now admittedly i mostly know jerma and northernlion from seeing various clips so if this is way off send me anon hate or something. but i was thinking about how the two of them seem like they're a similar category of streamer, with a major difference being that jerma is more bumbling, typically being pushed by his chat with humor often coming from his mistakes, while northernlion is more in control, leading his audience along with his own brand of nonsense. and i ended up producing the thought "northernlion is sort of like dom jerma"

here's my insane video game opinion. a soulslike game refers to the action rpg subgenre that is derivative of dark souls in whichever way you would like to define it. this probably does not include sekiro.

a soulsBORNE game refers to the specific lineage of games made by game developer From Software that starts with demon's souls and includes the various games building off of its core design ideas and narrative themes. this definitely includes sekiro.

the definitive twitter moment is when someone posted "i noticed my neighbors eat pizza and takeout a lot so i made them some chili :)" and someone else replied "ummm... this is literally stalking and abuse" and that became a topic everyone needed to talk about for several days for some reason

the definitive tumblr moment is when someone posted "what even is gender" and someone reblogged with "ghost type pokemon, he's purple and fat," and a bunch of people added to the post by making the same kind of joke (no that's gengar, no that's gondor, no that's gargoyle, etc.) and the original poster reblogged the first reblog with "this was a perfect addition to the post and all that was really needed but a bunch of theater kids had to come and ruin it," and then a bunch of theater kids came and ruined that branch too

i don't go on reddit often so correct me if i'm wrong but i think the definitive reddit moment is either 1. the apparently multiple times some moderator banned someone from a subreddit for some stupid reason and a bunch of people responded by doing the stupid thing that got someone banned, causing them to also be banned, which was then posted on a drama subreddit but the moderator doing the banning was also a moderator of that subreddit so people posting about it there got banned too, so it had to be posted on a different drama subreddit instead, i've seen people post about two separate instances of this exact scenario happening, or 2. when someone realized they were arguing about food with someone who drinks their own piss recreationally
