Bodhi Kai woke up not feeling so good yesterday. A runny nose and a fever 🤒 With a busy week ahead of us, ain't nobody got time for that!😭 So I busted out the Oregano essential oil and made a roller ball for easy application all day. -10ml rollerball -10 drops Oregano -fill with Fractionated Coconut Oil __________ I applied the Oregano rollerball to his little baby feet every couple of hours. Warning:it tickles😄 First time mum here✋ And boy is it an unsettling feeling when your cub is feeling blue. But we stayed calm, as much as we wanted to do something about it, all we could do is let it run its course and he will naturally beat it. And Sure as shit! By bed time,  this little human was goofing around and smiling! A total turn around! ___________ Other things we did through out the day: 💨Diffuse a few drops of On Guard essential oil all day and night. 🛀Luke warm baths with One drop Lavender essential oil. 🍋Lemon down the spine to help reduce fever🌡 *Just put One drop Lemon essential oil in the palm of your hand and Three drops or more of  Fractionated Coconut Oil. Dip your finger and apply as needed down your baby's spine. (I made a Lemon rollerball but it tickled the baby too much to roll it down his spine😄) ____________ I'm so fortunate to have this knowledge and all the resources I need in my home to protect my family and be proactive✊ ____________ Give Oregano a shot. Spring time is here! So many things come to mind around this time of year...spring cleaning...and... I'm already overwhelmed 😂 I love these citrus oils. They are so fresh and inspiring!
