1. I love my new hair color, I got my hair dyed blonde with a shadow root but bc I’m kinda feeling insecure atm I haven’t been taking selfies so guess it’ll be a mystery to all of you

2. I like that I’ve been taking my meds consistently without forgetting for the past week, hopefully I’ll keep it up (setting a timer helps!)

3. I like that I speak 4 languages (5 if you count all the sentences I can say in spanish)

4. I like that I’m good at makeup

5. I like how good I look in the color yellow

I’ve been feeling extremely down and anxious lately, borderline paranoid, so this is a nice change of pace. A lot of people think it’s arrogant to say you like/love yourself, but it’s not. Don’t forget you have to live with yourself forever, so love yourself! Be okay with being you! Even if it’s little things like your eye color or the shape of your lips!

Hey friendos, I just spent a lot of my day doing school work lol and my head hurts but i wanted to get this drawing done so I can move on to the next group of dwarves. So I wanted to do Dori, Nori, and Ori cause i was getting a lot of ideas of what I wanted to do. There was a lot of decided whether to deep some of the key characteristics of each outfit where they wear it in the movie. Like ori's gloves, which is a characteristic of his. However, i decided to not do this becuase i wanted to keep it in their personality of what they would wear in modern times. What i realize is that some of their attributes is they like. Example, ori's make or wearing sweaters that are knitted or Dori's liking to tea (seen in coffee cup, its not coffee, i promise). Overall, i am just going to create their clothing in the characteristics of their personalities. Maybe their will come a point wear i do put in articals of clothing like they wear in the movie but modern. So yea, I hope you like it My fav is Ori :3

208 – 1935. La papa todo terreno. Películas a color. El primer procedimiento que se usó en la fotografía a color incluía almidón de papa. Con la aparición de la película de color Kodachrome en 1935 y la de Agfa color en 1936, se conseguían trasparencias o diapositivas en color y se generalizó el uso de la película en color.

209 – 1937. Elogios, más elogios. Adán Felipe Mejía en su libro De Cocina Peruana resalta las variedades y bondades de la papa: "Existen papas arenosas enormes de color delicado y noble forma. Otras ovales y perfectas, como cantos rodados, sin hoyuelos, más resistentes y adensadas. Las hay redondas, lisas, acanaladas, tiernas. Hay de cáscara negra, y muy blancas por dentro. ¡Variedad infinita, gustos múltiples...! Y la papa amarilla -ese poema- delicada finita, con pequeños hoyuelos al costado como rostro de niña encantadora, esa papa amarilla como yema de huevo..."

210 – 1939. La plaga uno. El gobierno alemán acusó a los británicos de enviar una plaga a sus campos de papas para subvertir el orden en el Tercer Reich. 

211 – 1943. Arturo Jiménez Borja, arqueólogo e historiador del Perú, escribe una de sus primeras obras sobre el área de Huaral y Chancay, una cultura muy importante, son elegantes, musicales y comen muy bien, por supuesto la papa es principal acompañamiento a la diversidad de pescados y mariscos.

212 – 1950. La plaga dos. Los soviéticos acusaron a los norteamericanos de enviar una plaga a sus campos de papas en Alemania del Este.

213 – 1950. Papa Judía. Se siembran con éxito papas en Israel.

214 – 1951. Heinz Flessner es el primer fabricante de papas fritas en Alemania. Comenzó su empresa "Stateside Potato Chip Company" con la ayuda de su esposa Ella. Sus clientes son principalmente soldados americanos estacionados en Alemania. 

215 – 1952. El famoso. Nace el juguete Mr. Potato, él más vendido de la historia y también el primero en ser promovido por televisión.  “Corría el mes de mayo de 1952 cuando mis amigos de Hasbro decidieron lanzarme al mercado. Al principio, sólo vendían las piezas de plástico: piernas, brazos, nariz, boca, bigote, sombrero y pipa de fumar que se colocaban sobre una verdadera patata de piel y pulpa. Todas las hortalizas se reían de mí pero los niños se dieron cuenta que también podían poner esos artículos a un tomate o a un pimiento. Divertido al principio, pero yo prefería ser el único porque así me hacía exclusivo”, así nació mi cuerpo completo.

216 – 1953. Robert C. Jackson. Ciudadano norteamericano, piloto militar y de la compañía Panagra, se establece en Lima y constituye la primera fábrica de snacks, está situada en la calle Humboldt 115 en La Victoria, frente al Estadio Nacional. Es la casa Laurel, producen papas en hojuelas, papas al hilo, habas, maní confitado y pop corn, poco a poco completara toda una gama de productos. Realiza numerosas pruebas para determinar cuáles variedades de papa se fríen mejor en hojuelas. En la década del 60 trabajé en esta fábrica durante todas mis vacaciones escolares, ya que Robert era mi cuñado, esposo de mi hermana Dory. Allí aprendí a procesar snacks y les puedo decir que el dicho “anda a freír papas” no es despectivo ni relacionado a lo fácil o intrascendente, ya que freír papas es una técnica complicada. Mi primera aventura de capacitación en USA - práctica, - fue trabajando de cocinero, friendo papas y manejando las modernas máquinas de empacado. Para luego aplicar mis conocimientos en la fábrica familiar Laurel en el Perú.

217 – 1954. La Universidad Nacional del Cusco publica el trabajo de Jorge Cornejo Bouroncle “De la vida colonial en el siglo XVII”

218 – 1955. El restaurante. Se inaugura el restaurante “Las Papas Fritas” se encuentra situado en la primera cuadra de La Colmena, en pleno centro de Lima. Es el primer restaurante de parrillas, las papas se presentan en unas atractivas canastitas. Es el restaurante de moda, sus platos principales, el lomo, el bife, costillas, morcillas y los anticuchos, por supuesto todos con papas fritas.
