Dr. Olivia Octavius Headcanon (AU)
Born and raised in California, Los Angeles August 8th, 1957
adopted by a second generation Mexican American Family as a baby (stretch you imagination for a bit, I know im fooling with actual legal history here but bear with me lol)
her mother had trouble having chicken for a few years and prayed every dat for them but she felt like she should adopt and ws drawn Olivia.
her mother Elena was a Sundays school teacher and a homemaker and her father worked in construction
she was a happy active and outgoing girl. she could never have her hair done for long it aways came out messed up from her being outide and playing and digging up dirt.
she was tested for being gifted and passed and got transferred to a gifted school for kids her
she learned how to surf and loved being outside and nature and always caught butterflies in the summer.
she was teased for her hair, height, glasses and her parents heritage and got into fights and even a few fist fights but she never let it get to her and built her confidence from it.
the boys however thought she was cute when she got older and flirted with her and that was another reason to hate her.
she skipped grades and finished under Gard school quickly.
she eventually applied to MIT at 19 years old and didn't get in her first year but applied the following year and got it.
she after her first year she didn't think would come back to New York because there was hardly any attire and was surrounded by building and after her first winter ever, she was sure shed be gone by summer time but Norman convinced her to stay.
There she met norman osborn after overhearing a conversation him and dr stromm were having and the next day struck up a close friendship with her and Dr stromm and lasted ever since.
She taught Norman to salsa and she would always make him laugh
she and dr stromm encouraged him in his support of oscorp
Norman ended up convincing Olivia to speed through school and get their doctorate degree. Which they did , they graduated with a doctorate at 22
over time she fell in love with him hard but by the time she felt the need to tell him n, he had met someone else named Emily Lyman
Olivia met Emily a few times and didn’t see any glaring reason why they shouldn’t be together not to mention she was always “busy” or our partying but soon she’ll come to realize how that would hurt Norman in the end.
Olivia over the years tried to give advice to Norman on dating but his insecurities would just talk a little bit louder and he end up making the same mistakes. Until after so many heartbreaks and lies , he just became bitter over dating. After his last and final broken engagement, with a woman who was actually genuine, due to her not wanting to sign a prenup, he just reigned to the fact that “marriage isn’t for him” . And stayed a confirmed bachelor.
at 40 years old she left the Company to start her own. Norman was heartbroken a bit but knew she ha dreams of her own to pursue and they always talked abut her dreams as well and he was more than happy to support her.
Norman made sure he was the first one to donate to her company of 100 million dollars.
she moved her company to upstate New York, where she built a home as well and feels like she can "breathe"

Been very busy, but I talked to the guys. Markus was pretty easily able to make a little GPS tracking bug that connects to the WEB app. Even made it shaped like a little spider.
Also talked to pete about all this and if he has any ideas as to suspects for who could be this goblin dude. Gave me a short list, but Alchemax has so many enemies that really it could be anyone.
•Phillip Urich; 'Daily Bugle' Journalist with a particular grudge and focus on doing Alchemax hit pieces. Apparently, his uncle was involved in some accident when working for Alchemax.
•Roderick Kingsley; Former Founder and CEO of local business 'Kingsley Pharmacy'. His business went under shortly after Alchemax came to portland. Couldn't compete with them.
•Dr. Mendel Stromm; Former business partner and engineer in the early days of Oscorp. He was arrested and imprisoned for embezzlement.
Dunno why any of these guys would all of a sudden start attacking Alchemax NOW, but suppose I finally have something to work off of. Gonna see about tracking these guys and looking for any suspicious activity. If that turns up nothing, then at least next time the goblin shows up I can hopefully place that tracker on him.

All Hallows Eve:
Children are out trick-or-treating, and among them is young Normie Osborn who has been taken out by his babysitter while his mother Liz Osborn and her boyfriend Foggy Nelson are at a party at the Daily Bugle. They bump into a man who is impressed by Normie's goblin mask and gives him some candy. As they go on their way, Normie recognizes the man as his grandfather.
Elsewhere, Peter Parker is rushing across the city in order to get to his wife, who is giving birth to their child. He is blaming himself for not being there after getting dragged into a fight with Mendel Stromm along with Ben Reilly. When arriving at the hospital his panic and the indifferent staff get him turned around and he feels utterly lost trying to find his wife. That's when he is found by the doctor who helped with the childbirth, Doctor Folsome. He explains that food poisoning somehow triggered early labor. Folsom also tells Parker that there were some complications in the pregnancy. With his spider-sense starting to buzz, Peter begins demanding to know what is going on and where his wife is. Peter's panicked state leaves him open to being injected with a drug by Doctor Folsome. As Peter begins to black out, Folsom assures Peter that the injection is not lethal as he is wanted alive.
Fifteen Minutes to Midnight
J. Jonah Jameson arrives at the Daily Bugle and just manages to catch the elevator with Joe Robertson and Flash Thompson. Jonah is unhappy that the board of directors has called a meeting so late at night. Joe and Thompson however, are going up to the newsroom for a Halloween party that has been put together for the staff. When they arrive in the bullpen they find Glory Grant, Betty Brant, Ben Urich, Angela Yin, Ken Ellis, Foggy Nelson, and Liz Osborn are all in attendance. The only person who is unaccounted for is Peter Parker, who must be running late, something that doesn't surprise Jameson. However, everyone is wondering who was responsible for this gathering.
Elsewhere, Peter Parker wakes up in a dark room and discovers that he is wearing his original Spider-Man costume. His captor, holding out a pumpkin bomb, tells Peter that the pumpkin bomb is emitting a gas that will keep Parker disorientated until he is ready to get his final revenge. In the darkness, Peter can see that his attacker is wearing a Green Goblin costume and at first he thinks that somehow Harry Osborn, even though he is dead. That's when his captor walks into the light he is revealed to be Norman Osborn. Peter cannot believe it, as he believes that Norman Osborn has been dead for years, impaled on his own Goblin Glider on the day he murdered Gwen Stacy. To prove that he is not a clone or some kind of impostor, Norman rips open his shirt revealing a cross-shaped scar marking where he was impaled during his last battle with Spider-Man.
Back at the Daily Bugle, suspicions continue to mount as everyone notices that the paper's night staff is nowhere to be found. Adding to their paranoia is the discovery that the phone lines are dead, the elevators have been shut down, and all of the emergency exits have been locked, effectively trapping Jonah and the others in the Bugle's office. While at a sports bar in downtown Manhattan, Arthur Stacy is meeting with Detectives Francis Tork, Connor Trevan and Lou Snider. Arthur explains that he has come back to New York after hearing of the recent discovery of a skeleton in a Spider-Man costume. Stacy has come to believe that Spider-Man murdered someone and intends to find out. He has sought out the aid of these three detectives as they have all worked closely with the wall-crawler in the past.
Meanwhile, Norman Osborn mocks Peter Parker, deducing that his old foe is worried about his wife and their unborn child. Peter then asks how Norman managed to survive being impaled with his Goblin Glider. Norman gleefully explains that the Goblin formula that gave him his powers also gifted him with a healing factor that allowed him to recover from the otherwise fatal wound. He continues explaining what happened after his apparent demise, Norman begins putting on his Green Goblin costume. He tells Parker that he woke up in the morgue to see his son Harry bribing the coroner to alter the reports. Norman killed a homeless man who was put in place of his own body and is the corpse that was buried in his grave. He intended to strike at Peter right away, but he later discovered his son had found his Green Goblin gear. Thinking his son would finally become a man, Norman decided to fade into the background and give his son a chance to succeed. Norman spend the ensuing years carving a criminal empire. When Harry died recently, Norman blamed Spider-Man and decided to come back. Peter demands to know what Norman wants, and Osborn explains that he wants to take everything Peter Parker has: his friends, his family, and lastly his life.
At the Daily Bugle, the staff has decided to try to get the attention of people in the neighboring windows in order to get free. Suspecting that something is up, Ben Urich begins working on a story so he doesn't miss a possible scoop. Looking out one of the windows, Flash Thompson bumps into Betty Brant. However, it is not the happy reunion he was looking for, as Betty reminds him that their relationship was a long time ago and very much over, prompting Flash to find another window to look out of. this is witnessed by Liz Osborn who is surprised to see Flash react that way, as it was much different than the Flash she knew in high school. After being introduced to Liz's friend Foggy Nelson, Flash explains his troubled relationship with Betty Brant. The two of them remark how much they have both changed since they were kids and they wish Peter was there to reminisce with them.
Revelations
Still at Norman Osborn's mercy, Peter tries to explain that Osborn has the wrong person. However, Osborn knows that Peter is going to stay he is a clone and gloats over how deeply he was involved in the events in Peter's life. That's when the Goblin pulls Ben Reilly out of the swirling smoke around them. Osborn then explains that he was manipulating everyone behind the scenes from the Jackal down to the and Seward Trainer, all in an effort to trick and confuse both Parker and Ben Reilly. In reality, Peter Parker was always the genuine article and Ben Reilly was the clone. Now fully in costume, the Green Goblin tosses Ben Reilly into Peter Parker and mounts his Goblin Glider and prepares to fly across the way to the Daily Bugle building. When Peter tries to stop him he is blasted and left falling down the side of the building. However, Parker manages to break his fall with a web-line. Still groggy from the gas, he can only watch helplessly as the Green Goblin flies over to the Bugle Building.
Back inside the building, Ben Reilly comes around and witnesses the Goblin flying away. Having heard none of what was revealed earlier, he is completely confused by the whole scenario. Still, he tries to struggle to his feet, but after the beating he received, Ben collapses to the floor again. His mind then drifts back to earlier that night when he was at the mercy of Norman Osborn.
Then
Ben had just been blasted by Norman Osborn who then loads Reilly onto a helicopter. The whole time Norman mocked Spider-Man, calling him a clone. Thinking this is yet another lie and manipulation, Spider-Man lashes out refusing to allow Norman Osborn to cause more grief for Peter Parker and his wife Mary Jane. Knocking themselves back outside of the helicopter, Norman beats Ben into submission. He then reveals that he is coming to the climax of a scheme that was years in the making. Not only is he going to utterly destroy Peter Parker, but he has also tricked all of his friends to meet at the offices of the Daily Bugle.
Now
… His recollection last but mere moments and the Green Goblin is still flying toward the Daily Bugle. Once again, Ben Reilly tries to must the strength to stop his mortal foe, as the lives of his friends and family are on the line. Helping Peter back up into the building, Ben warns his "brother" that Osborn has rigged the Bugle with explosives that are set to go off at midnight. Ben tries to get up to go after the Green Goblin, but Peter points out that he suffered a savage beating and is in no shape to go after their foe. With no other choice, Peter decides to fall back into the role of a hero and swings off as the original Spider-Man once again.
Across the street at the Daily Bugle, everyone there is shocked when the Green Goblin comes crashing in through the window. When J. Jonah Jameson recognizes Norman Osborn's voice, the Goblin is flattered and drags the newspaper publisher back outside. When Spider-Man tries to save Jonah, only to get his hands blasted by the Goblin's gauntlet blasters. This causes the web-slinger to let go of his webbing and fall down to the street below. The Green Goblin tells Jameson that he will die, but not yet and carries him back inside. Norman then confronts the window of his son, Liz Osborn, and slaps her across the face for encouraging his son Harry to be a weakling. As the rest of the Bugle staff watches in horror, the Green Goblin is then pulled back outside by Spider-Man who recovered from the fall. As the two eternal foes fight it out, people on the street begin to panic. Seeing this from across the street, Ben decides he can't just sit back and do nothing and begins to crawl down the side of the building.
At that moment, at the Daily Grind, Devon Lewis catches a news report about the battle between Spider-Man and the Green Goblin and decides to go and see it, despite the protests from his mother, Shirley Washington. Also seeing this is Arthur Stacy and the three police detectives who also begin rushing to the scene. Back uptown, Spider-Man dodges a barrage of pumpkin bombs as the Goblin rants about restoring his good name. However, Spider-Man refuses to stop until Norman finally tells him what happened to his wife and child. By this time, Ben Reilly has forced himself into the Daily Bugle newsroom, creating an escape for the others. Ben stays behind, using his spider-sense to locate all of the bombs that were planted by Norman Osborn. Flash Thompson comes back for Reilly, one of the bombs begins to go off. His spider-sense warning him of this, Ben shields Flash from the blast. Although the force of the explosion knocks out Thompson, he is alive. Unfortunately for Ben, he was seriously injured by the shrapnel. After binding his wounds, Ben decides to take the remaining bombs back to their own.
Triumph and Tragedy
Back outside, the Green Goblin continues to toss a barrage of pumpkin bombs and razor bats. He is furious how the wall-crawler continues to stand no matter what he throws at him. Spider-Man manages to kick the Goblin off his glider, explaining that he does it out of spite. Peter then pulls off both of their masks, saying that this battle is not just a war between Spider-Man and the Green Goblin, but between Peter Parker and Norman Osborn. Osborn begins to buckle under the stress of Parker's resistance and is knocked down by a single blow. That's when Ben arrives with the live bombs and asks Peter to do something about them. Putting his mask back on, Spider-Man prepares to dispose of the bombs when Norman activates the remote on his Goblin Glider. Seeing that it is heading on a collision course with Spider-Man, Ben Reilly leaps in its way, getting impaled through the back by the device. The glider then carries Ben over the rooftop where he falls to the ground below. Horrified by this, Spider-Man is caught off guard by the Green Goblin, who resumes his attack. With his lightning-fast reflexes, Spider-Man tosses the live bombs at the Green Goblin, catching the villain in the explosion. Set aflame, the Green Goblin curses Spider-Man and vows to return even though he goes crashing down onto the street and is seemingly vanquished in a massive explosion.
Spider-Man then rushes down to the street to check on Ben who is already being examined by paramedics. They tell the wall-crawler that there is nothing they can do to save Ben. Still clinging to live, Ben tells Spider-Man that -- clone or no clone -- Peter has earned the right to be Spider-Man. His final words to Peter are for him to raise his daughter well and to tell her about her "Uncle Ben". That's when Spider-Man notices something abnormal about Ben's arm and realizes the truth. He quickly scoops up Reilly's lifeless body and carries it up to a nearby rooftop where it finally dissolves into powder, the end result of instant cellular degeneration when one of the Jackal's clones dies. This proves to Spider-Man that he is the real Peter Parker after all. This does little to change the mood, and the wall-crawler begins to mourn the death of the man he had come to call his brother. Changing back into Peter Parker, the web-slinger rushes to the hospital to find out what happened to Mary Jane.
This time, he finds the room where his wife is resting after her complicated childbirth. There, she tries to tell him that their baby girl was stillborn. Peter already knows this and tells Mary Jane that they will get past this all the tears and pain and their love will see them through this tragedy and make them stronger than ever.
Epilogue One:
Several days after the death of Ben Reilly, the Parkers have a wake in the home of Peter's Aunt May. There they are gathered by friends and acquaintances of both Peter Parker and Ben Reilly. Among the mourners is mobster Jimmy-6, who approaches the Parkers and Mary Jane's Aunt Anna. He offers his condolences, telling them that Ben once saved his life. He then asks to talk to Peter Parker in private, Peter agrees and the pair walks out onto the front porch of the house. He tells Peter that he meant it when he said that he would do anything for the Parkers. He also vows to kill the Green Goblin if he turns up alive, and he will kill Spider-Man as well if he learns that the wall-crawler has anything to do with Ben's death. Peter tells Jimmy that he wishes he could talk about this more but he has one last thing to do for Ben.
A short time later on the Brooklyn Bridge, Spider-Man holds an urn containing Ben Reilly's ashes. He says his final farewells, saying that Ben changed his life forever and he will remember him always.
Epilogue 2
As Ben Reilly's ashes spread across Manhattan, engineers are assessing the damage done to the Daily Bugle during the battle between Spider-Man and the Green Goblin. While their backs are turned, the Green Goblin emerges from the rubble and murders the two men in order to cover up the fact that he survived. As it turns out, the Green Goblin planned for such an outcome from their battle. As he strips off his costume, Norman Osborn leaves so he can prepare for what comes next…

#it is so sweet and heartbreaking is it not?#harry's curse (or one of several) demonstrated here is that he's just full of love but so often left with nowhere for it to go#him and his dad probably had moments like this a few times a year and it didn't have to BE like that man!#like we all know what this relationship is like but would norman let any other person on earth do this? probably not#and then harry even tries to shoo people out of the room when they come to tell norman about dr. stromm and the glider#cuz his dad is not feeling well and that's what's important#*punches the wall* what if love didn't save anybody!!!! (via @apple-spider-vinegar)
Yes to ALL of this! Harry really has so much love to give, and yet he ends up estranged, often through no fault of his own, from all the people he tries to give it to. First Norman, who really doesn't have an excuse, then Peter and MJ, who do, but hurt him badly all the same.
I swear, the longer I watch the second gif, the more feelings I have about it. This is the only time in the entire trilogy that we see Harry in charge of a situation when Norman is present. From a guy like Norman, I'd expect to see some resentment in that situation, especially given how he tends to treat Harry in other scenes, but is that what we see? NO. No it is not. We see complete, absolute, instinctive trust. This is Norman's version of Harry's utterly heartbreaking 'dad is here, everything will be ok' face from the hug scene. (If only he had ever expressed that trust or shown that affection in the way that Harry needed!)
I'm no Norman Osborn, though I am cagier about physical contact than most people, but the list of people I would let physically pick me up and set me down includes...maybe two or three people, at most. Anyone else would get a 'get off, I'll be fine' and I'd insist on picking myself up. And yet closed-off, arrogant, derisive control freak Norman Osborn relinquishes the metaphorical reins of this scene. He lets his son pick him up, question him, and speak for him, and never says a WORD to reprimand him.
Each of them loves the other more than life itself and trusts the other implicitly. Neither of them, as far as I can tell, is aware of this about the other. I AM GOING TO EAT A SHOE. And then sit on Norman's head until he actually talks to his son, because while Harry has lots of good excuses for the trouble he has in communicating with people, Norman is a grown man and he should know better.
I am having such a serious case of feelings about the scene where Harry finds Norman on the floor the night after the lab accident that I actually went out and made gifs of it because I haven't seen any on Tumblr.
Look at Harry's body language here. Look how his hand is wrapped all the way around Norman's bicep. Look at the gentle little back rub. He's being so careful and so protective.
And then look at the way Norman reacts. This is not a man who is comfortable with vulnerability, but he lets Harry help him, doesn't try to shake him off; even leans on him. Harry's supporting a lot of his weight in this gif.
Harry keeps hold of Norman until he's safely settled on the couch. And look at his worried face! This kid loves his dad so much.
I think Norman loves him, too. It's not immediately obvious from this scene alone, but I do think it says a lot that Norman allows Harry to more or less pick him up and set him down on the couch. It takes a tremendous amount of instinctive physical trust to let someone maneuver you that way.

Norman Osborn x F!Reader
wordcount: 2.8k words
summary: A limo ride to a Gala takes longer than normal.

A soft melody floats around the room as you double-check yourself in the mirror. You find yourself scrutinizing every little part of the ensemble. The outfit itself was absolutely breathtaking, but it was how you looked in it that worried you the most. You felt this overwhelming amount of pressure to be perfect every time you go out with your boyfriend Norman Osborn. It made your knees shack to be with such a powerful man. In your head, he was too important to be with a girl like you. Your lifestyle was nothing like Norman’s. Your modest apartment is nestled in the heart of New York City. You lived here ever since you decided to move to the big city. When you started dating Norman, however, he tried to convince you to move out. He said he could set you up in a high-rise with all expenses paid. The offer was lucrative and more than generous, but you didn’t want the gold digger rumors to have even more of a backbone. Those fuckers at the Daily Bugle ate your relationship with the Oscorp Billionaire up.
The two of you met when you interned at Oscorp Industries. It was your first week when you quite literally ran into the CEO himself. Fortunately for you, it was not a situation of spilled coffee or flying documents. Instead, you tripped while trying to make it to a meeting on time. You always cursed at your way too high, high heels, and that day they decided to get back at you. When you put your arms out to brace for the impact you were met with a hard chest instead of the hard ground.
Your face felt like it was in flames, “I’m s-so sorry sir.” His brow arched while he inspected your shaking form. A dark look went across his features as if he came to a conclusion about you. At that moment you thought you were going to be fired on the spot. Much to your surprise, instead of being reprimanded, an arm encased in a fine suit extended to you. “I’m assuming you were on your way to the biotechnology meeting?” His eyes motion toward your badge.
You specifically interned around the large biology department under the supervision of Dr. Mendel Stromm. Hesitating slightly, you accept his arm. Never did you think you would meet Norman Osborn, let alone be escorted by him. “Would be a shame if you missed it. It’s unfound the things you can get the body to do.” The double meaning behind his statement did not go unnoticed by you. On the other side, the way your body tensed did not go unnoticed by Norman.
It was desire at first sight. That’s why you now stood all dolled up for him. You handpicked the dress yourself, although it was courtesy of Norman’s black card. The shade of green not only complimented your skin, but you knew it was your boyfriend’s favorite color. It was an excellent choice for the charity gala; sexy, yet sophisticated. There was a dip in the back of the dress that showed the expanse of your back. Thin straps rested on your shoulders as the fabric fell into a V-shape at your chest. The dress just hit the floor, the perfect length to avoid another tripping fiasco. What really tantalized you was the slit that showcased your leg. Hopefully, Norman would like it as much as you hoped he would.
Your phone ringing on your dresser cues your date’s arrival. “Norman?” It was almost embarrassing how excited you sounded to hear from him. “Hello, my dear. I trust that you’ve gotten ready in time?” You try to suppress the butterflies that appear in your stomach at the sound of his voice. “Yes, sir. I would never disobey you.” You could only imagine the wolfish grin that stretches across his face. “Good girl. I’ll be waiting for you in the car.” With that, Norman ends the phone call. Even though you were his exclusive girlfriend, your relationship had slightly different rules than most. Sometimes the CEO had a hard time suppressing his ever-changing emotions. He could be very sweet to you depending on the mood he was feeling that day. However, there was a side of Norman that was much darker, almost hungry for domination.
You were the outlet for his pent-up energy and aggression. Much to your delight, the aggression he lets out on you is in the form that includes being fucked roughly. The older man was almost too skilled at making you forget your own name. Before Norman, you were much shyer and reserved. At the time, sex was just clumsy, vanilla moments meant to fill your need to be desired. Now it was so much more. Norman knew how to make your body writhe. You were showered with not only constant affection but gifts and unforgettable dates. At first, you were hesitant to accept such things. You didn’t want Norman to think you were using him, but he insisted. On a daily basis, he wanted to remind you of how much he desired you.
You try to shake the dirty thoughts out of your head. Giving yourself a once over you sigh. Can’t keep him waiting. If there was one thing you’d learned about Norman, it was that he was not a very patient man. I mean he wouldn’t be as successful as he is if he just waited for an opportunity. Making your way to the lobby of your old apartment, you run into a friend. “Hey, Peter!” The young man’s eyes go wide at your appearance. “W-wow you look great.” You blush out a ‘thank you’ as you pull him into a hug. “We’re still on for that study session, right? Biochemistry has been kicking my ass.” Peter gives you a flustered smile while rubbing the back of his neck, “Yeah, of course. I haven’t left you hanging just yet, have I?” You met Peter at university and became fast friends when you learned you had the same interests in science. It was hard to find a guy interested in the field who didn’t look down on you or tried to get in your pants. Thankfully, Peter was as nice as they come. Remembering who was waiting on you, you quickly excuse yourself. “I have to go, but I’ll see around Parker!”
Norman’s driver is standing outside the car when you get outside. You smile at the man while you exchange pleasantries. He opens the door for you and you promptly slide inside. The door shuts as your eyes land on Norman for the first time tonight. You could drool at the sight of him. Something about a powerful man in a black suit made you hot and bothered. Fastened around his neck is the green tie that you bought for him. You remember telling him how nice it would look if you two matched. Dark eyes take you in. Nervous about the outfit you picked, you bite your lip. “I have another dress if you don’t like this one.” Your worry is quelled when Norman lowers the partition to talk to the driver. “Drive around until I instruct you otherwise.” The other man responds with a quick ‘yes Mr. Osborn’ before the privacy screen rolls up again.
One of his hands roughly squeeze your exposed thigh. “The only way you are getting out of this dress is if I’m taking it off.” The statement came out authoritatively. This is just the reaction you were hoping to pull from Norman. His fingers slowly dance up your leg until he pushes the fabric of your dress aside to expose your sex. Black lace panties cover your mound, Norman’s favorite. Expert fingers rub against your clit through the fabric. A grunt comes from the industrialist when he feels the wetness that soaks through.
“You’re so wet already. You haven’t been touching yourself, have you?”
“N-No, sir.”
“Such a good girl.” The pet name comes out as a purr. “Why don’t you come sit on daddy’s lap.” It wasn’t a question, but a command. One that your brain would automatically obey. You move to straddle his lap, moaning when you sit on top of something hard. Despite knowing better, you can’t help but say what is nagging your mind. “We can’t be late Norman.” A dark chuckle leaves him. “Nothing wrong with being fashionably late my dear. Besides, no one would dare comment about it. Not unless they care about their job of course.” You quiver at this. If Norman wanted you, he was going to have you; no ifs, ands, or, buts about it.
His hands slowly drag your panties down your thigh. When they fall to your legs you kick them off. Goosebumps prickle your skin when he rubs up and down your thighs, thumbs ghosting just outside where you needed him the most. “Do you want to see what you did to daddy?” Only hesitating for a second you glance out the window. The darkness of the night and tinted glass shielded you from the wondering eyes of pedestrians. Not wanting to make him wait any longer you fumble with his belt. The fine leather gave you a jolt of anticipation. With only a slight delay from your excitement, you fist Norman’s cock. He was already impossibly hard; the veins under your palm were practically pulsing with need. Rough fingers rub against your folds. Surprised at the contact you try to suck in air. Norman pushes your hand away, so he can lubricate himself with your slick. The sight of him pumping his manhood causes more wetness to pool inside you. “Let me reward you for being such a good girl.” You lift your hips so you’re brushing against the head of his cock. Taking a hold of your hips, he pushes you down.
Even after all this time Norman’s thick length still gave you a bite of pain from the stretch. At first, he pushes into you slowly to let you adjust. Each time he exits and enters you, you get more desperate. “I need you to go faster. Please, sir.” How could Norman say no when you asked so politely? He anchors you down by your thighs to fuck into you at a steady pace. Placing your hands behind you on Norman’s knees you lean back. The position kept you from wrinkling each other’s clothes too much. It also lets him thrust deeper inside you.
Something shifts in Norman that makes his grip tighten and his breath come out harsh. Norman’s hips push into you harder, faster. Streams of moans and cries spill from your open lips. If it wasn’t for the loud nature of the city, someone would have heard you. “Look at you. The perfect little slut bouncing on my cock.” His words make you blush even more if that was possible. You try to catch your breath when his hips roll into you just right. “Your slut Norman. Only yours.” He growls at your loyal submission to him. What turned him on the most was knowing how much control he had over you. The way you would give in to his every demand made him almost feral. A strong hand possessively wraps around your throat. The pressure makes you whimper. “That’s right. You are mine.” Everything felt so sinful. That was part of the fun, knowing what you were doing was seen as wrong. You wouldn’t have it any other way.
Anytime the car bumps on the road, Norman reaches even deeper. His thrust started to reach the spot that made you feel lightheaded. “I’m so close!” His thumb immediately moves to your clit. “You’re not allowed to cum until I tell you to. Do you understand?” The order comes out through gritted teeth as Norman chases after his own release. “Yes, s-sir!” His hand around your throat tightens, and the constriction of air heightens your pleasure. Your nails dig into the soft fabric of his dress pants. It took every ounce of your concentration to not cum right then. Norman’s pupils were so dilated it made his eyes look black. Never once did his gaze wander away from your jostling body. What amazes you is that there is not one bead of sweat on the man’s face. Even though he was older than you he had the stamina of a man your age. His pure strength was mind-numbing.
A familiar pressure in your groin becomes almost unbearable. “Please, sir! I can’t hold on for much longer!”
“You want to cum?”
Tears threaten to push past your lashes, “Please!”
“Go ahead my little slut. Cum for me. Show daddy how thankful you are.”
Thighs shaking, you cry out Norman’s name like it’s a prayer. You would have thrown your head back if it wasn’t for the tight grip on your throat. Norman wanted to watch you come undone. He wanted you to remember that he was the only one who could get you like this. With one last thrust, your orgasm shoots through you. Norman groans out praises that you can barely focus on. As overstimulation claims your senses, your boyfriend lets out a curse. When his hips start to stutter, he pulls you onto his chest. Arms lock around your body. The hold he had on you made it so he could bury himself fully inside your core. With a guttural groan, Norman fills you. Your walls squeeze and quiver around him. “Fuck! Take it all. Take it.” Hot breath assaults your neck as warmth spreads in your core; a feeling you’ve grown to crave. Stealing a glance at Norman’s face he’s contorted in pleasure, his eyes screwed shut. Knowing you were the one that made him lose his cool demeanor always made your heart jump.
Deep breaths move his chest like he is trying to steady himself. When he opens his eyes again, he seemed worried. “Are you alright? I didn’t hurt you, did I?” It stumped you how his emotions could change so fast. Shacking your head, you help Norman tuck himself back in his pants. “Not in any way I didn’t want. Don’t worry Norman. That was too good.” You plant a quick kiss on his lips. He often needed reassurance after sex. That was the only time in your relationship when you felt like the dominant one. It was like a switch was flipped and you were more than happy to soothe any of his worries. Your fingers comb through his hair, fixing how disheveled it had become. A groan leaves him at the light massage you give him. Moving down you straighten his tie. The satin material felt nice under your hot skin. Satisfied with your work, you move off his lap to sit next to him. You scan the interior, looking for a particular item. You’re not the only one to spot it.
Norman grabs your panties before you can. He swiftly puts the fabric in his pant pocket. “Trust me, dear. This will make it easier later.” That meant that this was definitely not going to be your only orgasm tonight. You grab your purse that fell on the floor. Pulling out your compact mirror you do your best to make it look like you didn’t just get your brain fucked out of you. Thank God you chose to only wear lip gloss tonight. After you are content with how you fixed yourself, you turn back towards Norman. “How do I look?” Norman’s thumb gently swipes under your lip, evening out anything that smudged. An affectionate look graced his handsome features. “You look absolutely stunning.” A small laugh leaves you as you advert your gaze. His middle and pointer finger move your chin up, so you can’t look away from him. “I mean it. You impress me. Not only are you beautiful, but also smart, kind, and ambitious. I couldn’t have asked for more.”
Norman wasn’t one to throw compliments like that around. You still had a hard time accepting them though. Ever since you told him that, “In science, there are no absolutes truths, so his view of you was subject to change at any time,” he made sure not to sugarcoat how he felt in a given moment. Leaning forward you leave a small kiss on Norman’s jaw. “Thank you, Mr. Osborn.” You smile at the reaction you get from your, technically, boss. “If I was a more selfish man I would have you work directly under me.” Laughing you sit back while wiggling your brows, “I can recall working under you a couple of times now.” Norman pulls you against his side by your hips and growls, “You little minx.”
It was safe to say that you were a little more than “fashionably” late.
Any and all interactions are greatly appreciated.

TPYH-Chapter 4: Martha Pls Come Back With The Kids
Summary: Martha pls come back with the kids I'm begging you I'll be a better father I'm sorry I invested in that Garfield themed diner it seemed like a good idea because haha it's Garfield pls come back Martha.
I Dunno I think the stupid titles, summaries and pics are funny. I do actually try with the chapters but I just go chaotic with everything else if it becomes too much pls just tell me I love y'all XOXO

“You brought the bird?” your dad asked, rubbing his eyes.
“Her name is Olivia, and she will be helping me take care of the kittens.” The kittens meowed in response.
“Kittens? Water Bear-”
“They needed a foster home and nobody else would step up, I have the materials to make their nest, and Olivia protects them and Bip became their mother.”
“y/n…”
“They only need to be fed every 4-6 hours so I will take my breaks then, I have a mat for messes and-”
“Ok, ok they can stay! Set them up and meet me in lab 1 as soon as possible.” He hurried off before you could answer.
You sighed as you started to head up the stairs, it was very difficult, you forgot that the elevator was broken. You panted as you trudged up the stairs to the third floor, on your way to your office you glanced into Otto's lab, he wasn’t there. You sighed, disappointed. It didn’t take too long to set up the areas, and once you were certain that Bip, the kittens, and Olivia were safe, you went down the stairs to meet your father. Once you entered the lab you felt out of place, it was too sterile. You spotted your father talking to a group of scientists, you could tell he was getting agitated. You walked up to him and listened in.
“PETA breathing down our necks, and the government is threatening to pull away! I don’t care if you have to work all night, get it done.” He turned around and noticed you.
“Ah, Doctor Osborne, I am so glad to see you, this is Doctor Mendel Stromm, he has been leading this strength and intelligence serum we have been trying to perfect.” he introduced you to an older, balding man, he offered his hand and you shook it. “I remember, what do you need me to look at?” You asked.
“Doctor Osborne if you would follow me please.” He ushered her over to a lab station, which held several green serums, it also held many, many lab rats. You frowned.
“You can’t keep that many rats in one area. You can have 4-5 in a larger area, I can draft enclosure plans if you require them, are you giving them any enrichment?” “Enrichment?”
“Yes, wood chews, mirrors, toys, scents. Things to keep them occupied, and what are you feeding them?” “Pellets.”
“I’ll send you a diet plan as well. I can have the plans for you at the end of the day, I also recommend taking them out and spending time with them.”
“Doesn’t that seem like a bit much Doctor?” Stromm objected. “Dr. Rozenswig and Dr. Bennet ran an experiment in 1972 that tested lab rats, those who were given the care that I have outlined had increased size in their cerebral cortex which enlarged the neurons and synapses and found increased chemical activity. Do you know how that would benefit your experiment Stromm?”
“It would give us a higher validity.” He concluded.
“Thank you, I will have the outline for you by the end of the week.” You shook his hand and walked out back to your office.
Otto was standing outside your office.
“y/n can I come in?” He yelled.
“No!” You heard Olivia yell, you smiled, she had an almost spot-on impression of you, and it was easily mistaken for you through a wall. “I just want to make sure you’re ok.” He called out.
“No!” Olivia responded.
“No as in you don’t want me to come in or no you’re not ok?”
“No!”
“You’re not making this easy.”
“Could you let me get into my office Otto?” you ask behind him.
He jumped and turned around.
“y/n! How-who-” “Olivia’s in there.” You explained. “You brought the bird?” He asked.
“I brought Olivia yes, as well as Bip and some foster kittens. Would you like to meet them?” You opened the door, to which you found Olivia gnawing on a wood log, Bip and the kittens were asleep, Bip looked up sleepily and yawned. It was always a bonus to have the kittens around, Olivia didn’t squawk as much, but she glared at Otto.
“She still doesn’t like men, huh?” He asked, standing in the doorway. “Like all parrots, she’s picky with people and has a type.” “So that’s a no?”
You laugh as you hand Olivia a macadamia nut, she squawks happily.
“Do you want to see the kittens?” You ask.
“Maybe during lunch, I have a meeting with investors to go to.” He grumbled.
“Oh, well I will see you then. I need to create a care guide for Dr. Stromm.” You get up and sit down, you set up an extra keyboard, and open up a word document. Olivia hopped down from her perch and began picking at the keys. Otto laughed as he left, closing the office door. When you knew he was gone you couldn’t help but erupt in a big, stupid smile as you typed away. Maybe this wouldn’t be so bad.
You were wrong.

Writing Excerpt
“There’s no need for violence,” Dr. Von Stromm says, his voice calm and steady. He rests his hand on his stand of tools, straightening his head. His hair doesn’t obscure his bandages well enough; blood soaks through them in an odd circular shape, as though there’s a gaping hole beneath them.
“Valor, how do you know—”
“Because I’m a child of the gods,” Valor says, louder than necessary.

Norman Osborn x Reader: Deadly little secret
Summary: Your father is good friends with Norman Osborn. As a favor, Norman hires you to work as an administrator and keep track of files and records for projects. Norman is like an uncle to you. After a terrible accident, you discover something you’ll have wished you didn’t.
A/N: Hey guys. I’ve watched the first Spider-Man movie from 2002 again, and I wanted to write a one shot for Norman Osborn, the Green Goblin. This is not a Norman x reader pairing, nor is it smut/NSFW. As the summary says, the reader is like a niece to Norman. Warnings: References to murder, reader hearing Norman talking to the Goblin, but she doesn’t hear what the Goblin is saying, Goblin telling Norman he should be violent to the reader, ect. Anyway this is my first time writing for Norman and the Green Goblin. I hope you like it 🙂
You had recently been hired as an administrative assistant at Oscorp. It was a favor to both you and your father from Norman. Your father was hoping to go down a path similar to Norman, but he didn’t have the money, so he had to settle for something else. It didn’t stop Norman from staying in touch with him. He was present throughout your life, ever since you were a little girl. He was always there to help both of you whenever you needed him. You were basically his surrogate niece. You had called him Uncle Norman, even now as an adult. You couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity. He was kind to all of his employees. He cared for them because they were a part of the company. It was your first week on the job and it was going well for you. Many people were intimidated by Norman because of his title, but you knew you didn’t need to be. You knew what kind of man he was. On this particular day, he decided to touch base with some of his employees. “Y/N, there you are. How have things been going?” “Not too bad. A lot of these files were disorganized, but it’s shaping up. Thank you again for this. I know I’m basically just a records keeper, and it’s not as important as what a lot of your employees do, but I’ll do my best.” He shook his head. “You don’t have to thank me. And you are very important. You help keep this place organized and functional. I have no doubt you’ll do fine. Well, I’d better get back to it. Never a dull moment, you know.” You continued organizing the files. You would have your work cut out for you over the next several months.
A few weeks later a terrible accident happened. One of Norman’s assistants was killed, and the glider was gone. You were so scared. Who would do something so awful? You were worried about Norman. He seemed on edge lately. And then this happened. It would no doubt send his stress levels through the roof. You heard through word of mouth from other employees that Harry found him passed out. He can in looking absolutely exhausted. You pulled him aside. “Uncle Norman, I heard about what happened. I’m so sorry. How are you holding up?” You could tell he was shaken. “The whole thing is just awful, Y/N. I was with him. I don’t remember what happened. The next thing I know, Harry found me unconscious. They told me Dr. Stromm is dead. He warned me and I didn’t listen. If I had listened then the person responsible wouldn’t have killed him and stolen the glider. I could’ve stopped it.” You hugged him. “It’s not your fault. You had no way of knowing that would happen. I know you would never intentionally hurt anyone.” He seemed reassured. “You’re right. Thank you, Y/N. I don’t know what’s going on with me lately, but I’m glad you said that. I needed to hear it.” He began to walk away. “What should I do about the file for the glider?” “Oh, don’t worry about that, dear. We have to find the glider first. Just work on the others for now.” He went about his business leaving you to your work.
One night you had decided to stay late to finish working on some files. Everyone else had already left. It was just you and Norman in the building. It was around 7pm when you had finally finished some of the files. The office was eerie when no one was around. You thought you heard maniacal laughter and yelling. It was coming from Norman’s office. You couldn’t make out everything he was saying just bits and pieces. “She doesn’t know anything, please.” “You can’t make me hurt her.” and “No! Please, leave me alone!” Was he talking to someone on the phone? You creaked the door open and gently knocked. “Uncle Norman? Is everything okay? I thought I heard yelling.” “Y/N? You’re still here? I thought you went home hours ago.” “I wanted to finish some files I’ve been working on. Are you sure you’re okay?” “Honey, I’m fine. You need to go home. It’s getting late.” He looked disheveled and sweaty. You weren’t convinced. He practically shoved you out the door and you headed home.
You decided to catch a train home. You could’ve sworn you heard laughing, but you didn’t see anyone. You shrugged and got on the train. Norman had been acting so odd lately. It wasn’t making sense. What you didn’t know was the Green Goblin was having a conversation with Norman about you just before you came to his office. Norman had just finished checking in with everyone. She’s already asking about the glider. We need to take care of her, Osborn.
“What are you talking about? She doesn’t know anything. Please.”
That’s true. We have nothing to suggest she’s putting two and two together, but we both know how smart she is. She’ll figure things out eventually. You know she’ll go to the police when she finds out about our little secret. We’ll go to prison and Oscorp is dead.
“I won’t let you. You can’t make me hurt her. She’s practically my niece! I can’t! Why do you do this? Why do you hurt people? Why do hurt people who never hurt you? Please stop.”
You’re pathetic, Osborn. You’re weak and you always have been. You let people walk all over you. Are you really gonna let her go to the police when she adds it up? Do you really think I’m gonna let that happen? No. We take care of the problem. We give her a scare. She wakes up at the mansion and runs to Uncle Norman. There’s no other way.
“No! Please leave me alone!” The Goblin cackled, knowing that in the end, he would gain control.
Meanwhile, you eventually made it home to your apartment. You remembered seeing the files about the serum and reading the side effects. You read that it could cause people to become insane. You thought about how Norman seemed on edge lately, the yelling you heard from his office. Could he have been talking to himself? You remembered reading about the latest incident involving the Green Goblin. That’s what the press called him. He had been seen several times throughout the city. Surely Norman couldn’t have been behind everything. You’ve known him your whole life. He’s a good man. But the more you thought about it, the more it made sense.
You thought you heard the hum of an engine getting louder. Your window busted open and you saw the figure on top of the glider, the yellow eyes from his mask glowing at you. You froze. ”Hello my dear.” You bolted for the door. He jumped from the glider and made it to you in a few short strides. He lifted you from the ground with one arm and pinned you against the wall. You tried to get free, but he wouldn’t budge. You banged on the metal arm that was holding you up. You knew it wouldn’t work, but you had to try something. He tightened his grip on your neck. “Since he’s too much of a coward, I’ll do it myself.” You passed out as it was becoming harder to breathe.
Norman felt awful as he saw you laying unconscious on the couch. He wanted to hug you and tell you everything would be alright. He never wanted any of this to happen. He gently stroked your face. “Oh Y/N. I’m sorry. I’m so sorry. I never wanted to hurt you. I couldn’t stop him. This was the only way.”
We both know this was necessary, Norman. She’s here now. She’s safe from the dangers of the world. She’s safe under your protection. Make it so she’ll never want to leave again!
The Goblin laughed. “No! You’ve done enough! Just leave us alone!” You woke up, your throat sore. “Y/N! Are you okay? Did he hurt you?” You backed away from Norman. “Uncle Norman? Why did you do it? Why did you kill Dr. Stromm? Why…why did you bring me here? Did you bring me here to hurt me?” He felt like someone punched him in the gut. “No honey. I would never, ever hurt you. It was him, the Goblin. I had nothing to do with any of this. You’ll be safe. As long as you don’t tell anyone about this, he won’t hurt you.” It was then you knew you had no choice. All you could do was hope Spider-Man would save you and Norman would get the help he needed.

What ever happened to the real Norman Osborn and how much does Harry know about his father?
Amari: Well… as far as both me and Harry know, we learned that on October 1, 1990, the man that was the original, human Norman Osborn had disappeared during a brief trip to upstate New York.. apparently, he was incredibly stressed and paranoid about everything and he decided to step away from his work at OsCorp for a brief vacation to calm his nerves. However, he went missing. For 30 days nobody heard from him or saw him until “he” was found disheveled and wandering around in the forest somewhere near the Canadian border. But the real Norman never came back.. not really. From what I understand, the Green Goblin essentially stole the original Osborn’s true name and with it, he essentially took away literally everything from him: his identity, his life, his soul… and from there, the Goblin would spend the next 30 years pretending to be a man he basically stole everything from and would use the resources at OsCorp for his own personal gain.
Amari: I… believe that the original Norman might have sought after the Goblin’s great magical power in order to make his upstart company incredibly powerful and wealthy, without having to necessarily to sign a pact with a Patron himself. Beyond that, the details are.. murky at best, which I suspect Gobby was trying to get rid of the evidence of his interactions with the real Osborn. When I asked Harry what he speculates on what could’ve made Gobby turn on the original Norman, he told me that he thinks his father must’ve been forced to work with Norman and he could see him growing resentful towards him… alternatively, he also told me that scenario if that wasn’t it, his second scenario would be that Gobby was planning to steal Norman’s name for a long time and was waiting for the right time to strike him… and in the meantime, he played along with Norman’s demands until he decided playtime was over.
Amari: The hard thing is that nobody really knows Gobby all too well, except for maybe Hobgoblin or maybe Jack-O’-Lantern. And any others who might’ve been close enough to know him are either not in the picture anymore or are just as clueless as everyone else. Dr. Mendel Stromm, the other (obscured) founder of OsCorp, he was ousted from the company shortly before the original Norman disappeared and “reappeared”. Emily Osborn (Norman’s wife and Harry’s mom) died when Harry was very young under what in hindsight is suspicious circumstances… Harry is the only source I have that could know anything but he was left in the dark for most of his life up until Halloween of last year. He didn’t even know his dad was a fae until then… Still, we are trying to learn anything we can about him and who he was. Even if he made it incredibly difficult to do just that. Even my entry on him in the Cobweb Compendium is woefully empty. And worse yet, Gobby is very cagey and deceptive about his past so makes it difficult to discern what is the truth and what is just a trick.
Amari: So TL;DR: we know extremely little aside from the most recent bits of information.

**HERE BE SPOILERS: Skip ahead to the fan art/podcast to avoid spoilers
Reactions As I Read:
what is up with Harry and Norman's hair?
and why does everyone in this series have white irises?
poor Harry
I wonder how many people over the years went into chemistry because of comic books
why does Peter think of his ex-girlfriend on a first- and last-name basis?
the inking seems rather thick in this issue
god, even Betty thinks of herself by her first and last name
where the hell did that retroscope helmet come from??
i mean, the cover already told us the outcome of this fight…
the ol' live wires and chemicals gag. ah, bronze age comics. don't ever change
"the green goblin will never trouble you again" …yeah, about that…
Dr. Bromwell is a silver fox
Synopsis: Pete is trapped by Norman Osborn who’s revealed himself to be the Green Goblin. Pete stalls him, mentioning Harry and playing with his emotions to get him to talk. Norman tells how he worked constantly to provide and always paid more attention to work than to his son. He reveals how Professor Stromm only borrowed money from a shared account, but Norman called the police reporting it as theft, leaving the company in his hands. Norman continues, saying Stromm had left formulas behind, and he decided to research them. As he was working on one, it exploded and hospitalized him.
This transformation changed him and he planned to use his company’s resources to become a super-criminal. At home, Aunt May is worried sick over Pete not calling her and Anna Watson calls in Dr. Bromwell. Meanwhile, Betty Brant is in a train station realizing she must return to New York and face everyone but unsure how. Pete is still working on the steel bonds and the Goblin recounts when Spider-Man has fought him and skews them as victories. He finishes his story and frees Pete to fight him on even terms. As they fight, the Goblin pulls out stun bombs, an electrical whip, and finally a Goblin Cannon. As Spider-Man delivers a kick, the Goblin goes into a mixture of live wires and chemicals and a fire starts.
Spider-Man rushes over not wanting to kill him, but Norman doesn’t know where he is or why he’s in costume. Not wanting to destroy his reputation or Harry’s feelings, he’s quickly changed out of his costume for the police to take him to a hospital. Pete rushes home and Dr. Bromwell has just sedated Aunt May. Aunt May begins to take care of Pete’s “fever” and Harry visits his dad in the hospital.

Hypothetical plot outline for Spider-Man 3
We start off moments after the end of Far From Home. Peter swings Michelle out of the downtown area as the public starts going crazy following Mysterio’s video message. Peter, Ned, MJ, and Aunt May are taken to Avengers HQ by Happy Hogan, who tells Peter that the Avengers know the video was obviously faked. Happy tells Peter to wait at Avengers HQ while the Avengers work on damage control and gathering evidence that Mysterio’s footage was doctored. Peter is essentially put on house arrest.
We get a montage of Peter trying to pass the time as the Avengers try to clear his name. He plays games with Ned, Aunt May home-schools him, and we get some cute romantic scenes between him and MJ. Then, one night, Peter’s spider-sense goes off. He explores the building to figure out what’s going on and stumbles upon a new character. The intruder, who we learn is the MCU Cindy Moon (separate from the other Cindy in Peter’s class), is heavily injured. She collapses in Peter’s arms.
Cut to our main villain of the movie, Sergei Kravinoff aka Kraven the Hunter. In the MCU, Kraven is introduced as an elite bounty hunter who uses extralegal/illegal methods to catch his prey. He sets his sights on Peter Parker, saying that he intends to bring him to justice. However, we also see him in a secret meeting with Dr. Mendel Stromm of OsCorp. Stromm says that a “whistleblower with top secret information” named Cindy Moon is planning on ruining OsCorp and that he needs Kraven to capture her. Stromm says that Norman Osborn will triple his current payment if Cindy is successfully caught.
Back to Peter, Peter introduces his friends to Cindy. We learn from Cindy that she was practically raised by OsCorp; she was given up by her family at an early age and put through the Spider-Program. She was the longest surviving, and most successful, test subject (so...a bit like Eleven from Stranger Things, except with spider powers). Cindy says she’s been planning her escape for nearly seven years. She didn’t intend on hiding out at Avengers HQ, it was just the closest building nearby.
Peter says that she can hide out with him but before they can get comfortable, Avengers HQ is approached by Kraven the Hunter and the police, who tracked Cindy down. While figuring out how this happened, Cindy is dismayed when she discovers that there’s a tracking chip embedded in her body. Happy Hogan tries to stop Kraven at first but is forced to let Kraven search the grounds when he produces a warrant for both Peter and Cindy’s arrest (Cindy is given a fake criminal background by OsCorp in order to fool the Avengers). Happy then helps Peter and friends escape the building, forcing them to go on the run.
At this point, the movie turns a bit into “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” with Peter and friends deciding to flee the country as Kraven the Hunter closes in on them. We get some awkward bonding between Peter, Ned, and MJ with Cindy Moon, who is incredibly socially awkward due to having spent her entire life in a lab. While on the run, having been disturbed by Cindy Moon’s life story and OsCorp’s illegal activities, Peter makes the decision to expose OsCorp for the Spider-Program. MJ and Ned tell Pete that he should focus on staying low but Peter says that he can’t just stand by and watch OsCorp get away with their crimes.
Cindy is reluctant at first, not wanting to get recaptured and sent back to her captors, but is eventually convinced by Peter’s determination (something along the lines of “We can’t be on the run forever. We have to fight back eventually”). The four make plans to get proof of OsCorp’s crimes by sneaking into the main OsCorp lab where Cindy was kept hostage. In this part of the movie, the focus is on collecting intel and items to help in the OsCorp break-in. During this, Peter has his first battle with Kraven. Surprisingly, Kraven is able to fight toe-to-toe with Peter. Peter gets away while Kraven rethinks his strategy.
As the break-in approaches, we learn that Kraven is growing suspicious of his employer. While he has no qualms about capturing Peter, he’s suspicious about Cindy. Kraven was under the impression that Cindy was just a whistleblower. To figure out what is really going on, Kraven launches his own investigation into OsCorp. What he finds disgusts him.
In addition to the Spider-Program, he finds several of OsCorp’s other “projects”. There are cages of monstrous beings being held captive by OsCorp, many of them being references to the Spider-Man rogues gallery (specifically the Venom symbiote, a monster made entirely of electricity to reference Electro, and a half-man/half-fly to reference the Human Fly). Kraven gets spotted, leading to a stand-off between him and OsCorp’s mercenaries. Kraven survives the encounter, but only barely.
The break-in begins. This is set up like a spy movie, with Peter, Ned, MJ, and Cindy all playing a crucial part in the plan. The plan is going fine...until Mendel Stromm and OsCorp’s mercenaries corner them. Stromm says that Cindy will be returned to the Spider-Program...along with Peter. Ned and MJ will then be executed to tie up any loose ends. A fight occurs but Peter and Cindy are forced to stand down due to the threat on Ned and MJ’s lives.
Just as we think that Peter and Cindy have been defeated, Kraven sneaks up on Stromm and holds him at gunpoint. Kraven says he wants revenge and Stromm replies that Kraven can’t do anything to harm him. Kraven then activates an EMP, shutting down all electricity in the area. Even though the emergency generator is activated, Stromm is horrified as this means that any one of OsCorp’s monsters could’ve been released during the blackout. Only one escaped, but it’s the most dangerous of them all; a gigantic, green monstrosity that starts killing everyone around it.
Peter describes it as a “greenish goblin”.
During the chaos, Peter, Ned, MJ, and Cindy escape with the evidence needed to expose the Spider-Program. Kraven, having succeeded in getting revenge, shoots Mendel Stromm dead and makes his escape.
In this part of the movie, Peter and Cindy have to deal with the Green Goblin monster, that’s now on the loose and is destroying everything in its path. We get a thrilling showdown as Peter and Cindy basically tag team on the Green Goblin, with Cindy dealing the killing blow. Despite their status as wanted fugitives, the public cheers them for their victory. Just as they think they can relax, Peter leaves on his own to confront Kraven.
We’re now at the final, final showdown of the movie. Peter confronts Kraven, who was trying to flee the city. Peter says that Kraven needs to pay for releasing the Green Goblin into the city and getting dozens of people killed. He’s also angry at Kraven in general for trying to arrest him and his friends. Kraven says he released the monster in order to take OsCorp down and that, at least for a little while, they were on the same side. He also says that he disapproved of what happened to Cindy and that his crusade against Peter was just business. Despite this, Peter says Kraven still got innocent people killed and needs to pay for his crimes. Kraven says he won’t go down without a fight, the two battle it out, and it ends with Peter defeating Kraven.
As Kraven is taken away by the police, he shrugs off the idea that he’ll be charged with the Green Goblin incident since there’s no way to link him to the rampage. However, the officer reveals that he’s actually being arrested for the murder of Mendel Stromm. Kraven laughs to himself at that.
As the movie ends, Happy Hogan tells Peter that his name was successfully cleared by the Avengers. With the help of a “crazy lawyer from Hell’s Kitchen” (coughDaredevilcough), the Avengers were able to prove that Mysterio was behind the attack on London. And with the evidence collected from OsCorp, Peter, Cindy, Ned, and MJ are able to expose the Spider-Program to the world, resulting in heavy negative attention to OsCorp. Now officially a free woman, Cindy parts ways with Peter and friends, saying that she wants to find her place in the world.
Movie ends with Peter triumphantly swinging through the city, his reputation restored.
Mid-credits scene: While resting on a rooftop, Peter is pulled into this mysterious, dream-like landscape being presided by an old woman. The woman introduces herself as Madame Web and she says that she needs Peter’s help. Peter asks what she needs help with and Madame Web says that someone is trying to manipulate the multiverse.
Post-credits scene: J. Jonah Jameson is harassed by Flash Thompson for his blatantly biased reporting against Spider-Man.

The villain of the piece, Cadaverous, emerges with his hordes of robots. Speaking in weird, crazed nonsense, he's Mendel Stromm mixed with a very poor attempt at emulating designs by H.R. Giger. His arms are different sizes, he has an army of robots that look like illegal imports of ALIENS toys, and he reeks of a design by a film student trying to be "kewl" while replicating everything seen elsewhere all at once. That's right, the big villain who will destroy Spider-Man's life isn't Green Goblin or Dr. Octopus or Venom or even Joe Quesada. It's a mostly forgotten Lee/Ditko creation as recreated by a mediocre warm up metal band. It's X-Treme, dude!
