✹ Day 03: Fantasy AU

This one was so difficult to choose between the hundreds of Fantasy AUs I have X,D. But I really wanted to go with my Dragon AU so well, I did. And maybe (maybe) I'll be adding more out of the week because why not? In this story Dragons and other Magical Creatures are chased and killed because of fear, the same with Dark Mages. Fudou is a Dark Mage who adopted two dragons (Hakuryuu and Taiyou) and they are trying to get to the Neighbour Kingdom (in where dragons are protected and in the same way is protected by dragons) until he is caught by the Guard's Captain (Kidou) to let the other two escape. Just to realize Kidou is also a dragon, haha.

Writer tag game - Olympics edition

List your OCs and the discipline they'd participate in

Adalyce - Badminton. She's definitely not among the sporty ones, but it fits her vibe of relaxed grace and sudden power.

Aldan - Horse jumping. He's not very sporty in general but he very much is a horse girl with a death wish.

Danae - Horse dressage. That girl is not physical but she is very sharp and gets her way with precision. I guess it fits her metaphorically.

Darren - Archery has always been his whole deal. Honestly he's a strong guy, fast too, he could thrive in a bunch of athletics disciplines. Perhaps winter biathlon too for the whole survivalist side of it.

Elysa - Sprinting. Same as her brother, she's got a lot of physical advantages. She'd enjoy most fighting sports (boxing is up there), but I feel like races would give her more bragging material.

Lith - Taekwondo. He's got strength and especially agility. He would also do pretty well in gymnastics, I think. Winterwise, I actually have a whole figure skating AU centered around him.

Not sure which AU you mean so I'll share inspiration for both my Harpy Prince Hunter AU and Cinderkin AU :D Cinderkin AU's inspiration just came from me wanting to draw dragons lmaooo, I used to do a lot of drawovers back in the day where I'd draw Hunter with dragon features and it gave me the idea to make an AU based on those designs. Harpy Prince Hunter AU is inspired by the already existing Harpy Hunter AUs and Royalty AUs. I wanted to merge them, cause why not? Despite the name, he's not the prince of harpies. He's a harpy. And a prince. Maybe I should change the name to Prince Harpy Hunter lmaoo, but I like calling it hpHunter AU :(((( For some information about my hpHunter AU since I haven't mentioned it yet: TW: CUTTING, DEATH, CHILD ABUSE Hunter is not a grimwalker in this AU due to it being over-complicated with his harpy form, so his dad is Caleb in this AU, with Belos being Hunter's uncle still. Caleb obviously is dead, and Flapjack still remains. Flapjack took to being a part of Hunter's life and raising him quite early on, which Belos knew and disapproved of. Belos eventually had enough of seeing Flapjack but couldn't reach him, so he attacked Hunter instead, accidentally leaving him to walk to his room and slowly die. Flapjack found a sharp object and used it to cut himself open and let his blood seep into Hunter, healing him but sacrificing himself to save his beloved owner. As Hunter slowly died, he suddenly awoke in the morning to realise Flapjack was gone with absolutely no memory of what happened. Then he became a harpy, and immediately knew what happened. He was devistated, and still is till this day. Due to the traumatic experience, he's almost constantly in his harpy form and struggles to get out of it. He only seems to turn back to his witch form when he's happy, which in this case, is very rare. I'll explain more of the "prince" part in the future, right now I'm a little too lazy. Hope this helps :D

Camila the healer bonds with Philip over their shared passion for cooking and close to him, much to her pickpocket daughter’s annoyance.

Even after they revive Manny and he gets turned into a chimera (earning a bisexual awakening in Philip) by the Mad Mage Evelyn, the brothers stay with the girls to help them in any way they can, even as Philip and Camila grow more intimate with each other.

(Bonus: Manny likes Philip immediately and he had a brief conversation with Camila over letting him join their relationship)

Of course I have to start with this could be home, aka The Foster Care AU, which is currently being updated every Thursday. In which Ray is the best (foster) dad ever, Reggie just really wants to be a Molina, Sunset Curve Comes As A Set, Willie finally found a foster placement that doesn't suck, and everyone is Going Through It.

Another favourite is the fever dream that is Fucked Up A Perfectly Good Statue Is What You Did (look at it, it’s got anxiety), which is my fuck you to the Pygmalion myth, with a lot of swearing, ridiculous shenanigans, Himbo Statue Come To Life Influencer Shitposter Alex, Confused But 'I guess this day can't get any weirder' sculptor Willie, a lot of peanut butter cups and swearing, some obscure art jokes, and a tiny clay mouse.

There's Old Houses Are Just Like That Sometimes, a Leverage fanfic featuring Opinionated Ghost Sophie, House Flipper Parker, Gardener Eliot, Ghost Hunter Hardison, and a spirit box meeting its deserved end.

Another favourite is the Care and Feeding Of Dragons, which starts with Little Dragon. Featuring weird but well-meaning foster dad Caleb who may or may not be a vampire, tiny chaos gremlin Willie, and Lancelot the plush dragon.
