Jay Freeman (Saurik) has released an update for Cydia impactor which is a support to install and sign of .ipa files to iOS devices. The new tool is now known as Cydia extender, and here is the guide to download Cydia extender. 

Don't get too excited about this new tool because it is not a solution for the seven-day signing problem that we all are waiting for. Anyway, this new tool allows to resign and to install IPA files on iOS devices.

As we all are familiar with this new tool new update of Cydia impactor is now on version  0.9.39 and it is available for Linux, Windows, and Mac operating systems. You are able to get Cydia Impactor from its official website.

Download Cydia Extender

Just as the previously updating Cydia impactor into Cydia extender didn't change anything related to seven-day signing problems. You still need paid developer account for its magical works. That's why Saurik previously mentioned that "it is not the tool you thought it would be".

Even if Cydia extender doesn't that much helpful for iOS users it is considered helpful for users who have paid developer account which allows to install, re-sign application and browse them even without a computer.

Paid Apple developer account

Apple ID (Username and Pass).

You can download Cydia extender even without Apple developer account but the problem is after 7 days of downloading your extender will be expired. So you will have to redo the whole process again.
