Also because it’s a bit of a unique situation, what do you imagine the canon of 🧿 to be like? An RP-heavy SMP, lord within the Minecraft world? A fantasy story completely removed from Minecraft?

I’ll answer the canon question before I do the ask game question- I tend to think of it removed from minecraft because it’s so typical fantasy and it’s kind of a guided story experience, very BG3 adjacent type of story, so closer to a dnd campaign than anything minecraft :3 (also I haven’t actually finished the story so some details I have in my head about “canon” very well might change once I’ve finished it)

🛌: What tropes show up in fics involving your ship?

For 🎼: For the fluffier, less problematic ones, lots of highschool crush antics from 👓 and 🦷, probably some elaborate confession, very indulgent romanticized highschool love experience (and many of them probably make it a more structured poly relationship than it is.) And for the more problematic ones, definitely yandere, stalking, maybe even kidnapping plots. Really leaning into the creepy nature of the boys (and probably forgetting about how into that 🎼 is for the sake of tension.)

For 💌: Definitely some stupid love triangle shit about Five, 💌, and Klaus despite five being literally the only one that cares about that aspect of the story like that in “canon.” (Klaus and 💌 are both very solid on the fact their “relationship” is over and that it never even really was much of a romantic relationship, rather just besties who fuck and do drugs together.) This isn’t really a trope but like 80% of the fics would be mainly trying to reconcile the whole underage body issue (maybe some aging up(?) of Five from people too cowardly to accept the relationship with his current body). I don’t know if a partner helping the other get sober is much of a trope but that too. Lotsss of angst fics about season 2 and 💌 feeling abandoned and freaking out about being alone. Probably some marriage plot fics set in season 3 as well to mirror the wedding that happens in canon for two other characters.

For 🧿: it’s mostly smut. The ones that aren’t smut latch real hard onto the One time they meet face to face on Lo’Dahr (the moon the gods live on) and make that the setting. Some domestic fics set there, lots of 🧿 confronting that 🔥 is not the god he appeared to be on Drehmal via the stories he’d read and heard in/of Maelihs-controlled cities. Mael almost always depicted as the misunderstood ex-evil guy. There’s definitely some angst fics revolving around 🧿 trying to get answers about the Nothing and in what way he’s Part of it and how he may be a side effect/piece of what destroyed the civilization he’s originally from
