Lately, I've been playing Sea of Stars by Sabotage Studios, and in the Headmaster's Office (which you can't enter for quite a while), there's a stone tablet that looks like this:

Oh wow! I got tagged! Ok ugh- I’ll do a snippet because it makes ZERO sense out of context. I cheated. This is mainly an excuse to show off more of my progress on ch. 4 of “Get in Dum-Dums, We’re Going Vandalizing!”

“I got the parts!” Tello exclaimed, carrying an entire stack of large parts that seemed way too heavy to be possible.

“Great! Just set them by the particle gun I came with.” Donatello answered back, not looking up from his work.

“I’m VERY curious in how you made this work.” Tello picked up the portal gun off the table, eyes skimming over the green metallic surface. “I was conservative in my size. I figured I would need a particle collider at least the size of a football field!” Actually, Tello had the first side of one of those! Quite similar to the one from ‘Into the Spider-Verse!’ But… It was in, the previous…Exploded… lab…

“Ugh-COUGH.” Tello tried to ‘casually’ shake off the nerves, “It almost looks like you used a large flashlight that takes triple A batteries!” He muttered, turning the device side to side.

“Double As.” Donatello mumbled boredly, a screw falling down from the cavity of wires he worked on.

Tello dropped the device. Causing the very much a light bulb to crack upon impact.

“Hey!” Donatello shouted, offended, swinging the tool in his mitts around. “Don’t break that more than it already is!” He just missed as Tello stared at him in shock when he turned around. “You know what? The whole wires and circuit boards were already fried! What do I care!” Lifting his hands in a ‘I give up’ gesture with hunched shoulders. Still suggesting that he cares a little.

Tello grabbed his shoulders, staring him, crazy eyed, as he forcibly locked their gazes together, “FirstIdeeplyapologizeIdidn’tmeantodropit! Second! Whatdoyoumeanyoubuiltaminiture particleacceleratoroutofaflashlightthattakes doubleAs! ImeanofallthingsdoubleAs? That’slesspowerthana-” Donatello pushed him away by the face, making him slide back against the tile floor.

“Let’s start with the basics of a portal before we talk about how to compact one down.” Tello nodded behind his squished face.

Donatello waved his hand around boredly, “Also the batteries are just there to create the heated element required to produce free electrons!”

“Sides! The electron stream created is only the width of a human hair! It’s just a matter of dealing with finicky, minuscule, parts after that! And I’m not dealing with hours of work today!” Donatello waves his hands in a ‘no siree!’ motion as he marched forward.
