#eta vaina e seria #“i need to [___] with them one more time” trope always gets me i'm so weak #the realizationTM he is willing of face the hardships of the dungeon for laios' sake okaaaaaaay kabru #laios looks so handsome in kabru's memory smh #and mithrun grew fond of his gen z comrade he will follow him on the gay autistic quest this is amazing to read #unfortunately i already knew mithrun's backstory however that fact didn't reduce my enjoyment of this chapter either his character #he's amazingly written and his dynamic w kabru and the canaries are great.#these three (kabru mithrun laios) are becoming my faves each chapter #and this is my fav chapter so far #kabru adopting the role of his caretaker mother with mithrun making his complicated relationship w her going full-circle #kabru being so careless with himself ignorant of basic chores learning how to improve his quality of life through mithrun #kabru exploring and forced to learn about the dungeon monster to get close to laios and accepting he actually cares about him #also mithrun seemingly improving his health by sleeping without help and his hair looking prettier? he def needed this adventure #they def needed to meet each other ugh so good #dungeon meshi #reading

finally finished orv after two years . . . what do i do with my life now

#started in junior year hs dropped it for a while then started reading again at the start of this semester and now im finally done !#dont know whether to cheer or just crumple up and start crying bc wow that was a ride #i thought the ending was tragic but then i moved on to the epilogue and oh my godd #the way kdj was crying and miserable bc he missed his companions and he wanted to be with them so Badly #but when kimcom finally Finally chase him down and come back to him theyre too late and hes already disspitated into other world lines #and after that like. whenever kdj pulls some shit and dies the next chapter always starts with an ‘i’#and hes back and alive and kicking and Thinking but after that epilogue chapter there isnt a chapter in his pov theres no more ‘i’s and.#it just made me incredibly sad bc we dont get to see his pov ever again bc hes truly gone unless we as a reader can imagine him alive again #anyways sad things aside it is Incredibly funny that lee hyunsung just became a wanted man in the 1865th round lmaoo #+ uriel sun wukong and black flame dragon forming a band together ??? truly the most randomest thing in the epilogue #++ yoohankim need to stop beating the shit out of e/o and learn to talk their feelings out Please #+++ sooyoung’s love for dokja has me miserable o-|-< she would wait for him an eternity write for him an eternity im so sad #three times she endlessly wrote a novel for him to read three times she waited to see him for so long <//3 #you bet im imagining the happiest conclusion i can for them #they WILL live happily ever after in that big house together as long as i have something to say about it!#orv

Okay friends. I will probably slow down on the political posting, because I'm pretty sure at this point anyone following me has either voted, plan to vote tomorrow, or isn't from the US. Or at this point is so far gone that none of my posting to the choir is going to do any good.

Idk if I'm going to stay off tumblr tomorrow or not. In light of recent events that have transpired recently, here's my own take on Brandal C except this time he wasn't made by a douchebag. Brandal is one of my favorite SB OCs and deserves better, methinks! Note that I waited a bit for everything to calm down before posting this out of respect for all the people hurt by The Joker. Saying "Hey I took this guy's character because lmao!!!" right after said guy gets exposed is obviously an insensitive thing to do.

Anyways, if you wanna learn more about Rad-E-Cal, check out the document linked below. It's got character info, story info, and every bit of dialogue relating to him. Setting Joker's horrible actions aside I really did have fun putting my own spin on Brandal considering my main gripe with him was his complete lack of lore. (He had a whopping 3 SoundCloud tracks with a teeny bit of a dialogue to accompany each one.)

#whys it so long #ithought it was two - of those bitches but it's THREE #that's too long #not an update #is it truly worth using the correct punctuation if it's that ugly #i already wrote everything in this with it and it would take like. more than five seconds of effort to change it #so i guess the answer is yes #it's going to really grate on me that all of my other fics are formatted differently than this one though #but like #dear god i don't have the energy to go read through the 137k i have published to fix everything #and i still need to fix the dialogue tags in some of those too #negligible self especially cus it probably has some inconsistencies cus i changed them all in like one night and i'm sure i missed som e #i've reread the first two chapters to double check/re-edit but nothing past that #AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH [runs full speed into a wall]

hnngh this chapter i'm about to start working on is going to need to be like. entirely rewritten. like, almost from the ground up it is so. there are almost no salvageable words in it.

If you see the final word count for my completed fic gently increasing over months and months no you dont

#i have realised that the ‘fast n loose’ method for churning out a fic doesnt work for me actually #i am so sad that so much of that fic was skipped- or told and not shown- or brushed over in favour of me forcing it out quickly #i know i did it for a good reason- that if i took my time with it and it grew bigger and bigger that there was a risk i would have exhausted #myself and not finished it at all which would have been way worse #i think actually taking 3 months to craft 15k chapters with many drafts makes me happier than churning out 4k in a week #that being said im so glad its finished and that- somehow- it did so much better than i would have ever dreamed <33 #now i can go back and make it what i want it to be without the pressure of racing against my own stamina #and. if im really honest. i didnt think i would still be into avatar for this long lmao #i thought id lose the brainrot at around month three so i had to finish the fic before then #and yet. month 7 and i draw spider in my sketchbook every day. i think about him every spare minute.#the brainrot is still kicking and im happy #anyway here i go to dive back into that fic and add even more angst and whump and maybe another hug. if spider is lucky #i also want to write a little one shot about Ngaire properly taking care of spider after something bad happens #but idk if people wanna read OC stuff and its certainly not my comfort zone so i might keep it to myself #N E WAY this was the biggest and dumbest ramble to myself about my own fics lmao i should really shut up and just go write :’)
