turns out melted chocolate resolidifies when it hits ice cream. which … does make sense but is also like, good to know. i’ll just grate chocolate onto here next time. but the strawberry sauce (simplified to just be blended strawberries and sugar, no chunks bc i dont even like chunks) is good and the walnuts are REALLY good. i didn’t even think i’d like chopped walnuts that much this was just like ‘ooh what ice cream store stuff do i have at home’ but wOw i do like texture in this way!!

Wowza!!! What a game!!!! 🎉🏈❤️💛👆❤️🖤🏈🎉 Congratulations Chiefs and WAY TO GO MAHOMES! 👆 I didn’t know if I’d get bored with the game, but needless to say, I was not! It helped that the food and company was so good! A party for two was on taps and @toddtalkpodcast requested the Sticky Instant Pot Asian Pork Ribs that we transformed into easy and delicious tacos with my famous kitchen sink slaw! I snagged this fabulous recipe from @drivemehungry and let me tell you... it’s delish! Such a fast and easy recipe I had it all whipped up in about an hour, just in time for kick off! 🤤🍖🌮❤️🌮🍖🤤 We topped off the win with my homemade Buttermilk Chess Pie that can’t be beat!
