I think theoretically if I drink crazy fast and do not stop I could finish the bottle tonight before I go to bed but what satisfaction would that bring? The fact that I’m tolerance enough that I can have 25 shots of 60 proof without dying? (That’s equivalent to 18-19 shots of normal unflavored vodka but that doesn’t. Hmm. That doesn’t sound better or more reasonable.) anyway whatever this is not the lowest point of my whole entire life but it’s pretty damn low. But it still beats being actively suicidal at night. Like I often was when drinking wasn’t an option. Quite a conundrum

I sought out help. and then the help was not helpful#sorry :(

#also ENTIRELY unrelated to the uquiz#i started my new job this week :)#i'm working for the department of corrections at a treatment center for offenders who have drug charges/addictions#and it's a really good program with a low recidivism#and it's not like 'oh they got caught with an ounce of weed' it's more like#these fellas have been charged with violent crimes that are related to their drug addictions#but i'm not even going to be a counselor there i'm just a fancy-titled secretary#ANYWAY i'm so excited to start#but i have a week of training and two weeks of basic at the academy first

Unfortunately everyone the latuda is working, I did laundry yesterday, and then exercised a bit this morning and did two rounds of dishes. I’m no longer mentally ill I guess lmao.
#🌱.txt#obviously my mind is still suffering a bit but I haven’t done laundry in a month and I usually hate dishes#like I have the willpower to do things that depression has stopped me from doing#and I don’t feel like shit after doing them#I’m seeing how low of a dose I can stay at though I don’t want to be drugged up feeling all the time#every other med I’ve tried I always end up having to do a max dose for them to work but then I was out of it so often#the psychiatrist at my treatment program wants me on meds and is very eager to raise my dose which I do not like#let me figure out how I’m feeling before you add another 20mg woman
