Instructions: Rinse the buckwheat groats under cold water and drain well. In a saucepan, bring the vegetable broth to a boil. Add the rinsed buckwheat groats, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the groats are tender and the liquid is absorbed.
