Finally getting some time to get around to working on my Clangen, I figured this would be a good project for me to do, since I do struggle to connect with my Clangen clans, and doing something like this would be a good little project to do. I can't assure how often I can/will update, but I am certainly going to do my very best. Especially after seeing so many other Clangen Clans on here, @cricketclan and @fallenclan being a couple of the many inspirations I had! I want to thank Everyone who came before me for the inspiration to do this! <3 ---------- NectarClan was initially formed as a small number of cats from three enemy clans, would choose to flee their home after yet another large war broke out between the three. The war ravaged the valley the three clans called their home, it took the lives of many. Parentless kits wailed for their mothers to return. Friends and families grieved over the bodies of their loved ones. Many called out for the war to stop. But their calls fell on deaf ears. It was only when those who were able to work up the courage to leave their clans to create their own clan, to find some semblance of peace. They were lead by Leappelt, the one who managed to spread word and find a place for the cats to gather before their journey. Leappelt would wait for the rest till Sunfall. He was soon joined by Hazelshade, Charredfreckle, Jumpjoy, Lizardnudge, Downwhisker and Rootfur (Along side the two kits she had adopted through the war, Dreamkit and Lakekit). Once all gathered they would make their journey, somewhere where they could be free from the cries of the fallen. Somewhere where the generations could thrive without the constant wars they had previously had to grow within. Somewhere that was theirs. They came across a flourishing forest and settled their camp there. The flowers that surrounded the clans being fed upon by the butterflies who would seek out the sweet Nectar. And thus the clan was aptly named NectarClan. And with Leapstar leading them, their story begins.

Dreamkit The only kit in the nursery at the time of the takeover, Dreamkit was orphaned as his parents fought against Cinnamonstar, without knowing anything was happening. Since then, Dreamkit has only been told that her parents died while fighting, and Cinnamonstar often makes time to stop by and play-fight with the kit, or tell her stories. She also spends time around Snipbird, helping him sort herbs while inventing fun stories, as these seem to make him relax and smile for a moment, which she likes to see.

I have an au in my head where brokenkit was named dreamkit and stayed around yellowfang when the bullying got bad instead of deserting her. he'd find pride in becoming a healer just like her and would find worth in himself

.... Cherryclaw: A prophecy? Littlewhisker: A foreboding one. I walked through out camp, it was crumbling, and dead. The decay spread even out to the ocean, which was choked black with ash. But, in the center of it, a flower bloomed. Waveclan will be burned away to nothingness, but from the ashes it will still grow back. Like the flowers that return in newleaf. Indomitable.

i do! i have a few. my main one is dreamkit, but for some reason i can’t find my reference pic of her? she’s a grey kitten with long white cheek fur and white boots. she’s riverclan, so she’s a longhair, and she originally had purple eyes because she was made for a fantasy AU but if i had to give her a normal eye color it would probably be green? she’s sleepy all the time and doesn’t really get into much trouble or arguments. she’s normally lying down.

the only others i can find an acceptable image for are honeyleaf (possibly riverclan med cat) and wishpaw (thunderclan apprentice??) but if you could throw something together using the description of dreamkit i gave you i would like that a lot better :]

also ignore honeyleaf’s eye colour. they are also supposed to be green, i’m not entirely sure what happened.

Apps that I downloaded to help me be less stinky - A report of first impressions mostly.

Chronic insights:

First impressions: Very detailed. For everything they offer up front for free, it's great. There's a long list of symptoms you can add to your daily log to monitor, plus the option of adding something else. You can either log the severity/time/duration or just that it occurred. The only issue I have is that I can't set a reminder to log my symptoms.

First impressions: I've used this before. It's pretty basic, but also not my favorite app. Adding new meds to take at the same time is convoluted.

First impressions: First impressions are swoon worthy. The people that designed this app obviously care about helping people unravel their brains. It is a donation based project, so while you do need to pay for more than 2 prompts a day and color customization, everything else is free. There's no data collection!

First impressions: Simple, aesthetically pleasing mood tracker. I use this to monitor my overall mood of the day and one or two thoughts. There's ads on the top and bottom but they fit the color scheme so I'm not perturbed.

First impressions: I just use this to remind myself to brush my teeth and track how often I bathe. You can use it for other reminders and productivity monitoring if you want but I just needed it for this particular use.

Wondr note:

First impressions: It's literally 3 dollars for full use of the app. I use this to keep track of my tasks for the day. It appeals to me because I can customize the board to appeal to me aesthetically. I tend to enjoy task apps more when I can fiddle around with the colors and fonts and add pictures.

My only real gripe is that I wish I could customize the size of each picture on the vision board/ the size of each column to have a sort of scrap book effect. I also would like to be able to go back and look at previous entries, but I can't see a way to do that. You could also use this app to journal ideas and dreams but I just use it when I wake up and need to list my priorities for the day.

First impressions: It's cute! You can a bunch of pictures and then edit the music and play a little slide show to inspire you. The other settings aren't very intuitive for me tho? Check back later.

First impressions: Great dream journal. You can go into as much or as little detail you want to about the dreams you have. Each entry has the option of summary, characters, place, mood, and what variety of dream it is ( lucid, fever, nightmare, etc. )

1 week report: Nothing new to report, I continue to use the app for its purposes. I have it on my home screen so I remember to document the dreams I have first thing upon waking should I feel the need to.

Darker:

First impressions:This app is one of 2 that I've been using to make my phone screen more tolerable to look at. It basically makes the screen darker than your darkest setting. You can choose which color to coat your screen if you aren't a fan of the weird red orange that the blue light filter uses, however most of the colors are in the red spectrum. I would like to choose dark purple, however I have to pay for that and I'm not going to. As I already kind of use a blue light filter I just opted to make the screen darker than my phone can make it for when I'm on bed at night or have a migraine. In order to edit the settings you have to hold down the icon and select settings, just pressing the icon will only turn the settings on and off.

First impressions: Your phone already comes with a blue light filter, but this app lets you customize how much of that filter affects your screen. You can dim the screen more, add more filters, color temperature, intensity, etc.

It's a neat little app.

1 week report: The only real concern that I have about using this app is I'm worried that in my attempt to prevent migraines and eye strain by making things dimmer, am I causing eye strain because it's too dim? Time will tell.

So I saw some notes for the raggedyellow fam situation so I’m going to fix it up a bit since plenty of aspects have changed.

Featherstorm is now renamed to Bramblingstorm

Brackenfoot is now renamed to Flickerfoot

Yellowfang’s old name was Lavenderfang.

Bramblingstorm is the daughter of Cedarstar but was not his heir, that was Flypounce, her older brother.

As a spy, it was required for her to know the land and she often chose to take the routes to twolegplace, where she met Hal. A cat known for being a terror to her guild. She got him to back off but not long after discovered she was pregnant.

On the other side there’s Blazeflower and Flickerfoot. Two cats who were in an rare arranged pairing and had lost three litters previously. Their fourth litter was a different, a single kitten, said to be a bad omen for some but Blazeflower and Flickerfoot could care less. The two showered Lavenderkit with affection.

Cedarstar concerned his guild’s future strong-pawed the pair to have one more litter. They gave in and did so, it nearly killed Blazeflower in the process and Flickerfoot nearly maimed Cedarstar “Is this what you wanted!?!”, Cedarstar lost an ear that night and could never meet Flickerfoot or Blazeflower in the eye again.

Blazekit and Scorchkit were definitely mocked for who their sire was and they responded in different ways.

Blazepaw and Lavenderpaw relationship was tense as two bucks and it only got worse as they grew up as Lavenderfang and Blazestorm. They met Boulder who brings a young Red for treatment, telling how he heard of the guild’s talent of healing. Red and Boulder join the guild as accepteds later on.

Hal leads an attack to get them back but it all goes shit. Hal, Blazestorm, and Bramblingstorm all have their confrontation but Scorchwind and Lavenderfang try to calm everyone down to no avail, Hal taunts Blazestorm for her blood which to the dam finally breaking which ends when Blazestorm kills Hal.

Lavenderfang thought the situation couldn’t get worse until they found out that Flypounce was killed in the attack, who was a very involved uncle. Blazestorm tossed Hal’s corpse and declared any kittypets that wander into their territory will be killed.

Cedarstar had half a mind to banish Russetpaw and Boulderfall, Blazestorm suggested straight up murder. Bramblingstorm stood over her novice while Lavenderfang protected Boulderfall, she fought her daughter blow for blow and it ended with Bramblingstorm being disowned by Cedarstar and Blazestorm as his heir but she didn’t want a name that was given nor shared by her traitorous mother….no….dame…she renamed her Raggedpelt that night.

The moons got colder and colder as did Lavenderfang’s lust for battle. They were in the witch’s den so much that they found themselves more eager to be hurt then fighting. Sagewhisker’s humor, dry as it was, was more rewarding than the lectures and fights she had with Raggedpelt.

It was during a battle with the rushing breeze that solidified Lavenderfang’s thoughts.

Lavenderfang had been sent into a battle as a front line instead of a watcher, they had ripped into many cats until she cornered a young cat, eyes filled with fur and blood stained its fur. Lavenderfang saw themself in the cat, they hid the cat from the battle and let them go.

Lavenderfang made the decision, the requested to become the again Sagewhisker’s noive. Cedarstar and Raggedpelt were outraged but Lavenderfang made it very clear they were doing this wheather they like it or not with Blazeflower and Flickerfoot backing them.

It was a couple moons after that when Lavenderfang became pregnant and had Hopekit, Wishkit. and Dreamkit. Raggedpelt saw fit to bar Lavenderfang from their kits, Lavenderfang themself probably would’ve fought it but they received bad omens about their son, how they had to kill them, sometimes it would be about Wishkit and Hopekit. Lavenderfang hoped that the stars seriously wouldn’t wish them to kill their son but decided for Dreamkit’s safety, Lavenderfang let Raggedpelt have her way and let them be nursed by Lizardstripe.

Raggedpelt then had her second family with Foxheart, who she clearly favored.

The resentment grew and grew as Hopepaw was forced to be a medic, Wishpaw had her training stalled, and Dreampaw alienated from his sisters.

Until, Dreamflare decided for change.

TLDR: Bramblingstorm and Lavenderfang taking all the L’s

As we start on Moon 1, We meet some new members for the clan, Dreamkit levels up to Dreampaw, and it seems the journey has taken it's toll on Leapstar and Charredfreckle!!

Pokineedle previously lived within a Twoleg barn, keeping out of the twolegs as she could. Although upon seeing the establishing clan, she thought that Clanlife would be a nice change of pace and a good place to raise her kits.

Quick intro post hello! I'm Tessa :] I don't have an original account since I'm new to tumblr (and warrior cats to an extent haha) so it may take me a while to fully get used to how this site works around here--I may take a few creative liberties for the sake of writing a better, more coherent story, but I'll do my best to be as accurate as I can to how this kitty world works and functions ♡ I'm excited to see where this project goes and I hope you'll stick around with me!
