Me and my colleagues have recently discovered that the hunger phenomenon was caused by a mistake when switching organs, specifically the stomach, and connecting it to the nerves of the other twin. This combined with the psychosis caused by 2b’s mental state is what we believe caused the murder subsequent cannibalism of 1b.

This has been fixed.

As much as I love Belgian Dubbels the Rochefort 6 just didn’t hit as hard as others I have tried. I prefer the Westmalle but wouldn’t be upset if I was served this beer. The Rochefort 8 is also a better beer in my opinion. 6/10

So last week I found a Tripel version from these guys. Today, there was this and a Quadruple. This being only 6.8% vs that Quad at 10.0%, was a much better option.

10.0% means I’m not waking up for my flight in the morning.

De rente op de studiefinanciering is weer verhoogd en hoewel ik dat wel had aan zien komen is het wel wat hoger dan ik had verwacht, dus dat is balen.

Maar dat is niet het punt van deze post want het is weer tijd voor een leuk rekenvoorbeeldje. Stel, je hebt 10.000 euro schuld, niet een onredelijk bedrag, als je 5 jaar hebt gestudeerd is het nog niet eens het totale collegegeld. De rente wordt nu 2,56 per jaar, dat betekent dat je vanaf volgend jaar iedere maand 21,09 euro rente bovenop je schuld krijgt.

Maar weet je wat het minimale aflossingsbedrag is? 5 euro! Dus als je minimaal moet aflossen stijgt je schuld nog steeds alleen maar! Dat is toch belachelijk?

Tre Fontane + Rochefort + Westmalle Sinergia ‘21 Dubbel (Picked up at de Bierkoning in Amsterdam). A 3 of 4. Drinks like a nice and standard Belgian dubbel -- smells of caramel and some dark fruit and has a moderate amount of sweetness. Moderate carbonation helps lift it off the palate a bit, though a decent amount of dark fruit and sweetness lingers in the finish.
