This happened at @retreatgreenlake when I met with a new friend from CR. It’s been a huge blessing to deepen friendships with sisters in Christ. Today, many people help others, they donate to the victims of typhoons, earthquakes and other crisis, but then, later post them to social media to display their good works. So now, we can't really tell who is truly helping and who is just doing it for the sake of public praise, fame, or appreciation. But God knows. He knows us better than we know ourselves. He sees the inner thoughts of our hearts and minds. He knows our motives. As Christians, we are called to do differently. We are called to help those in need without broadcasting our good deeds. We are called to give not just because it is the right thing to do but because we know that whatever is ours is the LORD's, and we–His stewards–should be a channel of blessing, knowing that our God will supply our need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Phil. 4:19) So today, I encourage my brothers and sisters in Christ to help others in need without expecting something in return. Let's do this because we are called to be like Christ. Let's do this because this is our new nature. Let's do this for the GLORY of God. CHALLENGE: Give to someone without letting the person know that it's from you. Don't tell anyone but the Lord. Leave a message saying... "God Loves You and knows your needs." Make sure to ask the Holy Spirit for guidance as you do this. Behold, the Lord is going to use you today to bless someone. We had the joy of making a surprise visit to Assurance of Hope Orphanage! The children’s smiles and laughter filled the orphanage as they received our donations with open hearts. Moments like these remind us of the beauty of giving. Every gift, no matter how small, has the power to change lives. 💖

Just today not even an hour before church I was getting gas and an another vehicle reversed into me. I wasn’t so concerned so much with the accident but the car didn’t drive forward it STAYED. I got out my car and walked to the window and the lady behind the wheel was having an emergency situation. I opened the door and she jumped up long story short she grabbed my hand and begin breathing again she begin to cry and say she lost her mom YESTERDAY and she was struggling I grabbed her hand and said let’s pray. We prayed and she begin to cry again she kissed my hand and said GOD SENT YOU TO HELP ME I NEEDED PRAYER AND A HUG. SHE CONTINUED AND SAID I KNOW YOU WERE GOD SENT BECAUSE OF THE SHIRT YOU HAVE ON. I have my harvest SWEAT shirt on I looked down and said BUT GOD. After it was all said and done I got her home safe and she says listen I do not have cash to give you but I’ve work FOR SOUTHWEST FOR OVER 40 YEARS LETS EXCHANGE INFORMATION AND IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU LOVE NEEDS TO FLY OR TRAVEL ILL COVER IT. Taal Volcano Eruption Mission PH

A lot of people in Calabarzon Region here in the Philippines are currently struggling because of the Taal Volcano eruption that started just last Sunday, January 11, and it's almost a week already. Meanwhile, us in nearby cities are suffering from ashfall.

This coming Monday, January 20, the Youth Prime Department of our church (Jesus The Gospel Church International - Times of Refreshing) will have a mission and we'll be giving aid to those people who are greatly affected by this event.

I am knocking at your good hearts to be a part of this great opportunity to be a blessing to many people by giving your donation or any donation in kind that the Lord is putting into your heart. They need water, food, clothes, toiletries, blankets, medicines and N95/FFP2 masks as a lot of them were forced to evacuate and has no time to get enough things. Please DM me for anything you can contribute.

What is better than a nurse... 2!⁣ I thank God for giving me the gift to care for others , in and outside of my scrubs, alongside my husband.⁣ ⁣ Nursing is not always easy nor rewarding However it has been a blessing to us. God used nursing as a channel to provide my husband and I with the resources and finances to acquire the many blessings that he had for us. You know you are loved and truly cared for when everyone from your caregiver to your nephew want to make sure that you are safe. I have everything I need on & around the bed, snacks and drinks included and the last person to make sure I was in /on the bed was my Munchkin. We were playing computer games when I had to refill my cups and since we video chat, he could see that Ti-Ti was actually filling up the cups and bottles and he finally said good night when he could see blue walls & my table. This year has truly been a rollercoaster ride that I wouldn't wish on anyone #ButGod The storms may be raging with the billows tossing high, yet I'm still blessed and will continue to be a blessing to others. God assigns the tests and trials to His strongest soldiers because He already knows you can handle it. He has already qualified you for the test. We just have to keep our hearts and minds in prayer & praise mode and remember that #WeFightToWin #SarcoidWontWin there are too many people praying & fighting for your defeat.
