I decided to separate Opal from Pearl because I think she's cute, and I do much prefer pearls pink design and more voluminous hair. But I still wanted opal around. So she's pearls cousin/sister and is considered a observatory window observation car, while pearl is a open balcony.

( Opal is heavily inspired by Pearls on ice design. I just liked the see through details sm )

Duvay, Carrie and Brandi all being yellow/brown is a bit disappointing but I wanted to keep their color schemes the same. ┐⁠(⁠´⁠ー⁠｀⁠)⁠┌

( oh also I'm calling her Brandi the bar car because two Belles is confusing !! )

My "Duvay is the yard's resident cryptid" mini au does rely on Duvay looking almost identical to Ashley.

It's just a silly little au. There's a rumor in the train yard that there's a sleeper car named Duvay. Everyone has heard of her, but nobody seems to know who she is. This is the general consensus around the yard:

The rare 'Duvay spottings' only seem to happen early in the mornings or late at night. One working theory is that she's actually just sleep-deprived/sleepwalking Ashley with pillows taped to her head.

It turns out that Duvay is just a sleepy gal who was decommissioned years ago and she only leaves her shed at random intervals (and she hates the sun)

Favourite Costumes I prefer the 2013 Asia Tour one! Favourite Ships I don’t really have any ☹ Headcanons I think she has a strict bedtime routine she follows every night. This gal takes her sleep seriously! Unpopular Opinions If the reason Ashley was removed and Belle was added was because smoking is bad and they don’t want to promote that, I feel like Duvay would have been a better replacement.
