When I went to my parents house in September they wanted me to get rid of all of my artwork they saved from my childhood. While I was hoping to get an actual vacation and not work (for a change), it was fun going through my childhood artwork from preschool and onwards...the items I did for class projects and stuff I did on my own. I am sure all this work helped me develop the skills I have today, even the number of rainbows and unicorns I drew!
