Routine: Morning: Toner/Cleansing Lotion followed by moisturizer of choice for face and eyes Evening: ***Enzyme Cleansing Gel followed by Moisturizer of choice for face and eyes *** If I am wearing makeup then I will use the rice oil to remove makeup prior to washing. Also, once or twice a week I will use another cleanser other than the enzyme cleansing gel.

Example of a week: Monday Morning: Alpha Grapefruit Cleansing Lotion then moisturizer for face and eyes After work workout: Rice oil to take off makeup Evening: Cleansing gel followed by moisturizer for face and eyes.

Tursday Morning: Glycolic Toner then moisturizer for face and eyes Evening: Rice oil to take off makeup then cleansing gel followed by moisturizer for face and eyes.

Wednesday Morning: Alpha Grapefruit Cleansing Lotion then moisturizer for face and eyes After work workout: Rice oil to take off makeup Evening: Cleansing gel followed by moisturizer for face and eyes

Thursday Morning: Glycolic Toner or Alpha Grapefruit Cleansing Lotion then moisturizer for face and eyes Evening: Rice oil to take off makeup then cleansing gel followed by moisturizer for face and eyes.

Friday: Morning: Alpha Grapefruit Cleansing Lotion then moisturizer for face and eyes. After work workout: Rice oil to take off makeup. Evening: Gycolic foaming cleaner followed by moisturizer for eyes and face.

Saturday: Morning: Alpha Grapefruit Cleansing Lotion then moisturizer for face and eyes. Evening: Enzyme Clensing Gel - If I feel like my pores are a little congested I will put on some of the Gglycolic Gel, let it dry and then follow with moisturizer for face and eyes.

Sunday: Morning: Alpha Grapefruit Cleansing Lotion then moisturizer for face and eyes. Evening: Enzyme Clensing Gel - If I have some extra time then this would be a good time/day to use my cucumber mask ...who doesn't love to start the week with a fresh face?  followed with moisturizer for face and eyes.
