DICENTRA ROUGH COSTUME DESIGN LEAKS

Well, hello again 😉

For those of you who have no idea what Dicentra is, please check out my page and you're sure to find my two I Wanna Write a Mikayuu Series parts there, but to put it simply... I am writing a book series. One that is inspired by Seraph of the End but is DRASTICALLY different. However, I am going to be using lots of the same core elements from Mikayuu's dynamic and unlike all the queerbaiters, I'm going to be making this a series that is unafraid of representation.

If you're interested, go check out my two posts and follow me if you want to keep up 😉 but in my last Dicentra post, I talked about potentially leaking some of my early character designs...

Well, here I am. And here you are. Look at us! Now, please keep in mind that I am no digital picasso. I did my best with the krita app I have on my computer. If you decide to repost these designs, please give me credit since they are my creations! Here are my three rough "livestock" uniform concepts for Epic, Kerenza, and Amaris (I have not completed Mikaela's yet):

So, for some background, colors are indicative of blood type in my universe. Green represents A, blue is O, red is AB, and purple would be B. I haven't added them onto these designs yet, but I'm going to be placing "cattle ID numbers" on the side of their skirts and pants, kinda like from TPN if you catch my drift. They have a thermal shirt on under the vest and in this universe the vampires force the children to draw their blood themselves. The arm wraps are made of a rubber material and the straps are meant to be tightened so the veins become more prominent. They're very uncomfortable to wear and the kids are almost always freezing.

Now, I also wanted to leak my rough concept for a human female uniform as well 😉 this one I haven't digitized yet, but just bear with me please. Think of this as something that Shinoa or Mitsuba or Epic would be wearing in this Dicentra universe:

For some background on this as well, I like to think that blue is "the most human color" if Regina Spektor has anything to say about it 😂 but I noticed that a lot of the humans at JIDA never really incorporated armor into their uniform, so I decided to try it out. Those are navy stockings under silver armor knee plates and the vest portion is exactly what it looks like, just a vest with the tell-tale human color of blue. The arms are covered from below the shoulder all the way to the wrists in flexible armor as well, and that little bow with the ruby on her neck? I want gemstones to indicate their ranking. Like how colors represent ranking in JIDA, gemstones will do the same. Like emerald is sergeant or topaz is lieutenant, that sorta thing.

Happy #PubDay to #TheHeartPrinciple I actually read this book in the beginning of the month because it was an #EarlyRelease for #BookOfTheMonth I absolutely adored #TheKissQuotient & #TheBrideTest @hhoangwrites is an autobuy author for me. The Heart Principle follows Anna and Quan there is a nuerodiverse heroine and hero with past medical issues. There is the steam that we have come to expect from Hoang's romance novels but let me say this book truly touched me deeply. It was so much more than a "just a romance novel". Hoang tackles the very serious issue of caregiver burnout in a way that was SO relatable to me. I have 5 kids and 2 disabled seniors in my household and most of their care falls to me. So if I'm not changing diapers, then I'm helping with homework, driving my mom to doctor appointments, and making sure my disabled uncle has everything he needs. I love that she gave us the messy and sad that Anna & Quan experienced along with the sexy and heartwarming. This is a book that has stayed with me all month. I loved it. Add "this world" map, store, and refinement.

The contents of this update.

+ Added 1 MAP to "this world". + Refined the graphics of "this world". + Added the ability to perform a series of attacks (not combos). + Changed the balance of the battle (so that it is possible to fight one on one, but becomes difficult when fighting many). + Improved the character of the enemies (their attacks, speed, and durability are now more unique) + Changed the way to level up (instead of coins, you pay something else) + The number of items you can buy depends on how many coins you have.

In this update, we mainly added the MAP of "this world" and adjusted the balance of battle. It is easy to fight in one-on-one battles, but it becomes difficult when fighting against many. Level up and be ready for the enemy! We've also added items to aid in combat. These items can be purchased with coins. You can buy these items with coins, and the effect you get depends on the number of coins you buy. In the past, leveling up was done with coins, but from now on, you can level up by paying another price. Please check it out in the game.

We plan to add more maps and enhance the scenario in the future, so stay tuned!
