So, confession: I can't draw a person on a chair. I always draw the person first and then when I try to draw the chair under them, it's misshapen as I attempt to make it fit the person so now Hyde just kind of has to sit on the floor. It's fine, I tried to draw it in the Mindscape so I'm sure the mindscapiness makes it less uncomfortable or something. Maybe he's just slightly floating off of the hard wood floor.

Lodgetember Day 11: Ms. Flowers

Flowers is my favourite lodger. So I of course had to draw something for her even if it took me a while 💔

She's my favourite lodger out of all of them, and I think it shows. I had a lot of fun drawing the bug jewelry specifically, and her eyes, her eyes was one of the most fun parts, also really enjoyed how the belt turned out for no idea

Haven't posted anything here in a good while, but!! I made a lodger oc :D

They're a florageneticist, and are looking for ways to mix in human dna with the one from plants to make them both coexist in one single body, while making sure that they stay alive through the process. They come from a species I made called flowerpeople and have flowers growing in their own body! In case some aren't recognizable, their flowers are: Foxglove, Mint, Chamomile, Lemon Balm and Lily of the valley

They're a bit distrustful towards other lodgers (and people in general) and tend to lurk, but they're pretty clingy towards the lodgers that they do trust. They're very averse to touch, specially touch on their hair, since it's pretty sensitive because that's where most of their flowers are, and they probably dislike a few people for having made comments about their hair or having touched them without warning

They also tend to idolize and feel intimidated by old people, so they're a bit terrified of Maijabi and Cantilupe, despite them not having done anything to them. They also idolize Henry in a way, they're incredibly grateful for him having invited them to The Society, and they may or may not be often knocking on his door to show him some of their experiments when they eventually get more comfortable in The Society
