Hon Dr Jocelynne Scutt AO Outcome of 50sWomen Tribunal HOC 28th Nov 2022
Brilliant explanation made of the pension discrimination faced by 1950s women. The injustice and hardship being suffered by women who have done the right thing all their working lives only to be targeted as an easy mark by Govts who have greedily robbed this cohort of women.  They have stacked the deck spread misinformation, ignored and blamed women themselves for this robbery and grab of NI contributions and taxes to use for their own nefarious purposes. Throwing up a smokescreen that this is all in the name of equality (which is a good thing right?)  but by discriminating blatantly against women who have been discriminated against most of their lives and breaking a fifty -year contract. The  legal process and the stories told by the DWP in the courts continued this persecution of  #1950s women.  Thank you Dr Jocelynne Scutt for your support, intellect, rationale and eloquence.
