tires/a realignment, and then i got home to find wimsey bleeding like a stuck pig from a giant gash across the underside of his neck (not sure if one of the other cats literally went for the throat, or if he just clawed all the fur and skin off), and then i had to work an extra two hours to make up for the Midas jaunt, so today has just been A Day.

Youd rather eat a pre deceased person than an animal

I'd rather avoid both scenarios tbh, but if I'm on a plane and the plane goes down and meat is my only source of food, then I'd say it's safer to eat a fellow passenger killed in the crash than some random wildlife (given a fellow passenger is less likely to have weird germs that potentially give me life-ending vomiting and diarrhoea), you know?

Autistic people, if you’re like me and don’t enjoy eating fruit and veg do you have any recommendations on how you encourage yourself to eat more of it? I’m really struggling and need to add more of it to what I eat but I just hate most and I don’t eat what I do like
