DOWNTON (specifically Anna and Thomas fans) TUMBLR!!!

I've been spinning around a fic idea in my head for a lil while of a modern day AU where Carson and Mrs Hughes are the foster parents to teenaged Anna and Thomas.

The general idea is that Anna is around 16/17 has been with the Carson's for at least a year, and is trying her best to improve and move on from her past. Whereas Thomas, 15/16, is very new to the family and is angry at the world for everything he's gone through.

Whether this will actually get off the ground is debatable (v busy atm icl) but if anyone has any ideas/scenarios/HCs that they would like to put forward feel free to come forward and share!!! 😁🫶

My fellow Downtonians, help me out!

I've been looking for a specific fic that I have been mulling over in my head for a few days now but I can't seem to find it. I trust some of you might be able to lend me a hand - I really would appreciate it!

So, the Dowager is rude towards Cora and the younger woman has had enough and goes missing. The weather is horrid and they rush to find her. Eventually, they find her at the Carsons' cottage under the watchful eye of Mrs Carson.

Anyone got any ideas what the name of it is?
