Up, up, up—higher with every swing, until the ground disappears and the sky wraps me in its cotton candy clouds. I used to think if I swung high enough, I could reach the stars… maybe even become one. The trees would blur into brushstrokes, the air would hum with magic, and the whole world would melt into soft colors and quiet wonder. This is what it felt like to be small and full of sky dreams. To believe the universe could fit in my pocket and anything was possible.

Sometimes I’d pretend the swing was my spaceship. That weightless moment at the highest point felt like floating—like being in space, drifting through glittering galaxies. I felt big in a small world, like my heart couldn’t fit inside my chest, but also like the world was endless and waiting for me to explore every single crevice. I wanted to rise to new heights, to discover places only dreams could reach.
