OK, After Some Digging

It seems that the New Sword Magoroku Kanemoto (孫六兼元) is also referred to by another name which is Seki no Magoroku (関孫六). Which is the name of Saito Hajime's second sword.

Magoroku Kanemoto (孫六兼元) seems to be an amalgamation of all the Magoroku swords including that of Saito Hajime's Sword.

you can see the Kanji (関孫六) right beside (孫六兼元)

and in the Google Translated page, you can see that they hint towards Saito Hajime being his former Master

So in conclusion MAGOROKU KANEMOTO IS SAITO HAJIME'S SWORD (kind of). He's similar to Doudanuki Masakuni who's a combination of all the Masakuni blades. So he is both Saito's sword and not at the same time
